Waching daily May 2 2018

what's going on everybody its Matt from the hair transplant channel here and in

this video I'm gonna talk about how my donor area changed from before hair

transplant and after hair transplant 14 months after hair transplant so let's

see maybe we can still find some redness there even after 14 months maybe we can

find some less than spots there and maybe we can find some scars or holes

which had to be poked in my donor area so the grafts could have been taken out

via fue please don't forget to subscribe and like this video and hit the

notification bell right now let's start with the comparison from

before-and-after of my tumor area alright guys so that's basically how my

donor area used to look like on the right here and on the left you can see

the donor area now I just took the picture couple of minutes ago on the

left so you cannot really like notice any over harvested areas especially on

the left I wanna actually show you where the grafts were harvested because I know

how it was it was exactly it is like that and the same on you know to the

left a little bit but now I want to zoom in onto the picture on the left so we

can see some some imperfections let's call it imperfections because those are

the areas where I still can see some redness guys even after 14 months and we

can see some it's not a redness it's like really light pink color that you

can see

okay we can find some slightly pink pinkish areas on my donor area which can

like show some signs of overharvesting or the science of the skin not being

regenerated like hundred percent but you know after such a huge impact on your

skin on your graft as a hair transplant has you will probably never be like

hundred hundred percent regenerated you may still give some signs your donor

area may still give up some signs of not being regenerated right but it's not

seen by a normal human eye from like the normal distance you know if you really

just zoom in if you take close pictures with a really high-quality camera then

you can zoom in and you can see some signs this is still some potential this

area still gives me some more potential for the next possible hair transplant

which will be unavoidable in my case okay and you can see some some redness

here especially here again in this area you can see the redness okay let's check

out the short clip

all right it's very short okay see even on a video you don't really see the

overharvested places or spots so much yeah it's it's it's looks pretty clean

to me okay and I bet if I would have cut it on like one millimeter or even shaved

it you wouldn't be able to see so much redness or the holes the possible holes

let's take a look at some more before pictures of my donor area as it used to

look but again I'm sorry because the quality is not so good I wasn't I didn't

have a really high quality camera back then but this is a good pictures big

picture I mean and especially here it was again cut short here on like one

millimeter this is before the hair transplant and you can see that even the

density around here this is not a very good potential for a hair transplant you

know this is very thin areas even though it it is part of the donor area the hair

transplant surgeon didn't he didn't actually take a lot of graft out of this

area the big potential area was the yellow area which I'm gonna mark here

this is the high potential area in my case even if you have a good donor area

not the whole part of the donor area can will be in most cases used for the hair

transplant but again this kind of shows a little stripe little more like over

harvested stripe you know this is something that I can spot let me know if

you were able to spot or if you would be able to spot such such harvested stripe

on my on my hair or not you know so this is it okay so so that's that's basically

it guys that was it from me matte dominance don't forget to subscribe like

and comment under this video and let me know what would you like to see from in

the next videos and see you soon

Disadvantages and Cons of Calisthenics - Is there a downside? - Duration: 6:49.

Welcome to Danube Calisthenics, my Name is Achim, I am a calisthenics athlete...

...and in this video I wan't to talk about the disadvantages of calisthenics.

Of yourse I wont try to talk you out of this sport that I also enjoy doing...

...but since I already made a video about the advantages of calisthenics (Link in the description)...

...I thought I should be fair and talk about the things that could be a little negative...

...if you choose to train with nothing else than with yor bodyweight.

I think this sport has much more advantages in summary.

So if you think about starting calisthenics then also watch the other video as well.

Calisthenics and bodyweighttraining is a good way to train your body in many different ways...

s you may know from there or from somewhere else

You won't need much or even no equipment and the exercises are pretty useful...

...if you want to train in a healthy and efficient way.

But there still may be some disadvantages we'll take a look on now:

Disadvantage Nr.1: Not only calisthenics is natural

People today keep often asking about the most natural or the most functional way of movement.

You can also overdo it with that question and I think sometimes it's also important to have fun...

...but a lot of people keep asking that question and in general thats also something good.

If you use your body for what it was made for then you will probably have a better health condition...

...and less problems.

