Waching daily Feb 18 2019

When you think your home is getting bleak and boring, it means you need to overhaul

it as soon as possible.

Boring décor can lead to a bad mood which is not good for you and your family.

However, freshening up the look of your home entails a lot of money.

Therefore, I come up with these 10 room makeover ideas that will make your home look fantastic

without draining your bank.

Let's get started, and as always, this list served for you by simphome.com

10.

Change the Bedding

Let's go with the simplest, easiest, and cheapest thing that you can do in your bedroom.

Nope!

It is not about repainting the wall.

It is about changing the bedding.

This is the easiest way to infuse positive vibes to your bedroom.

Besides, everybody can change the bedding, right?

Even your kid can do it himself.

Just get a new bedding from your closet and you are ready to go.

9.

Add Stunning Flowers or Greenery.

Living elements such as flowers and greenery have never failed to provide their natural

charm to any room in your home.

Furthermore, they are more than just adornments that can improve the appearance of your interior

but also provide fresh air.

Just place a planter with palm by the floor-to-ceiling glass window in your living room.

Some hydrangeas on a coffee table or nightstand would spruce up your living room and bedroom

well too.

Choose one suggestion I already mentioned and see what would happen.

8.

Matching the Décor

Although some homeowners are comfortable with eclectic style that mix and match various

patterns, colours, and textures, some other people keep matching the décor.

Matching is a common thing to make the rooms in your house flow into one being.

And what could go wrong with that?

It is your safest bet especially if you are not really good at mixing and matching various

colours which will end up creating a haphazard look.

Match the curtains with the walls will make the room appear to be larger.

You can also match the rug with the throws or cushions to bring harmony to your living

room.

7.

Re-Grout Your Bathroom Tiles Pay attention to the detail can surprise you

with a big result.

You may think that grout is just trivial thing that fill in the gaps between the tiles in

your bathroom.

but when the grout is getting grimy, it will make your bathroom look horrible.

When it happens, you do not need to change your bathroom tiles which will take up a lot

of money, time, and energy.

Just clean and re-grout your bathroom tiles and you'll get a wonderful bathroom in an

affordable price.

Before applying the grout, make sure that the surface is clean and dry.

Also, cut access to your smartphone when you're doing "your homework".

Then, apply the mixture of the grout using a rubber float in several directions.

Let it dry for an hour before cleaning the tile surface using sponge.

Once the joints are dry, you might find some stubborn spots.

Don't worry!

You can clean it later using a plastic scraper.

Once you've cleaned it, apply the caulk on the grout and a sealant.

6.

Try a DIY Headboard

Doing a DIY project is the best way to get a stylish bedroom without burning a hole in

your pocket.

There are many ways that you can do with your headboard.

You can make a DIY headboard out of wood planks, shutters, or even a pegboard.

This pegboard headboard is not only stylish but also incorporates additional storage solutions

especially if your bedroom is quite small and lacks storage space.

All you need to do is just getting a pegboard and paint it as you pleased.

Install some hooks on to suspend two or three wire baskets that host your books and phone.

If you have power outlet near the bed, you can place a table lamp in the wire basket.

5.

Re-Frame Your Mirror

Vanity is the spot that multiple users quite often visit because they need to look at the

mirror for some time to make sure they are ready to rock the day.

Since they look at the mirror every day, this grooming area can trigger the boredom.

To get rid of the tedious look, you can try changing the frame of your vanity mirror.

Don't underestimate a mirror frame.

It can make a big change to your bathroom instantly.

You can turn a modern bathroom into a more rustic one by adding rustic frame.

If your frame is kind of sophisticated and you want to get a minimalist one, just remove

the frame and let the mirror unframed.

Trust me!

It will change the whole thing.

4.

Create a Centrepiece

Don't let the wall above the headboard plain and stark.

Adding a piece of art on it that can draw the eyes.

There are many kinds of artistic pieces that you can choose from.

But this BOHO wall hanging will be your greatest bet as it is chic yet easy to make.

Go find the steps of making a DIY BOHO wall hanging on the internet to get the best BOHO

wall art that suits your personal taste well.

Or follow link inside description first.

3.

Declutter Your Bedroom

Who would have guessed that the best way to makeover your bedroom is by simply decluttering

it?

Yes!

It is as simple as it sounds.

All you need to do is just your weekend and some elbow grease to do this project.

Try eyeballing your bedroom to get some less-used items.

Once you've got them all, sort them thoroughly and you'll find an abundance of unused items.

