3 Unexpectedly Perfect Careers For ENFPs - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 7:24.

Hey Dan here and in this video I want to share with you three career options that

many ENFPs assume they would suck at or are turned off by but in reality can be

the cream of the crop for ENFPs and careers where ENFPs can find a ton of

success. if this is your first time on the channel my name is Dan this is

dreams around the world and my mission is to help you become the best version

of yourself. So the first career that many ENFPs are

really turned off by but ENFPs can be really good at is sales and promotion.

Come on we all know this is true you've had the moments where you've been trying

to get your friend to go with you to a party or you've got into a cause I mean

there's not an ENFP in the world who hasn't been vegan or keto or bulletproof

or whatever thing at some point in their life, we tend to be a little crazy that

way and when we are promoting something we really care about

we are extremely good at it. I think we all know that is true right now why most

ENFPs are turned off by sales and promotion is our perception of what

sales needs to be. We think sales is about being really pushy, forceful and we

think that if something is good you don't need to sell it right so therefore

sales is just about selling things people don't need which anyone who knows

about psychology or marketing that we know that's not true that you need to

influence and promote if you want to have people do anything, if you want

people to exercise more and be happier like governments have programs where

they basically promote exercise or promote health and like they need to

market it and promote it because people need that in order to change in anything

and as an ENFP you have the gift of the gab and the ability to influence and to

sell and to promote when and this is very important when you believe in the

cause so when you are aligned with something you really like to do now if

like me you had a sales job in the past I did door-to-door sales and Furley two

weeks telemarketing for my university to get donations I did not enjoy that right

