Waching daily Feb 20 2019

As an ethical, matured human being how I should approach competition?

How I should view competition?

How I should behave and handle that?

As an ethical, matured human being - an ethical human being is a very immature human being.

I want you to know this.

You are holding on to your ethics because you have no consciousness.

Ethics you picked up from outside.

Whatever your society, your religion or your profession something they have put down some

rules.

Maybe they are the norms with which one can function when they don't know how to function.

Now for example, let's say you are a doctor.

There are the ethics of Hippocrates, you know?

That you must serve a person, it doesn't matter your convenience or inconvenience

when somebody is ill, when somebody's life is in danger, you must go and do it.

If you go by these ethics, yes you will go and do it but in the process you will become

sick.

Suppose you're a loving human being.

Yoga means fundamentally...

Today modern science has proved to you beyond any doubt that the whole existence is one

energy, isn't it?

Everything in the existence is one energy manifesting itself in millions of forms

or in other words this and this are same energy.

Now that you are sitting here, suppose for one moment

actually you experienced within yourself that all the people sitting in this hall are actually

a part of you.

Let us say you experienced something like this, not taught; actually you experience

like you experience the ten fingers of your hand; you experienced all these people for

a moment.

If you experience these people like this, after that do I have to teach you morality

and ethics?

Don't harm this person, don't kill this person, don't rob that person, would it

be needed?

Would it be needed?

No.

So yoga means just that, that you experience everything as one.

The word 'Yoga' comes from the word 'Union' where you see everything as one in your experience

because that is the reality.

Only because you have gotten enslaved to the limited dimension of your mind

everything is fragmented in the existence.

Only because you're right now you are basing all your experience through the sense perception

which perceives everything in comparison.

If you want to compare you have to divide.

If you want to compare you have to fragment the world into million pieces otherwise you

cannot experience.

This is the way of the sense perception

because your perception is limited to sense organs you have fragmented the world into

million pieces otherwise you cannot experience it.

So the whole process of yoga is to evolve beyond the sense perception so that you can

experience the existence as one.

Suppose you experienced all these people as a part of you, do I have to teach you ethics?

You will joyfully go and do what's needed and you will not become sick in the process.

Yes or no?

Yes?

So you are always trying to find poor substitutes for truth.

That's the biggest problem.

Now to study in one university you don't have to compete with anybody.

If you are truly interested in knowing what you want to study, you will study to the best

of your ability, isn't it?

Not because your friend is studying, you want to know that's why you study.

When you study like this; your study releases you.

When you study to get one mark more than your friend, you are getting entangled and sick

you are becoming.

You are actually becoming sick in the process, isn't it?

So to do what you want to do well, you don't have to compete with anybody.

What is it that you want to do?

Throw your life and do it.

What has to happen will happen according to your abilities and your capabilities.

Somebody is doing so much if you try to do that you will go mad

or if you compete with somebody, you also limit yourself; you never realize your full

potential.

If somebody is a monkey, you will become a little better monkey than him, that's all.

You will not realize your full potential, isn't it?

You look it into yourself.

What is that you want to do?

Offer your life to it and do it.

What has to happen will happen to the extent your capabilities, your intelligence and abilities

allow you, isn't it?

Why are you working against somebody?

It's not necessary.

And stop achieving things in this world.

There is nothing to achieve.

Do what you love to do with all your heart.

What has to happen will happen, isn't it?

Sadhguru: See, morality

morality has become an important thing in the society

because people have forsaken their humanity.

If your humanity was alive and active,

you would not need any morality.

People have put their humanity to sleep

and trying to behave like human beings with morality

and it's not working

because everybody will come up with his own morality.

And your kind of morality and another person's kind of morality is at war all the time.

What is right and wrong,

if you open this debate you will end up with a fight,

even within your family, believe me.

Yes or no?

No?

If you start a debate as to what is right and what is wrong,

whether it's in your

in the world

or in your neighborhood

or within the family,

fight is inevitable because no two people can agree on what is right and wrong

and it's never been settled ever

because no such thing exists.

Instead of trying to be right,

why don't people try to be sensible?

We need some sense in the planet.

These righteous people are always a trouble.

Once you have a strong set of morals,

you will see nobody in the world is all right.

If nobody in the world is okay,

you have a psychological problem.

The first sign of psychological imbalance is you start thinking,

'Nobody is okay.'

So morality is just that it's the first step towards insanity.

You just have to stretch it;

if you stretch it, you will go there.

Maybe you won't stretch it that far,

you are willing to bend it.

So you manage.

These are substitutes for humanity.

Why is it… our education systems,

our social mechanisms,

we are not doing enough to stir up humanity in a human being,

we are trying to fix it with morality and it's never worked.

