Nurse Who Hid Evidence for Accused Killer in Colo. Moms Murder Was Very, Very Scared Hed Kill Her, T - Duration: 5:23.

Nurse Who Hid Evidence for Accused Killer in Colo. Moms Murder Was Very, Very Scared Hed Kill Her, T

The Idaho nurse who in the alleged  was very, very scared and feared for her own life if she didnt assist the accused killer, according to a friend of the nurse.

Krystal Jean Lee Kenney of Hanson, Idaho also known as Krystal Lee pleaded guilty Friday to tampering with evidence, specifically by ditching Berreths cell phone for , 32, Berreths fiancé who is charged with her presumed murder.

Berreth, a 29 year old flight instructor from Woodland Park, Colorado, and mother of Frazees child, was last seen in public on Nov. 22.

In court, Kenney said she knew Frazee allegedly had committed murder.

A frightened Kenney had confided to her friend Michelle Stein that she had a role in the coverup, Stein told . I will just tell you Krystal was very, very scared, said Stein. Krystals a very level headed, kind, fun loving, happy go lucky person. Shes a tough cowgirl. But she was absolutely scared and extremely upset.

Asked by CBS News correspondent Nikki Battiste if she thought Frazee was capable of killing, Stein replied: Yes. I do. I think hes a very dangerous person.

While insisting she has absolutely no doubt Kenney was not involved in the alleged murder, Stein said Kenney had very, very good reasoning for whatever it is she may or may not have done.

What was the reasoning? asked Battiste.

I cant really comment completely, but fear, and legitimate fear, replied Stein.

That if she didnt comply with Patrick, he might kill her?

Yes, thats what I believe, Stein said.

At another point, Stein recalled her friend saying about Frazee, She did tell me that she has never seen that kind of evil in anybody.

Kenney and Frazee had dated previously and were acquainted for 15 years, but not until recently did Stein learn that her friend was engaged to Berreth and the couple had a child, said Stein.

Stein did not reveal what Kenny may have said about how she became involved in the Berreth case.

Police had been investigating whether Kenney dumped Berreths phone in Idaho on Nov. 24 or 25, where the missing moms mobile device last pinged off cell towers shortly before authorities launched a search for her.

According to the felony charge against her, Kenney destroyed, mutilated, concealed, removed, or altered physical evidence in the case believing that an official proceeding was pending or about to be instituted.

Kenney has agreed to testify against Frazee at his murder trial, said prosecutors at a news conference last week. She is not currently in custody, but faces up to two years in prison for her guilty plea, the terms of which were agreed to in court Friday between prosecutors and Kenneys attorney, Dru Nielsen. PEOPLE was unable to immediately reach Nielsen.

The deal forbids Kenney from speaking about the case to reporters, and places all related court documents under seal for now. Kenney wont be sentenced until after Frazees trial.

In court Friday, Kenney said through tears, I knew Patrick Frazee committed homicide, according to . She further acknowledged that she knew getting rid of the cell phone would hinder the investigation.

She told the court she dumped Berreths phone two days after Berreths alleged death, saying, I had no right or authority to move the victims cell phone, reports CBS News.

In addition to two counts of murder, Frazee faces three counts of solicitation to commit murder in Berreths death.

While Teller County, Colorado, investigators have yet to detail the specific allegations behind the solicitation counts, it suggest prosecutors think Frazee allegedly solicited an individual three times, or three people on three separate occasions, as part of an alleged murder plot.

occurred between Sept. 1 and Nov. 1, 2018, according to the charging documents, which were obtained by PEOPLE.

According to the documents, prosecutors filed two murder counts because they have two theories about the presumed killing: either Frazee killed Berreth by himself, or he and someone else allegedly tried to rob Berreth before she was killed.

• Want to keep up with the latest crime coverage?  to get breaking crime news, ongoing trial coverage and details of intriguing unsolved cases in the True Crime Newsletter.

The charges against Frazee were filed nearly a month after Berreth vanished. She was last spotted publicly on surveillance video that captured her and her daughter entering a local market on Thanksgiving Day.

Frazee, who did not live with Berreth, told police he and his fiancée had met up that same day so Berreth could hand off their daughter to him. The status of Berreth and Frazees relationship is unclear, with relatives saying she had ended the engagement weeks earlier and others claiming the couple split the day of the alleged killing.