If we take a look at the movements that our ancestors did then we'll see that a lot of them...

...have been made with the own bodyweight.

Because of that it's also useful to do such exercises if you want to train in a good and efficient way.

But we still have to admit that the movements that have been done back then ...

...haven't been only bodyweight exercises.

Sometimes it was necessary to pick up something heavy or to carry it in the daily life.

Humans are also made for these tasks.

So there are also useful exercises with additional weights that we could profit from...

...and you won't be able to do them if you insist on doing only bodyweight exercises without an exception.

You won't miss something completely necessary if you don't do exercises with weights of course...

...but it's also not smart to not do something that may be useful or fun to you...

...just because it is not "calisthenics only".

So if you don't want to do such exercises or if you don't have the possibility to do them...

...then no one will bother you.

But if you want to do such exercises then just go for it.

I also enjoy to put exercises like weighted squats or deadlifts into my workouts.

That helps me to train my legs in a heavier way.

Thats also leads us to the next point:

Disadvantage Nr.2: Heavy leg training

If you want to build strength or muscles then you will have to have a certain load that you can increase.

That can be easily done with calisthenics if it comes to the upper body...

...since you will be able to bring a lot of load onto your muscles there by changing the lever...

...or changing the execution of the exercises in order to make them harder and in order to increase the load.

You can also do that for your legs but that often requires explosive exercises or something similar...

...in order to be able to increase the mechanical load.

If it's not your goal to do such exercises then it can make sense to also do exercises with weights...

...like for example weighted squats.

Also the famous pistol squats have their limitations here.

Leg training with nothing else than with bodyweight exercises often is training for coordination, speed,..

...or endurance.

That's nothing bad and that are good ways to train your legs, but it's also okay to have different goals.

You can also use weights in that case.

Disadvantage Nr.3: measurability

It's easy to get an overview of your progress if you do exercises with weights.

You can normally add weight linearly.

Often it's even possible to add weights in small steps like mabe only 1kg.

Your progress will be pretty measureable in that way.

In Calisthenics you can also do that if it comes to the number of reps of certain exercises.

But you are not always able to express your progress in numbers if you learn a new variation or a new exercise.

You'll have to know yourself if that even bothers you.

I personally don't think that that's a big problem...

...since you don't always have to express your progress in numbers..

...and therefore there is more space for creativity and variation.

Disadvantage Nr.4: Isolation exercises

People that want to train like bodybuilders may be bothered by the fact...

...that there are sometimes less possibilities to train a muscle isolated.

Bodyweight exercises often train more muscles at the same time...

...so it's not always possible to not train other musclegroups that stabilize or help during the exercise.

There are a lot of good replacement exercises that can be done instead of isolation exercises with weights...

...but it's not always exactly the same

This can also be an advantage if you think a little further than that.

A lot of isolation exercises are nort that natural and they burn also less calories...

...and they are sometimes not that efficient.

Sometimes they are easier to do or to learn...

...but with little effort comes also often little results.

Exercises that are more complex and that may seem more unpleasant sometimes...

...often may lead to better results therefore.

Especially if you want to train as many muscles as possible in a certain amount of time...

...which will also lead to more burned calories or to more stimuli.

It will make sense to do complex exercises if that's your goal.

Disadvantage Nr.5: Infrastructure

You can train with your body at any time and at any place.

But if you want to do that indoors or with a trainer...

...then you will have less possibilities for that compared to conventional gyms with machines.

Currently there are a lot of gyms that have a lot of machines but that haven't much possibilities...

...when i comes to bodweight training or functional training.

That's a bit sad but that's still the current situation, at least here in vienna.

It slowly changes to the better and in the future it should be our goal that a calisthenics gym is as normal...

...as a gym with machines is today.

Conclusion.

That's it with the disadvantages that I wanted to talk about.

I think that noone that really enjoys this sport or that sees a meaning behind it...

...will not be held back by these.

Too much coziness never lead to something big and if you want to achieve something...

...then you shouldn't let yourself be held back by such things.

But it still can't hurt to know if you are thinking about doing calisthenics.

Luckily you won't have to decide for just one sport...

...and of course it is also a good possibility to combine calisthenics with other different things...

