This bombshell report is bad news for Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin

The Department of Justice Inspector General's report about the FBI's conduct in the 2016

election is on the verge of being released.

News reports say the FBI will be under fire.

But it could be even worse news for Hillary Clinton and her longtime confidante Huma Abedin.

Huma Abedin could be facing jail time.

Fox News reports:

Ever since she lost the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton has repeatedly blamed her defeat on

the FBI's decision to reopen the probe into her email use after messages were found on

the laptop of confidante Huma Abedin's ex-husband.

But now that laptop and those emails are back in the spotlight, this time causing problems

for FBI leaders as part of a forthcoming inspector general report.

The probe is expected to fault bureau officials for sitting on those emails in the first place.

The finding underscores how the laptop continues to play a recurring part in the Clinton case

saga, haunting everyone from the Democratic nominee to the FBI officials who examined

it.

As Patriot Pulse reported, Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive government information (including

her passwords) to an unsecure Yahoo account.

Then, a Russian hacker stole all the emails from 500 million Yahoo accounts.

Presumably Abedin's email was among them.

That led President Trump to call for jail time.

But it was Abedin's disregard for the law and protocol – as well as her husband Anthony

Weiner's sick pedophilia – that led to the discovery of Hillary Clinton's emails

in the first place.

Fox News also reports:

It was the probe into those lewd messages that led agents to uncover the laptop in the

fall of 2016, discovering Clinton emails that Abedin had forwarded her husband.

Then-FBI Director James Comey notified Congress in late October that he was revisiting the

probe less than two weeks before the election, having announced in July that he would not

recommend charges over Clinton's use of a private email server when she served as

secretary of state.

But according to the Associated Press, Justice Department IG Michael Horowitz is expected

to criticize the bureau for not moving fast enough to examine those messages.

Obama Is Going To Try To Stop Trump From Reversing A Huge Policy - Duration: 11:46.

Obama Is Going To Try To Stop Trump From Reversing A Huge Policy

Since being elected President, one of Trump's top priorities has been to reverse failed

Obama-era regulations.

With a few exceptions, Obama has kept quiet when this has happened.

But Obama is sure to do everything he can to stop Trump from reversing one of his major

policies.

The legacy of former President Barack Obama is one of increased taxes, burdensome regulations,

and historic job loss.

Since Donald Trump has taken office, he has lowered taxes, reversed burdensome regulations,

and presided over the lowest unemployment rate since 2000.

Despite this, many liberals still try to stop everything he does for the sole reason that

he's Donald Trump.

Obama has been no different.

Despite keeping his mouth shut much of the time, there have been multiple occasions that

he has left the sidelines to try to stop Trump's agenda.

And if there is anything that will cause him to do that again it's reversing Obama-era

regulations at the Environmental Protection Agency.

The EPA is planning to better streamline their emergency procedures and save money by removing

an Obama-era rule.

EPA administrator Scott Pruitt has already signed the new rule that would save the agency

$88 million a year, while at the same time increasing emergency preparedness.

Despite everything pointing towards this move being a solid step in the right direction,

left-wing groups are opposing the measure.

They believe the Obama-era measures, despite being more expensive and burdensome should

stay in place.

But while liberals hate the policy change, the industry leaders who will be affected

have largely praised the change.

As reported by The Daily Caller:

"THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY INTENDS TO BETTER STREAMLINE ITS EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

AND SAVE MONEY BY RETRACTING ANOTHER OBAMA-ERA RULE TO THE RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.

EPA ADMINISTRATOR SCOTT PRUITT SIGNED THE PROPOSED RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM RECONSIDERATION

RULE ON THURSDAY, A PROPOSAL THAT WOULD SAVE THE AGENCY $88 MILLION A YEAR WHILE IMPROVING

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND ASSESSMENT OF POTENTIAL SECURITY RISKS.

WITH THESE CHANGES, THE EPA AIMS TO CORRECT RISKS WITH NEW INFORMATION DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

AND ADDRESS CONCERNS ABOUT UNNEEDED REGULATIONS AND REGULATORY COSTS.

