White House braces for shakeup after Trump privately complains about Coats Politics - Duration: 3:48.White House braces for shakeup after Trump privately complains about Coats Politics
The conversations began this week in the West Wing after Trump spent the holiday weekend at Mar a Lago venting to friends and advisers about the director of national intelligence, before Congress last month. In that testimony, Coats publicly contradicted Trumps will agree to give up its nuclear weapons.
Despite the venting, Trump on Wednesday told reporters: "I havent even thought about it." But the President has also previously denied reports of staff shakeup only to later confirm them with his actions.
Trumps weekend venting was not the first time that the President has voiced frustration with Coats, but aides were struck that Trump was still venting about the testimony that took place three weeks ago. When disagreements between Trump and Coats previously spilled into public view, Trump quickly papered over the discord and moved on.
But Trumps frustrations with Coats have once again boiled to the surface as he has turned his attention to next week. One senior administration official said Trump worried that Coats testimony on North Korea will be used against him next week to undercut the outcome of his second summit with Kim.
The officials stressed that the conversations about who could replace Coats are in the early stages and that Trump could ultimately decide not to fire the top intelligence official. Trump has been known to vent about top officials and threaten to fire them without ultimately taking any action. If Trump does decide to replace Coats, the officials said it would likely be a matter of months, not weeks.
Trump and Coats never forged a particularly close relationship and the President has time and again voiced frustrations about Coats, telling advisers that he considered Coats in line with other top officials who have sought to restrain him like former Defense Secretary Jim Mattis and former White House chief of staff John Kelly. But there is now a growing sense in the West Wing that Trumps relationship with Coats may finally be beyond repair.
Chris Ruddy, a friend of Trumps and member of his Mar a Lago club, renewed the speculation that Coats future is on the rocks when Monday that there is "general disappointment of the President with Director Coats."
"Theres a feeling that maybe there needs to be a change of leadership in that position," said Ruddy, who spoke with Trump over the weekend but said his information was not based on a conversation with Trump.
Separately, a source who spoke with Trump over the weekend said Trump was expressing frustration with Coats and indicated he might soon move to replace him.
The trigger point for Trumps renewed frustrations with Coats was his recent preparations for his summit with Kim, a senior administration official said.
in his delicate diplomacy with North Korea and his grand assertions of progress have been undercut by North Koreas failure to take any concrete, verifiable steps toward denuclearization.
Administration officials and sources close to the White House were tempering expectations for Trumps latest summit and the President himself has said he is in "no rush" to achieve his ultimate goal, but Coats public assessment about North Korea has stung.
While he noted that North Korea has stopped testing nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles for more than a year, Coats made clear in his opening statement during a Senate hearing last month that the US intelligence community does not believe North Korea intends to give up his nuclear weapons.
"We currently assess that North Korea will seek to retain its WMD capabilities," Coats said. "It is unlikely to completely give up its nuclear weapons and production capabilities because its leaders ultimately view nuclear weapons as critical to regime survival. Our assessment is bolstered by our observations of some activity that is inconsistent with full denuclearization."
Coats was in lock step with the US intelligence communitys assessments which Trump himself has seen but he fumed in the subsequent days about the press coverage of Coats and his fellow intelligence officials comments, which contradicted Trumps public assertions. And Trump now worries those comments will overshadow his effort to sell his second summit with Kim next week as a success.
Compounding it all is that it was not the first time Trump has felt publicly undermined by Coats.
After Trump emerged from his one on one meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki last summer, Coats said he would have advised Trump against the private meeting but had not been consulted. And he also made clear he still did not have a full picture of the conversation that took place between the two leaders.
When the White House announced that Trump was inviting Putin to the White House while Coats was on stage at a public event, the director of national intelligence did little to hide his true feelings.
"Say that again?" Coats said, laughing incredulously when the news was relayed to him on stage.
"Thats going to be special," he added.