...like with weight training or something else.

Some people act like if there is only one choice but there is nothing like the "only way to train" anyways.

it's much more important that you do something that makes sense and that is fun to you.

If you liked this video and if you are interested in more info about calisthenics and bodyweight training...

...then make sure to also check the other video on this channel. There might be something helpful for you.

You can write them in the comments if you have questions.

I hope that this video helped you, see you!

Sting & Shaggy "Morning Is Coming" Official Lyrics & Meaning | Verified - Duration: 6:10.

Sting: I was walking in the woods in Tuscany, and I had this beat in my head.

I had this phrase, "Sweet nightingale, why do you wake me so?"

I think the nightingale's the only bird that sings at night, so what the hell is he singing?

What are they singing about?

Shaggy: You know, I wasn't in Tuscany.

I wasn't on like, 1,000 acres in the middle of…

Sting: Nowhere.

Shaggy: Nowhere with wine and cellars.

I was in a crumped-up studio trying to imagine what that would be, so I was…

Sting: Poor Shaggy.

Shaggy: Yeah.

Sting: Awe.

Wah.

Sting: Everyone who heard of this collaboration before any music appeared went, "What?

Sting and Shaggy?

That's weird."

Shaggy: "That's odd!"

Sting: "That's weird," which of course is exactly what our strategy was, you know?

We like surprises, but then when they heard the music they went, "Oh, actually it's not

so surprising."

Shaggy: We brought everybody in from Robby Shakespeare, to Branford Marsalis, to ... you

know, just the whole crew.

It just so happened that Sting International and Sting have the same name, so it made it

really confusing.

Sting: That was weird.

Shaggy: Yeah and so…

Sting: I've never been in the same room as somebody called Sting.

Shaggy: I just know there was a lot of Sting-calling in one day.

It got a little annoying after a while.

Sting: I said, "Only one of us will leave the studio alive."

Shaggy: Just in case if the cops call ... you know, wasn't me.

Sting: It wasn't me either.

Sting: You know, there's an old English folk song ... it's probably hundreds of years old.

"Do you hear the fond tail of the sweet nightingale as she sings in the valley below?"

So there's an optimism there, but I love the idea of the nightingale singing at night.

They're heralding the morning.

They're the first bird to say the morning is coming.

The sun will come up, things will get better.

I think the lifestyle we lead, there's very little chance of sleeping.

I'm doing interviews all day.

I'm doing another show tonight.

I'm overstimulated, so to get the brain to switch off for seven hours is virtually impossible.

That's my character going, "I'm so tired I could weep."

We need something to keep us going.

We need a smile.

An optimism that just lets us live day-to-day.

And I think music has a very important function at times like this of doing that.

Giving us a sense that we can change things through the political process, through our

votes, and the nightingale is telling us to register and vote.

My ideal day is pretty much waking up to my alarm, and then 10 minutes after that is my

assistant calling me asking me if I'm up, when obviously I'm up because I'm answering

the phone.

That means I'm up.

Life is too short.

There's way better things to be doing than listening to your crap and letting your crap

bother me.

So why put yourself in that situation and receive all that energy?

I would rather just enjoy the day.

I would rather just take all the good sun rays and beautiful energy that's coming my

way and make myself better, you know what I'm saying?

This is what the nightingale is saying to our character, you know?

"Just get out of bed."

Look your best on the day because you never know.

There's a political sphere in this song.

There's also a romantic sphere in this song.

Today might be the day when he meets the one of his dreams, the one who's gonna transform

life for him.

You know when you get up in the morning ... it's like I come in here and try to do this interview

and I see this super bright yellow backdrop, you know what I'm saying?

I see old boy over there with his psychedelic shoes and his exciting printed shirt.

That's a vibe.

That's the vibe that gets me, you know what I'm saying?

If I come in here and you was all like, suit and tie and all dull, you know?

... background was gray ... it would be a total different interview.

If I wasn't here with Sting, it would be a total different interview.

It would be like, "Alright, get me the fuck out of here," really.

But you're getting the happy me.

Why you getting the happy me?

Because I'm with happy people.

You know what I'm saying?

Sting ... mad happy guy.

See?

Hair's all blonde.

