Kamala Harris is caught off guard when probed about previous tweet on actor Jussie Smollett - Duration: 3:37.Democratic presidential candidate Senator Kamala Harris appeared to be taken aback when she was probed about the latest allegations facing Empire star's Jussie Smollett's orchestrated attack
During a visit to a bookstore in Concord, New Hampshire, the senator from California was asked by a reporter to comment on a tweet made on January 29 about Mr Smollett's alleged assault which she called 'a modern day lynching
' The alleged attack saw two men hurl racist and homophobic abuse at the actor, who is black and openly gay, as he returned to his Chicago apartment
Police later arrested two Nigerian brothers but released them without charged. However nearly a month from the star's alleged attack, law enforcement sources in Chicago told CNN that Mr Smollett may have paid two stooges to carry out the assault
Smollett has strenuously denied any claims that he played a role in the attack.Following the attack the senator took to Twitter to write: 'Jussie Smollett is one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know
I'm praying for his quick recovery.'This was an attempted modern day lynching. No one should have to fear for their life because of their sexuality or color of their skin
We must confront this hate.' However the recent revelations about an alleged rehearsed attack have now left the senator having to address her comments
When probed about her tweet Senator Harris said: 'Which tweet? What tweet?' She went on to say: 'OK, so, I will say this about that case
'I think that the facts are still unfolding, and, I'm very concerned about obviously, the initial, allegation that he made about what might have happened
'And it's something we should all take seriously whenever anyone alleges that kind of behavior, but there should be an investigation
'And I think that once the investigation has concluded then we can all comment, but I'm not going to comment until I know the outcome of the investigation
' Following the senator's response Chair of the Republican National Committee Ronna McDaniel tweeted: 'Now that she has the facts, why can't she even remember her divisive language? Why is she giggling about it?' The Chicago Police Department have declined to confirm reports of an orchestrated attack

This Lingerie Company is Making a Statement about Self Love - Duration: 2:57.For so much of my life I've been told that there is this one narrative of what
sexy and confident is and I never felt that I could fit into that.
I want to encourage women to really you know break down the narrative that they've been
raised to believe that isn't true that they aren't good enough or that their
value is how they look physically but their value is who they are, what their
heart stands for and there's so much more to all women than just our physical bodies.
I'm Mary young and I am a CEO and designer, speaker and self-love advocate.
Fashion has always been something I've wanted to get involved in from a very
young age I was always obsessed with clothes I actually wanted to be a model
when I was like four or five and then I kind of broke it down at age six why I
want to be a model and I realized it's because I loved the clothes.
I actually started making clothes for my Barbies. I was like crocheting like
dresses and backpacks and things for them which eventually led me to making my own clothes.
The biggest thing that I want to focus on when I launched Mary Young
was to encourage women to feel good about themselves.
For me clothing of any category has always been to make you feel more confident.
Most competitors of ours, it wasn't about making someone feel
comfortable, it was about reshaping the body into what the industry or what
media said was sexy at that time.
What makes Mary young the most different is just encouraging women to feel good in who they are
and to celebrate that throughout their entire day.
I always knew that the brand was going to stand
for something but it definitely has evolved into being more of a lifestyle
and a movement more than I could have ever anticipated as the conversation around
empowerment started to grow within my customers and my community, that led us
to start the movement the self-love Club. The movement isn't about buying
underwear it's not if you own Mary young you're a part of this club but it's your
attitude and your mindset of self-love, self-care, and empowerment.
Inadvertently my brand has become more of a connection between myself and my community
I've lost my father, I've lost grandparents so sharing things that are
sort of real life things that we don't openly talk about.
To be able to use a platform that I've developed off of a clothing line
to actually benefit people in a more personal way that encourages you know
open conversation and sort of the support system that we can have within each other.
After all when a woman feels good in her skin and she feels confident
in who she is, she's sexy no matter what and she's able to achieve anything she wants in her life.

