Waching daily May 29 2018

hey guys today is officially 24 hour period that I have done the drive fast

yesterday I didn't want to really give you too many clues of what I was doing

because I was not sure if I was going to do the dry fast it was just something

that I wanted to do with my partners in crime

fasting Deva go check out her channel her link is in my description of all my

videos now and also tea love they're doing a five-day dry fast and out to

spur of the moment when I had heard that I said at 7-7 yesterday morning that I

would do one - I don't know if I'm gonna go five days I'm going to plate per hour

per day and per how my body is feeling but as of today it has been 20 over 24

hours I have not consumed any food or water

I did a weigh-in because yesterday I did Monday's weigh-in I still was at a stall

my weight was at a hundred and eighty-three pounds still from two weeks

ago but I got on the scale this morning and the skill said something different

now I also have two videos going up this video here letting you know that I'm on

day one of my drive fast and I also have a waves video where I'm actually getting

on the scale coz I'm going to start incorporating those kind of videos where

you actually see me get on the scale and do weigh-ins I'm very close to the end

of phase 1 which is losing the weight and doing weighing videos it's going to

be probably only a few more weeks of weigh-in videos then I'll be on phase 2

and I'll just do videos like I normally do talking about you know health

wellness and helping you guys get on the right track by my own opinion on what I

did that work for me sharing that with you but and

along with that I'll be sharing my journey on Phase two how I basically

keep the weight off and maintain my current weight when I lose the whole

entire 88 pounds but when I got on the scale today even though there's another

video with me on the scale and it's gonna tell you how much I lost and I'll

get into the grand total on that video as well so there's basically a bonus

weigh-in there was one yesterday on Mondays weigh-in and but the number

didn't go down but today the numbers did go down and I have two videos this one

here we're going to tell you how much I lost today and then one after this video

where it will be me getting on the scale and you'll actually see for yourself

that I lost that way um so as of today when I got on the scale yesterday I was

183 183 pounds when I got on the scale I was a hundred and eighty-one pounds down

so I have lost two pounds since starting the dry fast I'm a little over 24 hours

basically I'm going into the second day tomorrow which will be Wednesday the

30th as you want to look at the calendar that will make it at 733 a.m. tomorrow

will be a complete 48 hours on the dry pass now the way my body feels today I

probably will make it obviously do the 48 hour period what gets tricky is when

you get into going into the 72 hour I have also been working out 2 hours a day

I'm not going to stop doing that unless my body shuts me down from doing that

but I'm also trying to conserve energy because I have

do something on Friday I don't drive because that before we are driving so

what I need to do is in walking distance and I need to have my strength to go and