Berreths mother, who lives out of state, reported her daughter missing Dec. 2, and Frazee was arrested Dec. 21. He remains in police custody without bond.

Authorities who continue to search for Berreths body have not discussed a possible motive for the presumed killing.

Guest on a Podcast - How to Prepare for a Podcast Interview - Duration: 4:45.

Hi. I'm Lucy Griffiths and I'm going to share some strategies to help you

prepare for podcast and just feel more confident when you're speaking, whether

it's down the barrel of a lens or whether it is through a microphone on a podcast.

So, talking on the podcast especially on your first time can be a

bit nerve-racking and intimidating. So this video is just for you. What do you

do? Well the first thing before someone asks you to be on a podcast and you

think wow I'm on a podcast, you want to start working out what you're going to

say. So, just have a few ideas, a few notes of what you want to share. And

particularly, when it's you know a particular topic make sure that you have

something that resonates on that subject. Secondly, equipment. When you have your

equipment set up, you want to make sure that it will be something that will make

the audio impression of you something that matches you and your business. So

when you're talking on the podcast, most people often talk through zoom. So it's

just like having a chat like you would with any other business transaction, any

other business conversation. But actually in this case it's being recorded to then

share with people through their earphones and also whether they're

listening on the car. So now the audio quality matters that much more. So make

sure that you have a microphone that reflects you and what you do. Okay, so I'm

just gonna share a few examples of these. The first off is this. This is an audio

technical. So this one basically, you have a lead that comes out the back here and

it clips into your laptop and it's a USB clips in.

These were about, probably about $200. I have to say I use this for a couple of

years. I haven't loved the audio quality on them. It's sometimes a little bit hit

or miss, so I changed to this. So this is a blue yeti and actually I really love

it. It's the audio quality is really great.

I wouldn't say if you're running a podcast and you're getting a lot of

views you might want to upgrade then I will show you what I use for my podcast

but from the point of view of like every day, you know you're talking on a podcast,

you're doing a webinar, this is an excellent tool and basically, you clip

this in again to a laptop. Blue Yeti. I'll put the link below and it's a great tool

that really helps with enabling you to kind of look really professional when

you do a podcast, and you sound better and people will really appreciate that.

So, the next thing when you're on the podcast you also want to just you know

be someone who sounds like an authority. So remember to breathe. All about the

breathing. So deep breathing right down to your diaphragm

breathe deeply, so that you're calm and you're relaxed and you're not nervous.

You don't want to talk too quickly. You want to slow down, breathe. People will

trust and like what you have to say much more. The other thing is, when you're

nervous your voice will go up and you'll will be like hi I'm Lucy really. And really pleased

to meet you. And blaahhh--- So, lower that voice. You can do it very

easily when you just breathe. You sound more authoritative,

you sound calmer, more in control and then you'll have a much more enjoyable

experience being on a podcast. If you've liked this video, I would love you to

subscribe. Please click on the link below and I share lots of strategies to help

you get visible and beyond the podcast, and grow that online business because at

the end of the day when you grow an online business, that's when you can

build a life that you love and make money. What more do you want?

Thank you so much for watching. Bye bye bye.

✅ Breaking News - Peter Horne to start at No 10 for Scotland in France - Duration: 5:13.

Horne to get the nod to start at No 10 in Paris Exclusive By Rob Robertson Peter Horne is set to be given the nod at No 10 ahead of Adam Hastings for Scotland's Six Nations clash with France

Sportsmail understands that head coach Gregor Townsend will start the more experienced Horne and leave Hastings on the bench

Townsend had to make a choice between the two after first choice fly-half Finn Russell was ruled out through concussion

Share this article Share Nick Grigg, who hasn't played for Scotland since the game against Argentina in Resistencia last summer, is the surprise contender to start in the centre alongside his Glasgow Warriors team-mate Sam Johnson

Winger Darcy Graham, who has been in fine form for Edinburgh, is in line to win a place on the bench in Paris

His only Scotland appearance to date was off the bench against Wales in Cardiff back in November

With Scotland missing onfield leaders such as Russell, Stuart Hogg and Ryan Wilson, self-confessed 'quiet guy' Sean Maitland is ready to make himself heard in Paris

For all of Maitland's experience, he is not a member of the influential Thistle Group - the senior Scotland players who liaise most with head coach Gregor Townsend