Chelsea news: Maurizio Sarri WILL be sacked because Abramovich is thinking this - Sutton - Duration: 2:47.That's according to former Blues striker Chris Sutton, who think's the Italian has to go
It was another uninspiring performance from Sarri's men as the misery continues to pile up on his Stamford Bridge tenure
On the flip side, it was the perfect response from Man United who successfully bounced back from their Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain
First half headers from Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba were enough to book their place in the quarter-finals of the competition where they will face Wolves
Chelsea fans were so disgraced by their team's performance that they even began chanting: "F*** Sarriball
" The former Napoli boss has failed to implement the attractive, attacking style of play that took him within touching distance of winning the Serie A title last season
And now Sutton was asked by Mark Pougatch whether Monday night was the final nail in Sarri's coffin
"I do," he said on the Football Daily Podcast. "I said the owner [Roman Abramovich] will be thinking 'are we going to get into the top four? No'
"'Can I go into the game versus Manchester City with confidence? Absolutely not'
"Is he going to chuck all his eggs in the Europa League basket when this manager can't motivate the players? No
" Former Arsenal defender Lee Dixon also took aim at Sarri after the 2-0 defeat. "The fans let the manager and the players know how they were feeling," he said
"The night just fizzled out, the tactics, we know what's going to happen, it sometimes works and when it doesn't it looks awful
"Their midfield are terrible without the ball right now. "They're not scoring goals and they're not keeping them out at the other end so when you're leaking goals and not scoring goals your confidence has gone and the tactics don't really change, there were no positives tonight
"

This Is How Real Estate Investors Break Through - Duration: 11:05.Hey guys. Kris here. Listen, how do you really celebrate someone when they take
that first big bold step and they actually buy our real estate property?
They were nervous maybe. They were scared. They feel like they were taking a risk.
How do you acknowledge that? Well, I've got a big party happening right now at
my house. We just had an American Idol runner-up sing a whole bunch of songs
for us. We've just had a wonderful dinner. We're handing out swag bags. This is
right before my big multi day real estate wealth event. And guess what? I
want to actually show you how we do celebration in my house. Now, check this
out. All of these people that are here many of them are wearing real estate
business partners. This is their swag bags they're going to be picking up. We
got some goodies in here for them. Dude, check this out out here. We got this
beautiful view of the city at night. Do we're living up. We're having a great
time. Hey friends, how we doing? Seriously, are
you guys excited or what? We got some people here in the house. There have
either just recently purchased properties or are under contract and are about to.
And it's my belief that when you do something that feels as scary as buying
a home or you feel like you're taking a risk, you're brand new, you don't know how
it's going to work out, I think it's important that we cement that decision
with a fun little ritual. So, I got some people that I want to bring up here, if I
can. Brody Baker in the house? Brody, what's up
brother? What's up, brother? Okay. So, Brody we just
purchased what 2 weeks ago? -Yeah. -Christmas Eve. Just got his first
property. Paul Olsen. Paul? Alicia, Paul came up here.
He's got 3 properties down. Give it for Paul. Okay. We got Diana Larson. Her
son Alex. But Diana's here they're under contract on a couple of deals. Come on
let her hear you. Chase and Jessica. We got the gigs in the house. Under contract
Here we go you guys. And then lastly, Glen. Glen, you
want to bring your sweetheart out? Come on up you guys. Come on, come on up here.
Alright. So, we have a gift. It's come... Squeeze on in here. Don't be afraid. I
bite. So, I've got... We've got a gift that we would like to give you a man to come
on up here. For just a second here for each one of you, you're going to be
receiving something really special. We're going to be giving you this very naked
looking shadow box. Now, this one is for Paul and Alicia and it says, "Paul and Alicia,
on the path to financial freedom, August 24, 2018. This commemorates the day we
started our partnership. We started buying homes." But to me, this looks a
little bit empty like something's missing. Don't you think? Well, what we got
here for you is... You guys realize that when you work your entire life in
corporate America, that when it's time to get retired, then society likes to
celebrate you and your company likes to celebrate you by giving you a watch. A
watch. Which just reminds you that, "Ahahah! We you for 40 years. And this just reminded
you that we got you. We still got you, baby." And yet, let me ask you Paul. Are you
Are you trying to make enough money in real estate that you can quit that
job? You, absolutely? Let them hear. Right. Don't watch this episode.