All we will do is divide people into different kinds of moral sects

and they will always fight

because nobody can fit into your morality

because even you don't fit in actually.

Unless… you are smart enough to subvert it secretly (Laughs),

you understand?

Otherwise it doesn't work

because morality will not just stick to your profession,

it will enter every aspect of your life.

Once you start thinking what is the right thing to do in my profession,

you will also think what is the right thing to do on all levels of life, isn't it?

Once you start thinking this is the right thing

and somebody else think that is the right thing,

there is going to be a conflict

and a constant conflict.

If you stir up the humanity within you,

you will do the most sensible thing that's needed for that moment

and that's all that matters that

your actions are in context with the realities in which you exist.

And the context is always changing;

if you don't change according to that,

once

People who are moralistic are always looking archaic for the new generation of people,

isn't it?

They wonder why these guy is still alive.

(Laughs)

Yes.

If you're very moralistic,

even your children will wonder why are you still alive,

because you look like you are from somewhere else.

So what is the most sensible thing to do

what brings well-being to you and everybody around you;

this is all one needs to look at constantly.

Is there some way to fix it?

There is no way to fix it.

We have to be alive to it;

we have to be alive to it every moment

and as the context changes,

what we do has to change.

Morality and mortality are not very different.

(Laughter)

Elon Musk Is Hosting Meme Review - NOT CLICKBAIT - Duration: 4:00.

Stop what you're doing, Elon Musk is hosting meme review and no this is not a drill.

What is happening people this is inform overload where we tell you about what's happening

on youtube.

Hit that subscribe for daily news updates that will make you stop what you're doing.

By the way I'm charlotte, and I'm your host.

If you wanna connect with me and the rest of the IO team, our socials are posted in

the description.

Elon musk has officially, like officially officially confirmed that he has recorded

his own meme review.

As in, he's already made his video and its going to go up soon.

No turning back now guys.

And If that news isn't epic enough already, just you wait.

He is also hosting meme review with Justin Roiland, who does the voices and is also one

of the creators of Rick and Morty.

Is your mind blown?

There have been rumors flying around that the eccentric billionare Elon Musk was going

to host meme review for a while.

I mean pewdiepie would joke about it in his videos sometimes, but never did we think that

it would actually happened.

Then the rumors were further inflamed after Elon Musk tweeted this photo on January 27th

2019.

To which pewdiepie replied.

Don't shoot, please host, we need this.

I mean, it would have been epic for elon musk to host meme review but never in a million

years did I think that it would actually happen.

BUT WAIT.

On February 18th, elon musk then tweeted.

Did meme review last night with Justin Rolland from Rick and morty.

Ok guys, I'm going to just come out and say what everyone else is thinking.

I think getting celebrities and huge media personalities to host meme review is going

to be how Pewdiepie can stay ahead of T series for as long as possible.

Just as a recap for those of you who have no idea what im talking about, Pewdiepie,

the most subscribed youtuber has been in an epic battle against T series, an indian record

label, that's gaining subscribers at an alarming rate.

T series was supposed to beat pewdiepie in subscriber count back in the fall, but with

the help of the youtube community who've essentially created a meme out of 'sub to

pewdiepie, he's stayed in the lead.

But The subscriber gap between to Pewdiepie and t series is about as close as its ever

been.

At the time of this recording, the gap was only about 14 thousand susbcribers.

That is way too close for comfort.

But think about it.

Elon musk is one of the most famous people in the world.

Hes a billionare entrepreneur, ceo of spacex, ceo and product architect of tesla inc, and

co founder of paypal.

He has 24.8 million twitter followers.

That's more than double the amount of twitter followers that felix has.

If pewdiepie gets huge celebrities to host meme review and post about it to their millions

of followers, and essentially get on the sub to pewdiepie bandwagon, he will definitely

stay ahead of t series.

As of right now, we don't know when elon musks meme review is going to be posted, but

my guess is its going to happen pretty soon because if it doesn't, t series is going

to come out ahead of pewdiepie.

My guess is the video will be up in the next couple days, if not hours.

Ok guys that is all I have for you on this, are you excited, im excited.

Im so excited that I'm going to do the comment dance and read out some comment replies.

Why Dermaplaning Is The Best Exfoliant For Your Skin | Macro Beauty | Refinery29 - Duration: 4:12.

You have to trust your provider because she is literally holding a knife across your face.

One wrong move and you will get nicked.

Hi, I'm Nina and I'm getting a dermaplane facial done today.

My skin is really dry normally.

I never go out into the Sun and

it flakes a lot and I have a lot of whiteheads.

My biggest concern really is the dryness and then the wrinkles forming around my eyes.