do that which is handle some of my bills for the first of the month and I need

that energy stove if I get up which I probably won't workout that day

I will just exercise from walking going to take care of bills on Friday if I

even make it to Friday I will you know just you know that would be my exercise

when I walk to go take care of my errands so as of today because I have to

write this stuff down I have lost a total of 67 pounds my

beginning weight that I needed to lose in total was 88 pounds I have lost total

pounds lost 67 pounds with 21 pounds left to lose I'm not only doing this dry

fast because of weight loss I've been from the beginning of my journey which

was in January 11 2008 een I have been not wanting to do like I did the first

two times when I had gained weight years ago because I've gained weight this is

my third time but the first two times I lost the weight fast but I lost it on

just scratching the surface yes I was detoxing the body from losing the fat

but I never lost weight on a cellular level so I'm doing two things and this

is why I chose juice fasting juice feasting for my weight loss my majority

of my weight loss and then dry fasting which I prefer to do over water fasting

because trying to not only lose weight but the

main reason people should detox and focus on losing weight is because one

you know when your body and your hormonal system is all cleansed out in

detox on a cellular level weight is not an issue it doesn't matter even if

you're 60 years old or you have menopause if you're hormonal ZAR in tap

they're clean you're flushed out on a cellular cellular level while you're

losing weight while you're on a weight-loss journey you're detoxing on a

cellular level and losing weight weight coming back is not going to be a factor

because you did it right the first time you lost the way and you were detoxing

why you were losing it all so you're well over well overall well-being will

you know become a hundred percent again if you have vision problems or if you

have diabetes or high blood pressure or all these skin conditions that people

have that are all from the foods that we eat in the air that we breathe those

things can clear up and possibly in a lot of cases go away and you could

possibly get off of medications that you're wrong

I'm not a doctor I'm not suggesting that you get off of any medications or that

this is gonna cure anything I'm only talking from my own experience but this

is why I do dry fast in juicing in these kind of detox protocols because I'm not

only trying to lose the weight I'm trying to cleanse and regenerate the

inside of the body if we can get that clean though and feeling new again the

body doesn't know internally you know you can basically trick the body into

thinking that you're younger than you are right now our insides for the most

part even for a 20 year old - our bodies we're old but if we clean

on a cellular level these toxins out of our system we will definitely we don't

live forever but we will live a better quality of life

many people who are thinking about plastic surgery and all these crazy

extreme things might not want to do that when they see how when you cleanse it

inside the outside that's a little beautiful as well your skin your eyes I

mean everything about you will start to shine once you clean on a cellular level

so keep that in mind and just understand why I am and you know fasting diva in

tea love why we are doing this not only for weight loss but we want to detox our

bodies on a cellular level level and that's more deeper than any kind of

weight loss that you're ever going to hear on YouTube usually you hear about

someone need to do one or the other they're detoxing or losing weight we're

doing both so with all that being said because this video will start to get a

little bit along just be looking out for the weigh in video and that's just me on

this getting on the scale so you'll love that that's no more than like a

two-minute video and again it's just real quick recapping that I'm at 181

pounds as of today which is May 29 2008 teen which is Tuesday in perhaps

depending on how I feel I probably will do scale weigh-ins each day or every

other day I don't know how long I'm gonna be on it so I'm not gonna you know

psych myself up or sound cocky with the each day or every other day like I

already have it in my head I'm gonna do five days I don't know how long I'm

gonna do but right now while I'm feeling good and I'm energetic and I'm not

feeling sick I did have a headache yesterday Oh

I went to sleep I woke up I felt refreshed and I even felt like I had

drank water from the night before because I wasn't even feeling dehydrated

but I think a lot of that plays a role with me eating and drinking clean raw

fruits and vegetables for a long time January 11 2008 een so the present time

has been at least four months of eating clean and when within that short period

of time this is why this dry fast head to me is not affecting me like it

could've when I did the first one when I wasn't eating as well as I should have

been it took a toll on me so we I don't know within 48 hours I could get up

there and be like I can't do this guys I mean it something something just hit me

like a ton of bricks I'm feeling weak I can't go on anymore I'm dehydrated

with dry fasting it's it's very imperative that you listen to the body I

think it's 20 times dangerous than water fasting it's more aggressive I prefer

doing dry fasting because I don't feel hungry I don't feel hungry on water fast

either because of the fact that my body is so nutrient if that's even a word by

all the fruits and vegetables from the juices I have been drinking and my body

so cleanse and detox out that I don't get those hunger pains and when it's

time for me to eat I eat and I keep it moving I don't eat to a full I just eat

you I'm satisfied and I'm good you know so you know there's a lot of things that

have changed over these last four months for me not only with the extreme weight

loss but with detoxing and I'm feeling the effects of it and live in a better

quality of life because of how I feel on a daily basis it is true that you know

if there was a choice of being rich and happy I'm glad that when I was a

question over the years I always said I would

rather be happy because my outlook on life I'm happier my anxiety is getting

better and it's all because of how I'm eating and it's all because I made a

choice not only to lose the weight but to detox the body on a cellular level

wild time I'm losing the weight and get myself cleansed up because losing weight

is not really detoxing the body a hundred percent

it's just scratching the surface of it yes you're detoxing a form of detoxing

because you're getting rid of those fat cells that are kept you know detail

butcha you know toxins but it's still not on a cellular level so with that all

being said you guys have a great day I hope you enjoyed this video please give

this video a like and I'll give two shares up I don't see too many people

sharing this video these videos like they should get the share that and get

the lights up leave comments show your support make the video a favorite you

know what I'm saying subscribe to the channel if you look at the content every

single day stop looking at it you know I'm saying and be about it subscribe to

the channel so with all that being said I'll see you in the next video

This Is What Everyone Gets Wrong About Cats - Duration: 4:59.

Cats are adorable, furry little ninjas that share our homes with us and have an overwhelming

urge to push things off other things.

We opened our homes and our hearts to them a long time ago, but despite what we think

we know about our hairball-hacking friends, there's still a ton of misinformation floating

around out there that just refuses to go away.

"I bet it flattened itself out and went right through a seam in your wall."

"I don't think there's anything in the laws of nature that would support that."