You can just throw them away or store them in your storage room in case you will need

them again someday.

2.

Add More Patterns with Stencil Stencil can add patterns to your boring bathroom

instantly.

It is a very cheap and easy project to do.

To do this project, you need to get mineral spirits, sponge, Rust-Oleum charcoal chalked

paint, Rust-Oleum white linen chalked paint, paint roller and brush, tape, stencil, polyacrylic,

stencil roller, and small paint brush.

You need to clean the floor before applying the base colour.

Once the paint is dry, use painter's tape to hold the stencil delicately and begin to

paint the stencil.

1.Display Your Memories.

Don't let your precious memories stay in your computer.

Share them with your family and friends by displaying them in your living room.

These photos will not only make a nice wall art but also remind you of the beautiful memories

you had.

Done, So, those are 10 room makeover ideas that

won't rob your bank.

I think most of them are pretty unique and challenging to follow.

A weekend or two will be enough to complete at least one of these projects.

Vermeer Damage Defense System for Horizontal and Tub Grinders - Duration: 2:38.

(upbeat rock music)

- I'm Jeff Robnett.

I'm the General Manager with Organix Composting,

down in Hutchins, Texas, Southeast Dallas.

Here at Organix Composting, we recycle food waste.

We collect food waste from a variety

of different grocery store chains,

and we bring in a lot of green waste

from various municipalities, tree-trimming companies,

landscapers, and they bring these materials to us

that we then use Vermeer's equipment.

We use Vermeer grinders to help break down that green waste,

and we then make windrow-style compost rows.

Vermeer is integral in what we do around here,

and thankfully we've had great success with that machinery.

When we were grinding early on,

we kept running across pieces of metal.

Not very big, but it was small enough

to get through our screens and we were taking hits.

One piece of metal, about yay big,

we ended up losing one to three hammers,

and we would lose two to three days of time.

The last hit we took was this piece,

and this piece right here ended up breaking off

eight hammers and completely damaged the mill hood.

We ended up losing about 45 days

of grinding time when we hit that.

Once we inserted the Damage Defense System,

within one week, we took another hit,

and that was this piece, and there was two of them.

And when we hit this,

the Damage Defense System was outstanding.

It immediately rejected the load and backed off the infeed.

We only broke one hammer, and we were down one day

and up and running with no problems at all.

- The Damage Defense System for Organix gives them

peace of mind about their investment in their equipment.

In years past, they have had several instances

where they've hit heavy contaminants

and caused extensive damage to their equipment,

and now they have some peace of mind

knowing that Damage Defense is there

to help reduce the amount of damage.

They understand it's not about

completely eliminating damage,

but it drastically reduces the damage to the machine.

- One thing I'll say about Damage Defense Systems is

it's not going to prevent a hit.

You're always gonna have a likelihood

of finding something that you can't see.

It will minimize the damage that you take once you find it.

What's Next For Us With Dreams PS4? - Duration: 4:20.

Hey, LittleBigHeroes!

In today's Dreams video I wanted to quickly go over what you can expect from the channel,

content wise, in regards to Dreams.

But first I wanted to give a massive thank you to all of our new heroes.

We've gained so much support over the past few months and it's been fantastic to share

and discuss each other's excitement for Dreams.

So thanks again, and here's to the future of Dreams.

Before the Dreams beta arrived we were making two videos per week, mostly discussing various

topics surrounding the game.

But ever since the beta arrived, and even beyond that, we've been mainly focused on

beta footage and giving our brief thoughts on each of them.

There's been so much beta content to get through, I still have a good amount to share but I

feel like the channel could be offering a lot more in terms of variety.

I enjoy making the beta footage videos as it's a great way to showcase a vast amount

of content from some very talented creators, but it's also nice to show everything that

Dreams is capable of so far in order to hopefully attract new people to the game.

The problem with putting out lots of footage is that every Dreams channel seems to be doing

it, and although we try to add some commentary on just about every video, at the end of the

day if you've already seen a particular level a few times before then it's perhaps not as

interesting to watch again.

Of course it's still a vital component of the channel going forward, we love showcasing

everything you guys make and this is a Dreams channel so you'd expect to see this type of

content as standard.

But what I want to do is add some of those discussion and opinion videos I spoke about

before, the ones we used to do before the beta arrived.

This way there's more variety for you to choose from and it offers a chance to create some

unique videos that you can't find on various other channels.

Another thing you can expect is development updates on our very own Dreams projects.