He's a great worker. He's got 20 more years in them. Alright.
So, we've decided... We decided that with... You know, that was a wink-wink moment. So,
we decided that we've got a watch to put in here except there's something wrong
with this watch. What's wrong with it? It's working, it's still ticking. It's a
symbol of the man still got their noose wrapped around you. So, my friend, what
we're going to do to commemorate our partnership getting started. You taking a
serious moment in the game of real estate, is I'm going to give you my
friend here. This is the hammer. A financial freedom. And we are going to
celebrate the liberation from society's game plan which does not work. And when
you think about that for just a moment, how many years you've worked, how hard
you've put into your career and you know what? For many of you? Your careers are
treating you well and it's helping you cover the basis. For some of you, you
might even be getting ahead. For some of you you feel like you're struggling. And
the reality is is that going to college, getting a piece of paper that says
you're smart, working for someone else for 40 years, never made anyone
financially free. All it did was buy you a few years off life support when you
quit your job before you have to go back on at retirement. It's... There's no reason
why we have to live that way. Jim Rome calls it the Magic In The Mystery. which
basically says, "Everybody can but strangely enough, very few do." And you
here in this room and you watching this, you here in the room, you've made the
decision. You've made a commitment for financial freedom in your life. And I
want to just let you know that me and my team, we are here to empower you. We're
here to give you this hammer --financial freedom and create a little reminder at
the start of our journey that we're in this for the game of financial freedom.
Freedom!? [Crowd cheers freedom] Alright my friend. No safety goggles here.
Well, my friend. Well, here's what's going to go down. We're going to take all these
broken pieces. We're going to give it to my friend Amanda. And Amanda is... She's going
to go ahead and scoop all this up and she's going to turn this into a
beautiful memento for you. Something for you to hang on the wall as a reminder.
And here's the reminder: Is it hard sometimes being landlocked in societies
concept of freedom? Having the job, being told when you can take off work, what
it's got to look like and I know many of you standing here have a level of
freedom greater than many. But how many of you are here for a greater level of
financial freedom? And so for those you that are here. I want to find a way
to... We have a way of commemorating you right now. Team, bring the watches. Let's
go ahead and hand them out. So, one here for both the geeks. Awesome, excellent. Is
everyone here? Yep, Diana needs hers. So go ahead and open your box. I know you're
thinking that you want to keep this watch.
I'm sorry to disappoint you. This watch was never meant to work.
Because and when you look at it and it's broken. I want it to remind you something.
Financial freedom means that no one's got you by the scruff of your anything.
Give them the hammer. We don't need another speech. That's it, you got it.
Awesome. -Give our children every future they're
going to have. Anything that ever want. -You got 3 of them, right? -Yes. -What do you
want for your children that you don't think your jobs ever going to provide?
I want to be able to have anything, everything they can ever want. Any future, any possibility. -That's worth
cracking that watch. Alright. Nice. and close. We're going to drop that in here,
we're going to turn that into something very special for you both. That is for
our friends the geeks. Okay my friend, coming up here. Glenn, what is on this
watch for you? Why financial freedom? -No longer have to answer to a boss or be
free. Just within the community. -What's just one thing that would be different
for you? -Spending more time with my family. -More time with the family. Man,
that's what... That's what counts. That's where it's at that's worth breaking that
watch over. Alright! My friend, we're going to turn that into something very
special for you. Diana come on up here. We got a lady in the house. Give it up for her,
friends! Alright. One of you lost your pin. The
watch is not going to work without this. So, Dianna, for you, what's on the watch?
