this box it's just some plain white box I got it at Paper Source you can

get a box and any sort of stationery store they likes boxes to store things

so I thought instead of doing gift wrapping I would do this and it's more

eco-friendly and it will be reused and repurpose so the first thing I'm going

to do is decorate the white box with little bottles of champagne and

champagne glasses

those those are going to go in the box as well they like plants and has a bunch

of plants at home and so I'm being considered of that these are plantable

hearts and I originally was gonna sprinkle them in the box and just like

leave a note that they were plentiful but I want to make sure they don't

mixed up with the confetti that I'm going to put in here so I'm just going

to leave the hearts in this bag so that it's clear these are plantable some of

the other things I got so you have probably already seen my other video

where I did the boudoir shoot and I didn't tell pay what the pictures were

for I said they were for YouTube which they were hopefully you enjoyed that

video but they are also so that I can get a parent to give today for

Valentine's Day and here I got this I sent this off to fracture and they

framed it for me so it's actually printed on the frame it's made out of

glass and I think it's adorable and it came the day before Valentine's

Day I did it last minute so had I seen bio bells and say I would have given it

and I would have given the whole gift but that didn't happen so that was never

the plan to happen so everything is working out as planned and then I got

this which I thought was cute over it's same thing at like the papers source

plants while you are away which is also helpful if you're going to be away I

don't know in Paris and can't water your own plants so it serves a dual purpose

but I think as long as you get gifts and then I got a pair of socks from the

university that they want to I think as long as your gifts are thoughtful they

don't want to be expensive but they're specific to that person and they know

that you put some thought into it about them or the gift I think that's what

really makes it special and fabulous and has the potential to delight the

receiver I mean don't you always feel special when you're gonna get that you

know someone put a lot of thought into that it was specifically for you versus

I don't know a box of chocolates from a drug store or train and I were making

jokes earlier fruit on a stick I digress those are all great against if I'm just

trying to help you out you want to put a little bit more magic in your life and

delight your loved one this is an easy way to do it give them something that is

touching and special to them so I'm just gonna stick this all in here actually

box like this so I have it across you know what no I want to wrap that up and

and they're pretty much one size fits all so they're good so everything is in

there and these inside as well

everything that's in there a little onion dressing if you were and I don't

think I need another thing of tissue paper but of course if you want to but

Abraham. KENNETH: Now this is very, very important. Very close

friend of ours, and she is quite well known for being Joel

Osteen's mama, Dodie Osteen. John is in heaven today and

they're very close friends of ours. She was diagnosed with

liver cancer. They called and Gloria and I set ourselves in

agreement with them and believed God with them. She, ... refused

to go to bed. She refused to quit doing anything that was her

responsibility. She said there were days she thought she was

going to die that day and pain and the whole thing but she

absolutely would not quit. She, of course, she's a very small

person to start with and she just, you know, kept losing

weight and all that kind of thing, but she went through her

healing scriptures three times a day. Three times a day. She

would go through them. I'm, I took her list of scriptures and

all of those marker tabs on the end of my bible, those are all

of those scriptures marked in my bible so I can flip from one to

the other and do them every day. Amen. So she just kept doing

that and just kept doing that, thank God she's alive today.

Amen. Hallelujah, praise God. Isn't that wonderful? Now that's

4, Proverbs 4:20-22, "Attend to my words. Incline thine ear unto

my sayings, let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the

midst of your heart for they are life to those that find them and

health to all their flesh." Now, are you receiving? You got your

receiver out? Now my grandson Jonathan, is a freshman at UIW,

University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, and they play in

the Southland Conference, and as a freshman he's their starting

quarterback. He's, but he needs a receiver. He's not any better

than his receivers. He's really good, not just because he's my

grandson, he's a candidate for player of the year, thank you

very much. I'd like to say I taught him everything I know but

I didn't. But I taught his daddy. Anyway, that is a very,

very good illustration. I don't care how good he is, he's no

better than his receiver. Now Jesus is the healer and he's the

same yesterday, today, and forever, but he needs a

receiver. So who's open? Yes, amen, the glory's here. Now,

Luke chapter 13, look at the 10th verse. "He was teaching in

one of the synagogues on the Sabbath and behold there was a

woman which had a spirit of infirmity 18 years and was bound

together and could in no wise life up herself. When Jesus saw

her, he called her to him and said unto her, 'Woman, thou art

loosed from thine infirmity,' and he laid his hands on her and

immediately she was made straight and glorified God. And

the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation

because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath day and said unto the

people, 'There are six days in which men ought to work,'" well

now he had, had six days a week for 18 years. Amen? "There are

six days in which men ought to work, in them therefore come and

be healed and not on the Sabbath day. The Lord answered him and

said, 'You hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the Sabbath

loose his ox, or his ass, or his donkey from the stall and lead

him away to watering? Ought not this woman being a daughter of

Abraham whom Satan hath bound lo these 18 years be loosed from

this bond today?'" Today. Today is the day of deliverance. Today

is the day of salvation. Today. This is your day. Today is the

day. Go to the 5th chapter of the book of Mark. Glory to God,

hallelujah. Mark chapter 5 verse 1, hang on let me get there.