I was travelling during the beta so I didn't have enough time to properly create something,

it's one of the main reasons why I don't have any creation videos at the moment.

Instead I was playing all of your wonderful levels but I'll be able to do both things

once the full game arrives.

I don't want people to get the impression that this is only going to be a footage collection

of other people's work.

Sure, we want to create an amazing hub to hype up and display your incredible creations

but we also want to dabble in it ourselves.

Since I haven't started on the physical creation of the projects within Dreams yet, instead

I will be talking about the planning of these projects for now, until I can show you in-game

progress.

We'll also be doing this with LittleBigPlanet as there's at least one final project on that

game which I want to highlight as well.

The mysterious February the 20th announcement date is still at the front of our minds, we

can only hope that it's a release date and that it's reasonable close.

We have all waited far too long for Dreams, it's about time we can finally unleash its

potential.

It would also make planning content much easier in terms of a time-frame, as the content we

will be producing will be on another level from what you are seeing today.

There is so much work to be done, ideas to fulfil, and all of these are only possible

with the full Dreams release.

We are really excited about the future, we want to create an amazing Dreams channel for

you, and the fact that you're with us from the very start means everything to us.

So, to recap.

Every week you can expect two unique videos discussing or giving an opinion on a particular

Dreams topic.

There will be at least one development update regarding a Dreams and or LittleBigPlanet

project in the works.

And of course we will continue to put out beta footage with our thoughts and commentary

almost daily.

I say almost daily because as you've probably noticed we haven;t been uploading on the weekend.

Instead we have been making one or two daily videos through Monday to Friday.

This may change once the full game is released, in-fact, a lot of things will probably change

with the full release but we can discuss those nearer the time and hopefully this upcoming

announcement can shed some light on that which we'll also be covering with another video

on Wednesday the 20th.

Thanks for watching today's Dreams video, we hope you're as excited as us about the

future of Dreams and if you'd like to join us on our journey, subscribe to become a LittleBigHero

and click the notification bell so you're always kept updated on the latest Dreams content.

See you in the next Dreams video.

How to start your downswing in golf FOR POWER!! - Duration: 8:10.

G'Day everybody it is a cold day here in Dallas. Mike Bury here!

Today we are talking about one of the most commonly asked questions that I get how to start the downswing. Let's get started

If you are new to the channel go ahead and hit that subscribe button hit the little notification bell as well

Just so that you don't miss out on any of the new content if you're not a new subscriber, as always, thanks again for your support

Today's one of those days were so cold out faces a little numb

It's a little hard to speak but this is obviously a very important topic because you guys keep asking questions on it

So let's dive in

Okay, so we're gonna start by talking about sequence

But I want you to really understand what this video is

Because this is not the first video on how to start the downswing and I did one many, many years ago back in 2009

But I want to talk specifically today more about what that lower body's doing

But let's start again with sequence just so that we have a really clear understanding of the overall picture of the downswing

So again, we're just talking downswing here and when it comes to sequence

We're going to break this down into three parts part. Number one is lower body

Number two is upper body and then three hands and Club. Okay, so the correct sequence. What do we want to fire first?

We need the lower body to fire first

The lower body is the captain and in charge of the downswing

the upper body will follow

And then finally hands in club that's going to be last

If we get the lower body to fire first

then there's a good chance that the upper body and the hands will do what they need to do and

Follow when they should so let's really get started today and stuck in on what that lower body has to do

Okay guys, quick sidebar for a second. I want you guys to comment down below

Do you think you're in sequence right now, or do you think you're out of sequence?

Wright yes and no if you are not.

If you think you have a little more knowledge then go ahead and write what sequence

You believe you're in

Are you lower body upper body and then hands? Or, if you think you're out of order

Write the order down and if you have no clue at all just write down there, "I've got no idea".

Okay, guys, let's get stuck into what this lower body needs to do and to help us out here

I got a can of soda. A can of coke.

Obviously, this is not sponsored by coke in any way shape or form. You don't need to have this coke can.