-Retirement. For me someday, hopefully. And a legacy for my kids
and my son Alex who isn't here tonight. He's also he's my partner. For him, I
think it would be not working. You know, not having the time clock and all that
sort of stuff. You know, the most interesting thing: Tonight I had someone
asked me this question. "If you got so much money
like what motivates you to even do the things that you're really doing right
now?" It's a really fantastic question. I get asked this question from time to
time that people want to know why. I mean, it would be so much easier just to
retire with a really peaceful life. But you know what? We all have a desire to
work. We just don't want to do the work that we don't want to do. We want to do
the work that we feel called to. And the reality is that doing the work we feel
called to is what creates passion and it's what creates fulfillment. And when
you got fulfillment in your life, it's something you can never retire from. So,
when you look at the Great's that you had wire and they're working until
they're put in the grave. That's because they're having a love affair with their
purpose and they're living on purpose. And, so I love feeling that for me. I love
hearing that. And you know what? That's that's worthy enough for reason as any
we've heard tonight yes or yes? [Crowd Cheering Yes] Dianna, smash that. Yeah,
Freedom! Alright. So my friends, for those you that are watching us crazies
getting around. I want you to understand something. You got a little... You got to
get a little bit crazy if you're going to great break the pattern, you're going tO
break free from societal chains and what they have in store for us and
what they think our lives should be. The reality friends is we got how many lives
to live? We got this life to live. So, you can live it in captivity or you can live
it free. Which one you want to live? [Crowd Cheering Free] And I'm telling you, this is your time to
live life free your way. Click the link in the description below and learn what
your next steps look like to live as a free human being.

HOW TO WATCH YOU ON NETFLIX ONLINE "Internationally, the show has been a Netflix original from the get-go

HOW MANY EPISODES ARE IN YOU ON NETFLIX? Teasing the return of cast members, Sera Gamble said: "Part of the fun of continuing the story is that the loose ends from Joe's past are still dangling and could come back to him at anytime
"He is very worried about the fact that Peach Salinger's family has hired people to investigate her alleged suicide, and there is evidence potentially still at her house from season one
"If you look at every act of violence that he does in season one, that is potentially something that could come back and bite him
And Dr. Nicky is in prison and he is ardently protesting his innocence." She added: "It's too soon to say definitely whether John Stamos will return in season two but we have been talking a lot about the character and we're excited to keep telling that story
" There have also been lots of theories about who will be returning with some people wondering if Beck could be making a comeback in a flashback or as a ghost
Joe's friend and fellow book shop vendor Ethan could be back in the frame for season two
Fans have been questioning what Ethan really knows about Joe and if he knows the truth about what went on in the basement of Mooney's
YOU ON NETFLIX ENDING EXPLAINEDWhat will happen in You season 2? Season two will take its cue from author Caroline Kepnes' novel Hidden Bodies, which serves as a sequel of You - the book the first outing was adapted from
According to Deadline, season two will follow the serial killer as he makes the move to Hollywood to build a new life for himself as he again searches for love
The finale to season one saw Joe's traumatic childhood exposed, which explained to some degree his stalker behaviour and homicidal tendencies
In the finale it was also revealed Joe had a sinister man who had groomed him as a child
Perhaps the biggest question is whether Joe will get caught with the serial killer having quite a few things that could get sent down for the multiple murders he's committed
WHO IS IN THE CAST OF YOU ON NETFLIX? Speaking about what to expect from the second outing, You showrunner Sera Gamble told The Hollywood Reporter: "Joe was taken in by a guy who had a certain type of life philosophy that really did rub off on Joe
"Joe was already a teenager by the time he even met Mr. Mooney. "There's a lot more to explore about Joe from earlier in his life
Those are the things we're starting to get into for season two." The writers are currently working on the plot for season two, so fans will have to wait and see what happens
Is Candace alive? There has been lots of speculation about Joe's ex-girlfriend Candace Stone, who turned up at the end of series
Netflix has confirmed Candace will be featuring in the new series, suggesting that she's very much alive
However, some have suggested she could just be a figment of Joe's fevered imagination
Will Joe get caught in You season 2? Fans have been speculating wildly about with some believing that Joe could be exposed by DNA evidence after creeping around in other people's homes and stalking them
There have also been questions over the gun which Joe used to kill Peach with and where it's hidden