He accepts, however that Saturday is a time for him to shoulder greater responsibility

'We've lost a few big personalities, a lot of caps and big talents from the team and it's definitely going to test us,' said Maitland

'If you look at the guys that are out at the moment, it's crazy to think how many leaders are missing

'For this game against France Peter Horne and Adam Hastings have been added to the leadership group, the Thistle Group

I'm not involved. I'm just the quiet guy.'The Thistle group is where the boys meet up twice a week to discuss everything both on and off the field

We have Greig Laidlaw, who plays a big role in the leadership and he's done a great job

Greig's definitely stepped up and Finn is still floating about and he's still having input into our attack

It's good he's still in camp.'For how long remains to be seen as the fly-half is expected to return to the care of the Racing 92 medical team as he recovers from the concussion that keeps him out of the match in Paris

Duncan Weir was released back to his club Worcester on Wednesday with Horne set to start at stand-off

Yet Maitland is comfortable playing with whoever is selected at No10.'I've got full confidence in whoever gets picked to fill Finn's shoes

You've got to have depth,' he said. 'People say Scotland is lacking that depth in certain positions, but it's important in a World Cup year these guys step up and also players like myself must take responsibility

' Against a French side that is being pummelled at home from fans and the media over their performances so far, Scotland are being tipped to add to the misery despite the players missing

But there is nothing more dangerous than a wounded animal, and Scotland are wary of facing the French backlash

'There's been a lot of focus on who France are playing, particularly in their backline,' continued Maitland

'There are a lot of teams who are using their kicking game as an attacking weapon against them so you've seen a lot of tries being scored, especially the way England played with these little grubbers going through against them

'France named their team early which was good for us as we could prepare. I'm sure they've been preparing over the last two weeks and looking at what they need to improve on

'We're not going to start kicking everything at the Stade de France. France are under the pump from their media, so they have a lot to prove, so the first 15 minutes is huge for us

They will fly at us from the start and we have to be ready.'We put a lot of effort into the Ireland match but our defence was great for 95 per cent of the match

It was just that five per cent where we weren't there that cost us.'The big thing for me is just finishing our chances against France

In that first half against Ireland we had three or four times where we got to their 22 and we needed to convert but didn't

Royal news : Is Meghan Markle set for a surprise return to the big screen on The Boys and Girls Gui - Duration: 5:10.

WE all know that Meghan Markle was an actress before her new role as Duchess of Sussex

But she wasn't just Rachel in Suits, Meghan also starred as a bed-hopping, drug-snorting party girl in The Boys and Girls Guide to Gettting Down

Here's how you can you watch it. The Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down: Why is Meghan Markle set for a surprise return to the big screen?  We're more used to seeing her smiling and waving at the cameras than snorting cocaine, but now get ready to see the Duchess of Sussex as you've never seen her before

The former actress may have given up acting to marry Prince Harry, but her 2011 TV show - The Boys & Girls Guide to Getting Down - has now been picked up for film distribution in America

The tongue-in-cheek show follows 20-something singles clubbing and partying in LA over the course of a single night

In a far cry from her prim and proper Suits character Rachel Zane, Meghan plays single Dana, who is shown shimmying into a skintight dress before a night out

When her friend, Heather, says she didn't think Dana was on the hunt for a new man, Dana insists: "I dress this way for me

I'm not looking for a guy tonight. Trust me."  A voiceover explains that Meghan's character is also jealous of Heather's ample bust

MEGHAN CUPS HER BREASTS  As Meghan cups her own breasts, the narrator adds: "She's considering buying a pair for herself

"  The two girls then head to a nightclub where Meghan's character can be seen snorting a suspicious substance that looks like drugs

When the show was released in 2011 it only lasted one episode because telly executives decided they did not want a whole series

But Artist Rights Distribution is planning to re-release it as a film later this year, according to the Hollywood Reporter

Shortly after appearing in the racy comedy, Meghan landed the role of Rachel Zane on Suits

Is Meghan returning to Suits?  TV bosses want Meghan Markle to reprise her role as Rachel Zane in Suits for one final brief appearance, reports claim

If the Duchess of Sussex, 37, says yes, sources claim NBC Universal will pay a multi-million dollar donation to the charity of her choice

The Mirror reports that NBC Universal is planning a cameo role of less than two minutes, which could be shot in the UK

Meghan's baby bump could be written into the script as her character Rachel got married in her final appearance last April