"Cats do not abide by the laws of nature, alright?"

Cats love milk

You'll see this one everywhere.

If there's a cat, they're given a saucer of milk.

That's what cats like, right?

Well, no.

Cats drink milk as kittens, of course - all mammals do when they're young.

But once they're weaned off their mother's milk, they stop producing all the enzymes

they need to digest the stuff.

Yes, like the nerdiest of nerds, they're lactose intolerant.

There's another problem with milk, too, and that's the fat and calorie content.

Give a cat a saucer of milk as big as their head, and that's like you sitting down and

eating a gallon of full-fat ice cream with some extra fat for good measure.

They still might like the actual taste of milk though, which is why they make lactose-free,

low-fat cat milk.

For cats, not from cats.

"I had no idea you could milk a cat."

"Oh yeah, you can milk anything with nipples."

Keeping the balance

Popular belief says that whiskers are tied to a cat's sense of balance, which isn't exactly

the case.

Instead, those delicate little feelers are used for navigation and sensory perception.

A cat's whiskers are made of the same material that makes up other animals' horns: keratin.

They're connected to the cat's face through a whole bunch of nerves, and they can feel

the changes in the air that happen as they get closer to walls and other obstacles, which

helps them get around just a little more deftly than humans.

Feet first

Your feline friend might land on their feet most of the time, but not always.

Cats can twist their spines in a way that would kill a human.

When a cat jumps, their sense of balance aligns the front half of their body, while their

twisty spine snaps into action and reflexively aligns the back half for a safe landing.

Even though it's a reflex, it still takes time.

If a cat falls from a low height, they might not have time to flip completely, and they'll

land on their side.

Loners and rebels

It's unsurprising that cats absolutely can survive on their own and almost always hunt

alone.

But when they do gather in groups, they form close-knit relationships that often revolve

around a core group of females.

Not only do feral cats gather in colonies, but they share responsibilities, team up in

raising each others' kittens, and they even have best friends.

Cats in feral colonies usually pair off and hang out together, spend a huge amount of

time grooming and greeting each other.

It's thought that all that grooming isn't just about getting clean, either, but that

it's a way to mingle everyone's scents into a colony odor that identifies each individual

as a part of the group.

Fur vs. personality

If you want a little love bug, get an orange cat.

If you want someone to cast spells with, get a black cat.

It's a common belief that certain colors are associated with certain personality traits.

Researchers at UC Berkeley took a look at whether a cat's fur color has any affect on

their personality and found nothing to support this popular myth.

What they did find, though, was that the belief is so firmly entrenched in the collective

consciousness that light-colored cats are considered friendlier, so they get adopted

more often.

Cats are picked on appearance rather than personality, and when that belief doesn't

prove true, they're often returned.

So whatever you do, don't judge a cat by its color.

Keeping the claws

People think declawing is a painless process, sort of like getting your nails cut permanently.

Not quite.

Contrary to popular belief, declawing is much worse than it sounds.

The procedure removes part of the cat's paws, and the human equivalent of the same procedure

would be cutting off each and every one of your fingers at the first joint.

A whole bunch of medical problems are associated with declawing as well, like permanent nerve

damage and bone spurs that make it painful for the cat to even walk.

There's plenty of short-term horribleness, too, like bleeding paws and a high rate of

infection.

People who think it's a good idea to get a cat declawed often say they do it to put an

end to things like scratching the furniture or scratching humans.

While they might not be scratching anymore, they still have teeth, and they will use them.

Cats are standoffish

People study cat behavior for a living, and yes, they work at real universities.

They've found cats are every bit as affectionate and loving as dogs—they just don't express

it the same way.

Researchers point to a few key findings when it comes to cat affection.

Purring has traditionally been interpreted as happiness, but it's closer to a cat asking

you to keep doing whatever you're doing.

When they rub against you, it's the cat equivalent of giving you a big hug, and how adorable

is that?

There's also the slow blink, which means they're totally comfortable with you being around.

They also found out that every cat and owner has their own super-secret language, which

was discovered during a study that found an owner could tell exactly what a cat was saying,

but only if it was their own cat.

So, there you have it - not only are cats affectionate, but they like you so much they

develop a secret language just to talk to you.

If that's not love, we don't know what is.

Rochester Regional Health: Next is Now - George's Story - Duration: 1:59.

I never felt like that in my life before and I never want to feel like it again.

I honestly feel like my body shut down.

I remember telling myself, if you don't get to that phone, you're done.