Season two could also delve further into Joe's relationship with Mr Mooney as we find out what really happened to the bookstore owner
There was the suggestion that Joe may well have done something to Mr Mooney to leave him in such a vulnerable position
Some fans have been theorising whether the private investigator tasked with looking into the case could expose Joe
Is there are a trailer for You season 2? There's no trailer as yet but we'll update this article when one does drop
You season 2 is set to air on Netflix in 2019

Amazon Echo Wall Clock is once again available to purchase - Duration: 1:44.announced in September alongside several other Alexa enabled products the Amazon
echo wall clock ended up having to be pulled from the online retailer due to
connectivity issues as spotted by the verge today the item is once again
available for purchase priced at an affordable $29.99 the echo wall clock
connects to existing echo devices using LED lights around the edges so you can
see the status of a timer that you've set naturally the hands on the clock are
still there to tell you the time just as you'd expect from a wall clock
unfortunately it's only compatible with Amazon's echo products including the
echo echo plus echo dot echo spot echo show and echo input meaning that you
can't use it with third-party Alexus speakers if you've got an echo speaker
which doesn't have a display like the echo show using the timer can be a
hassle the only way to know how much time is left is to ask it so that's the
pain point that the echo wall clock aims to solve

CBS's Lara Logan says she is committing 'professional suicide', admits the media Is 'mostly liberal' - Duration: 7:57.Famed 60 Minutes correspondent Lara Logan has broken ranks with mainstream media, claiming news outlets are now 'mostly liberal' and have become 'propagandists' while covering President Trump
The South African-born foreign affairs journalist said that most of the American press is biased against Trump because journalists are overwhelmingly Democrats
'You say the media is mostly liberal,' Logan told Mike Ritland on his Mike Drop podcast
'I agree with you. It's true. Why can I say that with certainty? 'Well first of all I've been part of this for all my life, I'm 47 now and I've been a journalist since I was 17 and the media everywhere is mostly liberal not just in the U
S, but in this country 85 percent of journalists are registered Democrats so that's just a fact
' LOGAN'S COMMENTS ABOUT THE MEDIA BEGIN AT 2:16:00 Logan said there isn't much variety in viewpoints among mainstream news organizations
'Visually, anyone who's ever been to Israel and been to the Wailing Wall has seen that the women have this tiny little spot in front of the wall to pray, and the rest of the wall is for the men,' she said
'To me, that's a great representation of the American media, is that in this tiny little corner where the women pray you've got Breitbart and Fox News and a few others, and from there on, you have CBS, ABC, NBC, Huffington Post, Politico, whatever, right? All of them
'That's a problem for me.My experience has been that the more opinions you have, the more ways that you look at everything in life - everything in life is complicated, everything is gray, right? Logan said that media coverage of the president has been overwhelmingly one-sided
'For example, the coverage on Trump, all the time, is negative,' she said.'There's no mitigating policy, or event or anything that has happened since he was elected that is out there in the media that you can read about, right? 'Well, that tells you, that's distortion of the way things go in real life
' 'Although the media has always been left-leaning, we've abandoned our pretense or at least the effort to be objective today
'We've become political activists, and some could argue propagandists, and there's some merit to that
' She said that journalists no longer abide by reporting standards.'Standards are out the window, I mean you read one story after another or hear it and it's all based on one anonymous administration official, former administration official,' she said
Towards the end of the interview, she acknowledged some may perceive her comments as controversial
'This interview is professional suicide for me,' she said.Logan, who made her name as a journalist by reporting from dangerous war zones, is a controversial figure in the world of television news
In 2013, CBS retracted a report she did on 60 Minutes about the 2012 attacks on the U
S.diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya. In the report, Logan interviewed a British security contractor, Dylan Davies, who claimed to be an 'eyewitness' to the attack
Davies, who went by the pseudonym 'Morgan Jones', told Logan that during the September 11, 2012 attack in Libya, he scaled the wall of the burning diplomatic compound, hit a terrorist in the face with a rifle, and later saw the corpse of Ambassador Chris Stevens in a local hospital
The report was cited by Republicans and conservatives who blamed the Obama administration for being ill-prepared for the attacks
But it later became apparent that Davies told a different story to the FBI.CBS conducted a review of the matter and found that other media outlets like The New York Times and The Washington Post were correct in reporting information that proved Davies fabricated the claims he made in the interview with Logan