"ACCIDENT PREVENTION IS A TOP PRIORITY AT EPA, AND THIS PROPOSED RULE WILL ENSURE PROPER

EMERGENCY PLANNING AND CONTINUE THE TREND OF FEWER SIGNIFICANT ACCIDENTS INVOLVING CHEMICALS,"

PRUITT STATED THURSDAY.

"THE RULE PROPOSES TO REDUCE UNNECESSARY REGULATORY BURDENS, ADDRESS THE CONCERNS OF

STAKEHOLDERS AND EMERGENCY RESPONDERS ON THE GROUND, AND SAVE AMERICANS ROUGHLY $88 MILLION

A YEAR."

NUMEROUS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS, BELIEVING THE OBAMA-ERA RULES WERE TOO ONEROUS, HAVE

PRAISED THE EPA'S MOVE.

"THE EPA'S RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN RULE AS PROPOSED UNDER THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WOULD

HAVE IMPOSED SIGNIFICANT NEW COSTS ON INDUSTRY WITHOUT IDENTIFYING OR QUANTIFYING THE SAFETY

BENEFITS TO BE ACHIEVED THROUGH NEW REQUIREMENTS.

NACD SAW THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION'S DELAY LAST YEAR IN IMPLEMENTING THIS RULE AS A POSITIVE

SIGN THAT THESE CONCERNS WOULD BE ADDRESSED GOING FORWARD," SAID ERIC BYER, NATIONAL

ASSOCIATION OF CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTORS PRESIDENT, IN A STATEMENT RELEASED THURSDAY.

"WE BELIEVE THAT WITH EPA'S RELEASE TODAY OF A NEW PROPOSED RMP RULE, MANY OF THE CONCERNS

HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED OR ADDRESSED IN A WAY THAT MAKES COMMON SENSE.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO REVIEWING THE PROPOSAL IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUBMITTING COMMENTS TO

THE AGENCY THIS SUMMER."

Barack Obama's agenda is being unraveled every day.

From leaving the Paris Climate Accord and the Iran nuclear deal to stripping key parts

of Obamacare, it is beginning to look like Obama was never in office.

Do you think that President Trump should reverse all of Obama's burdensome regulations?

Why is TV Static Monochrome? | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 7:20.

For most of us today, television static is a thing of the past.

With digital tuners, HDMI connections and flat screen TVs, even if there is interference,

we don't get a chance to see it, as the television circuity boldly saves us from this ordeal.

Early TVs adopting digital tuners would actually spoof this snowy noise themselves, so as not

to disturb people, but otherwise we get a blank screen, maybe a message hovering about,

politely informing us of the lack in coherent signal.

Thankfully the message never, ever, directly hits the corner.

If it did, well, I hate to imagine the consequences....

*EXPLOSION*

But people like me, and probably you, still have to deal with garbled screens of static

on a regular basis, especially for older consoles which only provide an RF output, and even

then, it's non uncommon to get quite a noisy picture.

But given we're using colour TVs for the most part, producing a colour image, why on earth

is the TV static only black and white?

Well, let's start with fundamentals.

Why do we even get this static fuzz?

Well analogue televisions try to amplify any signals they receive, so if there isn't a

strong enough signal from a TV mast, or a modulator being sent into the TVs receiver

at the frequency it's currently tuned to, it will instead amplify whatever electromagnetic

signals it picks up.

These signals can originate from a number of sources including residual signals spilling

over from the big bang - cosmic microwave background radiation, man made signals buzzing

around the air, atmospheric sources, but mainly, it's Johnson noise (not that kind).... essentially

thermal RF noise generated by the components of the TV itself.

Because of the random nature of these signals, your television receiver interprets it as

as a garbled fuzz of noise, presented as a swarm of seemingly frantic ants on screen.

If it wasn't random you'd perceive patterns in this dissaray, and of course an ordered,

stronger signal would pretty much cancel out this noise altogether and present us with

a coherent image.

The reason the colour of this snow isn't as random as the patterns themselves is due to

the way televisions and transmissions have evolved.

Let's look at segment from a PAL video signal.

From left we have the end of a video scan line.

This constitutes a single line drawn across your television by an electron gun (on cathode

ray tube televisions at the least).

We then have the front porch, this is here to prevent interference between individual

lines.

Next is the horizontal sync pulse, which signifies the start of the next scan line.