You're not gonna make it.

[Music playing]

My name is George Fustor.

I live in Rochester, NY.

And last year, I had a stroke.

The morning of the stroke, they brought me to Rochester General Hospital.

I remember just laying there in the intensive care saying I have to get better.

I have Kelly, I have two sons, I have a granddaughter. And I have to be there for them.

It's not my time to check out.

And that really honestly kept me going, you know, just having the drive, just having the

drive to live.

Dr. Dombovy was my main neurologist.

I honestly believe that I'd be sitting here today without her.

They pushed ya hard but carefully.

Ya know, every day I noticed that I was getting better.

I was supposed to be in there for three weeks but I did so good that I got out of there

in two weeks.

I wanted to get home.

I wasn't ready to give up and I wanted to fight as hard as I could.

What's next is just spending time with my boys, my granddaughter, Kelly.

I just want to continue to get better and hopefully help other people.

I always say don't ever give up, keep on pushing yourself.

14 tweets that show Donald Trump's Russia obsession is only getting worse - Duration: 7:59.

14 tweets that show Donald Trump's Russia obsession is only getting worse

Washington (CNN)While you were out celebrating the unofficial start of summer, President Donald Trump was tweeting.

From Friday morning until Tuesday morning, Trump sent out 14 -- yes, 14! -- tweets focused on the ongoing Russia probe.

The tweets -- ranging from quotes of supportive voices from Fox News Channel to references to the 13 Angry Democrats on special counsel Robert Muellers team to allegations of election meddling -- illustrate Trumps near-complete obsessions with the investigation into Russias interference in the 2016 election and its impact on his presidency.

Whats remarkable about the tweets -- other than the pure number of them -- is the similarities between them.

Theres a few word changes here and there but, for the most part, this is virtually the same tweet.

Rigged probe. Thirteen angry Democrats.

Why isnt Hillary being investigated? And, always, lots of exclamation points and CAPITAL LETTERS!!!!!!! All 14 tweets are, really, just one tweet.

Trump allies might(?) argue that this is simply message discipline.

Trump knows that if he repeats something -- anything -- enough times, there will be a decent chunk of the populace who will believe it.

And another chunk who, whether they realize it or not, will allow Trumps attack lines witch hunt, hoax and 13 Angry Democrats to seep into their consciousness and effect the way they regard Muller and his probe.

Maybe.

But I tend to believe that the available evidence from Trumps 16 months in office is that the only real strategy is there is no real strategy.

Or, put another way: The strategy is that Trump says (or tweets) what is on his mind that very second and his White House works to develop a strategy around the thought of the moment.

Given that explanation -- and an understanding that Trumps Twitter feed is the raw and uncut version of what hes thinking and feeling at any given moment -- its very clear from this weekend that the Russia probe (and Mueller) is very much on his mind these days.

What Trumps tweets read like is someone who has fixated on the idea that he is being unfairly persecuted by people who have never liked him and will do anything to keep him from being successful.

He has convinced himself that Mueller, a Republican who was appointed FBI director by a Republican president and who was appointed special counsel by a Republican deputy attorney general, has hired a bunch of Democrats to find dirt on him.

That, despite the fact that five people -- including his national security adviser and his former deputy campaign chairman -- have plead guilty already in the Mueller probe that it is all one big partisan fishing expedition.

(Worth noting: In addition to the Republican roots of Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Chris Wray are both Trump appointees.) Trump is someone who has regularly embraced conspiracies before; his candidacy for president was birthed, ahem, in the debunked fever swamp rumor that President Barack Obama was not born in the United States, and during the 2016 campaign, Trump trafficked in ideas ranging from Muslims were celebrating on rooftops on 9/11 to Ted Cruzs father might be involved in the assassination of John F.

Kennedy.

This is who he is and what he does.

So, Trumps Tuesday morning tweet -- The 13 Angry Democrats (plus people who worked 8 years for Obama) working on the rigged Russia Witch Hunt, will be MEDDLING with the mid-term elections, especially now that Republicans (stay tough!) are taking the lead in Polls.

There was no Collusion, except by the Democrats! -- is par for the course.

The most revealing tweet in Trumps fusillade over the past four days came in his last one -- for now -- dealing with his Russia obsession.

