Waching daily Feb 20 2019

Before Jurgen Klopp first walked through the Westfalenstadion door as manager, before he forged a black and yellow dynasty, upsetting the German football status quo and waking up one of the European game's sleeping giants, he received a compelling offer

It would have set him on a completely different career path. Klopp was still at Mainz in the German second division when Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness called

He was told that he was one of two candidates to succeed Ottmar Hitzfeld, who had revealed midway through the season that he would not be staying beyond the summer

At that time the German was considered something of a wildcard option and ultimately the Bavarians opted to hire Jurgen Klinsmann instead

That worked out well. Bavaria was once again raised as a potential destination for Klopp after leaving Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2015

Bayern Munich were already preparing for the departure of Pep Guardiola and for many Klopp was the obvious choice to replace his one-time Bundesliga rival

As we all now know, he pitched up at Liverpool instead. Despite never playing or coaching them, Bayern Munich are a club woven through the fabric of Klopp's career

His defining achievement as a manager came in toppling the Bavarians as the Bundesliga's predominant force, winning back-to-back league titles between 2011 and 2012, while his defining failure as a manager also came against the same team, suffering defeat in the 2013 Champions League final

Now, Klopp will face Bayern Munich once again, with the German champions on Merseyside to take on Liverpool in the last 16 of the Champions League

Between them, the two clubs have 10 European Cup titles, but only one will progress into the quarter finals here

It promises to be one of the most intriguing ties of the round. Had things turned out a little differently, Klopp might have been the manager in the away dugout for this clash

And it's possible that he could still become Bayern Munich manager in the future

In fact, there are many who believe it to be inevitable that he will one day take the reins at the Allianz Arena

Klopp is Germany's predominant manager and despite the current look of the Bundesliga table, Bayern Munich are Germany's predominant club

In that mutual stature, there is enough to link the two. But there are also philosophical parallels that would, theoretically, make them a good fit for each other

Klopp professes a brand of fast and furious football that would go down well in Bavaria

But why would the German want to leave Liverpool? He is on the brink of delivering the club's first league title in 29 years

Last season, he led the Reds to the Champions League final. The 51-year-old is putting in place the pillars that will hold up Liverpool for a generation and restore the club not just as a force in English football, but on the continent as well

Klopp could join the pantheon of great Liverpool managers

Is the Toyota HiLux diesel only? - Duration: 1:04.

Despite consistently being one of the best-selling cars in Australia, Toyota's stalwart HiLux ute range is almost an exclusively diesel affair, with just one petrol engine left in the range

The last petrol-powered HiLux is a 2.7-litre four-cylinder, non-turbo producing 122kW/245Nm and is restricted to Workmate 4x2 single and double cab variants only

The 4.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol V6 was phased out for the 2018 model year due to low demand

At the time Toyota said the V6 accounted for just 0.5 per cent of HiLux sales. The rest of the current Australian HiLux range employs either a 2

4-litre turbo-diesel producing 110kW/400Nm or a 2.8-litre turbo-diesel (for all 4x4 and Hi-Rider variants) producing 130kW/450Nm

That looks unlikely to shift for the foreseeable future, with many of the HiLux' rivals like the Ford Ranger, Nissan Navara and Isuzu D-Max now existing as diesel-only offerings

While petrol variants could be the first to meet the chopping block, the manual variants could be next as the ute passed a milestone in 2017 of over half of sales being automatics

Toyota says this is due to HiLux customers - including tradespeople and fleet buyers - increasingly choosing autos

As a result, for the 2018 model year, Toyota began offering even more automatic variants

Jazz Jennings is Worried She Won't Like Sex | Heavy.com

Jazz Jennings is worried she won't enjoy having sex because of how "effed up her whole vagina is," according to an exclusive clip of tonight's episode shared by People.

On Tuesday's episode of I Am Jazz, the 18-year-old reality star goes on a date with her boyfriend Ahmir Steward, who she admits "isn't the textbook definition of who I expected I would go out with.

" However, she admits that there is "something about him" that she's drawn to and she feels like there is "so much to him and I'm only scratching the surface.

Steward is 19-years-old and, according to Radar, the two met on the internet.

"Jazz met him online and they're still together," a source told Radar.

Friends and fans of Jazz seem to primarily approve of Steward, although many have been cautioning Jazz to take it slow with her new boyfriend for the time-being.

It's unclear whether or not Jazz plans to listen to the advice of her friends and fans to take it slow, as the 18-year-old girl definitely isn't shy about talking about sex.

She brought up her "needs" to her parents in last week's episode, and in the clip People shared for tonight's episode shows her bringing up the topic during a date with her new beau.

During their conversation (in the clip above), Jennings notices that Steward's eyes are gazing downward toward her chest, and she asks him if her cleavage looks good.

"You're looking at my eyes, but then your eyes are like," she says, emulating his facial expression.

       .

She then brings up sex to an already-blushing Steward.

"I hope I like sex," she says, which causes Steward to giggle.

However, she has reasonable fears about intercourse, due to her recent gender confirmation surgery.

"Everyone likes it, but what if I don't because of how effed up my whole vagina is?" she asks Steward.

She eventually shrugs off her fears, and flirtatiously tells Steward: "Well, we gotta try it first, right?".

Whether she will like sex or not will have to wait, as Jazz can't have intercourse for some time following her bottom surgery.

