The Giant Elephant Song

I'm a giant elephant

See my floppy ears.

I can live in the forest up to fifty years

You might say I'm rather large but trust me that ok

My legs are wide and strong enough to carry what I weigh.

And I eat grass and roots,

Leaves off of trees

Bark and fruit thats what I need

Eating is important and it's so much fun.

If I keep this up I'll end up weighing several tons

I'm a giant elephant

My tusks come in handy

They help me gather all my food

They're made of Ivory

I'm the giant elephant

My trunk is very strong

You can learn a lot about me when you sing this song

Meghan Fashion - Prince Charles' STRICT rule for Camilla wedding after prior Diana embarrassment RE - Duration: 3:08.

He reportedly made the rule after the embarrassment of his previous wedding to Princess Diana in 1981

After marrying Diana, he and his then-wife, reportedly burnt or destroyed a multitude of items that were given to them as wedding gifts

Charles was apparently scarred after receiving bizarre gifts such as a pair of pink and blue toothbrushes

According to the Mirror, the pair were given close 6,000 gifts for their wedding which were then discarded or according to Diana's then butler, Paul Burrell

Apparently, on the invitation ahead of his wedding in 2005, it plainly stated that no gifts should be bought, stating: "Wedding List: There will be no Wedding List"

The rule was put in place in order to make sure that the wedding between the two when as smoothly as possible after the pair had waited years to be together

As the Duchess admitted: "At one stage I didn't think we were going to make it. It was a wonderful day

With the two now apart, Camilla went on to marry Andrew Parker Bowles whom she had two children with before their divorce in 1995

After 35 years of knowing Charles, Camilla had reportedly believed that their marriage was never going to happen

Along with a ban on wedding gifts, Charles also prohibited the use of cameras and mobile phones

Following their marriage, the two departed for a 10-day honeymoon at Birchall - an 18th-century lodge on the Balmoral estate

While there, Charles reportedly made sure to plan every detail in order to make it as special as possible

Stamp duty for cars explained - Duration: 3:10.

When you go to buy a new or used car, you will have to pay stamp duty. But what is it, and how much does it cost? Stamp duty is a tax levied by state governments on official documents

It is generally payable on the purchase of motor vehicles and other things such as land or shares

It is a one-off tax paid when transferring ownership, like when buying a new or used car from a dealer or privately

Rates of stamp duty differ across all Australian states and territories, so look below to see what you'll have to pay in the state where you are

New South Wales Stamp duty is based on either the market value of your car, or what you paid for it - whichever is greater

Price paid:$44,999 or less$45,000 or moreDuty payable:$3 for every $100 or part of $100 $1350 plus $5 per $100 or part of $100Queensland Stamp duty rates in Queensland are based on the engine type of the car you are buying or how much you paid for it

 Under $100,000Over $100,000Hybrid and electric vehicles$2 per $100 or part of $100$4 per $100 or part of $1001 to 4 cylinders, 2 rotors or a steam vehicle$3 per $100 or part of $100$5 per $100 or part of $1005 to 6 cylinders, 3 rotors$3

5 per $100 or part of $100$5.50 per $100 or part of $1007 or more cylinders$4 per $100 or part of $100$6 per $100 or part of $100 QueenslandNSW Office of State Revenue has a stamp duty calculator available here

South Australia For private vehicles, the rates of stamp duty in South Australia are based on the price of the car

Price paid:Up to $1000$1001 - $2000$2001 - $3000More than $3001Duty payable:1 per $100 or part of $100, with a minimum payment of $5$10 plus $2 per $100 or part of $100$30 plus $3 per $100 or part of $100$60 plus $4 per $100 or part of $100 For commercial vehicles, the same rates apply up to $2000

If the value of the vehicle exceeds $2000 the rate of stamp duty is $30 plus $3 per $100 or part of $100 over $2000

The SARevenue website has calculators available for both private and commercial vehicles

Tasmania Stamp duty rates for the Apple Isle are based on the vehicle's market value

Price paid:Up to $600$600 - $34,999$35,000 - $39,999$40,000 and overDuty payable:$20 flat rate$3 per $100 or part of $100$1050 plus $11 per $100 or part of $100$4 per $100 or part of $100Victoria In Victoria, different stamp duty rates apply depending on whether the car you are buying is new or used and is charged on either the market value of the car or the purchase price (whichever is greater)

New or ex-demoUsedPrice - up to $66,331$8.40 per $200 or part therof$8.40 per $200 or part therofPrice - over $66,331$10

40 per $200 or part therof$8.40 per $200 or part therof Non-passenger vehicle – New vehicle: $5

40 per $200 or part therof – Used vehicle: $8.40 per $200 or part therof. Unlike some other states, the stamp duty is collected by the dealer, whereas if you are buying privately it is paid directly to VicRoads by the purchaser

Western Australia WA charges stamp duty based on the 'dutiable value' of the vehicle, which is either the manufacturers' list price (for new vehicles) or a reasonable market value (for used cars)

Price paid:Up to $25,000$25,001 - $50,000Over $50,000Duty payable:2.75% of price R% of the dutiable value where R = [2