"They came over unto the other side of the sea into the country

of the Gaderenes. And when he was come out of the ship,

immediately they met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean

spirit." Now there's only one spirit that possess a person.

6th chapter of the book of Ephesians, they rank and fowl of

Satan's kingdom, starting from the lowest level devil first,

principalities, powers, now here's the ones that possess

people, rulers of the darkness of this world. Those are the

ones, in this world that possess people, wicked spirits in

heavenly places are, well I won't get into that but they're

not on this level, that's not part of our discussion today.

Now we have a combination here of one spirit plus three to six

thousand principalities and powers. Okay? All ... in one

man. Now notice this, ... "Met him out of the tombs a man with

an unclean spirit, who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no

man could bind him, no, not with chains: because that he had been

often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been

plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces:

neither could any man tame him. And always night and day, he was

in the mountains and in the tombs, crying, and cutting

himself with stones. And when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and

worshiped him, and cried with a loud voice and said," now this

is not the man, this is that demon using his voice, "What

have I to do with thee Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I

adjure thee by God, thou torment me not. For Jesus had said unto

him, 'Come out of the man you unclean spirit.' Then Jesus

said, 'What is your name?' He answered saying, 'My name is

legion, for we are many.' And he besought him much that he would

not send them away out of the country. Now there was there

nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding. All the

devils besought him saying," now see, the ... spirit that

possessed him, the ruler spirit was gone. He just said, don't

make me leave this country. Well Jesus didn't even answer him, he

told him to leave and he argued with him. And out he went. "Now

all of the devils besought him saying, 'send us into the swine

that we may enter into them and forthwith Jesus gave them leave.

And the unclean spirits went out and entered into the swine and

the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (there

were about two thousand) and were choked in the sea. They

that fed the swine fled and told it in the city and in the

country and they went out to see what it was that was done. And

they came to Jesus and see him that was possessed with the

devil and had the legion sitting and clothed and in his right

mind." Glory to God. "Sitting and clothed and in his right

mind." Oh glory to God. "And they were afraid. And they that

saw it told them how it befell to them that were possessed with

the devil, and also concerning the swine. They began to pray

him to get out, to depart out of their coasts. And when he was

come to the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil

prayed him that he might be with him. Howbeit Jesus suffered him

not, but saith unto him, 'Go home to thy friends, and tell

them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had

compassion on thee.' And he departed and began to publish in

Decapolis," the ten cities, "How great things Jesus had done for

him: and all men did marvel." Now, here is a man, completely,

totally, possessed. He didn't get that way over night. You

don't get that possessed in just a few days. This is a life

matter with him, for some reason or other. Somehow or another

that devil got ahold of him and got in him. He wasn't just

obsessed, he was possessed and had given himself over to the

legion. My, my, my. If there ever was a man that the devil

could've stopped and kept him from worshiping Jesus, it

should've been him, but there ain't no devil that big. No

devil's that big. Amen. This man, got delivered, healed, got

him some clothes and called to preach, that fast. It didn't

take two weeks. Jesus didn't say, now you're going to have to

confess my word for another three years to get rid of all

this. No, no, no he just set him free that fast. I know a young

man that was praying for some women that had been drug addicts

and just had cutting marks, they were cutters, this guy was a

cutter. Somebody just got delivered of that. Glory to God.

Oh, thank you Jesus. Thank you Lord. Hallelujah, and all other

kinds of physical addiction, shameful addictions, things you

just don't want people to know, well you're free sweetheart.

You're free right now, glory be to God, Jesus has set you free,

you are free from a drug habit, you are free right now in Jesus

name. Todd preached to these young women and glory to God,

they received it and he baptized them in water, and when they

came up out of the water their scars were gone. The scars were

gone. He called me, he's so thrilled man, he said their

scars were gone. The needle scars and the cutting scars,

they were gone when they came up from being baptized. What's even

greater are the spiritual scars, the mind scars, today is the

day. God is our healer. He is our healer. Jesus is the healer.