My name is Alexa Yontz and I am a medical esthetician at Facile Dermatology and Boutique.

I've been a medical esthetician for almost 30 years now.

I have done more dermaplane facials than I can probably count.

Dermaplane is really ideal for patients who have very dry dehydrated skin.

Patients are really amazed at how much peach fuzz they have removed from their skin.

A lot of people like the dermaplaning because of the smooth texture it leaves afterwards.

Makeup goes on smoother, your products absorb better, it just gives an all-over better glow

to the skin.

I'm mostly concerned about the blade cutting off essentially the top layer of my skin.

I'm going to start cleansing.

I really try to tell everybody not to talk when I'm doing this because I do have a straight-edge blade in my hand

so I don't want to nick you. So, no more talking.

Alexa takes the 10 gauge surgical blade and starts scraping all of the dead skin and the

hairs off my face.

I can see it from the corner of my eye coming off in these little tufts but it actually

feels really good.

We are going to proceed with the red light which is light stim.

Oh, anti-aging!

Red light therapy helps with any kind of inflammation. It also helps to stimulate collagen production

as well cut any redness within the skin.

It's a great way to end any treatment.

After the red light therapy Alexa removes the goggles and then she applies sunscreen

to protect my exfoliated skin from UV rays.

It's like you just took off like so much stress in my life.

After 12 years dermaplaning has come very natural to me.

I feel very confident treating patients with that surgical blade in my hand.

One of the biggest questions with dermaplaning is if the hair grows back thicker or darker?

And it does not, but it typically grows back just as fine as it was within a few weeks.

After dermaplane I usually recommend that my patients avoid any chemicals to lessen

the sensitivity of the skin.

I'm pretty happy with the results of my dermaplane facial.

My skin feels smooth, it feels heavily exfoliated.

I was definitely not surprised by how much dead skin I have on my face.

I would recommend dermaplaning to anybody that I know who wants a really good exfoliating

procedure.

I wish I could have more cleansing, more exfoliating, more everything.

I mean it's easy to get addicted to getting a life-changing facial.

Thanks so much for watching Refinery29.

When "No" is the Best Answer - Duration: 1:23.

One of the more subtle aspects of positive change, improvements and even

innovation is the ability to say "no." Now it's not so much that you say no but how

you say it. I personally used to come right out and just say "no," not offer a

solution and kind of put things to a halt. Which left everything in status quo

and everybody frustrated. What I then learned was what sales people call "feel

felt found," which is, "I know how you feel, I felt the same way and here's what I

found." In my version it's "I understand the end result you're going for and the

solution that you've proposed. Here's what I found and why it won't work or

why it's not going to turn out the way you want. But here's a solution that I

propose and the benefits to it." And then I expect that the benefits that I'm

proposing will be either equal to or greater than what the person was

expecting in the first place. So in the end I'm helping the project move forward

I'm helping that person learn that they can trust me to actually help them

succeed and help the project succeed. So my question for you is how do you say no

and how do you continue to help the project move forward even having said "no"?

So please leave a comment below and I'd love to hear from you and I will talk to

you later

What Is the Theme of 'Survivor: Edge of Extinction'? | Heavy.com - Duration: 7:58.

What Is the Theme of 'Survivor: Edge of Extinction'? | Heavy.com

Fourteen new contestants plus four returning castaways will compete on Survivor: Edge of Extinction, the show's 38th season, starting tonight at 8 p.m.

on CBS.

The season will include a new twist the game has never seen before, a sort of play on Redemption Island only way gnarlier.

When contestants who are voted off, they'll have an option to take a boat to an area known as "Extinction Island" rather than leave the game permanently.

Extinction Island is an abandoned beach with even fewer amenities than the tribes' main island camps.

Contestants on Extinction Island may either wait for an opportunity to re-join the main game or may choose to leave the game at any point.

According to host Jeff Probst, the remaining contestants won't have a clue about the twist until much later.

If at any point Extinction Island becomes too much, a contestant can raise a flag on a ship's mast to exit the game.

Those who choose to stay, however, will become members of the jury after they compete for a chance to re-enter the competition.

Probst explained the theme in full to EW:.

"There's two elements to it.

There's the spiritual and there's the gameplay.

The gameplay is — you don't know this, it's a secret — but when you're voted out, you're going to leave Tribal and walk around the corner and finally come to this lighted torch with a signpost.

And the signpost will say, 'You have a decision to make.

If you're done playing and you want your adventure to end, keep walking.

If, however, you want a chance to get back in the game, take the torch and get in the boat.' That's all you know.".

