5G technology, fifth generation wireless cellular technology, is coming, and it's coming pretty quickly.

It's going to be pretty exciting.

It's going to make devices more capable of accessing the internet, it's going to deliver

much faster speed than 4G, some say 20X-100X faster than 4G.

Lots of companies are going to benefit here. The most common names would be AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile.

But I think Nokia, even Apple will benefit as people upgrade to 5G-enabled phones.

It's going to be a really exciting trend to watch from an investment perspective,

but also from a consumer perspective, because I think we'll all benefit.

Jason Moser: I'm glad you mentioned Apple there. That's another point with 5G.

I think they're going to be a little bit behind others in getting their devices up to speed.

But once that does happen, that's going to be another catalyst there in the upgrading.

For me, I'm excited about podcasts and where podcasts are heading.

Gross: Shameless plug! Moser: I'm not going to just pat ourselves

on the back here too much, but it's worth

noting that you and Mac and our partners here, you had the senses to make some early bets

in this market back in 2010 and 2011.

And lo and behold, now, in 2019, we've got a full-fledged family of podcasts. They're doing very well.

We've seen Sirius XM acquire Pandora, noting in their call that, to their dismay,

they passed on podcasts for a while.

They admitted that mistake, and they're going to start putting some resources into podcasts

and building out that environment.

I think we're in a day and age now where Netflix really changed the game for content for people

being able to watch what they want, when they want, and where they want.

Now, we're seeing the same thing play out on the audio side.

We're able to give people what they want, where they want it, when they want it.

It's nice to be a part of it.

Now the temple.

To draw attention to it, draw some lines on the ground so that the focus will be on the temple.

Also use the lines for the roofs of the fishermen's huts on the right to lead viewers' focus to the temple.

You must keep in mind what the focal point of the painting is while drawing.

The rest is just for pleasure.

Now I'll draw some clouds in the big sky to represent today's weather.

Some clouds will add some motion in the sky.

This should be enough.

Now I'll start painting.

As I explained in the beginning,

I'll use the effect of both watercolor paint and the pen.

I won't trace the shapes of objects with watercolor paint like I usually do,

because the shapes are already drawn with the pen.

A lot of paint will be used in a big motion to produce colors, brightness,

and the silhouette of the landscape.

Here, can you see the ink dissolve and make the area dark?

This is the fun of watercolor painting.

I'm adding more colors here for the dark silhouette,

so that the temple as the focal point will be visible against the sky.

Watercolor paint becomes brighter when dry.

We need to keep that in mind and use darker colors.

We know that there are a bunch of small objects here and there.

But if we draw too much, then the silhouette of the temple won't stand out.

The side players should be simplified when you paint them.

Make sure that the lines drawn by the pen are still visible.

Paint is only an addition so that the effect of the lines will be maximized.

The front area will be painted in the same way - just like placing paint on it.

Try not to fill in the shape with color.

The white color of the paper can be left as is in the back area.

I have added a human figure here.

I thought it would be an interesting accent.

The temple is shown in dark silhouette.

This is the surface of the water in the port.

I will not use too much color for it.

If you find the effect of the pen insufficient, you can add more lines when the surface is dry.

It will make the painting better.

This is the concrete surface here.

I'll just use a dry brush and paint it roughly.

After, I'll paint some of the background before moving on to the fishermen's huts.

There too are a lot of objects, but I won't draw too much.

The details have already been drawn by pen,

and they will be depicted roughly by color and darkness.

I will now emphasize the temple.

When some paint is roughly used in the front area,

the image of the entire picture is becoming clear.

I'm adding some color to the person.

Now the temple's clear as the focal point.

Today, I have painted this red temple that's worshipped at deeply by fishermen as a focal point.

Both the pen and watercolor paint were used as means of expression.

The pen was used for the lines of shapes and paint for their colors.

It's fun to give different roles to the different painting tools.

Quincy MA real estate update for 2018 by Red Door Real Estate - Duration: 1:22.

Hey everybody, this is Madelene Cheney with Red Door Real Estate

I am here to give you an update on the 2018 real estate market in Quincy

The real estate market in Quincy always continues to be really good but

2018 was definitely another stellar year

The average single family home sold for $510,000

so that is up 9% from 2017 where the average single family home sold for $466,000

If you were in the market to buy a condo,

the average price for condo in Quincy for 2018 was $399,000 so just around $400,000.

for a condo in Quincy.

The biggest thing I think was the days on the market,

properties tended to stay on the market a lot shorter time frame

the average days on the market was only 34 days

34 days total from the day it was listed until it had an actual sales contract signed by a buyer.

That was up, if you look at just 2016 we were at 58 days, so almost 2 months

so it has decreased almost a month in just 2 years.

So you know, places have been staying on the market a little shorter time

sellers seem to be getting a little more money for their properties still

so very curious to see what 2019 will hold for the real estate market in Quincy.