The network then asked Logan to take a leave of absence.Logan herself appeared on the CBS morning show to apologize
In her comments on Friday, Logan criticized Media Matters for America, a liberal watchdog which investigated the claims that were made in her retracted 60 Minutes report
'I made one comment about Benghazi,' Logan said in Friday's podcast.'[Then] I was targeted by Media Matters for America, which was an organization established by David Brock, who has dedicated himself to the Clintons
'It was their known propaganda organization.' Before the Benghazi controversy, Logan's career took a traumatic turn when she was sexually assaulted by a mob in Cairo's Tahrir Square during the Arab Spring protests in February 2011
The attack was so brutal that she needed to be flown back to the United States, where she was hospitalized for four days
'There was no doubt in my mind that I was in the process of dying,' she said months later
'I thought not only am I going to die, but it's going to be just a torturous death that's going to go on forever

Trump says the "Radical Left" is behind state lawsuit over emergency declaration - Duration: 12:49.President Donald Trump anticipated that his national emergency declaration at the border would face legal challenges
It already has. So he's gearing up for battle — including in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that he's lamented before
On Tuesday, Trump reacted to a lawsuit filed Monday by 16 states, including California, New York, and Michigan, over his decision to declare a national emergency in an attempt to get funding for his border wall
"As I predicted, 16 states, led mostly by Open Border Democrats and the Radical Left, have filed a lawsuit in, of course, the 9th Circuit!" he wrote
"California, the state that has wasted billions of dollars on their out of control Fast Train, with no hope of completion, seems in charge!" (Trump initially wrote that 16 cities had sued but deleted and rewrote the tweet
) As I predicted, 16 states, led mostly by Open Border Democrats and the Radical Left, have filed a lawsuit in, of course, the 9th Circuit! California, the state that has wasted billions of dollars on their out of control Fast Train, with no hope of completion, seems in charge!— Donald J
Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 19, 2019 The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, which is based in San Francisco
Cases from that court are appealed to the Ninth Circuit, meaning the case could eventually wind up there, but it won't right away
While announcing the national emergency on Friday, Trump predicted a complaint would wind up in the Ninth Circuit and eventually land at the Supreme Court in a bizarre singsong voice
"We will have a national emergency, and we will then be sued, and they will sue us in the Ninth Circuit, even though it shouldn't be there, and we will possibly get a bad ruling, and then we'll get another bad ruling, and then we'll end up in the Supreme Court, and hopefully we'll get a fair shake and we'll win in the Supreme Court," Trump said
On Tuesday, he also went after California's "Fast Train project," claiming its cost overruns are becoming "world record setting
" As Vox's Matt Yglesias recently explained, California had plans for a statewide high-speed rail network, but newly elected Gov
Gavin Newsom essentially canceled them. Trump seems to be attacking California specifically because that state and Attorney General Xavier Becerra are leading the national emergency complaint
Why the states are suing As soon as Trump declared the national emergency on Friday, California indicated that a lawsuit was on the way, with Newsom and Becerra telling the White House in a joint statement, "California will see you in court
" The 16 states that sued on Friday all have Democratic attorneys general, and all but one — Maryland — have Democratic governors
The complaint seeks a preliminary injunction on the emergency declaration and lays out the objections
The states say they collectively stand to lose millions in federal funding that will now be diverted to the border wall
(Trump has laid out plans to divert some $6.7 billion for wall construction.) They also say that construction will cause "irreparable environmental damages" to the natural resources of California and New Mexico
The complaint argues that Trump's declaration has no objective basis, citing Trump's own comments
On Friday, Trump said he didn't "need" to declare a national emergency but is doing so because it's "faster
" "President Trump treats the rule of law with utter contempt," Becerra said in a statement announcing the lawsuit on Monday
"He knows there is no border crisis, he knows his emergency declaration is unwarranted, and he admits that he will likely lose this case in court
" "Diverting necessary funds from real emergencies, crime-fighting activities, and military construction projects usurps Congressional power and will hurt Americans across the country," New York Attorney General Letitia James tweeted after the lawsuit was filed
"We won't stand this abuse of power." BREAKING: We've joined 15 AGs in filing a lawsuit challenging President Trump's declaration of a national emergency & his attempt to divert funding appropriated by Congress for other purposes
