Arsenal are on the verge of securing their first summer signing with a £17million move
for the Borussia Dortmund and Greece defender Sokratis, reports say.
Sven Mislintat, Arsenal's head of recruitment, has made defensive reinforcements his priority
ahead of a summer which will be the first in the post-Arsene Wenger era.
The Gunners are yet to confirm Wenger's successor at the Emirates – although Mikel
Arteta has reportedly agreed a deal in principle to become the new manager – but club officials
have wasted no time in drawing up a list of targets.
Sokratis, a player Mislintat knows from his time at Dortmund, has emerged as a top target
and Arsenal are closing in on a deal for the defender, according to Bild.
It is claimed the 29-year-old Greek international is set to sign a two-year deal with the Gunners
as Dortmund prepare to target Abdou Diallo as his replacement.
France U21 star Diallo has impressed for Bundesliga outfit Mainz this season and is attracting
interest from a number of European clubs.
Arsenal's defence has been criticised for a number of years and the club will be without
Laurent Koscielny for at least a half of next season due to injury.
Sokratis, who has spent the last five years at Dortmund, will be out of contract next
summer and talks over an extension broke down last month.
Bild say his move to the Emirates will cost Arsenal around £17m.

aluminum wire is very useful for bonsai making beginners
so
if you are new to making a bonsai
just select a thin aluminum wire
wiring is used to give a shape and style to the bonsai
and
wiring is a method of bending trunks and branches
when the plant is still young
the trunk is bent into the basic shape of a tree
Later
as the plant grows, you can bend the branches
when you are wiring the plant
do not over tight the trunk and branches
after wiring and shaping branches
then
choose a bonsai slap
make a potting wall using clay
after
potting the plant
put the layer of stones
now
removing old soil
don't hurt the roots when you are removing the soil
cut the long roots
place the tee in the slap
and
put the bonsai soil
removing air pockets
to remove the air pockets use a small stick
after planting
place the moss in top of the clay wall
moss will help to keep the soil moisture
and
give the beautiful look to the bonsai
after all
keep the tree in partial shade and sunny area
and
daily water needs to this bonsai
use sprayer to water

John Cena and Nikki Bella were seen together for the first time since the WWE couple split last month, and following Cenas public attempts to win her back.
TMZ obtained a photo of the two walking in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego Saturday after getting cups of coffee.
The couple, who were together for six years, split in April, calling off their wedding that was set for May 5. Bella announced the split on Instagram on April 15, surprising fans after their much-publicized engagement at WesteleMania 33 last year.
After much contemplation and 6 years of being together Nikki Bella and John Cena announced today their decision to separate as a couple, the statement reads.

Since then, Cena has made public attempts to win her back, including an emotional TODAY Show interview. At one point, he told Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford he wanted to be the father of Bellas children.
Cena explained to the hosts how Bella made him a better person.

One reason for the split was reportedly Cenas insistence on not having children, even though Bella wanted to become a mother. During her own appearance on TODAY this week, Bella said planning their wedding brought up many of their differences.
"I think that a lot of us that through the wedding planning process are forced to face all these issues we have just hiding deep down inside," she said.
"I just know that a healthy me would be a healthy us, and I do have hope for a future, but I know right now I need to work on me.".
On Friday, Bella told TMZ she believed Cenas public pleas to get her back proves to her he wants kids, but she is still not 100 percent sure she would marry him.
She wants to make sure their marriage is not just for ratings.
A lot of people get married for publicity. Im not like those reality show people. I dont want to be hesitant. I want to do what my heart says, Bella told TMZ.
