Tonight are the semi-finals of Fox's hit singing competition The Masked Singer.

On its eighth week of performances, the show is down to its final 5 masked celebrities; at the end of the night, two more will be unmasked.

The description for tonight's episode, entitled "Semi Finals: Double Unmasking," reads "Two celebrities are unmasked, leaving only the top three singers; Kenan Thompson guest judges.

" The five remaining singing characters are the Rabbit, the Monster, the Bee, the Lion, and the Peacock, and each of these contestants can be considered a "fan favorite" throughout the season so whoever gets eliminated at this point in the show will be disappointing to see go.

Based on the promo video previewing the episode 8 semi finals, we know that the Monster sings "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith, but they didn't reveal any other performance choices.

The video teases that the episode will be an "emotional rollercoaster," and that both the audience and judges were shocked when the identities of two of the celebrity performers were revealed.

In the YouTube comment section for the video, fans seem to be in agreement that they want to see the Monster, Peacock, and Rabbit in the finals next week (if that wish comes true, the Lion and Bee would be the ones unmasked tonight).

Ahead of the new episode, Fox released new clues online for each of the masked contestants: the Peacock "Has 80 million reasons to love life," the Lion "Goes the whole 9 yards in everything she does," the Monster "Loves a good life," the Rabbit "started as a wolf and still breaks hearts," and the Bee's clue is "Who knew bees and flamingos cohabitate.

" We're almost to the end of the competition, so Fox did not release a clue video this week.

So far, Terry Bradshaw was revealed to be the Deer, Antonio Brown was the Hippo, Margaret Cho was the Poodle, Tommy Chong was the Pineapple, Ricki Lake was the Raven, and Tori Spelling was behind the Unicorn.

Fans of the show think they have the identities of the remaining celebrities figured out: Donny Osmond has been the top guess for the Peacock since the start of the season, and many believe T-Pain is the man behind the Monster costume.

Joey Fatone and Donnie Wahlberg are popular guesses for the Rabbit, as are Gladys Knight and Patti LaBelle for the Bee.

After comparing Rumer Willis's singing performance's online to the Lion's performances on the show, her voice sounds quite similar to that of the Lion (although some still believe a Kardashian-Jenner sister could be behind the expensive-looking mask).

Joining Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Nicole Scherzinger on the judging panel tonight is Keenan Thompson.

Thompson is a current cast member on Saturday Night Live, so he is sure to bring humor to the episode with his comments and guesses for each performance.

Nick Cannon has been the show's on-stage host all season.

How do we speak into politics while keeping Jesus and the core tenets of

Christianity the focus? It's just who we are. We are Christians so when we open

our mouth, we are speaking Jesus. I think that's the salt part of what I'm saying. I think it's got

to start with who you are. I'm actually named after somebody, a famous preacher

actually called Martyn lloyd-Jones. My middle name is Lloyd and one of the

things I got stuck into some of his writings when I was a teenager because I

was curious and one of the things he used to say which really profoundly

impacted me when I was about 16 was the fact that you're a Christian should be

one of the most obvious things about you.

People should notice it you know - second

to your skin color, your height or whatever. They should see that there is

something quite different. I think increasingly as time goes on that the

key to everything begins there and that puts a big responsibility on us to be

salt, to really be changed. As Reverend Hastie said when he opened too. Actually be

abiding in Christ, to be living in union with Christ, to be drawing from him, to be

using the Word of God, to be keeping up our Christian disciplines and it begins

there and I find that opens opportunities. It was probably when I was

18, I was working in a petrol station and and I was thinking I've been challenged

by what Martin lloyd-Jones has said and we were working one evening. I was on

night shift and there's another girl working with me and all of a sudden she

just threw the box on the floor and said, "What is it about you?!" and I said," What do you mean?" And it became clear

that this is exactly what she meant and I thought that's it there's the

opportunity and it's the same in politics, it's the same in professional

life, it's the same in whatever the sphere that's contiguous with your

circumstances is. I firmly believe that. I think preach the gospel at all

use words if necessary. Fantastic! I should say when necessary.

We didnt set out to make a spoof of ASMR, he says. We wanted to add to the genre with something that might result in people looking and listening to showers and shaving in a different way.

We shot all the episodes within a day, so we had to time everything quite well, Clampffer recalls. We shot all the upper body first, and then realized when you shave someone, theres no more hair. Luckily enough, our amazing hair and make up artist saved all of Matthews hair and then glued it back onto his chest. Gross. But funny to see.

A constitution means a composition or a body

or a system of rules.

So, what is "constitution of a company"?

If a company has a constitution

the company,

director and each member shall have the rights,

powers, duties and obligations

A company may adopt

a constitution for the company

and the adoption shall be by way of

special resolution.

What are the main contents of a company's constitution?

Section 35(1) of the Act

mentions that the contents may include

If you want to incorporate a company,

how do you name your company?

Firstly,

you shall understand what kind of company you want.

Section 25(1) of the Act provides

In the case of a public company,

you may use the name "berhad"

or in short "Bhd."

"sendirian berhad" or

"Sdn Bhd"

And lastly for unlimited company

"sendirian" or

Who Is 'Deal or No Deal' Contestant Justin Uhart? | Heavy.com

Justin Uhart is the latest contestant on Deal or No Deal, hosted by Howie Mandel, with a chance to win up to one million dollars in prize money.

The description for tonight's episode, entitled "Cowboy Up," reads "Real-life Las Vegas hero Justin Uhart storms the stage ready to risk it all for his chance at $1 million; NFL Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith shows up to celebrate Justin's feat of heroism; Justin plays like a champ fighting for the big six-figure money.".

Before bringing Uhart on stage, Mandel played a breaking news clip from the morning after the mass shooting.

The clip then played a video interview of Uhart recounting the massacre, followed by an interview with Jan Lambourne in the hospital, the woman whose life Uhart helped save.

When Justin was invited to the stage, he revealed that he and Lambourne keep in touch every day.

He even wore his "lucky charm" Canadian flag socks to compete in her honor, since she is from Canada and gifted them to him.

Justin Uhart was working as a bartender during the Las Vegas massacre that took the lives of 58 people at a country music festival.

According to CNN, Uhart found a badly injured woman in the chaos, Jan Lambourne, and helped her into an ambulance and to the hospital, saving her life.

He found out that Lambourne had survived surgery when he received a Facebook notification from her days later.

Days after the shooting, Uhart told Cronkite News "My co-worker died and got hit in the head, and I had a guy die on me… I plugged a wound of a woman who got hit in the stomach and went to the hospital with her packed in an ambulance.

I was right in the middle of it and not really sure how I'm feeling at the moment.".

When Howie asked Justin to introduce himself, he said "I grew up in a really small town called Minden, Nevada.

And now I'm in Vegas, I'm a loan officer, I'm 26 and hoping to win a whole bunch of money and have fun with you guys." When asked if he was in a relationship or married, he said "I'm not married.

I'm good right now, so hey ladies!".

Based on preview clips released ahead of the episode, we know that Justin chose briefcase number 19 as the one he believes is carrying $1 million.

He told Mandel that he chose 19 because "The last three times I have been to Chinese food and got a fortune cookie, this number has been on all of them, so it's a sign." The first case he opened, number 16, eliminated $25 from the board; immediately after, he chose the case with $750,000, taking a big prize number out of the game.

         .

We also know that during the episode, Uhart gets a surprise visit from his hero Emmitt Smith.

Uhart shared a photo with Smith on Instagram, writing "Still no words and something I'll never ever forget! I got to meet my hero on @dealornodealcnbc #thankful.".