Declaring a National Emergency when one does not exist is immoral and illegal.— NY AG James (@NewYorkStateAG) February 19, 2019 This is just one of multiple legal challenges Trump is likely to face over the emergency declaration
The American Civil Liberties Union and the nonpartisan nonprofit group Protect Democracy have also said they plan to sue
Trump has a bone to pick with the Ninth Circuit Trump has made no secret of his distaste for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
The court ruled against him on two versions of his travel ban proposal and issued a partial injunction against the third
In June 2018, the Supreme Court overturned its ruling on a ban that was much narrower than Trump's initial attempts and allowed it to remain permanently in effect
Ninth Circuit courts put a hold on Trump's attempts to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which protects some 700,000 unauthorized immigrants who arrived in the US as children, and on his attempt to strip Temporary Protected Status from immigrants who have lived in the US for years
In November, a Ninth Circuit judge put a temporary hold on Trump's attempt to implement asylum restrictions at the southern border that would ban migrants who cross illegally outside ports of entry from seeking asylum
The Supreme Court upheld that ruling. The asylum ban case ignited a rare public back-and-forth between Trump and Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts when the California court ruled in November
Trump claimed the judge ruling against him was an "Obama judge," and Roberts rebuked him, saying there are no "Obama judges, or Trump judges, or Bush judges, or Clinton judges
" Trump responded and insisted that his initial take was correct. Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have "Obama judges," and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country
It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an "independent judiciary," but if it is why
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 21, 2018 .are so many opposing view (on Border and Safety) cases filed there, and why are a vast number of those cases overturned
Please study the numbers, they are shocking. We need protection and security - these rulings are making our country unsafe! Very dangerous and unwise!— Donald J
Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 21, 2018 The Ninth District has for quite some time been a sort of boogeyman for Republicans beyond Trump
As Vox's Dylan Matthews recently explained, it has long been stereotyped as a liberal outlier whose decisions are often overturned in the Supreme Court
But research suggests it's not the most liberal: One study based on law clerk political donations found that clerks in the First Circuit, based in Boston, and the Second Circuit, in New York City, were more liberal
And the Ninth Circuit isn't the most frequently overturned court. But Trump yet again finds himself on a collision course with the Ninth Circuit, this time over his national emergency declaration
So the attacks on the court, merited or not, will continue. The news moves fast

Why Gary Vaynerchuk is Successful- 1 Standout Reason | Motivational Video - Duration: 6:51.hello and welcome in today's video I'm going to talk about why Gary Vaynerchuk
is successful one standout reason but if we haven't met before
my name is Mona Vayda I'm a motivational speaker a business growth strategist and
a life coach and this channel is all about motivation and inspiration helping
you get to the next level in your life so if you haven't subscribed please do
so by hitting the red subscription button below and don't forget to ring
the bell so you don't miss out on any new videos so let's get to it why is Gary
Vaynerchuk successful one standout reason in a quick nutshell he's a successful
entrepreneur a businessman you know a father and of course most importantly
he's great on YouTube as well he's got his own books his successful author he's
doing a lot of things as a motivational speakers he's doing a lot of things and
he's getting around a lot so why is he successful I'm sure most people say well
because he works hard yes he works hard you know he thrives under pressure and
the chaos and stuff like that yes he does you know he puts in the
time he puts in the dedication yes he does but from my perspective when I look
at the Gary Vaynerchuk and I look at all his things and his success for me
there's one thing that stands out he stand out reason why he is successful
and that is his honesty you see when you watch him there's no bullshit right
there's no bullshit there's no tippy toeing around topics or subjects there
is no unnecessary blankets that people might not want to hear so he's you know
being softer kind no he tells you how it is the reality minus all the excuses minus
all the bullshit the reality of how it is you may not like the reality but that's
what the reality is and that is why I feel he is extremely successful because
the way he conducts himself as an individual a human being a businessman
is to do with honesty and integrity you know he's successful because he
doesn't lie to people he's honest with people he's dealing
with he's honest in his businesses he's honest in his books he's honest with his