Tweeted Trump: Sorry, Ive got to start focusing my energy on North Korea Nuclear, bad Trade Deals, VA Choice, the Economy, rebuilding the Military, and so much more, and not on the Rigged Russia Witch Hunt that should be investigating Clinton/Russia/FBI/Justice/Obama/Comey/Lynch etc. Theres a part of him, clearly, that knows putting all of his attention on the Russia probe is distracting him.

That his obsession with the idea that Mueller is out to get him -- and might even MEDDLE in the 2018 midterms -- is counterproductive.

Theres so much more he needs to work on/pay attention to.

And yet, if we know anything about Trump, its that he simply cannot adhere to his own self-admonishment to devote less time to his conspiracy theories about the Russia probe and more time to the actual governance of the country.

Obsessions are fundamentally irrational.

Trumps preoccupation with the Russia investigation wont be solved via reason alone.

Or at all.                          .

Who Is KlientBoost? | Inside KlientBoost Episode 001 - Duration: 4:53.

- So Portola was closed, and so now we have to go to Whole Foods to get our coffee.

Otherwise, my salespeople won't wake up.

Ally, Nick.

Is it closed?

No!

Dang it.

Alright, we'll get one in San Diego.

Let's just film my camera, filming him.

No, no, I'm just, I'm just, go 'head, sleep.

Act like you're tired.

You work hard, man.

No, don't look at me, you're sleeping.

Right now, it's about 6:50 A.M.

We all met at the office at 6:00 A.M.

Tried to get coffee twice, failed.

So we're all sleeping in the car.

Alright, we'll jump out right here.

Oh, look at that, Linda, prep!

You sure you don't want anything?

- [Linda] Oh no.

- [Johnathan] Okay.

Wow, this is so cool.

- I can't drink real coffee.

I'm a mocha kinda guy, gotta have some chocolate.

- KlientBoost is obviously the agency that we run, and we're a PPC, and CRO hybrid agency,

which means we focus on pay-per-click, that involves, like, Google Ad platform, Facebook,

LinkedIn, Twitter, basically all the different types of ad channels that you'll see online.

And the CRO stands for conversion rate optimization, which means the landing pages that we're testing

out and sending traffic to, and what we can actually change on there to improve the performance

over time, too.

And so, the biggest part of KlientBoost is made up of the fulfillment team, which is

account managers and designers, and they work side-by-side, as like a team, to go forth

and hit the goals for the clients, too.

And as they go along, they're testing out a bunch of different things.

So that's what we call the AMs, the account managers.

And then the designers are a different team, but essentially they do the same thing, have

the same goals.

Then we also have the brand team, which is just all of our own marketing.

So, Stone, you filming me, right here, you're part of the brand team, I'm part of the brand

team.

We have some content writers that write a lot of our content, and then in the future,

our goal is to build out that marketing team.

But the fulfillment team is always gonna be the bigger one, the bigger arm of what we

do, because we have so many clients that we need to service, too.

So that's kinda the lay of the land of how KlientBoost looks today.

And we're almost about 40 people right now, all in Irvine, California, and we're looking

to expand to a new office, but also new locations in San Francisco and New York, here early

this year or Q2 of 2018.

So that's like a little backstory.

We have a booth at the GrowthHackers conference in San Diego, where we're gonna see if we

can get some new clients.

I'm gonna be on stage with some other people, later in the afternoon that you'll see.

And so this is a really, really cool conference because a lot of big company names come here,

and they're the ones presenting.

So last year, it was Instagram, Uber.

We had TransferWise, just some really, really cool companies that are doing some really

cool things.

And it's all with a mindset of growth, meaning, you know, what can you do that's systematic,

that basically is a system that you can create where you can continuously get these wins

at a fast enough tempo, and with a slight thinking outside of the box at the same time.

So it's a really, really cool, creative conference where you're meeting a lotta people who love

just making progress.

And that's the coolest part about it, so we're excited.

WHAT IS KETOGENIC DIET ? | WHY I AM GOING KETO - Duration: 5:12.