Man Utd gossip sees a shock link for Luis Suarez as Gareth Bale talk returns - Duration: 2:34.Ask any Manchester United fan and they'll tell you it's not just about who they bring in this summer, but which players they keep too
There's a fear that some of the club's top names may not be around come August. With contracts still to be signed, it's a waiting game - but the noises coming out of Old Trafford appear to be encouraging
Saudi Arabia's mega rich Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman may not intend on buying Manchester United after all
But that doesn't mean money won't be made available to keep hold of the club's big game players - and bring world class stars in
We've been keeping a close eye on things as the speculation keeps on coming. Here are the stories to catch our eye
Rashford: deal me in Mirror Sport understands Manchester United have made an important breakthrough in talks to keep Marcus Rashford at the club long term
The striker has indicated to officials that he is ready to sign a new deal which will keep him at the club until potentially 2025
After the news of David De Gea's deal getting nearer on Tuesday, this is another big step forward

Man City News - Blow for Pep Guardiola: Man City transfer target tipped to start new contract talks - Duration: 2:23.Amid speculation linking Man City with an interest, Dani Alves is reportedly set to start new contract talks with Paris Saint-Germain in a blow for Pep Guardiola
The 35-year-old joined the French giants in 2017 and has gone on to make 57 appearances for the club while winning a whole host of major domestic honours in his debut season
SEE MORE: Raheem Sterling mocks the media after dramatic late winner for Manchester City Despite the fact that competition is fierce in the French capital with the likes of Thomas Meunier and Thilo Kehrer battling for a starting berth, pushing Alves to show his versatility as he has been used in various roles, it seems as though PSG are eager to keep the stalwart at the club
According to ESPN, talks are planned with his agent this week to try and trash out a new agreement on a one-year deal, with his current contract set to expire at the end of the season
Meanwhile, it's noted by The Sun that City are interested in the experienced Brazilian veteran, and so should he go on and put pen to paper on a new deal with PSG, it will be a blow for Guardiola in his bid to seemingly add quality depth to his squad
The reigning Premier League champions remain in the hunt for another league title this season, as well as the League Cup, FA Cup and Champions League
In turn, they appear to be doing well even without another option at right-back, but time will tell if they attempt to launch a swoop for Alves before he pens a new contract with PSG
Guardiola of course knows exactly what he's capable of offering, albeit he is now in the latter stages of his career, with the pair enjoying a trophy-laden stint together at Barcelona

Can House Cleaners Wear Body Cams for Safety? - Duration: 8:38.Can house cleaners wear body cams for safety?
That's a great question, and we're going to talk about that today.
Hi there, I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.
This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,
and I get to help you find an answer.
Now, today's show is brought to us by MyCleaningConnection.com,
that's a resource hub for house cleaning,
and it has a uniforms and blogs and books and podcasts, and different tips and tricks,
and all different kinds of things that you would need as a house cleaner or as a homeowner
to clean your own house.
So check it out at MyCleaningConnection.com
All right, on to today's show.
A house cleaner wrote into the show, and they want to know
"Can house cleaners wear body cams for safety?"
All right, that is an excellent question, and the answer is no.
Body cams are not going to keep you safe.
So let's take an honest look at what body cams can and can't do, so that we don't jump
into an expense that maybe is not a right fit for us.
What is a body cam?
A body cam is, we'll pretend that this microphone that I'm wearing is a body cam.
Okay, so here it is right on the front of me, and it's recording all the activity as
I clean.
All right, that's awesome.
Yay.
Right?
Except my hands are in front of me and I'm moving around.
What happens if my arms are in front of the body cam and it blocks the view?
Now someone's going to come attack me in this invisible scenario, and my hands are blocking
the view.
So what did it actually capture?
A whole lot of nothing, right?
Nothing that will stand up in court if I have to take this person to court and prove that
they injured me while I was on the job, or that they attacked me.
All right, let's talk about attacking for a second.
Now our instincts, our gut instincts are on full gear at all times.
It's connected to our unconscious mind.
So my conscious mind is cleaning and I'm doing all these things.
My unconscious mind is listening for sounds.
If someone were to break into the house, it's going to pick up on that.
It's going to send me an alert message that sends me into fight or flight mode.
Someone is breaking into the house.
You're probably not safe.
A body cam cannot pick that up.
So it doesn't know if you're safe or not.
If you go to court and you say, "Well I heard someone breaking in."
Okay, well the hearing of the breaking in did not pick up on the body cam.
So that's not going to stand up in court either.
There's no 360 view.
So if I'm standing here and I'm cleaning and whatever and it's recording what's in front
of me, and I see out of the corner of my eye someone's coming down the stairs and they
have a knife in their hand, immediately I can see them because I just turned my head.
