Hey guys it's already day 4 of the Yoga for Fexibility series. Hope you are

videos. Let's hop onto the mat and get going
today we are going to start with an all-out cardio workout for warmup
so you do some jumping jacks for one minute let's start when the focus of
your practice is flexibility it is important to warm up properly to be able
to stretch those muscles so quick cardio exercise like spa jogging or jumping or
jumping jacks is a good idea
just ten seconds left
and we are done then just rotate your neck a few times in clockwise direction
and then a few times in anti-clockwise direction then take your right arm up
fold it and bring it behind the left shoulder grab the right elbow with the
left hand and pull it down slowly let go let's repeat on the other side pull the
left elbow down with the right hand and breathe into the stretch you feel in
your shoulders and triceps slowly let go now take a big step to the left pivot
your right foot so that it points to right bring your arms on either sides
bend the right knee keep your right leg engaged such that your calves and thighs
are at a 90 degree angle as you take a deep breath in bend back till your left
hand reaches the left leg to come into a reverse warrior pose as you exhale come
back to warrior then as you inhale straighten the right
knee and start extending forward as much as you can as you exhale bend to the
side to come into a triangle pose you can keep the right hand either on
the calves or the ankle whatever works for you however make sure that you're
bent laterally so that your head back hips and feet are all in one plane then
as you inhale start bending your right knee to come into a side angle pose keep
your front leg at a 90 degree angle and your left arm hip and leg should all be
in one straight line slowly come back up let's repeat for the other side point
the right foot to the front and left foot to the left bend the left knee and
come into warrior two pose then move into reverse warrior as you take a deep
breath in slowly come back straighten the left leg to come into a triangle
pose
then bend the left knee and come into the side angle poles slowly come back
now strain the wide legged stance and adjust your feet so that they are
parallel to each other and are pointing in front keep your hands on the pelvic
bones take a deep breath in and extend your back up then as you exhale start
folding forward once your torso is parallel to the floor drop both the
hands down below the shoulders then start working the hands back as in as
you can comfortably go just hand there for some time letting gravity take over
then slowly walk the hands back bring your left hand to the center right below
your head take the right arm up and extend it towards the ceiling
turn your head up and gaze at the right thumb stay here for a breath and slowly
come back then repeat for the other side swing the left arm up and gaze towards
the left thumb slowly drop the left hand and come back up
now let's sit down extend your left leg out in front and fold the right leg so
that the right foot touches the left knee as you take a deep breath in extend
your arms up as you exhale bend forward and grab your left foot now if you can't
reach your foot you can just take a scarf or a belt loop it around the foot
and grab that exhale and extend forward
slowly come back let's repeat this one more time inhale up
exhale Bennet then come back and switch legs again inhale up and exhale bend
forward still come back and repeat inhale up exhale bend forward come back
now finally extend both your legs out place both hands on either sides then as
you inhale extend both hands up as you exhale start folding forward try
to keep your spine extended and chest open exhale and try to go further into
the belt then slowly come back keep your hands on either side of the hips taking
support of your elbows start falling back keep the crown of your head on the
ground and arch your back keep breathing deeply and slowly
this is called the fish pose or matsyasana slowly raise your head
taking the support of the elbows and then lie down back into shavasana take
some deep relaxing breaths here and feel the effects of the practice on your body