but I did not really care about the cause and so often as an ENFP you'll get

a job as a teenager maybe having to sell something and you don't

like it why because you're selling something that you don't really like and

you don't care about it your boss isn't very good like you're learning sales

from someone two years older who doesn't really know what they're doing and then

you get turned off of it for your whole life like nope don't want to do sales

try that is terrible never again right well that's why you're turned off

because you had a terrible experience with it. Trust me, when you get aligned

with the right organization or product or whatever it is for you you can do

really well in sales and promotions and actually really enjoy it. The second

career path ENFPs can flourish in is entrepreneurship and some of you

ENFPs know this where they're like yeah I want to work for myself I could

never have a boss that's perfect but sometimes we look at certain types

of entrepreneurs like imagine the guy who owns 12 McDonald's or someone who's

built a massive corporation like GE or Microsoft and I would argue that ENFPs

tend not to be Empire builders we're not going to be someone who builds a

traditional like mining company or steel Empire or financial powerhouse, those

aren't the kind of entrepreneurs ENFPs are but with the right sort of business

an ENFP can be an exceptionally good entrepreneur and in most cases not all I

think that is more of a lifestyle business and what I mean by lifestyle

business is a business that will maybe max out it's somewhere between 1 or 9

and 12 employees somewhere in there that's focused on a cause, that's fun

that's not too rigid, versus say a performance business where you're

looking at 20 30 50 people or building more of an empire right 500 a thousand

people I'm sure there are many ENFP business founders who started a company

and loved it during the first year or two and then got investments and then

grew and then had to have an HR department in the legal department it

was like nope I'm done this is not for me so ENFPs great entrepreneurs in

the early stage and in more lifestyle based companies at least that's my

theory. On it the third career that ENFPs can do really well in but maybe

don't think about as much as they should is writing. ENFPs can be awesome

writers if you look up famous ENFPs there are a ton of great novelist

journalist we are good at communication and we can be really

passionate about something and pour that into our writing to share that message

now within the writing field there are many things you can do in fact I think

four years ago I created a course on an introduction to being a freelance writer

and I went through all the different options and there's dozens of ways you

can earn money writing a few that I think are extra appealing for ENFPs

is maybe being a freelance journalist although I say that hesitantly because

journalism is in a very bad state these days and I probably would not want to be

involved with it but like an investigative journalist traditionally

any and if you would love you have adventure you can uncover injustice you

can share a message could be really cool be very careful about where you work

these days second thing is being a copywriter this is what I did when I was

a freelance writer and traveling the world I was doing copywriting which

means doing marketing writing for companies I would often work with

coaches and small businesses and basically help them identify like who

they are what they're passionate about what their message is and then convey

that to their audience and I really loved that because I was connecting with

people and then helping people that I believed in promote themselves so that

worked really well and the third option of course is to write articles to write

books that more of a traditional writer that we think of it's a different

business model than working with clients but it's something that can work really

well and of course you can mix these I have written books I write articles all

the time and I have written for my own copywriting and marketing and I've

written for a dozens of companies as a copywriter so often as a writer you will

mix all these there are some people who are primarily authors or primarily

journalists or that sort of thing but you can definitely mix all these

together that is the beauty of writing once you learn how to write you can of

course write in many many different ways and I'd be crazy to not mention that if

you do want to become a freelance writer I highly suggest signing up for a free

training I have called the life design approach I tell many stories about

building my own writing career about traveling well being a freelance

copywriter and how I just got started including writing books you can sign up

for that at dreams around-the-world slash free training I'll put a link

below in the comments and description as well and yeah you'll enjoy it

tell some pretty hilarious stories and share a lot of insights into how I got

started so in the comments below answer me this the three career options I

covered sales and promotion, entrepreneurship and writing - did your

view of them change after this video? How did you think of them before and how do

you think of them now let me know below in the comments and as always I publish

new videos every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m. Eastern so hit that

My Bike for 2019: The Bruce Check! - Duration: 4:58.

Hey guys, what's up, Erik Fedko here! Today, I'm going to present my new bike to you guys

I got a new bike sponsor for 2019, like I already announced on my Instagram

Check out the bike and have fun!

So, my new bike sponsor for 2019: ROSE Bikes

I'm really stoked about having the honor to ride the ROSE "The Bruce" frame

It's an extremely nice frame made of aluminum, which is super light and coated in a "RRARI Red" colourway.

If you're interested in the bike, just check the description for the link.

Then we continue with the fork:

This year I'm also partnering with SRAM and RockShox

Accordingly I'll ride the RockShox Pike fork, a dirt jump fork

Moving on to the Cockpit, we also got SRAM components,

full Truvativ Descendant set-up – a Descendant DH 35 handlebar and a Descendant 35 stem

Super nice handle bars and also very light

Further I'm using ODI BMX grips, called ODI Longneck

Super nice grips, which are very soft and till now I never lost the control

over my bike. Sick grips!

So, let's talk about my brakes. I'm using a X0 brake lever,

which is already pretty old but still works great and

gives me the perfect pressure point, that I need to ride with the Trixer hydraulic gyro by Trickstuff.

In the back I'm using the SRAM Level brake caliper which is a two piston brake calliper and also super light and sturdy

The braking power is definitely sufficient with the gyro

I'm more than stoked, that the system runs that well like it is, because many people

Complain that the Trixer somehow leaks Or that it's just leaky in general. But that is not the case here.

Let's move on to the crank, which is a SRAM Descendant

made of carbon. Simply for the reason, because I want my bike to be as light as possible.

The carbon crank already reduces the weight of the bike by about 400 grams.

It's a very nice crank, never had problems with it.

Attached to the Truvativ Descendant crank I ride the SRAM X-Sync

Chainring with eleven speed division, which is also really light, made out of aluminum and

It is super sturdy and so far it has handled everything perfectly.

The chain is also from SRAM, the SRAM XX1 Chain, super light and sturdy as well

Let's move on to the wheels.

Let's start with the hubs. In the front I got the SRAM XO hub with 15mm which is perfect for the Pike

In the back I ride the Profile Z Coaster free coaster hub. Also such a nice part. Just got it ready yesterday.

Going to test it later.

In the front and in the back I've got AlexRims Volar rims. 3.0 as a back wheel, perfect because it's really stable,

And in the front the 2.7 Volar. These are a bit lighter, so it's perfect as a front wheel.

Tires from Continental. Also a new sponsor for 2019.

I'm super happy about it, because I've been riding the Conti Race King for 5 years now

and yes that was my bike, I hope you liked it.

That was my bike setup for the next season. I'm stoked to work with my new partners.

I am super happy about the

new bike. There is also a costum painted The Bruce frame in the works.

Also super cool, I already saw a little sneak peek and I can definitely say it's going to be awesome.

I'll do a bike build video when it is ready, so stay tuned!

Let me know what you think about the setup. Until next time!

Fantasy Premier League tips: Best Fantasy Football transfers for FPL GW27 – Kane returns - Duration: 5:33.