Do you believe that? If you believe this gospel that I have

preached to you this morning and you are ready to receive the

power of God onto salvation for your spirit, your mind, or your

body, stand up on your feet right now. If you can't stand

up, get up on the inside. Hallelujah, glory to God. In the

name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, by the authority

invested in me as a prophet of the living God and a teacher of

Opinion Why Trumps Emergency Mess Means Danger for the Courts The New York Times

The presidents move has already been challenged in court. Win or lose, he is almost certainly forcing an alarming judicial precedent.

It didnt take long for a group of Texas landowners to President Trumps declaration of a national emergency in court.

— , including New York and California, have sued to stop Mr. Trumps use of emergency powers to build a border wall — and the president himself that the matter would end up in the Supreme Court. Whether the president wins or loses, though, there is a serious risk that the final result will be a dangerous judicial precedent.

The Texans and others who face the loss of land because of eminent domain actions funded via Mr. Trumps emergency declaration have standing to sue and good cause to do so. Not because the government may offer them too little money to constitute just compensation, though past practice suggests this will be an issue, too. Rather, they object to the process that the president has used to gain the funding after Congress largely denied it to him.

As an initial matter, they argue that there is no real emergency here as required by the National Emergencies Act. Second, and more significant, they contend that even if there is an emergency, it is not one that — which is the critical condition in the budget statute that the president unlocked by issuing his emergency declaration. In other words, if theres no military necessity, then theres no emergency authority to redirect military construction dollars toward a border wall.

Even if there is military necessity, moreover, those dollars cant be spent on just anything. The statute defines military construction precisely and narrowly. You can pay to build things on military property, yes, but not on other government let alone private property. And you can pay to buy land, but only in order to make that land military property not other government property .

As Texans and other landowners argue that these conditions are not met, they have plenty of ammunition from the presidents own lips — including from his news conference last week, during which he emphasized that he did not need to take this step but simply wanted to for the sake of speed.

As a result of all this, we are on the verge of intense litigation over a subtle but critical point: Can judges second guess a presidents determination that there is an emergency under the National Emergencies Act? Even if not, can they at least second guess the determination that the situation requires the use of the armed forces as required by the budget statute?

This is where the risk of a problematic precedent arises. It could take either of two opposite forms. On one hand, the courts may give too much deference to the executive branch, taking a valuable tradition and distending it to cover disingenuous claims by the president — encouraging more of the same, and worse, in the future. On the other hand, the courts also might err in the opposite direction, throwing the baby out with the bath water in the course of second guessing the president in this extreme instance, resulting in a temptation of courts to second guess in less justified circumstances.

The deference tradition has deep roots. Courts have long given special weight to presidential judgments about matters that blend factual and policy judgment concerning national security and military needs. We saw the influence of that principle in the Trump administrations eventual victory in the travel ban litigation, but the tradition runs far deeper than that.

One danger in the current litigation is that this tradition will be applied in a reckless way. In the worst case, the litigation might produce a Supreme Court holding articulating and entrenching a deference on steroids version of this concept. This would have extraordinary spillover effects, gutting the chances of effective litigation checks not just here but in many other settings down the line. The decision would lie about like the , tempting future presidents to similar or worse pretextual claims. Supporters of President Trump would be most unhappy to find a President Beto ORourke or Kamala Harris reaping the benefits of it in the coming years.

And then there is the opposite risk, with the pendulum swinging so far away from deference as to gut the doctrine going forward. A ruling against the president need not produce such a result, to be sure. Mr. Trumps declaration normally would prompt deference, yes, but in his signature way he has offered ample grounds for a court to find unique reasons to rule against him. During his emergency announcement, after all, he could not resist admitting: I could do the wall over a longer period of time. I didnt need to do this. But Id rather do it much faster. Theres more where that came from, and a judge ruling against the president will not need to erode the deference tradition more broadly.

If handled carefully enough, it should be possible for a court to describe this as an exceptionally rare instance in which deference fails — the proverbial exception proving the rule.

But the more alarming aspects of this scenario, and the larger climate of distrust Mr. Trump has brought on himself, could lead to a holding that guts the idea of deference more broadly. This, too, would be dangerous.

The deference tradition exists for good reason. The executive branch as a whole possesses access to information, expertise and experience that are critical for sound policymaking, and to at least some extent our legal system allocates responsibility for military and national security judgments to it. It may be that this is an outlier situation in which the boundaries of wise deference have been met and exceeded, with the presidents candor undoing his own legal case. But a reckless anti deference decision, sweeping broadly beyond the narrow facts of this unusual case, would lie about like a loaded weapon just as much as an unduly deferential ruling. Its just that, in this case, its effect would to encourage future judges to too readily abandon normally desirable constraints on their role.