This is followed by the back porch, which restores the black levels and also leads onto

the colour burst.

Now this is the important part, as it effectively tells our television how to create the colour

image.

The colourburst synchronises a subcarrier signal containing the colour data.

The encoded format of which relies on the YUV colour space, providing chrominance data

to go with the luminance value.

The chrominance data carries blue and red values, which are substracted from the luminance

figure to provide a value for green.

Given that monochrome televisions rely on the embedded luminance data to identify how

bright each part of the image is, delivering colour information outside of each visible

scanline, ensured compatibility with monochrome TV receivers, which simply ignored it - an

essential caveat during its introduction.

It also required far less bandwidth than using 3 separate signals to transmit Red, Green

and Blue components.

The colour subcarrier itself reduces bandwidth further by only providing half the vertical

resolution on every other scan line.

We don't perceive any different as our eyes see a constrasting monochrome image in more

detail than a colour one.

But the upshot is, until your TV receives and recognises this information, it's essentially

running in Black & White mode.

Each time it draws a line, it looks for the subsequent colourburst pattern, but doesn't

find it, and moves on.

It hasn't been given the information to create a colour image.

So although you may expect the random signals & fluctuations received & displayed on an

untuned television to be interpreted as a multitude of different colours, they're simply

not delivered in a fashion which the TV can decode into colour information.

At this point, the decoder is really still expecting a 1960s B&W film to be streamed

into living rooms.

So, what about the sound?

Well, in an untuned set, the sound is as random as the on screen image, with the set amplifying

all those floating no good signals.

With a tuned channel, the sound data is held on a frequency with a fixed off-set.

This is why even if you can sometimes tune into a picture spilling over from its broadcast

frequency, it may may still have no sound.

The receiver won't find the sound data until the picture is tuned to the correct frequency

and the off-set is matched up.

Now, I've been talking about the PAL system here and although there are small differences

from TV protocol to TV protocol, the reason is very much the same.

NTSC for example, works on an almost identical principle, but with a different colour subcarrier

frequency.

This is why when we play an NTSC game or video over here, we get a black and white image....

again, the TV has no idea on what colours to paint over the image.

Over in France, their SECAM protocal encoded colour signals in FM rather than relying on

a colourburst sync.

But regardless, where-ever in look, the decoders need to be able to find suitable colour information

to decode, before it can be presented to our eyes.

BOMBSHELL REPORT: Look Who is Mueller's 'KEY WITNESS' - Duration: 2:34.

BOMBSHELL REPORT: Look Who is Mueller's 'KEY WITNESS'.

Many Trump supporters are frustrated with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

They feel that he has not done enough to protect the president from fake scandals, and is not

going after the people like Hillary, Loretta Lynch, and the slews of other Obama Deep State

operatives.

Sessions has an excuse for not being involved in the Russia witch-hunt since he recused

himself – an act President Trump was not happy about – and has said that if he knew

Sessions would do that, he'd have picked someone else for the job.

Now, a new report is stating that AG Sessions is actually, Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

"KEY" witness.

Perhaps that could explain a lot.

From Breitbart

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reportedly a key witness in Robert Mueller's inquiry

into whether President Donald J. Trump obstructed the Russia investigation.

During a March 2017 meeting at Mar-a-Lago, President Trump asked Sessions to unrecuse

himself from the collusion probe — a request the Attorney General declined.

"The confrontation, which has not been previously reported, is being investigated by the special

counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, as are the president's public and private attacks on

Mr. Sessions and efforts to get him to resign.

Mr. Trump dwelled on the recusal for months, according to confidants and current and former

administration officials who described his behavior toward the attorney general," reports

the New York Times.

Special counsel lawyers have grilled White House aides about the President's relationship

with Sessions in an effort to learn whether the Attorney General acted in any way to influence

the investigation.

Eight questions that the special counsel would like President Trump to answer focus on his

relationship with Sessions.

The Justice Department would not respond to the New York Times for comment.

In April, President Donald Trump criticized Sessions — once again — for recusing himself

from the Mueller probe.

"The Attorney General made a terrible mistake when he did this and when he recused himself

– or he should have certainly let us know if he was going to recuse himself, and we

would have put a different attorney general in," said Trump.