But my body is still facing here because I'm cleaning.
So it did not record what's happening behind me.
So it didn't keep me safe there either.
So there are a whole lot of glitches with body cams that they're very limited in what
they do.
They work great for police officers because police officers either have one in the dash
of their car, and then they have one on themselves, which gives them the view of the person that
they've stopped.
Then also there's the one recording behind them.
We don't have that luxury of having multiple cameras to record us from multiple angles.
The body cams were designed for service people, for people that are in animal control and
police officers.
Even now parking attendants sometimes are wearing body cameras.
So there are certain professions that lend themselves to body cameras, and house cleaning
is not one of them.
So if for example, someone was going to attack you, and your instincts kick in and you can
sense they're going to attack you, and you start fighting back, all your camera sees
is that you started the fight, right?
They don't see that someone's coming at you.
So all of a sudden you look like you're the perpetrator of this accident.
Body cams can cause you much more harm than good in many scenarios.
So my recommendation is no.
Then there are the logistics behind body cameras.
What are you going to do with the footage?
Now, let's say that you work eight hours a day cleaning houses, and there's a team of
two of you.
Now, between the two of you, you have eight hours a day times two people, that's 16 hours
of footage that you have for this one day.
Okay?
So you get back to your office tonight and you get two callbacks.
Each of the customers say, "Hey, you missed something."
Okay, well now you have to stop and you have to say, "Well, did I clean that at this customer's
house or did my partner clean that at the customer's house?"
Now you have to go back through the footage and you have to watch all the footage, because
is it your footage or is it their footage, or whatever?
Is the customer lying?
Did you really clean it?
It would be far easier for you just to get in your car, drive back to the customer's
house, activate your satisfaction guarantee and clean whatever it was you forgot.
You're not going to sit there and go sorting through all of your body cam footage to see
if you did in fact clean it.
Because what happens if you did?
Okay, so then what?
There's still a fight, right?
You're still arguing with your customer.
"No, no, no. I have proof. I cleaned it."
Well, you didn't clean it to my satisfaction.
If you have a satisfaction guarantee, you still have to go back to the customer's house, right?
So the body cam didn't save you any extra trouble or work.
Now let's talk for a second about footage.
I have a hard drive here.
This is a four terabyte hard drive, and I keep my Ask a House Cleaner videos on this disc.
So four terabytes and it holds 500 episodes, which are, I'm going to just say for sake
of argument, they're 10 minutes each.
So that's 5000 minutes on a desk before the disk is full.
These discs cost about a hundred dollars apiece.
So it will hold 500 episodes of a house cleaning video, which to me is a good investment.
But if you're downloading footage from your body cam, it only holds 83 hours of footage,
okay?
So if two of you are cleaning your house, that's one week at 40 hours a week, 40 times
40, that's 80 hours a week.
You're going to need one of these every single week that you go out and do the job.
So if you're buying 52 of these a year to store all of your footage, just in case you
need to show up to court and prove something to somebody, that's another $5000 a year you're
going to be spending on hard drives alone, right?
That's not a very good use of your money.
Now one other thing that body cams cannot record, and I want you to think about this,
if you have a history of a customer where a customer is mistreating you or they are
being abusive, the body cam does not record the history, okay?
It only records today, and what's in front of me today.
So if I show up at a customer's house today and there's three years of history of negligence
and abuse, and violence or what have you, the body cam is not going to track those three
years because we just started recording today, right?
So it's only going to show fragments of what's actually going on.
So is a body cam going to keep you safe?
No, not at all.
Is it a good use of your money?
No, not at all.
Not as a house cleaner.
So should you have it?
My suggestion would be no, no and no.
Because if you go into a customer's house and a customer knows that you have a body
cam, now all of a sudden they can blame all kinds of things on you and say, "Well, you
showed it to social media," or, "You showed it to friends and family, then they broke
into my house, it's your fault.
You're the one with the camera."
Right?
There is a lot of risks and bad things that can happen that can get thrown back at you
that don't solve anything by having a body cam.
So should you have it?
No, they're very expensive.
They're expensive to maintain.
I mean, like what happens if it gets wet?
It gets in your cleaning caddy.
