bull markets do not die of old age the Federal Reserve kills them

you're a liar and a thief

no

murderer

bull markets are fueled by an increase in the money supply spurred on

by access to credit by lowering interest rates, printing money quantitative easing

and buying assets off the open market in the form of securities all these create

an increased money supply pouring over the markets if not managed properly it

will pour too much into one asset housing stocks commodities etc this

creates the bull market in a boom this over influx of money can cause inflation

sometimes rapid inflation to counteract this the Fed will decide to cool the

markets they failed virtually every time to bring the US economy down for a soft

landing like they've claimed that they are designed to do the one time the

Federal Reserve succeeded in this mission was the mid 90s the overheated

market is then cooled by the Fed increasing interest rates and selling

assets back onto the open market and when QE is being implemented shutting

down the printing presses this kills the bull market and the good times come to

an end the effects follow closely behind first money will be tight and soon the

stock market will lose its steam that it was riding on as the money supply

shrinks back and it is no longer able to support the overheated market recession

almost always follows despite the stated objectives of the Federal Reserve to

stabilize the markets the Federal Reserve has failed in its stated

objectives to monitor the monetary policy of the United States of America

and the world the pair of governments Wedding central banks is a sick

manipulation of the people and their trust the Ponzi scheme continues learn

how the dollar has become a Ponzi scheme and why our national debt will never be

repaid

What is FileVault Management? | JumpCloud Video - Duration: 2:07.

Hey, it's Vince with JumpCloud®.

Welcome to another episode of our What Is? video series.

In this episode we'll be talking about FileVault® management.

So, what is FileVault Management?

FileVault management refers to the ability to manage Full Disk Encryption (FDE) on macOS®

devices as well as the secure storage of recovery keys.

FileVault is an Apple® utility that is used to encrypt data stored on a hard drive when

it is at rest or not in use.

With an increasing focus on data security through the past decade, Full Disk Encryption

is quickly becoming an industry security standard for most modern IT organizations.

Add in the popularity of Macs in the office, and it's easy to see how the ability to manage

FileVault throughout and organization can be useful.

The challenge for IT organizations has been that implementing FDE across a fleet of Macs

has been difficult because it's not a fully automated process.

Not only does FDE traditionally have to be enabled for each user and machine, but admins

also need a way to securely store recovery keys.

Thankfully, there is a next generation cloud directory service, which includes a full-fledged

FileVault management Policy.

It's called JumpCloud Directory-as-a-Service® and it has the ability to enable FileVault

2 remotely across Mac fleets, and can also escrow individual recovery keys with ease.

Contact JumpCloud to learn how you can manage FileVault 2 across your Mac fleet with the

Directory-as-a-Service platform.

You can also sign up for a free account and see for yourself.

We offer 10 users free forever to help get you started.

Finally, subscribe to our YouTube channel and continue watching for more JumpCloud videos.

What is the polar vortex? Baltimore Sun - Duration: 0:42.

What is the polar vortex? Baltimore Sun

What is the polar vortex?

Its not a new weather phenomenon — its an area of frigid air and low atmospheric pressure that has always existed over each of Earths poles. But it is making a relatively rare intrusion into the eastern United States, actually the result of warming at the North Pole.

Heres what you need to know about it:

andraquo; It usually strengthens during the winter and can sometimes grow or spill southward. The last dramatic example of that came in 2014, when it repeatedly chilled Maryland with single digit temperatures. Such outbreaks of Arctic cold also intruded into the United States in 1977, 1982, 1985 and 1989.

As Marylanders this week, experts are recommending residents prepare quickly for the extreme cold expected to last through Friday.

Baltimores Interim Health Commissioner Mary Beth Haller issued a Code Blue Extreme Cold declaration Tuesday night until the start of the...

andraquo; The unusually cold weather it brings doesnt disprove global warming — it actually serves as more proof that Earths climate is changing, scientists say. Last month, air temperatures about 20 miles above the North Pole rapidly rose by about 125 degrees as warmer air flowed in from the south. That warmth split the polar vortex, leaving the pieces to wander, some intruding into parts of Europe and Siberia in eastern Russia.

andraquo; Scientists say pieces of the polar vortex are wandering southward more often. A study published year ago in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society looked at decades of the Arctic system and found the polar vortex has weakened more frequently in the past, sending columns of frigid air drifting southward.

Baltimore Sun reporter Scott Dance and the Associated Press contributed to this article.

Three Surprising Ways that Fear is Showing Up in Your Life - Duration: 5:21.

Today I'm talking about three common ways that fear is probably

showing up in your life without you realizing.

Hi, it's Stacey Berger here with Mastering Your Mindset

I am passionate about you living a life you love.

Fear is going to be a player as long as we're growing.

It's going to have a role in our lives.

And one of the things I teach inside of my coaching programs,

the idea of befriending your fear.

It's not trying to get rid of fear, trying to make it go away,

but how to make friends with it.

One of the things with fear is that it can be really tricky.

it doesn't always show up and say, "I'm here to kill your dreams"

"I'm here to make sure you're not going to be happy."

It's more subtle than that. Sometimes what happens

is fear shows up and it disguises itself as practicality.

So today I want to share with you three ways that fear can show up

in your life and really be disguised. So the first way

that fear shows up is through delay.