Nemo is a feminist and YouTube is an endless void - Duration: 4:07.

Is this on? Okay I won't touch it.

This is the third incarnation of a show that wasn't

created by us it was created by a wonderful woman called Molly Stacey.

Some would say the best, not me but some.

And it's basically based upon the idea and that female characters are typically

very poorly written.

Sheila people say to me, Sheila? Sheila? Sheila?

I have to repeat themselves because my ear infection's not fully gone.

Most of us like to capitalise on these stereotypes that men often write for

women, so like the crazy bride lady or like my mad Ex or whatever and it's that

sort of thing lots of us fit into our monologues based on this kinda

reclaiming those ridiculous stereotypes.

Maybe I'll just do this as me.

In all seriousness.

I felt like it was something that was very much open to me,

like I'm the kind of person has always been quite funny with friends in conversation

but has never had the confidence to put it into something for the stage.

I was just very lucky in that this came along, I was very

well I was hesitant but not because it didn't seem like the kind of thing I

want to get involved with a bit more because I haven't been involved with

comedy at all and I'm just like: 'You know I'll just do it!'

Sometimes in comedy there's this thing where you write something and everyone's like: 'My joke stay away!'

Whereas in this you're like: 'Have it! Take it! Take it all!'

So I've had I washed Jesus' feet and dried them with my hair, first of all, ewww!

It's a very collaborative process from like the word go,

like the auditions you're not expected to come with a proper completed monologue.

We bounce ideas with each other and I really kind of surprised myself in the

material I would come out with with the help of these wonderful women!

It's a trash can, not a trash can't!

To be fair lots of mine is improvised so I've finished writing mine,

well I haven't, so every night it's a bit different so it's

like we're all backstage and before we come on, everyone all of us is that

different monologues, all saying: 'Oh what about this line' and then like every

night we do different lines that we've all tried out on each other.

You can say something and have it not be funny at first

and then have a bunch of people go: 'No but let's let's think of something else.'

and like I think that's just like so nice just to have that kind of safe space

for women especially because you've already got everything stacked against you it feels like.

Fury as head of Remoaner campaign says quitting the EU is like appeasing Hitler - Duration: 2:51.

Fury as head of Remoaner campaign says quitting the EU is like appeasing Hitler

THE head of a Remoaner campaign group today sparked fury by comparing Brexit to the appeasement of Nazi Germany.

Lord Malloch-Brown claimed Britain was trying to pull away from Europes problems like in the 1930s when Hitler came to power.

He is chairing Best for Britain, a group funded by billionaire George Soros devoted to securing a second referendum on EU membership.

The peer, a former top UN official, told the BBC that WW2 shows what happens when the UK cuts itself off from the continent.

He said: Britains history as an island nation adjacent to mainland Europe is when we try to, sort of, pull away from Europes problems and close ourselves off to them they have a horrible habit of infecting us anyway.

Appeasement in the 1930s, you name it.

For centuries Britain has ignored events on continental Europe at its peril..

Tory MP Andrew Bridgen hit back at Lord Malloch-Brown, who was a minister under Gordon Brown.

He told The Sun: What is it about Labour and their fixation with Hitler? You would have though that Lord Malloch-Brown would have learned from Ken Livingstones example.

Businessman John Longworth, the head of Leave Means Leave, added: This really is a crass comparison.

The Remain campaign are completely opposed to the democratic EU referendum of 2016 and will do everything they can to spread fear about Brexit and mock the 17.4million people who voted to Leave..

The peers comments came a day after Mr Soros made a speech claiming Britain had five years to stop Brexit.

The billionaires involvement in the EU debate has been controversial because of his reputation as the man who broke the Bank of England by betting against the pound in 1992.

But Lord Malloch-Brown defended Mr Soros and consisted his past was unrelated to the anti-Brexit campaign.

Here is a simple technique to understand how much a property is worth - Duration: 3:31.

- So you're looking to invest in the property market

but you're just not sure how much the properties are worth.

Well keep watching because I'm about to show you a technique

on how to determine real market value

and the three qualities that you should be looking for.