I've had all kinds of amazing things in the bottom of my cleaning caddy.
They've got leaked on and dripped on and ruined.
Right?
Same happens with an expensive thing like a body cam.
So no, don't do it.
It's not even a good idea.
Not for house cleaners.
If you're a service provider, like a police officer, yeah, maybe.
But for us house cleaners, no.
All right, that's my two cents.
I hope that helps somewhat, and just gives you more food for thought as something to
think about.
If it helps you, please pass it on to a friend and until we meet again,
leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Trump Attacks The Times, in a Week of Unease for the American Press The New York Times - Duration: 4:44.Trump Attacks The Times, in a Week of Unease for the American Press The New York Times
By and
Even by his standards, President Trumps biting attacks on the press this week stand out.
He has praised a libel lawsuit against The Washington Post, called for against NBC for satirizing him on Saturday Night Live and, on Wednesday, issued his sharpest words yet against The New York Times, a true ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!
The New York Times reporting is false. They are a true ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!
Earlier, First Amendment scholars were by remarks from Justice Clarence Thomas, who on Tuesday urged the Supreme Court to peel back longstanding libel protections for American news outlets. And a global crackdown against journalists continues apace, as the Egyptian authorities on Monday a Times journalist trying to enter their country.
They have added up to a rough few days for freedom of the press, a once sacrosanct American notion that has been under sustained assault since Mr. Trump made fiery denunciations of journalists — and the rallying cry Fake news! — into hallmarks of his campaign and presidency.
In a series of Twitter posts on Wednesday, Mr. Trump : The Press has never been more dishonest than it is today. Stories are written that have absolutely no basis in fact. The writers dont even call asking for verification. They are totally out of control. He went on to write, The New York Times reporting is false.
Although the president did not cite a specific article, on Tuesday describing how Mr. Trump had worked to influence and undermine federal investigations involving him, his presidential campaign and his administration. The Times on Wednesday as rigorously reported, based on a review of confidential White House documents and dozens of interviews.
Mr. Trumps use of the phrase enemy of the people — which he has against a group of mainstream news outlets, but rarely against The Times individually — also carried unusual weight because of a series of recent conversations between himself and A. G. Sulzberger, The Timess publisher.
On two occasions, including last month, Mr. Sulzberger has urged Mr. Trump in person to abandon his use of that term. The publisher has cited growing evidence that autocrats and other world leaders are emboldened by Mr. Trumps anti press statements to crack down, sometimes violently, on independent journalists in their own countries.
In the interview, Mr. Trump by saying I want to be a defender of the press. But he went on to complain at length about what he perceives as unfairly critical coverage of him and his administration.
Mr. Sulzberger, , again called on Mr. Trump to heed the words of past presidents who, spanning historical eras and parties, embraced the importance of a free press.
In demonizing the free press as the enemy, simply for performing its role of asking difficult questions and bringing uncomfortable information to light, President Trump is retreating from a distinctly American principle, Mr. Sulzberger said. Its a principle that previous occupants of the Oval Office fiercely defended regardless of their politics, party affiliation or complaints about how they were covered.
The publisher added, As I have repeatedly told President Trump face to face, there are mounting signs that this incendiary rhetoric is encouraging threats and violence against journalists at home and abroad.
While foreign journalists have faced the worst consequences of recent crackdowns — including arrest, imprisonment and in some cases violence and death — The Times felt some of the effects this week.
A longtime correspondent for the paper, David D. Kirkpatrick, for hours by Egyptian officials after he arrived in Cairo on Monday. He was eventually denied entry and forced to board a return flight to London.
It was an escalation of efforts by Egypts leader, President Abdel Fattah el Sisi, to suppress the news media in his country, where dozens of journalists have been imprisoned or forced into exile.
On the domestic front, American press advocates were alarmed by that public figures ought to enjoy more leeway to sue publications whose coverage they deem unflattering or unfair. In comments published on Tuesday, Justice Thomas wrote that the 1964 case , a benchmark of modern American press rights, should be reconsidered.
Justice Thomas, who was writing for himself, made his remarks in a concurring opinion in a case involving a woman who had accused the comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault. His words were reminiscent of a memorable Trump — to open up the libel laws — and came a few weeks after , Ginni Thomas, in a private White House session.