And delay, it'll say to us, yes that's a really good idea, that's a great goal,

you should really do that, but let's get started on Monday, after the weekend.

Or it's a really busy time of the year, so next month let's get going.

You know, in January, is a great time. And, it delays us.

And so, we say "Yeah, I'll get started on Monday, or tomorrow"

or even it'll say, "Yeah we'll do that in 15 minutes."

"In 15 minutes, we'll make that phone call."

And meanwhile, we get distracted, we do something else, we don't go back to it.

So we want to be really aware of delay.

And one of the ways to really prevent that delay is to take an action.

When you have an idea, when you have a thought, it's grounding that energy

and taking a small step in that moment, and that will really help to overcome that delay.

The second way fear shows up and disguises itself as practicality

is through distraction, and this is a really popular one. You know, the shiny object syndrome.

Where, again, we have an idea, we have a project, we move forward with it,

and we get distracted with other things. Maybe it's with the kids,

maybe it's with the laundry, with social media, it's sometimes with tasks

that are actually quite important that are moving you forward in other areas,

but they're not the activities that are really going to help you move towards your vision.

So we get distracted by other things, often times when you let other people's agendas and ideas

and calendars distract us, and that prevents us from really moving forward.

So we want to notice when we just got distracted.

Maybe we say, I'm going to send out that email, I'm going to make those phone calls,

I'm going to go work out, I'm going to do that thing,

and we realize that we got busy doing other things.

And it's all about bringing your attention back and recommitting.

And once again, just like with the delay,

it's "what's an action I CAN take in this moment?" and that will start to build a momentum.

So we have delay, distraction, and the third one is dissuasion.

Dissuasion is that little voice in our heads, it's usually a pretty critical voice.

It says things like, you don't have the experience. Who do you think you are?

You should just be grateful for what you have. What will people think?

What if you fail? What if you embarrass yourself?

And, that little voice, if we're not careful,

will really prevent us from moving towards our dreams and our vision.

So really really important to be aware of that voice, aware of the conversation that you're

having in your head. And when you notice that it's trying to dissuade

you, trying to talk you out of moving forward,

you want to be firm with that voice. You want to awknowledge it, but instead of

giving your attention to the voice, give your attention to your goals.

Give your attention to your vision. And once again, take a step in that moment to really move you forward.

When we make a decision for a vision, when we make a decision for a goal,

our status quo, our comfort zone is going to rise up.

and that's when fear really shows up, when we're about to grow.

Fear is not going to go away. And again, often times it will disguise

itself as practicality - it will delay us, it will distract us, it will dissuade us.

And so really, really important to be able to notice when those things are happening,

refocus on your vision, and take a step.

So what's your biggest distraction? Comment below,

Share what those distractions are, you're not alone!

And let's really support each other and build that community. And once you realize

what that distraction is, what's an action step you can take today

in service of your vision. Make sure you're serving your vision every day

with action. And if this serves you, make sure you like the video, share it with a friend,

and here is to your success.

Prince Harry OPENS UP on fatherhood and Meghan Markle baby - 'Clock is ticking' - Duration: 3:16.

THE Duke of Sussex, in his role of Commonwealth Youth Ambassador, has opened up about his

impending fatherhood while meeting young people from across the Commonwealth at a roundtable

discussion at Lancaster House in London where he was welcomed by African drumming.

Prince Harry said he was growing increasingly aware of his responsibility for the world

as he and Meghan Markle prepared to welcome their first baby.

He said: "As someone who is about to become a father, I am acutely aware of our shared

responsibility to make this world more resilient and its inhabitants more accountable for the

next generation.

There is now, more than ever, a pressing urgency to saving the planet - the clock, as you all

know, is ticking."

Addressing the group of 30 attendees who represented countries such as Fiji, India and Ghana, Harry

said he was "more passionate than ever about the huge opportunity we have here: to empower

young people across the Commonwealth".

He added: "You are all already doing the work and it is our job to ensure that your views

are being heard and acted upon, at the highest levels.

"You are working to secure your own futures - and those who hold the levers of change

are starting to recognise the enormous, relatively untapped value in what you are doing."

He said: "What I have come to understand so deeply is that all health is interconnected

- our mental health, our planet's health, the health of our communities.

"We do not survive, and certainly do not thrive, without the acknowledgement and understanding

that, in addressing one problem, we are paradoxically solving another.

"It's all interconnected.

That we are all interconnected.

That in tackling the core issue, we solve a multitude of challenges.

This applies to education, stigmatisation, and our greatest asset - the environment."

The event, which has been hosted by Lord Tariq Ahmed, Minister of State for the Commonwealth,

gave the Duke an opportunity to hear from young people about issues close to them.

The discussion is also focussed on how the Commonwealth can keep up momentum in working

towards their ambition set out at the Youth Forum in 2018.

Lancaster House is a mansion in the St James's district in the West End of London.

Last year, Prince Harry revealed that Meghan Markle will be joining him in his work as

youth ambassador to the Commonwealth.

The duke was appointed Commonwealth Youth Ambassador by the Queen in April 2018 and

opened the 2018 Youth Forum in London.

During the three-day event, young leaders from Commonwealth countries set goals on issues

such as tackling youth unemployment to enhancing youth-led action on marine pollution.

Wednesday's roundtable was an opportunity for the young leaders to assess their progress

so far.