(dramatic music)

Hi everybody, Josh Masters here

and the other day I was teaching at a seminar

and one of the biggest questions that was coming up

or one of the biggest hurdles

that the group was facing

was really understanding the values of the properties

they were looking at on the market.

What were they really worth?

Now, if you're looking an area long enough

you'll probably start to get a natural feel for the place

and you'll start to see what the prices are

that are coming up each and every week.

But what happens when you don't have time

to inspect 10 properties every weekend

or it's an out of area purchase?

So as a regular investor,

one of the things that I like to use

is the sold section on realestate.com.au

and the sold section can be a,

it's actually a little tab up the top

next to buy and rent.

Now, what you want to be doing is comparing

the similar properties

that you've been looking at

to what's been sold recently.

This is how the valuers do it themselves

when they're working for the banks.

Now you want to make sure

that you're comparing similar configurations.

So for example if you're looking at three bedroom houses,

make sure you're putting in three bedroom houses,

with parking or whatever it is

to make sure you're getting that true comparable.

Now once you're there I want you to compare three things.

The first one is location.

Are you comparing a property that's in a similar location

to the one you're looking at

or is it on a main road?

Or in a terrible part of the neighbourhood?

You want to make sure that they're comparable,

so make sure they're in comparable locations.

The second one is size.

Are they similar sizes?

And I'm talking about either land, for houses

that's very important.

Or for units, are you talking about

a 60 square metre unit, or an 80 square metre unit?

Make sure they're comparable.

You also want to make sure that you're comparing

the newest sales and you can do that

by a drop down that says, date, newest to oldest.

Now the third and final category

is comparing the condition.

And that's both internally and externally.

Are you comparing something that's renovated?

Or are you comparing something that's just a dump?

And a bit of a knockdown.

These are three of the critical things

that you need to look at when you're comparing

like for like properties to get a real good gauge

on where the market value sits

for the properties that are on sale today

versus what has just sold.

You can also look at things like,

does it have a view?

Is the architectural quality the same?

Is there an upstairs, downstairs configuration?

You can go into all these minute details if you like

but they're the three main categories

that you should be looking at

and that will give you a really good gauge

on the value that you should be paying today.

If you have any question around this

or would like to ask more,

just drop me a line.

My name's Josh Masters and you've been watching

On The Ladder.

Trump's 'zero tolerance' at the border is causing child shelters to fill up fast - Duration: 6:49.

Trump's 'zero tolerance' at the border is causing child shelters to fill up fast

The number of migrant children held in U.S.

government custody without their parents has surged 21 percent in the past month, according to the latest figures, an increase driven by the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" crackdown on families who cross the border illegally.

Although the government has not disclosed how many children have been separated from their parents as a result of the new measures, the Department of Health and Human Services said Tuesday that it had 10,773 migrant children in its custody, up from 8,886 on April 29.

Under the "zero tolerance" approach rolled out last month by Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, anyone who crosses into the United States illegally will face criminal prosecution.

In most cases, that means parents who arrive with children remain in federal jails while their children are sent to HHS shelters.

Those shelters are at 95 percent capacity, an HHS official said Tuesday, and the agency is preparing to add potentially thousands of new bed spaces in the coming weeks.

HHS also is exploring the possibility of housing children on military bases but views the measure as a "last option," according to the HHS official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the agency's preparations.

HHS has about 1,300 reserve beds to accommodate more children, the official said, including several hundred at a government-owned building in Homestead, Fla.

, adjacent to an Air Force base previously used as a Labor Department training center.

In a statement, Kenneth J.

Wolfe, a spokesman for HHS's Administration for Children and Families, said that the agency has "an existing network of approximately 100 shelters in 14 states," and that "additional temporary housing is only sought as a last resort when current locations are reaching capacity.".

The latest figures do not distinguish between minors who arrive without a parent and those who are separated from their mothers and fathers after they cross the border.

But an official for U.S.

Customs and Border Protection testified at a Senate committee hearing last week that 638 adults were referred for prosecution between May 6 and May 19 under the new zero-tolerance effort and that they brought 658 children with them.

As the scope of the family-separation measures becomes clearer, President Trump's immigration advisers pushed back Tuesday at false or misleading stories about their policies that circulated widely on social media over the weekend.