Fantasy Football bosses can be forgiven for taking their eye off the ball over the past week as FA Cup and Champions League fixtures take centre stage

However, the Premier League returns this weekend with plenty of pitfalls to catch out any unwary managers

Two Friday night fixtures mean an early deadline could scupper plenty of FPL gaffers' transfer plans while the Carabao Cup final between Manchester City and Chelsea makes their assets temporarily useless

Luckily, Express Sport has you covered with some handy hints and tips to help bosses set up for the weekend – including an update on a certain Harry Kane…Fantasy Premier League tips GW27 GKP: Arthur Boruc (Bournemouth) – £4

0m Boruc is the cheapest starting goalkeeper in the top-flight, priced at just £4

0m after ousting Asmir Begovic in GW23. The Pole has picked up a save point in each of his last three matches and will hope for another shut-out against Wolves

DEF: Adrian Mariappa (Watford) – £4.2m Mariappa has started every match since GW19 and has three clean sheets in the past four games as Watford keep things tight at the back

The centre-back is cheaper than defensive parter Craig Cathcart and would provide Hornets cover with Jose Holebas injured

DEF: Angelo Ogbonna (West Ham United) – £4.2m A bit of a punt due to West Ham's dodgy defence, but Ogbonna forced his way into Manuel Pellegrini's team and is now a fixture in the Hammers side

A clean sheet agains Fulham is expected, so the Italian is a snip at just £4.2m. DEF: Joel Matip (Liverpool) – £4

9m The Cameroon defender is certain to start alongside Virgil van Dijk at Old Trafford with Dejan Lovren and Joe Gomez still sidelined

Jurgen Klopp's side have improved dramatically in defence this season and Matip is a good budget way into the Reds rearguard

MID: James Maddison (Leicester City) – £6.6m FPL managers will be looking to stock up on Leicester assets ahead of a run which sees the Foxes play nine teams rated no higher than three in the Fixture Difficulty Rankings

Crystal Palace are first up for the playmaker, who will hope Jamie Vardy can find a clinical edge and finish off the chances he is creating

MID: Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Arsenal) – £6.7m Mkhitaryan is an excellent differential ahead of GW27 with less than four per cent of managers owning the Armenian winger

Arsenal have been struggling for consistency in recent weeks but Mkhitaryan has featured regularly since his return from injury and has a better shot-per-minute ratio than any of his team-mates

MID: Felipe Anderson (West Ham United) – £7.2m West Ham's home match against Fulham is a stand-out this week in terms of goals expected, with Anderson likely to be involved if the Hammers cut loose against Claudio Ranieri's side

The Brazilian has eight goals and four assists so far this season and is expected to add to that tally on Saturday

FWD: Salomon Rondon (Newcastle United) – £5.7m London has six goals and three assists this campaign but should probably have more based on his impressive shooting statistics

The Venezuelan is among the top six forwards in the Premier League when it comes to shots on goal and shots from inside the penalty area since GW11 – Huddersfield beware

FWD: Marcus Rashford (Manchester United) – £7.8m Manchester United's home clash with Liverpool is a difficult one to call, so your transfer choices could well be determined by your club allegiance

Matip is a bargain if the visitors earn a shut-out but Rashford is most likely to break the deadlock for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side after seven goals in his last 11 matches

FWD: Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) – £12.4m It may be a bit early but we can't help being excited by the return of Harry Kane to Tottenham training this week

The England captain has recovered rapidly from an ankle injury and is in contention to face Burnley

If he plays and scores, his price will skyrocket so get on board now.

CSWB - Top Tips for Staying Safe Online - Duration: 3:01.

The landscape of crime has been changing. Technology has advanced and online activity

social media and the dark web provide new opportunities for

perpetrators to exploit vulnerability and cause harm.

My top tip is what you see in the top of the page over any online site.

That little padlock will ensure your safety.

My safety tip to pass on to parents is how to use parental control

and to understand how to use it on devices.

The internet is a bit like the Wild West and there are a lot of people out there

who might be trying to do you some harm so you have to stay aware and not fall

into the traps they set you.

Watch out for spurious emails that expect you to click a link in return

it could be somebody purporting to be from your bank saying there's been a

problem and you must click and if you you think it's coming from a bona fide

organisation go to that organisation's main website because spurious ones do exist

and it's surprising how frequent and the clever ideas that the criminals will try on.

I think one of the most import things that people can do to stay safe online

is to make sure that their software is always up to date.

If you keep your software up to date they'll find it very difficult to get through

and it's not just on one device but it's on all of your devices.

My top tip to keep people safe online would be to make sure their social

media accounts always on private and for them to always make sure that they know

what accounts are following them.

I make sure that my location's always turned off, especially on Snapchat

because when you log on to it, it's automatically set everyone can see your location.

I only follow people I want to see so I don't get pulled into anything with

people which could be negative or bring me negative attention.

Don't decide to meet up with people you don't know. The first thing you need to do is

block them and report them because it's dangerous and you shouldn't be giving

your personal details out to people you don't know.

Service providers and websites do not provide enough protection for the user

that's why it falls to you to protect yourself and keep yourself safe.

For tips and advice check out our website, Staying Safe Online.

