versus a low-fat diet for weight loss.

So what does it show?

There's an organization in the UK called the Public Health Collaboration.

And they have a running, you know, a scoreboard of this.

So the score at the moment is 31 wins for low-carb

and a big fat 0 for low-fat.

It's pretty interesting, right?

And still we get articles like the one last week

saying low-carb diets are no better than traditional focus on fat.

There's no difference and I am sure a lot of you read about this.

Actually the low-carb people lost 17% more weight,

but it wasn't statistically significantly different.

So then you can say there's no difference.

And actually there are a number of these studies

that haven't really shown a clear winner.

Often it sort of trends towards low-carb

but you can't say that definitely it's not random.

So there used to be 30 studies that were draws,

and now after the one from last week we have 31 draws.

But notice what's not there.

There is no wins for low-fat.

Low-fat never wins.

The question is just how badly does it lose.

Number two, make weapons.

And since your body is a weapon, you need to keep it sharp.

That's why every morning, I do my cardio.

Ya gotta stay in shape if you wanna kill someone.

After that, I have three hours to myself

before Jonathan comes in and prays at my feet.

Then I spend time sharpening my shiv.

Number three, have a creative outlet.

For example, this YouTube show is only in my head.

Number four, live in the now.

I'd be like such a sad emo hipster

if I spent all day wondering

why I was kidnapped at Dave & Buster's,

or imagining my mother crying herself to sleep at night.

Instead, I try to focus on what I do have,

like my positive attitude and my propensity for bangs.

Also, living in the now helps me focus

on any opportunity I have to escape.

Oh, shoot, that means Jonathan's coming down.

Okay, this is my chance to kill him.

I have to seize my opportunity.

Fuck this guy!

settings and in your settings you wanna then head over to the right hand side

cases where you're unintentionally purchase an item of v-bucks you have

three lifetime return requests only areas purchased within the last 30 days

of the battle pass - you can't give back any battle pass tiers you can't give

back and if you bought any llamas for save the world they also can't be

those lines what you do is you simply go to submit a request now you literally

have three tickets they look pretty similar to the tickets that actually you

get in Save the world around the time of the Christmas event

the value of this is five hundred v-bucks if I then submit a request it

then brings up saying your currents are maximal three life returns issue you are

returned this for the request if you go yes then what will happen is that gift

you the v-buck if I then say no they'll take me back and it'll cancel so

I don't mind I'm probably gonna keep all the items anyway so just for the purpose

of this video out refund the chicken and what happened is a refund and it now

gifts me those it goes submit request and it gives me the 500 v bucks straight

back into my account and it burns out one of the tickets you have now returned

the chickens return the chicken 500 V- bucks have been credited to your account

simple as that so now I can obviously go back in and I'll see re-buy it because

I don't want to get rid off it so that was a waste of a ticket for me but I did it

result of the cancellation of this sitcom her producers her co-stars

racist I'm cease attacking some of them to by the way but I'm so curious about

this why couldn't ABC just have killed off her character well is there a rosea

without Roseanne is that possible I mean let's be creative enough to think that

there is still the point of the show which was again the blue-collar ethos

right what it's like in middle America so why couldn't they just have killed

her off why do 200 people have to lose their job I do think there's some

chatter about that today in Hollywood there's been a lot of revivals lately of

shows to get cancelled then brought back from the dead that's the popular new

thing for Netflix and Amazon Hulu to do maybe there's a chance but I don't want

to get anybody's hopes up here it's hard to picture Roseanne without Roseanne it

is called bruising after all after all I Bryan Safi thank you very much for all

national reporter for The Washington Post West Lowery's so David I want start

with you this hour Roseanne Barr says that is claiming through retweets that

she was fired for her political views because she is a trump supporter she has

it absolutely backwards she was hired for her political news because she's a

trump supporter that's what they wanted this reboot to be that's what ABC

realized that they could harness half of the country when they realized that

Roseanne could be the vehicle for what a family of you know led by a trump

supporter looks like right the notion that why she was originally hired that

she had this kind of appeal I suppose was seductive to ABC but Roseanne

herself is such an imperfect figure people don't remember all of her

outrages including deliberately botching the national anthem some years ago which