75 + ((dutiable value – 25000)/6666.66)]6.5% of price To demonstrate the $25,001 - $50,000 brakcet: For a new vehicle with a value of $30,000 this would be [2

75 + ((30000 – 25000)/6666.66)] which equals 3.5%. Therefore the duty payable is 3

5% of $30,000 or $1050. The WA Department of Finance has a stamp duty calculator available here

Australian Capital Territory In the ACT, stamp duty is based on a combination of a car's price and how it is rated by the federal government's Green Vehicle Guide

Cars are broken up into four classes: A, B, C, and D. Class A is for the "greenest" models and Class D is the other end of the spectrum

Cars not rated by the Green Vehicle Guide are classified as Class C.Green vehicle Class:Class AClass BClass CClass DPrice up to $45,000:No stamp duty payable$1 for every $100 or part of $100 of the dutiable value$3 for every $100 or part of $100 of the dutiable value$4 for every $100 or part of $100 of the dutiable valuePrice over $45,000:No stamp duty payable$450 plus $2 for every $100 or part of $100 of the dutiable value$1350 plus $5 for every $100 or part of $100 of the dutiable value$1800 plus $6 for every $100 or part of $100 of the dutiable value The ACT Revenue Office provides a stamp duty calculator here

Northern Territory For cars in the Northern Territory, stamp duty is calculated at a rate of 3 per cent of the dutiable value of the vehicle plus a $17 transfer of ownership fee

A stamp duty calculator is provided by the NT Department of Treasury and Finance here

Man Utd must KEEP one player for the long term but it's NOT Paul Pogba - Tony Cascarino - Duration: 4:14.

That's the verdict of former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino who thinks the young striker is the most valuable player at Old Trafford

Rashford has excelled since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took charge and placed his faith in him

But the England international is in contract limbo and talks have yet to progress on a new deal

Real Madrid are sniffing around Rashford with rumours circulating that they see him as their potential new main striker

But Cascarino is adamant as a player who came through the ranks and understands the club, Rashford is the main man to keep

"This match again showed that if United need to keep any of their players for the long term then that player is Marcus Rashford," he wrote in The Times

"They should be prepared to put him among the top earners in the Premier League if that is what it takes to keep hold of him

What time is it?

We're going to be late!

It's a quarter after seven .

We're on time.

Don't panic.

But, I thought we had to be at,

the restaurant by 7:30 for the surprise

party.

We'll never make it there with all

this evening traffic.

Sure we will.

Rush hour is almost over.

Anyway, the party starts at 8:00.

But I do need help with directions.

Can you call the restaurant and ask

them where we park our car?

It's a quarter after seven.

This phrase is one of the most common

ways of stating this time.

It means: "It's 15 minutes past 7:00."

Another possibility here is to simply

say: "It's seven fifteen." In general

you can say: "It's a quarter past

the hour." How do we know the time

of day?

Look for context clues: "evening traffic."

In the dialog, Natasha and Tony

are going to a surprise party.

They need to be on time.

Therefore there is an element of stress

and urgency.

When someone is stressed for time

you can use expressions like:  Don't

worry.

on't stress.

We're fine.

We will be on time.

There are two different ways to

What a small world

Well, hello there … Notice

the emphasis on "hello," which shows

(What a surprise to see you here!

What a joy to have you with us!

What a shame that you have to leave

What a wonderful idea that is!)

Boy, 7, called a little Hitler for selling hot chocolate to raise dollar 6,000 for Trumps wall D - Duration: 5:52.

Boy, 7, called a little Hitler for selling hot chocolate to raise dollar 6,000 for Trumps wall  D

A seven year old boy from Austin was called a little Hitler by a neighbor over the weekend for setting up a hot chocolate stand and raising dollar 6,000 for s border wall.

Benton Stevens became an internet sensation over the weekend when he was filmed manning a hot chocolate stand at a strip mall in northwest Austin on Saturday.

The youngster watched President Trumps State of the Union address on February 5.

He wanted to know about the wall so we explained what it was about and he Benton was like I want to raise money for the wall, the boys mother, Jennifer Stevens, told .

Benton Stevens, 7, of Austin, Texas, raised dollar 6,000 to help President Trump build a border wall. He is seen above manning a hot chocolate stand near an Austin strip mall on Saturday

Jennifer and Shane Stevens are members of the Republican National Committee. They say they frequently share their political views with their son.

People think hes brainwashed, she said.

Well, of course, he supports Trump because we do, and he hears how we talk and this and that.

Call that brainwashing, but I call it parenting, because we instill our values in him.

Jennifer Stevens said her son begged her to allow him to set up a hot chocolate stand to help raise money for the border wall.

Bentons older brothers helped make signs and his mother helped make the hot chocolate.

Along with hot chocolate, Benton sold Pelosi marshmallows and Beto marshmallows.

In the one hour that Benton manned the hot chocolate stand, he made dollar 231 in sales.

But there were some who did not approve of what the boy was doing.

I guess some liberals – or whatever you want to call them – they were griping at the owner of the store and going in and yelling at him and slamming him on Facebook, Jennifer Stevens said.

