It's February 17th, and it is about 3:20 p.m. I hope you'll stick around for a few seconds (meant MINUTES). First off
Thank you for coming to see me again. I just wanted to add a couple of exercises to the video
I did yesterday about how to fight insomnia and sleep better with energy medicine
There were just a couple of exercises. I left out because the
situation the camera situation here isn't great and you'll see what I mean by that in a
Few seconds actually because the first one I want to show you is called expelling the venom
This is a really good one. In my opinion. I find this one to be very very helpful
I am going to have to stand for this but as I've said before and I'll continue to say when I do energy medicine
Exercises if I stand up it's because I'm trying to show you what I'm doing on the camera
You do not have to stand up
So if you're on a wheelchair or if you're on a bed you can do these
Exercises lying on your back or you can do them seated
So again, you do not have to get up. You can do these exercises see that
I'm just standing up so you can see what I'm doing from the start
This is again. This is
expelling the venom you just bring your hands in front of you right about to where the pubic bone ends and
You start inhaling as you're bringing this up
I'm not gonna breathe right now just for purposes of showing you this but you start to bring your hands up and
Up and you go past your pecs and you just keep going up up up up up
And as you're doing this you're envisioning that you are pushing up stressors
things that have really just gotten you down things that are getting you down that are stressing you out people anything like that and
then you throw them in front of you you either throw them this way or
This way, but when you do this motion when you do the bringing your arms and like that you're throwing
and when I've seen people do this in the past what they usually do is make a hissing noise or
Something like that
You can also say something you can say a name if there's someone you're really angry at and you want to just get your anger
Out of your system you can say their name, so I don't know anybody named Gerald if your name is Gerald
Please don't take this personally
It's just I think it was Dandi dull and one of Donna Eaton's daughters who started doing this and she started going
Gerald and she screamed it. She was outside. I'm indoors
I'm not gonna scream because I don't want people to think that something's going wrong. But again, I'm gonna do this one more time
I'm going to stand and then sit back down. But this time I'm going to do this with the breathing
So I'm going to shut up now and just show you the full exercise
Again, this is expelling the venom
starting here
And that's the whole exercise so that's one that can help with relaxing and again remember you can do that sitting down
So if you're lying on your back
You're just bringing your hands up bringing them up over your head and then throwing in front of you
One little note if there's someone standing in front of you move so that you're not throwing your negative
Energy at them and when you're done doing this exercise if you want to clean the negative energy off of your hands
You just rub them together
Shake them off
That's a good practice for if your hands have
Sensors here that you don't you don't want to keep that negative energy and they radiate out they have chakras actually right here
So you don't want to get that all negative
So you just rub them together shake them out that works washing your hands with cold water works, too
Anyway, I just want to show you a few more things. I wanted to show you expelling the venom one other thing
It's part of Donna Eden's daily feel-good energy medicine routine. It's called the Wayne cook posture
There are two different ways of doing it one of them. I'm not going to show you
It's I can back up a little bit
You can do it seated and you have to actually cross
Your ankle across your knee and you have to criss cross
you have to hold your foot with one arm and your knee with the other and
Breathe in and out and move up and down as you're doing that
I'm actually going to skip that one because I know a lot of people who have a hard time doing that so they prefer the
alternate method
With this method you're going to put one arm above the other one. So just you know with regards to which arm goes up
It's really up to you. I'm left-handed. And the first time I did it I just did it without thinking about it
You bring your arms in front of you?
Put your hands away from each other and then
Crisscross and once you get into this position just bend your elbows
bring your hands around and put them on your heart chakra and
Now the breathing
Again in through the nose out through the mouth if you can but don't worry about that. If you can't just breathe comfortably
Head one more
And on that breath out that last breath out, I'm just gonna straight my arms out
shake my hands out a little bit and
now
You want to bring your hands steepled together steeple your fingers together
and
Now your thumbs need to go where your third eye is your third eye is between your eyebrows and up just a little bit
right above your eyebrows and
Now you're going to look up and again with the breathing
And one more time
And then on the exhale you can bring your hands down
But what you're gonna actually do here is just bring your hands into your forehead right into the center
Press in and now you're pulling apart
You're pulling apart the energy right here
And in the daily energy
Daily energy medicine routine that I mentioned before that can be followed by the crown pole
Which is another move in dhania stalee energy medicine routine. It's the Donny even feel-good daily energy medicine routine
It's about 10 minutes long. Maybe five. It's really good. I do recommend it wholeheartedly
and anyway
after this
The next move would be the crown pole in my opinion because since the Wayne cook posture ends with you doing this
That's a basic crown pole
The only thing I do a little bit differently with the crown pole those I don't actually press in and pull apart
I actually just stay about an inch away
Your energy field is about three inches away from your body at least ranches
So if you just keep your fingers in your field, you can do the full crown pull this way
So you pull pushing into the energy?
Pulling apart. Then you go to the hairline
push into the energy field pull the parts
Back a little further. We're basically just gonna go all the way to the back of the head
and
I would love to turn around and show you this but I'm gonna have to do this without
Turning the chair because it'll block me off get to the back
go all the way down and then when you get down to the end of the occipital lobe just go down to the shoulders and
Then again your hands together shake them out. That's the full crown pull
You've just basically opened the energy field all the way around. So that light can come in energy can come in
So that is the next move. That is the crown pull. That's a really good one
I would love to do connecting heaven and earth. That's something I really wanted to do, unfortunately
I can't do it in here. So that's what I would recommend you
Look for just look up in YouTube do a search for Dona Eden connecting heaven and earth
That's an excellent exercise once I have better equipment. I'll do it for you as well
I'm sorry, I can't do it here. But one last thing I just wanted to show you guys the hook-up
One of the things I was thinking is the best way to actually get back to sleep is to have your energy reconnect
It's possible that the energy can get scrambled and become disconnected
one of the meridians
Is the central Meridian and to trace that meridian you start at the pubic bone?
You just trace all the way up all the way up and then around
Down to the lower lip, and then you just basically make a locking motion right here
Sorry if my hands bumping into the mic by the way
Then the next move so that was central. The next move is governing which starts back here at the base of the spine
So you just start your hand back here
bring it up as high as you can and then
put your other hand behind your head and
Go back and off the nose and now to connect those two meridians the next move is put one finger here
Pushing you. Just pull your head up a little bit so that you're connecting
These two meridians together and you're rejoining the energy so that's another one that might actually help
I'm really hoping these things help you with sleeping. The one last thing I can think of is just doing this the homo lateral cross
because sometimes
Your energy can become parallel and it shouldn't be it should be this way
so I'm hoping all of those things will help you if you want to add those to your toolkit, so to speak I
