Job Search for Veterans - Duration: 1:10.[piano music]
Voiceover: To most of you,
these codes don't mean anything.
You've probably never seen them
or even heard of them.
But 7% of you have.
The 7% that spend weeks and months
away from friends and family,
miss holidays and birthdays,
weddings and anniversaries.
The 7% that sleep in the cold,
sleep in the rain,
and sometimes, don't sleep at all.
The 7% that keep the rest of us safe.
You know what these codes mean
because each of you has one of your own.
No simple code can define who you are.
But now, it can help you search for whatever's next.

Squash 101 - Top Tips for a Perfect Squash Warm-Up - Duration: 3:47.So in this week's playlist we're going to be taking a look at the warm-up we're
going to discuss what it is, why it's important and we're gonna go through an
example of a three stage warm-up that's going to be specific to squash to allow
you to get physically and mentally ready for your training or games. So the three
stages we'll be looking at with our warm-up is gonna be firstly our initial
pulse raiser secondly we're going into our dynamic
mobility and then thirdly it's our specific or a secondary pulse raiser.
A good way to remember and think about those three stages of the warm-up is
with the acronym ramp so the R is raise that's our initial pulse raising that a
is activate so that's when we're doing as part of our sort of mobility routine
actually getting a few of the muscles firing getting the glutes working the M
then becomes mobilise which is sort of mobilising those key muscles around
the hip the ankle the shoulder those muscles that we're going to be using as
part of the game and then finally the P is our potentiate that's getting the
body finally ready that kind of specific sprints and ghosting so again when you
go into that first rally you're ready to perform at your very best.
Probably one of the biggest errors that I see people make as part of their warmup is
to make the mobility component a little bit too static so they're kind of
standing still and and stretching and going through those sort of traditional
hamstring stretches quad stretches what we're looking at with our dynamic
mobility is to be a lot more active we want to be getting the muscles working a
much more sort of natural way movement based and making sure as well we're not
standing still letting the heart rate drop by moving that heart rate elevation
we've got in the first part of a warm-up we're going to maintain that throughout
this second part so for the mobility section of our warmup here you can see
Adrian's trying to work across those key areas that are important for the squash
players we're looking here at leg swings for the hip we can work those front and
back as well so working side to sides we start of working the the adductors the
abductors Adrian now turns to the side and those are sort of front and back
working more to the hip flexors the glutes we're sort of working all of
those muscles all in and around that that hip joint complex there
another one we can work with is the knee to chest heel to floor so again we're
still working around the hip bringing a little bit of working for the ankle you
can see Adrian's getting his heel down to the floor now to kind of mobilise
those muscles in and around the calf just sort of driving that leg up...
Now the good one is to sort of work on an opening and closing of the hips are sort
of stepping up and round and round then back you'll see football players often
do this one to sort of release those muscles in and around the groin area and
again you've got various sort of lunges you can bring in as well so lunging
through making it specific just sort of gradually increasing that range of
motion through your lunge action you can add in sort of twists and turns into
this as well to make it a little bit more specific to the game the other
thing that we look at as part of this mobility section going back to our ramp
acronym is that activate element so what we've got adrian doing here is his
hip thrust ease glute bridges so he's pushing up through the back side through
those big powerful glute muscles and squeezing at the top there is holding it
just for two or three seconds each time and what we're trying to do here is
really getting those glutes firing those big powerful muscles on the back of the
body by doing this adrian is engaging those muscles and then getting them
ready to activate when he actually comes in to his match

Arsenal transfer news: Major update on PSG and Gunners negotiations for Christopher Nkunku - Duration: 1:57.The Gunners want to bring the talented French youth in before the window shuts at 11pm tonight.
And crucially, the player is keen to move to the Emirates too where he would be reunited with Unai Emery.
The manager knows him well from his time in charge at the Parc des Princes.
Having confirmed the loan signing of winger Denis Suarez from Barcelona, Nkunku is now getting Arsenal's full attention.
There is no hope over Yannick Carrasco or Ivan Perisic any more, but the PSG ace could still sign in time.
However, there are issues between Arsenal and the Ligue 1 champions.
Once again frustratingly for Gunners supporters, there are financial problems to overcome.
According to journalist and French football expert Matt Spiro, Arsenal and PSG are worlds apart on their valuation for a buy option.
The Gunners have made it clear they will not pay for any permanent signings this month or commit to an obligation to buy in the summer.
But they managed to agree an option for Suarez worth around £20m.
Arsenal have proposed a deal to PSG since which would see them take Nkunku on loan with the option to buy for £17.4m.
The French club, though, want significantly more, and it remains to be seen if a compromise will be reached.
The Gunners have little time left to close what would seem to be a large divide in valuations.
Spiro adds Nkunku is still hoping to seal a loan to Arsenal today.
However, Arsenal fans may have to settle for landing just Suarez in the January window as they look to strengthen their chances of a top-four finish.
Chelsea's 4-0 drubbing at Bournemouth pushed Emery's team up into fourth spot last night, while they are still in the Europa League too.

WHY I HAVE NOT POSTED ANY VIDEOS FOR AWHILE - Duration: 2:38.Hi everyone how's it going.
Serge Siou here and welcome to mac Studio A.
This video is very difficult for me to do and hope to get through it as best I can.
To my loyal YouTube subscribers and viewers, since I haven't posted any videos lately,
I'll like to share with you to the reason why.
In early December 2018, I was going to be posting a video in celebration for reaching
5K YouTube subscribers and also announcing that my son and I were going to be vlogging
together, on projects and topics related to creating Time lapse videos from still images.
Sadly; on December 16th 2018, my 17 year old son Patrick, past away in a tragic drowning accident.
Needless to say, this has affected me tremendously in a big big way and there's not one minute
of everyday that I don't think of him.
I hear people grieve in many different ways, personally; as a way of trying to ease my
pain, I will try to work on posting time lapse videos created from photos, like the one I'll
be showing shortly.
Whether I'll be vlogging about it along the way, well, I'll just have to see how I feel.
For the moment, I just ask that you bare with me as I try dealing with this tragedy.
I have my good days and my bad days.
I'll now like to leave you with the first time lapse video that Patrick and I created
and worked on together, where he chose the music and scenes.