Klopp's plan for Oxlade-Chamberlain revealed by Henderson - Duration: 2:53.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has given the Liverpool squad a massive boost by returning to training

The creative midfielder hasn't featured for the Reds since suffering a serious, long-term injury to his right knee in the Champions League semi-final against Roma in April last year

It was initially feared the injury would keep the former Arsenal star out until later this year however Oxlade-Chamberlain made huge strides in his efforts to return to the Liverpool team as quickly as possible and joined in with light training before the match against Bayern Munich on Tuesday night

Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  Now, captain Jordan Henderson has revealed how much of a boost that is giving to the squad and what steps manager Jurgen Klopp will take with Oxlade-Chamberlain to reintegrate him into the side

"The manager will be [careful] – he is with players who have been out for a long time, he knows how difficult it is to come back," he told liverpoolfc

com.  "But Ox has looked good in training and I'm sure over the next few weeks, as he builds fitness, the manager will keep a close eye on him because he is an important player, a fantastic player for this team

"To have him back before the end of the season would be a massive boost.  "It was obviously a massive moment for everyone but [especially] for him to be back from a bad injury

He has been out for a while now and I'm sure he's been thinking about that moment for a long time

"It was great to have him back. He is a great character around the lads and he is obviously a fantastic player, so to have him back within the squad was a big plus for us

"Hopefully over the next few weeks he can keep progressing and build his fitness up

Who knows, hopefully he can get some minutes before the end of the season – that would be a huge boost for the team

"

Choupette in mourning for Karl Lagerfeld His death puts famous cat in line to inherit pound 150m - Duration: 7:47.

Choupette in mourning for Karl Lagerfeld His death puts famous cat in line to inherit pound 150m

Karl Lagerfelds heiress cat has paid tribute to her late companion, appearing behind a black veil, in a heartbreaking post.

Choupette who Lagerfeld famously said he would marry could be set to inherit his £150m fortune, but was described as simply heart broken.

The feline was Lagerfelds great love, flying with him on private jets, adorned in diamond necklaces and raking in millions as a model.

The Instagram post read: Thank you everyone for your words of condolence. cat face crying emoji With a once cold but now simply broken heart, I am going into mourning.

Choupette the gorgeous and beloved Burmese cat of Karl Lagerfeld appeared behind a funereal veil with words describing her as having a once cold but now simply broken heart

Lagerfeld once told i.D magazine: Her name is Choupette, Princess Choupette or Miss Choupette. Shes snow white with touches of caramel around the eyes, ears and on her endless boa like feather tail.

The Birman cat, who Lagerfeld called his one true love and famously said he would marry if it was legal, has enjoyed a life of luxury only mere mortals can dream of

I pray that your kind words and well wishes will help me to put my best paw forward in my future without Daddy @KarlLagerfeld as my own woman.

Clearly someone else must have written this for the kitty, but it is not known who is looking after the gorgeous Burmese since Lagerfeld died aged 85 in Paris on Tuesday.

She was one of the designers most important companions in later life and enjoyed a life of luxurym making more than £2.5million herself.

Lagerfelds massive wealth could end up in the felines paws if certain legal structures are arranged, it has been claimed.

Originally belonging to Baptiste Giabiconi, after two weeks of house sitting for the French model in 2011, Lagerfeld told him: Im sorry but Choupette is mine, and would later joke that he abducted her before turning her into an international model.

From the moment the creative director was gifted Choupette, her life was changed forever.

Choupette began her modelling career in August 2012, posing in the arms of French supermodel Laetitia Casta by the Eiffel Tower.

The cat has since been used in numerous advertising campaigns, including for Opel cars and various make up ranges.

A whole collection titled Choupette in Love was launched in honour of the feline and a Chanel range was inspired by the cats eyes.

The stunning cat, which has a silky white coat and deep blue eyes has more than 128,000 Instagram followers.

Lagerfeld poses next to a painting of his cat during the inauguration of the show Corsa Karl and Choupette at the Palazzo Italia in Berlin in 2015

Choupette sticks her furry head out of a black leather handbag

Lagerfeld left at a visit to Chanel workshops in Pantin, outside of Paris and beside a photograph of himself holding Choupette with cat ears right which appeared in Harpers Bazaar

Her two maids, Françoise and Marjorie, keep the cat company when her daddy isnt around and tend to her every whim.

In addition Choupette had her own collection of diamond necklaces, a chef and a hairdresser.

Lagerfeld said in a previous interview: Even if she sleeps, she doesnt want to be alone. Shes like a chic lady, like a kept woman with her personal maid.