That's super high.

Boom.

Happy time, you know what I'm saying?

Thinking happy, right?

Ching, ching, ching, ching, happy.

So you get that kind of interview right now.

BREAKING FEDS MAKE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT - Duration: 13:53.

BREAKING: FEDS MAKE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT

A new batch of Hillary Clinton's emails were released last Friday, and what's inside

them could finally put her in prison, where she belongs.

Conservative Tribune reported that 78 pages of emails were released by the conservative

watchdog group Judicial Watch, and these documents prove that Clinton knew exactly what she was

doing when she sent classified information over a private email server.

There was also proof in the emails that Clinton was "extremely careless" with national

secrets, as former FBI Director James Comey originally said she was.

In an exchange dated Aug. 24, 2010, Clinton emailed her aide Justin Cooper asking him

to print classified information, though Cooper had no security clearance to do so.

The aide then asked State Department IT aide Bryan Pagliano to set up Clinton's private

email server.

On June 6, 2011, Cooper sent an email warning about security issues with the emails and

Clinton's personal cellular devices.

"We also have some new security features and policies [sic] that I would like to add

to any new berry you have –the most noticeable difference will require a more complex password,"

Cooper wrote.

"It is a constant fight to keep up with the security measures and unfortunately we

keep seeing reminders of why we need to."

This means that even Clinton's own aides were reminding her of the serious security

issues at stake, but she did not even care enough to take these warnings seriously.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton went so far as to say the newest batch of information

is the smoking gun we've all been waiting for in regard to Clinton's emails.

"The fact that Hillary Clinton and her agents tried to destroy or hide emails shows how

she flagrantly and knowingly violated the laws that protect classified information and

government records," Fitton said in a statement.

"And these new emails refute Hillary Clinton's repeated claims of having little or no knowledge

about her email system.

She clearly was fully in charge of setting up her outlaw email system and overseeing

its use."

When Clinton was interviewed by the FBI in June of 2016 about her personal email server,

she told the agents she "could not recall" any briefing or training about the retention

of records or handling classified information.

On top of that, she swore under oath 21 times that she "did not recall" ever sending

classified information over that private server, yet these new emails prove once and for all

that she did just that.

Why religion is literally false and metaphorically true | Bret Weinstein - Duration: 3:49.

We have minds that are programmed by culture that can be completely at odds with our genomes.

And it leads to misunderstandings of evolution, like the idea that religious belief is a mind

virus, that effectively these beliefs structures are parasitizing human beings and they are

wasting the time and effort that those human beings are spending on that endeavor rather

than the more reasonable interpretation, which is that these belief systems have flourished

because they have facilitated the interests of the creatures involved.

Our belief systems are built around evolutionary success and they certainly contain human benevolence,

which is appropriate to phases of history when there is abundance and people can afford

to be good to each other.

The problem is if you have grown up in a period in which abundance has been the standard state

you don't anticipate the way people change in the face of austerity.

And so what we are currently seeing is messages that we have all agreed are unacceptable reemerging

because the signals that we have reached the end of the boom times, those signals are everywhere,

and so people are triggered to move into a phase that they don't even know that they

have.

Despite the fact that human beings think that they have escaped the evolutionary paradigm

they've done nothing of the kind, and so we should expect the belief systems that people

hold to mirror the evolutionary interests that people have rather than to match our

best instincts—when we are capable of being good to each other because there's abundance,

we have those instincts and so it's not incorrect to say that human beings are capable

of being marvelous creatures and being quite ethical.

Now I would argue there's a simple way of reconciling the correct understanding that

religious belief often describes truths that, in many cases, fly in the face of what we

can understand scientifically, with the idea that these beliefs are adaptive.

I call it the state of being literally false and metaphorically true.

A belief is literally false and metaphorically true if it is not factual but if behaving

as if it were factual results in an enhancement of one's fitness.

To take an example, if one behaves in let's say the Christian tradition in such a way

as to gain access to heaven one will not actually find themselves at the pearly gates being

welcomed in, but one does tend to place their descendants in a good position with respect

to the community that those descendants continue to live in.

So if we were to think evolutionarily, the person who is behaving so as to get into heaven

has genetic interests.