Many seized on reports that HHS "lost" 1,475 children last year, describing them as "missing.".

But those reports were based on misleading characterizations of a follow-up phone survey conducted by HHS when it attempted to reach the adult sponsors of migrant children 30 days after releasing them to sponsors.

HHS does not have a formal responsibility to track children once they are released to sponsors.

Agency officials say that is the immigration court system's job.

And because many adult sponsors, including parents, are living in the country illegally, they may fear contact with federal officials.

"In the last fiscal year, in 14 percent of those calls, the family didn't answer the phone," a top HHS official, Steven Wagner, told reporters Tuesday.

"But there's no reason to believe that anything has happened to the kids.

If you call a friend and they don't answer the phone, you don't assume that they've been kidnapped.".

Trump officials also gave new details Tuesday about an agreement between HHS and the Department of Homeland Security that immigrant advocates warn could further increase the number of children in federal custody and how long they stay there.

The agreement will give Homeland Security more access to the personal information of parents, relatives or other adult sponsors seeking custody of the children.

In the past, that information was largely walled off for the purposes of immigration enforcement while the sponsors were vetted by HHS, out of a concern that Homeland Security's involvement could have a "chilling effect" on parents living in the country illegally and discourage them from claiming the kids.

But under Trump, senior officials at U.S.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have recommended such measures to deter parents from attempting to send for their children while knowing they can get custody with little fear of deportation.

John McCain Is Planning One Final Betrayal Of Trump And It Will Make Your Blood Boil

Arizona Senator John McCain has built his political identity of being labeled a "maverick"

by repeatedly stabbing conservatives in the back.

McCain is about to cement that legacy once and for all.

He is planning one final betrayal of the President and it will make your blood boil.

John McCain and his political team have apparently put a succession plan in place for after he

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey will apparently appoint McCain's wife Cindy to replace him.

Newsmax reports:

"As Arizonans prepare for their final salute to Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., Republicans

his wife, Cindy, to succeed him in the Senate.

Of course, no one in the Grand Canyon State who spoke to us wants to go on record discussing

what will happen when the ailing McCain no longer holds his seat.

But those who did, agree almost unanimously, Cindy McCain following John in the Senate

through appointment by Gov. Doug Ducey, R-Ariz., is a near certainty.

"I've always assumed that was the arrangement," said a friend of the McCain family since John's

1973 return from captivity in Vietnam.

A former Republican senator who served with McCain agreed:

"I don't know if this [succession] has been formalized, but that's what people

who know John tell me…

…One source close to the McCain family said supporters of the senator have quietly let

Gov. Ducey know Cindy is the choice of "Team McCain."

Cindy McCain in the Senate would not be welcome news for Donald Trump or conservatives.

Trump romped in Arizona's Republican Presidential primary and carried the state in the General

Election.

Instead of appointing a senator in line with the President's America First agenda, Ducey

would appoint Cindy McCain to continue McCain's brand of liberalism.

Cindy McCain is a cheerleader for homosexual marriage and supports keeping legalized abortion

in place.

Cindy McCain would also certainly fight the President's pro-America immigration reforms

and push for amnesty for illegal aliens.

A Cindy McCain appointment would mean the GOP establishment is still at war with Donald

Trump.

Instead of accepting the reality that Republican voters support Trump's push to limit immigration,

multi-national global trade deals, and foreign interventions, beltway Republicans – led

by John McCain – are more determined than ever to block the President's agenda.

The EU needs our cash — if Theresa May is strong, we will get a good Brexit deal - Duration: 4:25.

The EU needs our cash — if Theresa May is strong, we will get a good Brexit deal

"I AM equally clear that no deal for Britain is better than a bad deal for Britain.

These were the ringing words of the Prime Minister in her well-received Lancaster House speech in January 2017.

They resonated around the chancelleries of Europe as a forthright statement of the British Government's confidence in its negotiating position and made the point that wise negotiators have always insisted upon.

There must be a time at which it is better to agree nothing than to accept unfavourable terms.

Individuals buying houses know this, as do governments discussing international treaties.

It was also a declaration of strength.

The European Union has depended upon the United Kingdom, not least for money.

In this context, as we leave, it is not the gross figure that matters for them but the net figure.