They play with her, they have to take care of her beautiful white hair, the beauty treatments for her eyes, and they entertain her. She is the center of the world. If you saw her, you would understand.

Likening her to Hollywood screen siren Greta Garbo, he also said of Choupette: There is something unforgettable about her, the way she moves, the way she plays. Shes an inspiration for elegance. For attitude.

The eight year old feline favours walks along the catwalk over walks in the park and prefers hitting the shopping mall or lounging in antique lace to frolics in the garden.

And in true diva style, she doesnt just have one name. She has three  Choupette, Princess Choupette or Miss Choupette.

Lagerfeld at work with his team, taking a break to say hello to Choupette who is held by an assistant

Karl Lagerfeld posing with his beautiful Birman cat in a photo from Choupettes official Instagram

Riding in style: Choupette in her own comfortable car seat, she was treated to the very best

The blue eyed kitty has been the inspiration for many of Lagerfelds designs, including a black and white capsule collection starting at dollar 465, as well as a scented candle which featured her portrait and cost more than dollar 250.

Choupette made more than £2.3million in one year alone after appearing in just two ad campaigns — one for Japenese beauty product Shu Uemura, and for German car company Vauxhall.

Speaking of his desire to make their relationship to be official, Lagerfeld once said: There is no marriage, yet, for human beings and animals… I never thought that I would fall in love like this with a cat.

I look a lot like her, were really like an old couple. In fact, she maintains it my beard for me, we sleep on the same pillow and she spends her life licking it.

Even Vogues editor in chief, Anna Wintour, was drawn to the animal, telling people at the British Fashion Awards in 2015 that she would like to be reborn as Choupette in the next life.

But behind the glamourous exterior, in one of Lagerfelds last interviews, he told , of their deep affection for each other.

He told the magazine how he and Choupette slept together, sometimes in the middle of the night, she wants to play. She runs all over me and her little teeth bite me through the light summer cashmere blanket.

He described how if he ever slept with his back to the cat she would grow furious.

Recently he mentioned the cat when asked about funeral plans, telling Numéro: There will be no funeral. Id rather die! Ive asked to be cremated and want my ashes to be scattered along with my mothers... And Choupettes, if she dies before I do.

A recent statement from a spokesperson confirmed his wishes will be respected, and it is expected Lagerfeld will be cremated without a funeral ceremony.

Lagerfeld had previously asked that his ashes be mixed and scattered with those of his mother Elisabeth and his lover Jacques De Bascher, who died in 1989 of AIDS.

Matt Le Tissier mocks Martin Keown for Aguero comment during Schalke 2-3 Man City - Duration: 2:36.

Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling will deservedly steal headlines following Manchester City's 3-2 victory over Schalke 04 on Wednesday

Heading into the last five minutes, City were 2-1 behind and down to 10 men because of Nicolas Otamendi's 68th-minute red card

Sergio Aguero had opened the scoring for the away side before two penalties in the space of seven minutes from Nabil Bentaleb gave Schalke the lead

Defeat seemed inevitable for City, but in the 85th minute, Sane scored a stunning 25-yard free-kick against his former club to level the scores

And five minutes later, Pep Guardiola's men were 3-2 ahead.  Ederson's 70-yard pass from deep inside his own half - which you can watch here - fell straight to the feet of Sterling, who made no mistake in a one-on-one situation

Victory means City have the advantage heading into the second leg and Guardiola deserves huge credit for the changes he made at 2-1 down

The Spaniard replaced Sergio Aguero with Sane in the 78th minute and the German winger drew City level seven minutes later

Sterling was also pushed further forward when Aguero came off and, sure enough, the England international bagged a 90th-minute winner

It was a fantastic game of football to watch for neutral fans, but they did have one problem with it: Martin Keown's commentary alongside Ian Darke

Keown was slammed on social media throughout the game for some of the comments he made and even Matt Le Tissier got involved with one particular incident

When Guardiola brought off Aguero, Keown said in the commentary box: "You don't see that very often

"  But Le Tissier quickly pointed out that Aguero has actually been substituted a lot this season as a way of mocking Keown

Keown really doesn't help himself sometimes and it's clear that football fans enjoyed Le Tissier's tweet, which has received over 20,000 engagements so far

Nevertheless, City are now in a strong position to reach the Champions League quarter-finals and Guardiola has called on his players to improve if they're going to challenge for the trophy

"We're not ready to fight for the Champions League," City's manager said. "We gave away the goals and the red card

"They didn't have a shot on target and scored twice. If they'd scored a third or fourth then maybe we're out

We played incredibly well. I'm delighted but it's not enough."