In last week's episode, she brought up her sex drive to her parents, which admittedly made her father visibly uncomfortable and her mother somewhat flustered.

"Even though I have a low libido and I don't have those desires all the time, I want to still be able to explore sexual things," she tells her parents.

"If I try it and I like it, then maybe that will create desire within me, you know? But I still want to be able to learn how to kiss and do other things that people do in relationships.".

She then tries to reassure her parents that she is waiting until marriage to have sex, which spurred a bit of a reaction from her mother.

"You're not allowed to [have sex]! You have to wait months [after the surgery]," Jeanette reminds her.

Either way, Jazz has a couple of months to figure out if she's ready for sex with Steward, since she can't physically have intercourse at the moment anyway.

What do you think of Jazz's new boyfriend? Do you think she is rushing into things with Steward, or do you think he is a good match for her? Let us know in the comments below, and tune in to I Am Jazz, which airs Tuesday nights at 9/8c on TLC.

How Advisers Can More Easily Charge What Your Advice Is Worth - Duration: 3:28.

You're worth it, aren't you?

You make a massive difference in the lives of so many people.

All you need to do is write a list of all of the people's lives that you've changed

or impacted in a positive way over the last 12 months to understand how valuable you really are.

Yet, when it comes to pricing or charging for that advice, I still see so many advisers

out there, and you know who you are, who are… under charging.

And the thing is, when it comes to pricing, you've got to make the sale to two people.

The first person is yourself.

You've got to have enough conviction in your own value, before you can then try and get

others to see the same and perceive the same value that you know.

And yet it is an area that so many advisers struggle in.

But yet, if you are out and about, and you bumped into someone and you were talking,

and through that conversation you were able to give them some tips or some things to think

about, and they turn around and go, "Wow, that was so fantastic," and you know you get

that little chuffed feeling of, "Yeah, I do know my stuff, and I can help."

You know how valuable you are.

But in this example, that advice was free, not really advice, but those tips were free,

meaning there was no price tag attached.

However, the minute we try and attach a price tag, we go all, "Ooooh, I don't know about

my value," and we question how valuable we are.

But at the end of the day, it's important that you charge your clients the right fee.

Couple of reasons.

One, if there's a bit of tension in what they've gotta pay, there's more chance they're also

going to pay attention.

So, if you give someone something for free, they don't value it, more than not, as much

as when they pay for it.

And if they pay enough that there's tension, they're going to actually take that advice,

hopefully, and do more with it.

So you owe it, if you want them to do some of the things that you're suggesting and the

advice you're giving you want them to take, you need to charge them so that they've got

enough skin in the game to take action.

The other thing is that a lot of advisers start looking at themselves and, "oooh ooh,

am I worth it?"

You've gotta detach yourself from the work, and think about; is the work that I'm going

to be doing with this client worth an amount of money that they need to pay, because that

is I'm charging for.

The transformation, the improvement in their life.

And that's what you've gotta focus on.

Take that away from it being about you, to it being about them, the value that you're

delivering to their life through the work that you're doing, that's worth it.

So when it comes to pricing, it is a number, it is only a number, and I know that number

stumps a lot of you, but you've gotta do what's right… and that is by charging clients the

right fee where there's a bit of tension and it represents the value that you're bringing

to the table.

You're worth it, because you are A Valuable Adviser.

THIS is where Liverpool can hurt Bayern Munich tonight - Bundesliga pundit - Duration: 3:23.

That's according to Fox Sport commentator Keith Costigan, who believes Liverpool are the favourites for the Champions League knockout clash

Bayern have had to endure a season of transition under Niko Kovac, as they look to overhaul their ageing squad

It's come at the expense of their Bundesliga domination, with Borussia Dortmund currently on course for their first title since 2012

And Costigan believes their lack of defensive solidity could cost them the tie. "I think the way Bayern Munich have been conceding goals and the way Kovac has struggled to win over the group in big games, Liverpool have to be the favourites for this one," he told the Liverpool Echo

"I will say I don't expect them to be as cavalier in their approach against us and we will probably see Kimmich and Alaba be more defensive and look to counter

That's something Kovac is much more comfortable coaching. "The performance against Augsburg on Friday night summed up their season

Conceding sloppy goals but for the most part having enough talented individuals to help them pull out a result

" Liverpool world class front-three of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino is capable of destructing almost every defence in world football

And it's out wide where the pundit believes the Reds could profit on Tuesday night and in Munich

"The areas Liverpool can exploit is down the flanks if the full-backs go forward," he added

"Teams have looked to attack Hummels when Alaba goes forward and that is an area where Salah can be really effective

" The Bavarians reached last season's semi-finals and some of their squad were part of the side that won the 2013 competition at Wembley Stadium

Therefore despite the fact they're not the Bayern of old, Kovac's men should not be underestimated

"Liverpool have to be careful of Bayern and their counter-attacks. This is a team that has done that so well with Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery in the past

Recently it's been Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry starting out wide and they're dangerous," Constigan continued

"If I'm not mistaken Gnabry caused Trent Alexander-Arnold some problems in the Champions League qualifier against Hoffenheim at the start of last season

"In Robert Lewandowski they have a forward that isn't involved much in link up play but he is a clinical finisher

He can't be given space. "Leon Goretzka has also been in good form recently - timing his runs into the area and he's a scoring threat in these situations

"