Each year we contribute above the amount returned to our own shores, by about £10billion.

This goes to subsidise other member states often via so called "cohesion" funds used, for example, to build roads in Eastern European states, or through the Common Agricultural Policy to keep inefficient Continental farmers in business.

In the absence of our contribution, the EU would either have to ask the Germans for more or pay the Eastern Europeans less.

These alternatives would be highly unpopular.

In Germany the last election result may have seen the two parties who lost the most votes between them remain in government — in a classic example of European democracy.

But the anti-European party, the Alternative For Germany, is now the main opposition and its support would increase if Brussels sent in a further bill to Berlin.

Similarly, the Eastern European nations are not eagerly complying with the whims and directions of Brussels.

Hungary and Poland are both quarrelling with the Commission, and the threat of losing funds would make them even less willing to bend their necks to the bureaucracy.

The structure of the EU's budget makes the loss of our money particularly hard for it to bear.

There is a seven-year cycle, the multi- annual financial framework, in which expenditures are set and revenues determined.

As we will leave 21 months before the current framework ends, it would be chaotic for the EU.

Not paying any money is the default position if we leave without a deal, reinforcing Theresa May's words.

At one point there was some debate over this and a few ill-informed people still think that we may have to pay regardless.

But a House of Lords report of March 2017, that has been unchallenged since, sets out why we would owe nothing under UK, international or EU law if we left without a deal.

Money is our strongest card but it is not our only one.

Once the UK has left the EU, we will become its largest customer.

We buy more from them than they do from us by about £100billion a year.

"Oh Lord!": Jennifer Tries to Play Peacemaker And Tami Is NOT With The Ish

The biggest Basketball Wives beefs of the past two seasons have been.

1. Jackie feeling betrayed that Evelyn donated money to her grandson's GoFundMe after his daycare accident

2. Tami and Evelyn's are-they-or-aren't-they-friends relationship

Thanks to Jennifer's constant need to fix everybody's drama, she's now brought Tami and Evelyn together to talk their situation out and it goes as well as you think it would.

All season long, Evelyn and Tami people have been swearing up and down that the didn't know why the other person had a problem with them, and we've now finally gotten to the bottom of it.

Ev felt a way about Tami's remarks that her intentions to donate to the world's most infamous GoFundMe pages were less than pure.

Even after clarifying to Tami the actual timeline, things only continued to spiral downward with Jackie getting called into the mix.

In a plot twist, Jackie kept her composure while everything else in the conversation started to crash and burn.

Tami might have a few jokes of her own, but she wanted to see some of the recent impressions that had been brought to her attention and asked to see them in a live performance because she wanted "to see the jesters perform for the queens in the room.".

LAWD HAVE MERCY, with the reads flying back and forth, this is clearly far from over.

Which of these beefs do you think has the best chance of being settled this season?

Tami and Evelyn

Jackie and Evelyn

Neither, these fueds are too deep to be resolved.

New episodes of Basketball Wives air on Monday nights at 9/8c.

✅ 'My focus now is getting the NZRL to reach new heights' - Former rugby boss Greg Peters aims to in - Duration: 2:12.

A former boss of southern hemisphere rugby union has been unveiled as the new chief executive of New Zealand Rugby League

Greg Peters takes over the role vacated when Alex Hayton resigned in March just before a damaging review into the Kiwis' 2017 World Cup failure was released

It is a change of direction for Peters, whose 20 years in sports administration has been primarily in the 15-man code

For five years he was the Sydney-based CEO of SANZAR, followed by two years as general manager at the Argentinean Rugby Union

His earlier roles were with New Zealand Rugby, followed by a stint as CEO of the Hurricanes

Peters says his lack of background in rugby league won't be an impediment. "While my experience has predominantly been in rugby union, the fundamentals of leading a sports organisation to succeed are transferable and my focus now is getting the NZRL to reach new heights," he said

NZRL chairman Reon Edwards said Peters boasts the commercial skills to aid the cash-strapped organisation

Peters and new Kiwis coach Michael Maguire provide reason for New Zealand fans to be optimistic of a turnaround in fortunes for the national team, Edwards added

Peters' role will begin on June 18, the week of he Kiwis' Test against England in Denver