fans on YouTube but most importantly he's also honest with himself for
someone to make honesty and integrity in a basic way of operating
irrespective whether you like it or not is is quite an incredible incredible way
of doing of being and that is difficult it's difficult a lot of people because you
know you don't want to offend someone or you want to piss someone off or you know
you just want to be polite and tippy toe or around but sometimes you know you need
to hear it the way things are in businesses especially in your personal
lines with your partner's whatever it may be so if everyone starts developing
and taking on board this one stand out reason why this man is so successful and
implementing that in their lives and dealing with everything they do with
honest integrity with no no sugarcoating none of that just being honest in the
best way you possibly can I think we would progress as a human race so much
further and so much quicker and you know and honestly integrity is not something
that you switch on and off right as you can see with Gary Vaynerchuk he doesn't
switch off his on honesty integrity in his business you might be honest but at
home he's dishonest it doesn't work like that alright so you have to have this as
an integral part of you just to give an example when I was in Australia and I was an
Events Manager I had my own business and Events Management and I got called into
the governor general's office with two other twelve event companies to give
them a quotation now the governor-general Australia is very similar
basically second to the Prime Minister of Australia and they
were holding an event so it was you know obviously a great event for any event
manager to get and put on your CV and they were holding an event and they called
three agencies so three of us managers were outside we were waiting
and I remember the custodian had gone in to just get some paperwork for us before
he gave us a grand tour whatever the place was and what was required of the job and
one of the event organizers apparently was quite a successful company came up
to me and the other lady and said listen why don't we just give them a
ridiculously high price they'll pay for it anyway they've got the money so
money's not the issue all right so what gets it least we make a killing out of
it and to be completely honest I was a bit surprised with that tactic of his and
the other lady was like yeah yeah it's great idea and I just sort of well I was I
was shocked a bit so I just stood there going i'm going to digest okay I have to
I just what you have just said and um I went home and I thought about it he was
right in the sense that money wasn't an issue for them right
so whatever quotation one of us would have put in they were going to pick
someone someone would have made an absolute killing out of it because money
was an issue this is the office of Prime Minister governor-general were talking
about but I couldn't do it I couldn't I couldn't be dishonest
just to make another you know fifteen hundred thousand dollars I just could
not be dishonest because that was not something as individual I turn off and
on whenever I feel like it I 3 days later I got a phone call from the
custodian saying that they had awarded me with with the job you know when you
work with honesty and integrity it comes back to you in various ways because
money in this example money was never a decision and it never was going to be
one so but then did the way I couldn't they actually thought now we gets maybe
getting more skill here because of the way the quotations been made so you see
what I mean it comes back in various ways and this is one of the reason why
Gary Vaynerchuk is so successful one standout reason he is honest so if you
want success you want happiness you want to be on the level of the big guys and
you want to be doing what the big boys are doing put this make this your
integral part of life make this honesty and integral integrity honesty and
integrity something that you are and there's something that you ooze all the
time irrespective of who it's with and what
is with and I go into a lot more detail in my other video about how to
live like Oprah three vital must do's and this is one of the key of the vital must do's
so don't miss out on that as well make sure you check it out thank you for

What is "Dry Needling?" - Duration: 1:09.Dry needling is the insertion of a dry needle where there's no medication or
anything. It's an actual acupuncture needle. The needle is inserted into the
muscle and/or the areas around the muscle to basically provide a temporary
pain relief. The idea is not a long-term fix, the idea is to provide a short-term,
pain free moment where then we can go exercise to strengthen and to continue
with your programming that maybe you couldn't tolerate before. A common
question and/or fear is you know, how many needles? is it painful? It's
uncomfortable, typically I say it's less than a flu shot.
Some patients find it to be a little bit uncomfortable as we really hit those
muscles but that's how we know it's being very effective. Other patients say
no, no problem at all they get up and feel better and it was less than their
pain. If you come in for physical therapy, we'll determine whether or not
you're candidate for it and if it's something that will be a good adjunct to
your program.