I want you to visualize it but let's get stuck into what we actually need it for

so a saying that I have when it comes to that lower body is

Shift, crush and turn. So first thing we need to do when we're starting the downswing is shift weight from the trail foot

To the lead foot. Okay, job number one, but it's not just a case of shifting weight over there

We need to shift weight over there and we need to put pressure into the ground underneath that lead shoe

And this is where the can of coke comes in

So, if you can visualize a can of coke and stomping on that count of coke and crushing it into the ground

That's going to put pressure underneath that lead foot. So, that's all we get the shift. That's all we get the crush

Finally we have the turn. That's the hips rotating

So once we've shifted we've crushed with put pressure underneath that lead shoe

Then we turn around that lead leg the shoulders in club all that good stuff

That's going to follow but we have to get shift, crush and turn down first

Okay, so a drilled that you guys can do you can do this at home

You can do this on the course. You don't need soda cans in order to do this

I don't want you to have to fill your house up

Fill the trunk of your car up with soda cans in order to work on your golf game. That's just ridiculous

So, what we can do is we can do the step and swing drill

Which is a drill that I've shown you guys before but let's revisit it. Okay

So what I want you guys to do

Start with doing practice swings and when you go to hit shots will do it off of a tee

But let's start with the practice swings here. So just set up as you normally would

No, I want you to lift the club up off the ground. This is just to allow you to be an athlete

I don't want you to be frozen. We're not worried about contact and all that sort of thing

We're really focused on the movement of the body here. So club is up off the ground

We're going move our lead shoe over to the trail shoe. And then we're going to swing to the top of the backswing

So now it's like we're set in a position where we have some weight underneath that trail foot

Now, remember we have to get weight to that lead shoe. That's the number one thing. That's the first thing that happens

So we're going to step towards the target once we step towards the target. I don't want you

Just moving that lead shoe over and placing it on the ground

remember

We're crushing that soda can. So, when you step I want you to crush the imaginary soda can under your shoe

And then we're going to allow the club to swing. Remember, this is step and swing. It's not step and swing at the same time

It's step crush the coke can and then swing the club down

That was a little bit awkward with how I walked out of there... Let me... and then we swing the club down

The number one mistake that I see when it comes to sequence is the hands and the upper body starting too soon

So not allowing the lower body to shift and then rotate. Starting with the hands, starting with the upper body

Starting with rotation. It's going to throw the hands over the top the club over the top

That's where all those ugly slices come from

So if we can work on our sequence and do a little better with that

There's every chance that your slice might start to disappear if you are a slicer

Otherwise if you're not a slicer you might start to see a little more power in your golf swing

Alrighty guys. Thanks for joining me today

I'm going to go and do some work on shift crush and turn get that good

Lower body sequence or the good downswing sequence, and I hope this makes sense for you guys if you have any questions

Go ahead and throw them down below. If you liked what you saw today, then hit the little like button

you guys know what to do. If you haven't subscribed I really would appreciate it if you subscribe and you know hit the

Notification bell in case you want to stay up to date with the new content and of course guys until next time good golfing

And guys, I'll tell you what

I just did a few swings doing the step and swings a little bit of practice getting a little more b-roll footage and

I hit some shots after that. I tell you what, that's the best I've hit the ball in a long time

I know I haven't been shifting pressure to that lead side as well as I can

I'm telling you it really works. Anyway, bye guys

3 Steps For Hiring Your Next Team Member - Duration: 6:05.

- When you first start a rent roll,

it's easier to get overwhelmed

and overloaded with work really, really fast.

You have to be everything.

You're the leasing consultant, you're the receptionist,

you're the trust accountant,

you're the maintenance coordinator,

you're the routine inspections officer,

you're the business development manager

plus you're also the business owner,

so that means you're also the person

who's in charge of lodging the BAS

and making sure that Xero is up to date

and you're also the person who cleans the toilets

and empties the bins,

you can get absolutely overloaded with work.

So, there comes a time when you've gotta decide

whether you're going to hire a VA, a virtual assistant,

or whether you're gonna hire a local employee.

So, today I'm gonna share with you three steps

you can go through to figure out

whether you need a virtual assistant

or whether you need a local VA.

Stay tuned.

(tranquil music)

Hi, I'm Ellen from Rent Roll Starter

and today we're talking about whether you should hire

a virtual assistant or a local employee

as you start to grow your business.

So, there are three simple steps with this

to figure out whether you need a local employee

or whether you need to use a virtual assistant

or whether maybe you need to outsource all together.

So, step one is just figure out

what your zone of genius is.

So, what are all the things

that you are exceptionally good at doing?

What's the stuff that you're really great at doing,

you really love doing, and these are the things

that you should be focused on doing.

So, if you're the business owner,

there is a good chance that the stuff

that you are best at is talking to landlords,

talking to tenants, bringing in new business,

setting up relationships with referral partners,

those sorts of things.

So, they're your zone of genius.