Those genetic interests are represented in the narrow sense by their immediate descendants

and close relatives, in the larger sense they may be represented by the entire population

of people from whom that individual came, and by acting so as to get into heaven, the

fitness of that person, the number of copies of those genes that continue to flourish in

the aftermath of that person's death will go up.

So the belief in heaven is literally false—there is no such place—but it is metaphorically

true in the sense that it results in an increase in fitness.

2019 Porsche Cayenne E Hybrid is powerful, yet easy on gas - Duration: 4:51.

Porsche's march toward electrification will continue next year with the release of the

new 2019 Cayenne E-Hybrid.

It's the first gasoline-electric variant of the third-generation Cayenne but it certainly

won't be the last.

Here's what makes it tick.

The Stuttgart-based company started with a 3.0-liter V6 engine turbocharged to make 335

horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque.

It joins forces with an electric motor that adds 134 hp and 295 lb-ft. of twist to the

mix.

The system's total output checks in at 455 hp from 5,250 to 6,400 rpm and a stout 516

lb-ft. of torque available between 1,000 and 3,750 rpm.

To add context, those figures place it between the S and the Turbo models in the Cayenne

hierarchy.

An eight-speed automatic transmission transfers the hybrid system's output to all four wheels.

Porsche's performance-oriented Sport Chrono package comes standard on the hybrid Cayenne,

as does the brand's active suspension management technology.

The full air suspension joins the list of options.

The sprint from zero to 60 mph takes 4.7 seconds, seven-tenths faster than the outgoing E-Hybrid.

If you're on a race track, or if you're cruising on an unrestricted part of Germany's

Autobahn, the Cayenne will keep going until the speedometer displays 157 mph.

It's not all about performance, though.

Let's talk volts.

The electric motor sources electricity from a 14.1kWh lithium-ion battery pack installed

under the trunk floor.

We suspect it eats up a little bit of trunk space — that's the case in the mechanically

similar Panamera E-Hybrid — but Porsche hasn't released cargo capacity figures yet.

The trade-off is that the battery stores enough juice to power the Cayenne on its own for

about 27 miles when tested on the European cycle.

It can reach 83 mph without burning a drop of gasoline.

It takes 2.3 hours to recharge the battery pack when using the optional on-board quick

charger or 7.8 hours with the standard charger.

For added convenience, Cayenne E-Hybrid owners can download a smartphone application named

Porsche Connect App that enables them to start, monitor, and stop the charging process remotely.

The app can also identify the location of charging stations and set one as a navigation

destination.

The list of options will include InnoDrive, which is like adaptive cruise control on steroids.

The software weaves together information collected by the car's sensors and navigation data

to see nearly two miles ahead of the driver.

It knows when there is a hill it needs to accelerate for or when there is a construction

zone.

It also helps balance the two power sources by selecting when to coast and when to summon

the six's full output.

It'll take a seasoned Porsche spotter to tell the E-Hybrid apart from the standard

Cayenne.

The list of visual tweaks include lime green accents around the emblems and matching brake

calipers.

Step inside to find a hybrid-specific digital instrument cluster.

The 2019 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid will go on sale early next year with a base price

of $79,000 before a mandatory $1,050 destination charge gets factored in.

When it lands, it will inaugurate several features that will ultimately trickle down

to every variant of Porsche's hot-selling SUV.

They include 22-inch wheels (a first for the brand), a heated windshield, massaging seats,

and a full-color, height-adjustable head-up display.

For me, hes so lovely and hes so supportive and encouraging of everything that I do, she explained.

Im glad that he sees me that way, that I would be a good role model to his girls.

You know, Im just trying to be a good mom to mine and the best I can be for all four of them..

Meanwhile, as World of Dance gears up for second season, Lopez has thought about the dancing reality show being considered for an Emmy.

It would be awesome to get a nomination, J.Lo expressed.

I dont know why theres all this talk.

Im hoping maybe you guys know something that I dont.

Its definitely a great show, Im super proud of it.

Its even better this year..

ET recently caught up with Lopez on the set of her new music video for her Spanish-language single, El Anillo.

World of Dance season two premieres May 30 on NBC.