As for Mr. Trump, his anti newspaper animus this week has not been limited to The Times. In on Wednesday, he weighed in on a , siding with the plaintiffs — the family of Nick Sandmann, a Covington Catholic High School student from Kentucky who was involved in with a Native American man that went viral on social media.
, The Post bullied Mr. Sandmann because he was a white, Catholic student wearing a red Make America Great Again souvenir cap. The Sandmanns are seeking dollar 250 million in damages.
Go get them Nick. Fake News! Mr. Trump wrote. A Post spokeswoman said the paper was reviewing the lawsuit, and we plan to mount a vigorous defense.
Mr. Trump has periodically returned to the expression enemy of the people .
And he was wrong in suggesting that the Times reporters who chronicled his attempts to meddle in investigations had failed to reach out for comment.
A Times reporter contacted the White House about the article on Friday, days before it was published. The paper continued to press for comment over the following days, including on the day that the article was posted online.

Jussie Smollett Actor faces felony charge for allegedly filing a false p0lice report - Duration: 6:36.Jussie Smollett Actor faces felony charge for allegedly filing a false p0lice report
Anthony Guglielmi said charges were approved by the Cook County States Attorney Office and "Detectives will make contact with his legal team to negotiate a reasonable surrender for his arrest."
Filing a false police report is disorderly conduct, according to Illinois code. A class 4 felony is punishable by one to three years, .
A bail hearing is anticipated for 1:30 p.m. CT Thursday, prosecutors said.
Smolletts transformation from victim to suspect in a reported attack that captured national headlines came on the same day that a high ranking police source said Chicago detectives were working to obtain the actors financial records.
A Cook County grand jury met Wednesday just weeks after the young actor .
Smolletts attorneys released a statement: "Like any other citizen, Mr. Smollett enjoys the presumption of innocence, particularly when there has been an investigation like this one where information, both true and false, has been repeatedly leaked. Given these circumstances, we intend to conduct a thorough investigation and to mount an aggressive defense."
Video appears to show brothers buy items
Two law enforcement sources with knowledge of the investigation have told CNN that police believe Smollett paid two brothers to orchestrate an assault on him.
Surveillance video obtained from a Chicago area beauty supply store appears to show the brothers connected to the incident purchasing a ski mask, sunglasses, a red hat and other items the day before the alleged assault on the actor.
The January 28 video shows two men shopping. They paid in cash, said the owner, who wishes not to be identified.
The video was turned over to police on Friday, the owner told CNN.
The brothers, who were arrested and released in connection with the attack, met Tuesday with police and prosecutors at a Chicago courthouse, police spokesman Tom Ahern said. The countys top prosecutor, Cook County States Attorney Kim Foxx, has recused herself from the investigation, according to a spokeswoman from her office.
Gloria Schmidt, the attorney for the brothers, told reporters Wednesday that her clients had not accepted a plea deal or immunity.
"You dont need immunity when you have the truth, " she said.
The brothers were paid by the actor, she said, but the amount is "not fitting the narrative that is out there now."
Actor denies role
Smolletts attorneys met with Cook County prosecutors earlier in the day, according to Ahern.
Smollett told authorities that two men attacked him, putting a rope around his neck and pouring an unknown chemical substance on him.
The actor denies playing a role in his attack, according to his attorneys.
In a statement before Smollett was named a suspect, 20th Century Fox Television, which produces the series "Empire" on which Smollett appears, and Fox Entertainment expressed support for the actor.
"Jussie Smollett continues to be a consummate professional on set and as we have previously stated, he is not being written out of the show," the statement said.
A Fox spokesperson had no comment when reached by CNN on Wednesday.
Brothers are cooperating with law enforcement, sources say
The two men questioned by police whom Schmidt identified as were arrested February 13 but released without charges Friday after police cited the discovery of "new evidence." The two are no longer suspects at this time, Chicago police have said.
In a joint statement issued to , the men said: "We are not racist. We are not homophobic, and we are not anti Trump. We were born and raised in Chicago and are American citizens."
Anne Kavanagh of Media Pros 24/7, a media consulting firm representing Smollett, released a statement this week, saying in part, "Smolletts attorneys will keep an active dialogue going with Chicago police on his behalf."
