Weinstein's trial was set for May 6, before he shook up his defense team with four new lawyers and had it rescheduled to begin June 3

Weinstein lawyers Jose Baez and Ronald Sullivan started a separate trial in Brooklyn on Tuesday that's expected to take up to 10 weeks

Manhattan Supreme Court representative Lucian Chalfen did not confirm whether that was the reason for the setback

The fallen film mogul is still expected to appear at a pretrial hearing March 8.In December, Weinstein lost a hard-fought bid to get the case thrown out

The 66-year-old producer is charged with raping an unidentified acquaintance in 2013 at a hotel and performing a forcible sex act on a different woman, production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006

Weinstein faces 10 years in prison on a predatory assault charge.He denies all allegations of nonconsensual sex

Alongside Duncan Levin and Pamela Mackey, Baez and Sullivan have replaced high-powered criminal defense lawyer Ben Brafman, who withdrew from the case in January

It was a month after a judge denied his request to have Weinstein's entire sexual assault case thrown out

Sources claimed at the time that Brafman was angered by Weinstein's decision to expand his defense team

Since Weinstein's May 2018 indictment, Brafman has brought evidence of errors in the prosecution's investigation, which led to charges being dropped from complaints brought by one of three alleged victims

But Baez and Sullivan previously represented one of his accusers, Rose McGowan, who pleaded no contest to a drug possession charges after cocaine was found in her wallet at Dulles International Airport in 2017

She claimed Weinstein's team planted the substance on her.The defense team was warned that they could not used any information they may have learned in representing her' if McGowan appeared as a witness in the trial

Since October 2017, Weinstein has been accused of sexual harassment and assault by more than 80 women, including prominent actresses such as Ashley Judd and Angelina Jolie

The case brought in New York is the only one that has resulted in criminal proceedings against Weinstein

After Weinstein waived the conflict and Sullivan and Baez indicated they were aware of the restrictions, Burke approved the movie mogul's request to change lawyers

Baez and Sullivan often work together on cases and in 2017 notably won the acquittal for Aaron Hernandez, the late New England Patriots player accused of a double homicide

Baez himself has also led a number of high-profile cases, including the 2011 acquittal for Casey Anthony, the Florida mother who was charged with murdering her two-year-old daughter

Mackey, the only female lawyer on Weinstein's team, represented Los Angeles Lakers player Kobe Bryant when he was accused of raping a 19-year-old woman in 2003

The case was dropped after the victim stopped cooperating and Bryant has always maintained that it was consensual

Baudet bood in het filmpje wel een soort van oplossing aan. Volgens hem 'moet het energieakkoord van tafel' en gaat de energierekening vooral omhoog omdat het kabinetsbeleid 'anti-fossiel' is

Daar heeft hij deels een punt. Ondanks dat Nederland nog steeds veel gebruik maakt van fossiele brandstoffen worden ook veel gelden weggegooid aan bijvoorbeeld windmolens

 Daarom wil Baudet de ODE-regeling afschaffen. Dit is een regeling waarmee belastinggeld wordt gestort in de bodemloze putten van windmolenparken

Die overigens worden geplaatst op locaties waar mensen ze niet willen hebben, maar waar grootgrondbezitters wel mee kunnen cashen

Zoiets als de subsidie op elektrische auto's, maar dan anders. Zo is er in Drenthe en Groningen een grote volkswoede ontstaan omdat er in de provincie windmolens worden gebouwd terwijl omwonden dat niet willen

 Volgens Baudet moet behalve een compensatie vanuit het kabinet ook 'de minister aftreden'

RoP is the Professional Learning Program for Virginia Aquarium - Duration: 1:13.

About eight years ago, we were approached to be one of the partners in the implementation of

Reflecting on Practice professional learning program here at the Virginia Aquarium.

And, we jumped on that. We were really excited because there are so few opportunities

for informal educators at various levels to be able to participate

in a professional learning program.

A lot of senior staff get to go to conferences and those types of things, but this was a great

opportunity to involve staff at all levels and will all levels of abilities.

within the informal education departments at the aquarium.

So, Reflecting on Practice is a professional learning program

that really validates what informal educators do.

Formal teachers go through a training process and come out with a certificate that says

they can teach. Informal educators, up to this point, did not have anything that really validated or

showed what they bring to the table when it comes to educating the public during our programming

that we're doing on the floor or on site or even our outreach programs.