One senior production source told the newspaper: "We could be done in half a day or less

"  He added: "No final figure has yet been arrived at but negotiations are likely to be opened in the very near future

I've heard sums ranging from two to six million being kicked around and that sounds a lot – but it would be one of the biggest marketing coups in TV history

"  Since the Royal Wedding, syndication deals for all seven seasons of the series in which she starred have been struck with TV stations in dozens of countries

In that last episode of Suits, viewers saw Rachel marry law firm partner Mike Ross, played by Patrick J

Adams, who left the show at the same time.  The source added: "We could create a storyline where Rachel and Mike have created new lives for themselves and are starting a family, with Rachel showing an obvious baby bump

"I believe we could get away with only one or two lines from Rachel, perhaps saying how she would never have believed she would have such a wonderful life

This particular route would beautifully mirror real life.  "It would give one or several charities a big boost, portray Meghan as a thoroughly modern royal… and give us one of the biggest ratings blockbusters of our existence

"

#2.3 Curious L&D Conversations - Winning Development for Accidental Managers - Duration: 3:14.

Hi and welcome to this week's Curious L&D Conversation which has been inspired

by this little Lego trophy. What our topic is actually about all this month

is about Accidental Managers and how to develop them in your company.

What we're really talking about today is about pulling together some kind of

development plan for them, and the reason why I have my little Lego chalice here,

or winners cup, is the fact that what I see a lot of people doing is, when

they've recognized we've got this manager, we need to develop them, what can

we do? They tend to send them off on an external training course and they then

expect that managers to come back and for things to change, and of course things

don't change. And there's several reasons for that. Now I'm not dismissing external

training courses or external qualifications, but sometimes they are

just a little bit of a glory tick in the box to say 'yes well you've got that

qualification, you must understand it now!' Or, 'You went on that course so therefore

why aren't you doing it?' For managers that have gone through a process already

where they've been developed to a certain stage then get a manager position

they are much more likely to fall more naturally into that role. For an

Accidental Manager where their first role has been their expert role, so let's

say you've got an engineer who's been fantastic at what they're doing, and then

the company's expanded 'You can be the manager now!' What they know is how to

do their old job! They don't know how to manage people and sending them on a three-day

intensive course is not going to change that. So what I would start to do is look

in house, and you can do this in two ways you can either build up your own

training program in-house where you start to think, 'OKay well what is it that

we need this manage to be? (In our previous session we talked about that

setting expectations.) 'How can we gain them that particular knowledge, support,

skills? (and again that could be in-house if you've got other people that are

doing it so you could buddy them up.) Or you could bring somebody in somebody

like myself, who can come in and either work one-to-one with them, or if you've

got lots of people than workshop based. Whichever one

you choose, it's about the longevity of it. So even I wouldn't go in and do a

one-day workshop with somebody and expect somebody to change, and that's why

I tend to work much smaller sections over a period of time so that we can

build things up, because it's not about getting a certificate or a trophy or a

tick in the box, it's about making sure that your managers are supported and

that they can then support their team, which then ultimately supports the

business which makes the money! HURRAH! Everybody's happy... then you can get yourself a trophy!

So that's it from from this week. If you've missed any go

back and have a look at them, there's one more to come on this where we will be

really talking about future proofing your business for managers, so rather

than dealing with them after the fact of promotion, how do you actually build up

something for them prior to that. I look forward to seeing you on the next one. Cheers now!

"Not pleasing others enough amounts to surliness, pleasing too much makes one obsequious—you have to be friendly, but not too friendly. The sweet spot in the middle is where you want to be." — Carlin Flora, Psychology Today, 1 July 2017

"She read up on professors beforehand and, if their written work was accessible, familiarized herself with it, so she could make mention of it. That flattered them and pegged her as a serious, considerate person. Taking that too far, of course, could be repulsively obsequious." — Frank Bruni, The New York Times, 19 Aug. 2018

An obsequious person is more likely to be a follower than a leader. Use that fact to help you remember the meaning of obsequious. All you need to do is bear in mind that the word comes from the Latin root sequi, meaning "to follow." The other contributor is the prefix ob , meaning "toward." Sequi is the source of a number of other English words, too, including a result that follows from an action , a novel, film, or TV show that follows and continues a story begun in another , and a conclusion that doesnt follow from what was said before .