The police sources said that the brothers are cooperating with law enforcement and said that records show they purchased the rope found around Smolletts neck at a hardware store in Chicago.
Actor told police he was attacked near entrance of a Loews hotel
Smolletts attorneys, Todd S. Pugh and Victor P. Henderson, issued a statement Saturday describing their client as angry about allegations he orchestrated the attack.
"As a victim of a hate crime who has cooperated with the police investigation, Jussie Smollett is angered and devastated by recent reports that the perpetrators are individuals he is familiar with," the statement said.
"He has now been further victimized by claims attributed to these alleged perpetrators that Jussie played a role in his own attack. Nothing is further from the truth and anyone claiming otherwise is lying."
Smollett is openly gay and since 2015 has played the gay character of Jamal on the Fox TV drama "Empire."
The actor told detectives two men attacked him near the lower entrance of a Loews hotel in Chicago, according to police spokesman Guglielmi. Police were told the two men yelled, " Empire fa asterisk asterisk asterisk t" and "Empire n asterisk asterisk asterisk er, " while striking him.
In a supplemental interview with authorities, Smollett confirmed media reports that one of the attackers also shouted, "This is MAGA country," a reference to President Donald Trumps "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan.
The day after last months incident, police released surveillance images showing two silhouetted individuals walking down a sidewalk, and police said they were wanted for questioning.
Police late last week said the men were being viewed as "potential suspects." But , Guglielmi said.
One of the men has appeared on "Empire," Guglielmi said. A police source also told CNN on Friday night that the men had a previous affiliation with Smollett but did not provide additional details.
Seven days before the alleged attack, a letter containing white powder was sent to the Chicago set of "Empire," police have said. Authorities determined the powder to be aspirin, according to Guglielmi.
The image of the letter and envelope, shared with CNN by a person close to Smollett, includes a message apparently cut from magazine clippings, and a stick figure drawing.
Smollett told ABC News the drawing was of a "stick figure hanging from a tree which had a gun pointing towards it." The letter, addressed to Smollett, includes the word "MAGA" on the outside of the envelope in place of the return address.
More than a decade ago, Smollett pleaded no contest to providing false information to law enforcement in a 2007 misdemeanor case, according to Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office.
The case stemmed from a DUI stop in which Smollett gave police the wrong name.
Smollett also pleaded no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and driving without a valid driver license.
He was sentenced to two years of probation and paid a fine, according to Mateljan.
Smollett expressed frustration about not being believed
Smollett gave his first detailed account last week of what he says was a hate crime against him, and the aftermath, in an interview with ABCs "."
"It feels like if I had said it was a Muslim or a Mexican or someone black I feel like the doubters would have supported me a lot much more," Smollett said. "And that says a lot about the place where we are as a country right now."
Smollett said that one of the attackers shouted, "This is MAGA country," before punching him in the face. But he denied reports that said he told police the attackers wore "Make America Great Again" hats.
"I never said that," he told ABCs Robin Roberts in an interview that aired February 14. "I didnt need to add anything like that. They called me a f asterisk asterisk asterisk asterisk t, they called me a n asterisk asterisk asterisk asterisk r. Theres no which way you cut it. I dont need some MAGA hat as the cherry on some racist sundae."
Correction: This story and headline have been updated to clarify that Smollett has not been officially charged. Also, the story has been updated to correct the last name of Anne Kavanagh.

More than a dozen people are trapped on a ride at SeaWorld Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, in San Diego.
Sixteen passengers, including a baby, were rescued after spending four hours trapped inside a stalled SeaWorld gondola ride Monday night.

Jonathan Sherr was riding one of the gondolas with his 15 year old son when it stalled.
I looked up at the cable, and right when I was looking up at the cable shaking violently, we just stopped, he told KNSD in San Diego, adding that there was little communication between SeaWorld and the trapped passengers during the first hour of the ordeal.
Twelve year old Kimberly Sanchez told the TV station that she also took note of the severe wind conditions when boarding the ride.
I dont know even why SeaWorld had the thing open, she said. They shouldve just told us to walk out because it was windy, we couldve fallen off, something couldve happened. And something did!

Guest safety is paramount, SeaWorld said in a statement Monday, according to KNSD; the company did not respond to a request for comment by The Washington Post. Once our guests are cared for, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the ride before reopening. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused the guests.