These are the things you should continue

to be responsible for.

So, this is step one.

Just figure out what your zone of genius is.

What is the stuff that you love doing

and that you do really, really well.

So, step two is figuring out what's boring for you?

What's the stuff you hate doing?

For me, I hate receipting rent.

I hate doing bank reconciliations.

I hate all of that stuff.

I'm not a numbers person, so I don't like doing it.

But maybe for your it's routine inspections.

You get really bored doing routine inspections

or maybe it's entry or ingoing condition reports.

You just hate doing that stuff.

So, figure out what's all the stuff that's boring for you

'cause this will give you some insight

into what tasks you need to offload to someone else

and once you know what those tasks are,

you can start to figure out

who it is you're gonna hire.

So, figure out what's the boring stuff

that you hate to do.

Step three is where we have to get creative,

we want to start to create a list

of all the ways that you could get the boring stuff done.

So, write a list of all the ways

that you could offload the stuff you hate doing.

So, maybe you hate doing routine inspections.

So, we're gonna create a list of all the ways

you could get the routine inspections done.

So, obviously one way you can get it done

is to do it yourself

but that's probably not the way you're going to do it.

Another way might be to hire

an outsourced routine inspection company

or another way might be to hire a permanent employee

into your business who is responsible

for doing the routine inspections

or another way might be

that you still do the routine inspections yourself

but you change the way you do them,

you do them with video, you do them with voice to text,

you do that sort of thing

and you get a virtual assistant

to finish typing up the inspection and send it for you.

So, maybe you still have to do it yourself

'cause you can't quite afford to outsource it all together,

but maybe there are ways that you can minimize

how impactful the routine inspections are for you

because it's something that you hate doing.

So, you'll go through and create lists

for how you could achieve theses tasks alternatively.

So, for all the things, including your trust accounting

if that's something that's on your list,

including your social media,

if that's something that's on the list

of things that you don't like to do.

Write lists outlining

all the different ways you could get these tasks done

and then start going through the lists

and figuring out what options are actually viable

for you and your business.

I've actually created a free report

that you might find useful

which is the four questions you must ask yourself

before hiring a virtual assistant, outsourcing,

or hiring a local employee into your business.

So, if you want to access that,

I'm going to put that in the link below

so that you can just go and download that free report.

It'll take you through the four questions

you should ask yourself

so that you can figure out what your next step is,

'cause I know that when you first start a rent roll

and you're doing everything yourself,

you get to a stage where you can't just do it all,

so you've gotta figure out do you need somebody locally

or do you need a virtual assistant?

I'm Ellen from Rent Roll Starter

and I look forward to hearing from you

when you finally hire a virtual assistant

or a local employee into your business.

faithful friend Heartbreaking pictures show 'Emiliano Sala's dog' waiting for one last goodbye at la - Duration: 4:05.

HEARTBREAKING pictures appear to show Emiliano Sala's dog waiting outside his funeral to say one final farewell

Thousands of tearful mourners, including Cardiff manager Neil Warnock, arrived to pay tribute to the late footballer in his hometown of Progreso, Argentina, over the weekend

And as the guests arrived to pay their respects, it seems that the loyal black labrador, called Nala, waited to see his coffin

The images purporting to show Sala's pet come after Romina Sala, sister of Emiliano, posted a picture of the pooch waiting for the 28-year-old to come home

Sala's plane crashed over the English Channel as he made his way from Nantes to south east Wales following his £15million transfer to Cardiff

And it has been reported that Nala was one of the reasons that tragic Sala returned to France after signing for the Bluebirds

He was understood to have taken his dog to kennels and started the process of moving her to Wales so she could live with him

Since Sala lived alone, he got Nala soon after he moved to Nantes in 2015 to keep him company

The Argentine ace regularly uploaded pictures to his social media profiles of his pooch and they enjoyed walks on the beach together

His sister, Romina, has confirmed that she will be taking care of Nala now.  She said: "Nala, your faithful companionship is now ours

We never thought of giving her up for adoption. I will clarify this to ensure people are aware

"  Thousands arrived to the star's funeral wearing "Emi" number 9 shirts before his coffin was carried out from his childhood club for a private cremation

The late footballer's grieving cousin has demanded a full investigation into the death - claiming "he was killed"

Sala died from head injuries and he had to be identified by his fingerprints when his body was pulled from the wreckage

British pilot David Ibbotson's body has not yet been discovered, but a GoFundMe page has been launched to fund a private search