The concept, says Probst, was the result of a goal to "try to get a little deeper psychologically, a little deeper spiritually", asking contestants, "is there a possibility of the spiritual death and rebirth that you seek in life, where you realize something deeper about yourself?".

The newbs will be joined by four returning all-stars: Joe Anglim (Worlds Apart, Second Chance), Aubry Bracco (Kaoh Rong, Game Changers), Kelley Wentworth (San Juan del Sur, Second Chance), and David Wright (Millennials vs.

Gen-X).

None of these four have ever won Survivor, but Bracco came close: she was the runner-up of Survivor: Kaôh Rōng, the show's 32nd season.

     .

"These are all four great players who are slightly different, so you can relate to any different part of their game," Probst told The Hollywood Reporter.

"None of them won, but all of them pushed themselves.

They all had obstacles they had to overcome, and they overcame them.

So if you combine those things — that this is a very hard game to play, and you must push yourself further than you want, and you still probably won't win — it makes you ask: how far are you willing to go?".

Joe and Aubry are members of the Kama tribe along with seven new players.

They are:.

-Gavin Whitson, 23, a YMCA program director from Tennessee;.

-Ron Clark, 46, founder of the Ron Clark Academy and basis for The Ron Clark Story starring Matthew Perry;.

-Eric Hafemann, 34, a firefighter and father of two from Chicago;.

-Julie Rosenberg, 46, a toymaker and retired teacher from New York;.

-Aurora McCreary, 32, a divorce lawyer from Orlando, Florida;.

-Victoria Baamonde, 23, a waitress from the Bronx in New York;.

-Julia Carter, 24, a medical assistant currently residing in Bethesda, Maryland.

The nine other players, including David and Wentworth, will compete on the Manu tribe along with:.

-Dan DeSilva, alias "The Wardog," 38, a law student and military veteran originally from New York;.

-Chris Underwood, 25, a district sales manager from Greenville, South Carolina;.

-Keith Sowell, 19, a pre-med student living in Durham, North Carolina;.

-Rick Devens, 33, a morning news anchor from Macon, Georgia;.

-Wendy Diaz, 25, the blue-haired small business owner from California;.

-Reem Daly, 46, in sales and hailing from Virginia;.

-Lauren O'Connell, 21, a student at Baylor University originally from California.

Survivor: Edge of Extinction starts tonight at 8 p.m.

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri admits he is 'not sure' about his future - Duration: 3:12.

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has defended his maligned tactical system and insists he has not held any talks with the club's owner Roman Abramovich or senior director Marina Granovskaia as speculations grows that he is on the brink of being sacked by the club.

Chelsea have suffered humiliating defeats at Bournemouth, Arsenal and Manchester City of late, while they have also been beaten by Manchester United in the FA Cup.

Ahead of the Europa League return leg against Malmo on Thursday evening, Sarri said he had not been contacted by the club's most senior personnel amid speculation that Chelsea may look to Zinedine Zidane, Laurent Blanc or Frank Lampard to replace the Italian: 'No, not in this week.'

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has admitted that he is 'not sure' about his future at the club

Sarri is under huge pressure but he says he is planning to remain manager 'for a long time'

Sarri added: 'I have to think that I will be the manager of Chelsea for a long time, otherwise I cannot work. I am not sure (it will work), but I have to think this. I have to work, and I want to work with a long-term target.'

Chelsea supporters made their frustrations with Sarri-ball clear on Monday night at Stamford Bridge and when the manager replaced Cesar Azpilicueta with right-back Davide Zappacosta as Chelsea trailed 2-0 against Manchester United.

Sarri, however, remains defiant: 'The system is a false problem. I know very well that, when we lose, I have to put a striker on the pitch. When we win, I have to put a defender on the pitch. But I want to see the football in another way.

Sarri's dedication to his style of play is emerging as a key issue for a number of players

Eden Hazard looks on as Chelsea crash out of the FA Cup against Manchester United

'As I said in the last press conference it's very easy: we need to win three or four matches in a row. It's the only solution.

'I can understand very well the frustration of our fans because they are used to winning. And now we are in trouble so I can understand it very well.

'But there isn't another way. We have only to have good performances and good results.

'But I think the problem is the performance and the result against City. For that match, they [the fans] are right. Because we played very badly, very badly without mentality, without soul.

The former Napoli boss has not spoken with club chiefs since being knocked out of the FA Cup

'I don't agree for the last match [United] because we played a good match, especially in the first half. In the second half it was really very difficult for us because they are a physical team defending low and compact, so not easy.

Sarri also faces a nervous wait for Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Manchester City, as goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has a hamstring problem.

Asked if the Spaniard will recover, Sarri said: 'I hope so. I'm not sure at the moment, of course, but I hope so.'