They say bad facts make bad law, and whichever court gets the last word in this instance had best bear that in mind. If in the end there is an anti deference ruling, lets hope that it is specific to the unusual facts of this case, with pains taken to protect the general rule. And if in the end the courts instead defer, lets hope they have some way to reassure us all that this does not open the door to further abuses.

We knew the president was launching down a risky and unpredictable path. It turns out he is taking the courts with him.

After months of a mostly spiritless winter, the second storm system in just over a week appears poised to hit the Lehigh Valley area Wednesday.

What the storm lacks in snowfall totals it will make up for in timing and heavy mixed precipitation, meteorologists warn. Just like last Tuesday.

The Lehigh Valley is under a winter storm watch in effect from Wednesday morning to Wednesday evening for snowfall totals around 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations under one tenth of an inch.

Allentowns expected snowfall totals are somewhere in the four inch range, though the weather service said in a tweet Monday evening its watch is intentionally a little more vague as meteorologists zero in on how much snow and ice will fall.

The total would bring Allentown its biggest snowfall of the season so far in this languorous winter. A total of 3.9 inches of snow was measured at the airport during a storm January 29. Other parts of Lehigh County fared a bit better, with North Whitehall at 5.2 inches, according to a trained spotter, and New Tripoli at 5 inches. In Northampton County, Bath came out tops with a 5 inch snowfall.

Tomorrows storm wont exactly make up for a lost season, forecasters say. After all, its not a comma shaped Noreaster barreling up the Atlantic seaboard. But it will arrive packing sleet and freezing rain as well as snow — seemingly shattering that prediction the groundhog made about a premature spring in the Northeast, and dealing a harsh blow to the evening commute.

The storm is expected to arrive just before midday in our area, much like the November storm that saw a nightmare scenario unfold across the Lehigh Valley. It included jackknifed tractor trailers, disabled vehicles and minor crashes on almost all the regions highways and roads. Thousands of motorists were stranded, many for more than six hours, on major roads like Interstate 78 and Route 33.

PennDOT spokesman Ron Young said people treated that storm like a normal afternoon rush hour, traveling home at the same time. Officials are certainly hoping to avoid the same stress on area roadways this time around.

Meteorologist Ed Vallee of Empire Weather said Wednesday will be a rather complex day — seemingly the general theme of our winter season. Precipitation will transition from light to moderate snow, a mix of sleet and freezing rain, and then finally to all rain for the majority of the area by about 8 p.m. Rain will then continue straight through the early morning hours of Thursday before tapering off.

Snow breaks out in the Lehigh Valley by 11 a.m. southwest to northeast

Heaviest accumulating snow from midday through late afternoon.

Transition to mixed precipitation after 5 p.m.

Rain transition after 8 p.m. as temperatures continue to rise.

 She also appeared to take a dig at Sen. Sanders. "The people of New Hampshire will tell me what's required to compete in New Hampshire," she told shoppers at a bookstore in Concord

"But I will tell you I'm not a democratic socialist." Sen. Elizabeth Warren of nearby Massachusetts will be in New Hampshire on Friday

 In the run-up to Sen. Sanders' 2020 announcement, persistent allegations emerged of sexual harassment of women by male staffers during his 2016 campaign

 In an interview with CNN after the initial allegations surfaced, Sen. Sanders apologised but also noted he was "a little busy running around the country trying to make the case

Bernie Sanders is running for president — again.

The Vermont senator, who lost his bid for Democratic nomination in 2016 election, officially threw his hat in the ring for the 2020 fight for the White House early Tuesday, posting a 10 minute video where he called President Trump the most dangerous president in modern American times.

"Together, you and I and our 2016 campaign began the political revolution. Now, it is time to complete that revolution and implement the vision that we fought for," the 77 year old Sanders said as he asked voters to be part of an unprecedented grassroots campaign of 1 million active volunteers in every state in the country.

Whispers of his run began surfacing last week when word spread that he had begun interviewing for senior staff jobs.

Other current candidates seeking the Democratic nomination include Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Julian Castro and Amy Klobuchar.

Sanders has been plagued recently by allegations of sexual harassment within his 2016 presidential campaign, including a former top adviser who allegedly forcibly kissed a female staffer about 30 years his junior during the Democratic National Convention.