why I am going Ktoo and what the heck is ketogenic diet that's what I'm gonna

talk about today hey guys welcome to my channel my name is Iva Scelfo and if you're new

here my channel is all about weight loss and health lifestyle so if you're into that

kind of stuff then you might want to consider to subscribe. so what is

ketogenic diet ketogenic diet is also well known as the a low carb high fat

diet which basically means your body depletes itself out of glucose and it's

forced to use fat as its fuel I will try to explain it easy your body always

prefers glucose over fat to use as its fuel so because when we eat

carbohydrates our blood glucose levels rises rapidly also spikes up our insulin

and insulin it's basically the hormone which is responsible for storing fat low

carb diet helps stabilizes these spikes when your body can't use glucose as its

fuel anymore your liver will start producing ketones and uses fat as its

fuel so how many cars should you eat a day well that will depend on every

person but in general it's 20 grams of net carbs some people can stay in

ketosis and eat 50 grams of net carbs but to be sure and saved just stay

within 20 grams so what are the net carbs well net carbs are actually all

Carbohydrates you eat - the fiber while the fiber is carbohydrates which your

body cannot digest therefore it cannot spikes your insulin so fiber here is not

the enemy so how fast can you get into ketosis

well that will vary person to person but in general it takes somewhere within two

to seven days to get into ketosis state which is the states where your body

start using a fat as its fuel so how can you get into ketosis faster

well you can really reduce your daily intake of carbohydrates two-barrel a

minimum that helps also fasting helps you can look into intermittent fasting

and follow your eating window I will talk more about intermittent fasting and

my experience with it in another video so what should your macros be well that

will vary person to person again depending on your age gender weight

height and exercise level but in general you should be eating within 65 to 75

percent of fat 15 to 30 percent of protein and 5 to 10% of carbohydrates

there are many great keto macro calculators online and ruling some links

down below and also there are many great calorie trackers apps for your phone

which you can use and that will definitely help you especially in the

beginning so can you eat as much as you want on this diet well no it always

comes down to calories in versus calories out you can't eat whatever you

want you have to burn more calories than you actually give in to your body well

it's simple as that so what can you actually eat well you're going to eat

high fat moderate protein and very low carbohydrates so most of your diet will

be healthy fats like avocados coconut oil grass-fed butter egg yolks full fat

cheese for protein you can have beef poultry pork fatty fish nuts and seeds

and your main source of carbohydrates should be from vegetables like leafy

greens and above ground vegetables fruit is not allowed on a keto diet

except for berries so you can still have your strawberry chia seeds putting no

problem so why I want to get on board with this keto lifestyle well the truth

is my body doesn't really respond well to carbohydrates I've

25 pounds since following a plant-based vegan diet I also noticed some mild

gluten intolerance some mild rashes and stuff and I always feel bloated and

tired and I have a real binging problem with corpse I could binge on pasta and

Does this prove Geordie Shore is fake? Scotty T spills all about MTV show

After 17 series, it seems the British public still cant get enough of drunken northerners on a night out.

However, if Scotty T is to be believed, some of the show isnt as real as producers would like us to believe.

In fact, he even accused Chloe Ferry of faking her wild ways just to get airtime and make a good show.

Not holding back, the new Just Tattoo of Us co-host said: Chloe for me can be really annoying.

"t was just for attention.

When she was drunk she would do things on purpose like get in fights just to think its all about her" Scotty T Just because of the way she would go on with the lads.

It was just for attention.

It was only when she was drunk.

When she was drunk she would do things on purpose like get in fights just to think its all about her..

However, admitting he still has a soft spot for the Celebrity Big Brother babe, Scotty added to The Sun: She's a nice girl and that but she's just absolutely crackers.

A proper little disoriented rabbit on Skittles. Scotty was fired form Geordie Shore last year after his wild antics got out of control.

The outrageous star was even photographed snorting a substance in a hotel room earlier this year prompting the show to cut-ties.

"Scotty cannot be trusted filming with the cast; he's a liability and no one needs the stress of minding after him, a source claimed.

They continued: He's been a great long running character but his behaviour towards the end of last year proved that he no longer deserves a place on the series..

For A Startup, What Is The Most Important Factor In Growing Your Business? - Duration: 1:21.

Credibility. This is the most important element when you are a startup. Credibility means business, means deals, means revenue. And startups need that to grow.

Let me tell you a bit about my own story. For years, I worked for large organizations, representing them in different markets.

And each time I would enter in a meeting, the credibility of my employer will come with me logically and would allow us to sign deals relatively quickly.

Late 2013, I decided to create my own startup. And what did I find out? That the credibility stayed at the door. I had to build it back.

I had to answer usually four questions. First is – Who the heck are you? Do you have the right people with you to grow your business?

Second, financially are you stable? Can you grow with me? Third – business traction. Do you have the right people adopting your service? And finally, do you have the right technology?

At Capgemini, we believe that building credibility is essential to grow the business.

And we want to enable ScaleUps to own credibility so they can do effective business in collaboration with large organizations.