The parents claim that the hot chocolate stand was not on anyones property, but they nonetheless decided to close it down.

But the issue refused to die as several Facebook users posted photos of the hot chocolate stand, sparking intense debate online.

Bentons parents are both active members of the Republican Party. He begged them to allow him to open a hot chocolate stand after watching Trumps State of the Union address earlier this month

Along with hot chocolate, Benton sold Pelosi marshmallows and Beto marshmallows. The Pelosi marshmallows cost 50 cents apiece, while the Beto marshmallows were free

As Bentons efforts became known to more people on social media and news reports, donations kept pouring in. So far, he has raised more than dollar 6,000

The controversy fired up Benton, who convinced his parents to let him set up the stand again on Sunday.

That day, Jennifer Stevens said someone drove by and called her son a little Hitler.

A guy pointed at him in his car and then he said that we didnt like brown people, she said.

I dont understand that at all.

The family said they were surprised by the outpouring of support they received from conservative as well as liberals who were upset that the boy was being subject to harsh language.

Amazing things are happening in our community, Jennifer Stevens told .

Bentons father, Shane second from left , is seen with Benton third from left , his two other sons, and an unidentified man at Trumps inauguration in Washington, D.C. in January 2017

People who were originally very mean have started apologizing for what they said and sticking up for Benton.

As Bentons efforts became known to more people on social media and news reports, donations kept pouring in.

So far, he has raised more than dollar 6,000.

In the spirit of bipartisanship, the boy is thinking about doing a free hot chocolate stand for people from both sides of the debate since there are so many people sticking up for him, his mother said.

Despite Bentons good intentions, there is no guarantee that the money raised for the wall will be used for that purpose.

Funds meant to be donated to the federal government are categorized as Gifts to the United States, according to Business Insider.

In order to allocate money for the Department of Homeland Security, Congress must give its approval.

HMV, one of the great names of the British music industry, is once again on the brink of collapse – and its downfall is a symbol of the failure of successive governments to protect our retailers and our creative industries from the ravages of online rivals

For many who are, like me, in the 40-plus bracket, the demise is tinged with teenage nostalgia, memories of Saturday afternoons spent flicking through albums in record shops

The logo, of a little terrier named Nipper listening intently to an old-fashioned gramophone, dates back even further and is based on a 19th century painting, His Master's Voice, which gives the company its name

HMV's downfall: A symbol of the failure of successive governments to protect our retailersAn illustrious past counts for little in the battleground that is today's High Street

HMV has already fallen into administration once, in 2013, when it was rescued by restructuring firm Hilco, which has now admitted defeat

It has suffered some familiar bugbears: business rates that are disproportionately heavy compared with the likes of Amazon, along with competition from online retailers such as the aforementioned US giant

But the potential ramifications are wider. In the past few years, as HMV has tried to segue from the physical market of CDs and DVDs to the digital world, it has paid more than £1

3billion to film studios and music labels in the UK. If the chain does go under, that is money which could be lost to our creative industries for ever

New trends: HMV has suffered due to the rise of streaming businesses including Spotify & Apple Music Arguably, two of the greatest names in British music, the Beatles and Sir Edward Elgar, would not have made such an impact on national consciousness without HMV

The Fab Four's manager Brian Epstein visited the flagship Oxford Street store in 1962 with the then unknown band to use its recording facilities to cut a demo

The tracks were heard by a publishing company in the same building and the rest is history

That store was opened by Elgar in 1921, who, according to contemporary newspaper reports, said modern gramophone recordings of virtuosi would be a welcome alternative to the 'wild and virulent piano-playing' by suburban amateurs

It certainly helped build an audience for his works.New companies have arrived with technologies as novel as the gramophone once was

The question is whether they will play anything like this role in backing the creative talent of the future and shaping national culture

Administrators from KPMG are looking for a buyer. Would any purchaser want to take on such a challenging business, and why might they succeed where Hilco failed?A successful rescue is not impossible

Few would have put money on Waterstones, which was owned by HMV until 2011, surviving the onslaught of Amazon and its Kindle

Yet under the leadership of visionary bibliophile James Daunt, it has gone from basket-case back into profit

It has recently been sold to the private equity arm of Elliott Advisors, who are not known for backing duds

Perhaps a similar miracle will happen for HMV. It will be a sad day if His Master's Voice is finally silenced

Good for GadhiaAfter the precedent set by Fred Goodwin and former HBOS chief executive James Crosby, there is good reason to be wary of giving honours to bankers

At the least, it might be prudent to wait a decade or so after they retire, just to be sure they have not left behind any unexploded bombs

Jayne-Anne Gadhia, who was until recently the chief executive of Virgin Money and who is being made a dame in the New Year's Honours List, may be the exception

She is one of the few financiers who emerged from the credit crisis with an untainted reputation, perhaps proving the suggestion at the time that if only Lehman Brothers had been Lehman Sisters, the disaster wouldn't have happened

In a sometimes soulless industry, Gadhia has spoken out bravely about the difficulties of being a working mother

Well done to her and the other women in banking – Alison Rose at RBS, Shriti Vadera at Santander and Anne Boden at digital bank Starling – who are breaking the mould
