North Korea should use Yeongbyeon nuclear complex for civilian use: Hecker - Duration: 2:10.

Going back to last week's inter-Korean summit.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un announced some concrete denuclearization measures, including

a conditional shutdown of the regime's main nuclear complex.

One expert who is very familiar with the North's nuclear programs,... had some different views

on what can be done with such facilities.

Park Hee-jun shares with us his remarks.

Doctor Siegfried Hecker, an American nuclear scientist,... says North Korea's conditional

shutdown of its Yeongbyeon Nuclear Complex would be a very positive sign that demonstrates

its willingness to denuclearize.

Hecker made the remarks on Thursday during a special lecture hosted by the Yonsei Institute

for North Korean Studies.

He's visited the complex four times.

And from what he's seen first-hand,... it's functional with some relatively new facilities,

which makes it quite a big concession.

"If North Korea actually follows through with shutting down,... and they said dismantle…

that's a very big deal.

That would be a huge step of showing that North Korea is actually serious about rolling

back its nuclear program."

But he has doubts on whether North Korea will ever give it up.

Hecker notes how the complex was an enormous investment for the regime,... both in terms

of money and pride.

Instead, he suggests allowing the North to maintain it partially,... and convert it from

military use to civilian purposes and space programs.

"In my opinion, the risk of letting them keep some of the civilian nuclear facility is worth

the potential benefit by working jointly with them in those facilities.

And it would be the best chance in eventual verification."

According to Hecker's ten-year framework,... that needs to be achieved through a long process

of negotiations that encourages North Korea to make such concrete steps.

Under the phased approach,... North Korea will be convinced to demilitarize its Yeongbyeon

complex.

And ultimately,... Hecker says that will turn nuclear weapons from a "treasured sword" to

an "unnecessary burden" that North Korea can let go.

impulses sitting still I've been there I know and love that child that intense

energy the focus and impulse control can be exhausting and all of these issues

can relate to ADD or ADHD so today I'm going to share some natural remedies

that can help you naturally support focus attention and impulse control hi

you know for kids I always dilute it just a little bit if sleep is an issue

just put it top of the head the sides of the ears and then finally our Calm blend

is kind of the fastest most quickly working blend that you can either smell

or apply over your heart if focus is an issue you know in

addition to healing the gut and reducing gut inflammation which helps to reduce

brain inflammation there are some other oils that work really well for focus we

have an Attention blend that was specifically formulated for ADD also

Focus, Brain Boost and citrus oils like lemon and orange oil are really great

for ADD kids not from really intuitive so if it smells good to them it will

often work well for them you know we kind of all crave what we need in our

bodies like if we're craving chocolate we might need magnesium or if we crave

Easy Fruity Ice Cream Recipe For Kids At Home & Healthy Ice Cream Making - Duration: 9:23.

Hi Guys, today I am in Kitchen. I will do something today.

The one I like the most is the one candy so I'm going to make an ice cream today.

And here are the ingredients and machines we will use.

These are the ingredients. Four pieces of bananas. Two packs of whipped cream. And three packets of cream stiff.

And pudra sugar. We still need a bowl, a mixer. I push the ingredients aside.

And the most important thing is ice cream maker.

We have to cut the bananas and you need an adult or the help you cut.

And the bananas have to we are here in the mixer reintun so that he is the prisst.

And, let's start.

The bananas are ready for pressing.

Yes, guys. The bananas are ready now.

So I like when I eat the ice cream with coconut and chocolate.

I think, it tastes delicious.
