He's Now Seeking a Delay For His Biggest Indictment
Mueller's Russia probe is unraveling more and more each day.
Not only is he facing massive scrutiny from a federal judge overseeing the Manafort case,
but now, Mueller's team is seeking to delay the first court hearing in a criminal case
against three Russian companies and 13 Russian nationals, after one of the parties involved
called Mueller's bluff.

Special counsel Robert Mueller's team is attempting to postpone the first court hearing
related to charges against several Russian companies and Russian citizens that they say
attempted to use social media to meddle in the 2016 election.
Mueller's office earlier this year revealed that the 13 Russian nationals were indicted
on charges of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. Additionally, three defendants were charged
with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and five were charged with aggravated identity
theft.
Those charged were not expected to appear in the U.S. court.
However, last month, two Washington-area lawyers alerted the court that they represent one
of the businesses that was charged, Concord Management, according to Politico.
Mueller's team wants a delay because it's unclear whether the lawyers from Concord Management
formally accepted the summons from the court case.
Judge Dabney Friedrich has not issued a ruling on the request and has not approved a delay
of the court hearing, but she did instruct Concord's attorneys to respond to Mueller's
filing by Monday.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing Mueller's probe, revealed
in February that the alleged meddling by the Russian businesses and citizens started in
May 2014 and that the Russian groups created posts, ads, and organized events on social
media platforms by using names of Americans and other entities.
The ads primarily were found to be primarily in opposition to Democratic nominee Hillary
Clinton, but at times were against President Trump.

vote she really inspired us to push hard for what is very important to us as an
asian-american community. Diversity matters and we were able to get commitments
that for the first time in the history of the Californian film tax credit we're
going to have above the line diversity provisions to make sure that Hollywood
as an industry reflects California's beautiful diversity so we're super
excited about that and we consider today a huge win. And we're going to continue
work together. Many of us have believed for years that
Hollywood does not reflect the diversity of California or our country and there
are so many decisions that have been made in Hollywood that continue to
stereotype our communities but today we had a historic moment as we are re-extending
the California film tax credit to make sure that we get to continue to fill
more business here in California we are also including some language to ensure
that we're moving Hollywood in the direction of a diversity that reflects
our state reflects our country that reflects our world and we're really
excited that also to help advocate for this is Maggie Q. Thank you! As a creative person, as an artist and actor, this amendment really
exciting because it actually allows us as
Asian Pacific Islanders an opportunity for growth within a bill that's not only helping the
industry also allowing this leverage that you guys have created which is so
clever I mean absolutely genius that you have you know desires for the
industry and as much as were supported it also has to support you
and we haven't been seeing it for a long time and the fact that you guys were clever
enough to be able to create this for our community is going to be really a
stepping stone to just bigger and better things creating content for those of us who just
haven't had it, fighting for a very long time. and so this is huge. Big win!