in today's context would be outrageous to a lot of Trump supporters right since

that's played out in the NFL so you know this was simply a case of a comedian who

did something that was just outrageous no matter who you are

and cross the line and ABC as a media company was simply not going to put up

with it and under any circumstances certainly not in an atmosphere now we're

crossing the line results in zero tolerance we've seen this in the me2

movement we've seen it with with these kinds of jokes we've seen it whether

you're right leaning or left leaning that's the reality that we are living in

and in this case it's it's just so clear to have gone over the line like that the

president Trump it doesn't even come to your defense is somehow this was an

outrageous move in his in his mind he's been you know he's been silent about it

it's an interesting standard you've just created not even President Trump will

defend you for the comments you made and it does seem as if Rome bit Roseanne

Barr is trying to maybe bait him into coming to her aid one of the tweets one

of the most recent ones that came at 5:45 a.m. eastern time this morning West

was this from Roseanne I feel bad for POTUS he goes through this every single

day again you know she's making the connection between herself and President

Trump here even as there are other people asking has the president somehow

created this atmosphere grow Roseanne feels comfortable saying the racist

thing she said certainly well so two things there one Berzin has been

tweeting seemingly all night or the assumption is that she's on West Coast

time and she was tweeting as I've even just a few moments ago but the feed I've

been watching has been the president's I mean it is a little remarkable someone

in president Trump who kind of cloaked himself in Roseanne success at his

rallies would talk about this show who had a rally last night and did not

mention this and we all know sometimes he likes to watch morning shows like

this one and and all the channels have been talking about this controversy and

we've yet to see him weigh in his Twitter feed so that's really

fascinating but I do think there is a real question and it speaks to a moment

our culture right now we have a president who was elected after

trafficking in barely barely cloaked racial animus and so we're seeing a lot

of other people who are in many ways mimicking this type of language who are

promoting these types of far-right conspiracy theories racist conspiracy

theories Soros talking points and having this

rude awakening that perhaps no it is not okay just because a president was

elected this way for everyone to talk with me to use their racism with their

outside voice and I think that for a lot of people it's a little it's a little

jarring you know for Roseann again she has a long history of using her Twitter

feed this way ABC hired her in that context and yet all of a sudden this was

not okay but you know what it's interesting to me I'm trying to process

all this this morning because I think Wes you're right that there's this weird

dynamic right now in the in the culture where people who oppose President Trump

scratch their heads and think wait a minute how does he get away with a lie

like the birther conspiracy how does he get away with you know Charlottesville

that there's no real repercussions for him and yet other people in a second

they're gone you know the the comedian who was aligned with CNN and I think

yeah yeah who was gone in a moment so there's that thing that I think is real

the other piece of this is I think we reduce what's happening today as a new

phenomenon - a new phenomenon when it's not that new

you know comedians have been doing lots of outrageous things for a lot for a lot

of years that cross the line and it goes too far or maybe in today's context you

know that threshold is lower but this is another example of somebody doing

something that's ignorant and offensive and crossing the line initially in the

name of what they think is consistent with their persona I don't know that it

requires too much more thinking that somehow she's getting up in the morning

thinking well you know President Trump has given me permission to be this way

or this is just who she is well I and I think there's lots of

examples of it I mean here's the answer to your the first part of your question

which is why does President Trump get away with it he has no boss everybody

else who gets fired for repugnant comments and repugnant behavior has a

boss and gets fired as we've seen the country seems to have shifted in terms

of their tolerance for this stuff or at least corporate America for their stuff

but the president has no boss other than the voters and for whatever

reason his vote overlook this or compartmentalize it or

agree with it or whatever I mean that's that there that's why we're experiencing

this crazy paradox where there seems to be zero tolerance for a comedian and

then yet president Trump does spreads these same conspiracy theories but let

me just show us before you respond to that this isn't the first time so so

Roseanne Barr last night said I'm not making excuses but I was on ambien okay

so when she sent out this tweet storm of racist stuff and retweets well in 2013

she had other examples of sending out racist stuff she says here in 2013 Susan

Rice who of course was in the Obama administration is a man with big

swinging eight balls I went there I just read them it was it was what she wrote

an unclear whether she's been on ambien non-stop since 2013 was I mean the