Welcome I'm Ewa from propertyfinder.ae and it's my pleasure to introduce you to this month's
winner of the outstanding agent award for Dubai, Jade Morris from Dacha Real Estate. Hello, Jade
Thank you having me! Thank you so much for coming to our headquarters here in Media City. Tell our audience
How long have you been in the industry and what area do you specialise in?
I've been in the industry for about seven years, a year and a half approximately was in London and
Five and a half years here with Dacha Real Estate in Dubai. I
specialise in Dubai Hills Estate and Arabian Ranches.
So in your winning entry you said that "you like to build strong relationships
with your clients."
Can you give us a specific example?
One in particular that really sticks with me is a client of mine from Arabian Ranches that took a year and a half to close
yes,
I stuck with them, they were nervous, market is slightly soft
So we were watching the prices kind of come down slightly
So they were waiting for the right opportunity
Which I was obviously looking at for constantly and I managed to find it for them
And finally, they closed after a year and a half.
What about property owners? How do you ensure a good relationship with them?
When it comes to property owners
I'm from the offset very very transparent and honest with them if I believe their property is overpriced or we're coming into the market slightly
Higher, I don't waste time in waiting just to see over several months
I prove to them from the beginning that the price is too high
And then from there they once they realise that I'm telling the truth
The trust is built and constantly whether the news is good or bad. I'm always in touch with them.
How long does it normally take you to find the right home for your clients? Every client is different
I mean for off-plan in Dubai Hills Estate some of the deals I'm closing in 24 hours
Some are taking one week. It's a price sensitive area
So if the client is looking it's more about just pinpointing on the map and they're ready to go for ready property in Arabian Ranches
Of course, it takes longer a client will enter the market, Arabian Ranches is such a big area
They will go through several different agencies
They will they will make sure they're moving on the right property
That can take anything up to a year and a half, as it was with my last client. So anything from one day to a year and a half
From the consumer surveys that we send out to Propertyfinder users
we know that this next question is super important to them because the last thing they want to get
Emails or WhatsApp messages with properties and that are irrelevant to them. So how do you help clients
find exactly
what they're looking for?
From the moment I speak to a client before I meet them before I go out and look any viewings at all
I have a very long list of questions that I ask them
Some clients don't like it, some clients call you and they just want to view the property immediately
They're standing outside their unit, and they just want to see it
I will not do the viewing. Sounds crazy
But I won't go to meet them because I don't want to waste their time, my other time, or the seller's time
So I have an extremely long list
I will ask them some some clients will call and they think they want that property when actually they don't
so for instance, if they call me for a property that does not have a maid's room but they have a maid
I won't waste their time by going to view that property. We'll get there and they say "oh, I need a maid's room"
So no, I have a really really long so
Once I know exactly what their requirements are
Then I will pinpoint a few options take them out and then take it from there
You also said that a lot of your clients and chose to close their deals with you
Even though they were working with other agents
and that's due to you being "transparent and efficient"
Which I think are two very important qualities in this industry
And so why else should house-hunters looking for their next home at propertyfinder.ae choose you as their agent?
I think that house-hunters looking for their new property should give me a call
Because I am very efficient. I know my markets inside out, Dubai Hills Estate,
Arabian Ranches, I have detailed knowledge about the area
So maybe I can also educate them. I am definitely efficient and I actually have a passion for my job. So
Whereas someone else might switch off the photo to seven o'clock and evening will not have their phone on a Friday because they're too
Busy with their own personal life. This is literally my life as sad as it sounds so I'm always on the phone
So if someone calls me at eleven o'clock in the evening, if I'm awake I'll answer the phone so they can
always get me. Okay

So tell us what would you do if you could do anything?
If money was no object, it's not a hard question for me at all
I would make sure all my family and very close friends are taken care of
I would also look after charities and I would sit on a beach and practice yoga
And final question, your answer actually resonated with me a lot as well
if you could ask UAE's Ministry of State for Happiness for
Just one thing what would it be? What would you request?
If I could ask for one thing, it would be that all companies with high stress levels
meditate for ten minutes a day.
Whichever company it is whatever business you're in because I just think that it impacts people so well

We can all use a little help getting things done, and thankfully there are many productivity
apps available to help you.
The trick is choosing one that's right for you.
Welcome to this week's addition of Adsoup Roundup.
I'm Lise, and today we're rounding up the top three To Do Apps for your life.
Whether you're organizing a project at work, or just need a reminder to pick up groceries,
there's an app for that.
We've done the research and picked out three great apps for people with different task
management styles.
Let's get started with -
Number 1, Things "Things" was one of the first productivity
apps released for iPhone in 2008.
Its most recent update brings it into the future with a sleek, user-friendly interface.
This is a straightforward to-do list app.
You can enter your tasks, organize them into categories and break them down by sub-tasks.
You can also set a priority level or due date and Things will highlight the most important
items.
"Things" integrates your calendar app, reminders, and to do list, making it a triple
threat.
Unfortunately for Android users, "Things" is only available on Apple devices.
You have to buy the app separately on each device for a one-time fee starting at $10
for iOS.
Number 2, We Do As the name suggests, "We Do" is all about
collaboration.
While it can be used for individual purposes, it also allows you to share and assign tasks
and communicate within the app's chat feature.
This makes We Do a great option for group projects, or even family vacations.
Of course if you don't need or want social features, you may want to opt for a more streamlined
app.
We Do is available for free on ios and android with in-app purchases and offers a browser
version so you can access it anywhere.
Number 3, Amazing Marvin This app is much more than a to-do list, it's
more of a productivity cheat sheet.
It incorporates principles of behavioral psychology to optimize productivity.
Marvin offers over 20 different strategy tools to help personalize your workflow.
For instance, if you are having trouble concentrating, Marvin has a timer to help you focus for a
set amount of time or intervals, a la Pomodoro method.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by an enormous task list, use the "task jar" strategy
to randomly select one and get started.
Be warned that with so many features to discover, you might find yourself spending more time
exploring the app, than doing actual work.
Amazing Marvin is subscription based starting at $12 a month for all platforms.
Lastly, this week's honourable mention goes to, Todoist!
Much like the other apps on our list, Todoist compiles tasks and keeps track of priorities
and deadlines.
It will also track your progress over time so you can look back at what you've accomplished
and see where you can improve.
The free version is severely limited, so you'll need to commit to a yearly subscription to
benefit from this app.
Before choosing a To Do List app, identify your own task management style.

Are you in need of a simple checklist or are you looking for some strategies to increase
productivity?
Whatever you choose, a To Do List app is a great tool for a more productive lifestyle.
