Jonathan Hunsaker: Curious about when the best time is to take your supplements?

Stay tuned for the answer.

Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx.

And thanks again for watching.

Do you ever wonder when the best time of day is to take your supplements?

Should you take them all at once?

With a meal?

On an empty stomach?

Let's go to Doc to get the answer.

Dr. Daniel Nuzum: Let's say you're taking supplements for digestive support.

If you're trying to support digestion, you want to start earlier in the day.

We want to get digestion working really well in the morning so that things are completely

digested by the time you go to bed at night.

If you're taking supplements that are to support energy or your hormone balance,

and things like that, you don't want to take them right before you go to bed at night.

They can keep you awake, right?

Let's say you were trying to reduce inflammation

or trying to help the body metabolize things properly,

so it doesn't have such a powerful inflammatory response.

Again, that's something you want to start earlier in the day and work through the day.

Most of these supplements are best taken right before you eat.

Before a meal is when they're best.

Because of their prebiotic component, they help prepare the digestive tract

for the food you're going to eat.

"Is it okay for me to just take all my supplements at once?"

Well, the answer to that is it shouldn't harm you, but your body absorbs things

in small amounts more frequently.

If you want to get more of something into your system,

you want to expose your body to that, small amounts of it throughout the day.

So, it's best to split things up instead of taking everything all at one time.

"If I'm taking two Turmeric 3D a day, do I take two in the morning, or two at night,

or do I take one twice a day?"

The best, I would do divided doses.

Morning and evening would be how I would take the supplements.

Even if I was taking everything in the Organixx line, I would divide it up into two doses

or three doses throughout the day.

Okay, so in the Organixx line, I would take like Turmeric 3D, 7M+, and E-Plexx would be

supplements I would take earlier in the day.

Most of the other supplements, you could take evening, morning, mid-day.

Jonathan Hunsaker: Once again, thanks, Doc.

To be baptized is your own decision - Duration: 2:35.

To sin or not to sin, to follow and obey Jesus or to do as you please are your own decisions.

Nobody can force you or do it for you.

If you wish to follow Jesus and have the hope of eternal life, you have to do what Jesus

requires.

Jesus requires that those who wish to follow Him repent(turn away) form all sin, stop sinning,

be baptized in water and live in obedience to His commands(His teachings).

You have to obey what Jesus commanded, as it is also recorded in the gospels, Matthew,

Mark, Luke and John. Those are the conditions for the hope of salvation.

If you disobey, or only partly obey Jesus Christ, you cannot follow Him and you will

not have eternal life, you will not enter His kingdom.

Believing in Jesus and confessing that you believe in Him, will not save you, if you

do not obey Him.

Infant baptism is invalid.

You have to be baptized by your own decision and your own confession of faith in Jesus,

or else it is meaningless.

Baptism itself does not save you, but disobeying Jesus disqualifies you for entry into heaven.

Baptism is not about the person doing the baptizing but about the person being baptized.

Any fellow follower of Jesus can baptize you.

It need not be a member of a church or a person ordained by a church organization.

If you want to have salvation you have to follow and obey Jesus all the way, until the

end.

Have you been baptized after believing in Jesus and repenting of sin?

May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real.

I am here to introduce you to Jesus Christ so that you can know Him, follow Him and have

eternal life.

May Jesus bless you.

This is Medellín! [Medellín - Colombia - Episode 7] - Duration: 7:07.

Hello María!

Do you see the little alligator or not?

Yes!

There's an alligator!

No, Max!

No, don't bite me!

We've been in Medellín for four days already and we extended out stay,

because we really like it here.

Yesterday we went to dance salsa, it was amazing!

Although the level of salsa was over the chart!

and we were very bad, but still... we had a lot of fun

and today we are in the botanic garden

and I'm with my friend.

Sorry!

She doesn't like that!

The botanic gardens are very nice;

today there's a fair going on,

some sort of book fair or something cultural. It's very nice!

And I'm going to spin the wheel!

You won, María!

Here's your prize!

Two!?

Yeah, because I won as well.

Medellín is called the eternal Spring city,

obviously because of the nice temperature that they've got here all year round.

And we've been lucky with the weather so far, but right now it's raining, so...

So we'll just chill here!

and we'll see you later!

Bye!

Bye!

Today we have escaped the busy streets of Medellín,

taking the cable car to arrive to Parque Arví,

which is an amazingly big forest

only 15 minutes away from the busy streets of Medellín.

Let's have a look!

These are all the things you won't see in our video today!

Hahaha!

And once again, it's us walking alone in the forest!

Easy peasy!

Hey! that was not an incredible walk, but at least we escaped from the pollution of the city.

Yeah, we arrived a bit late here, so we decided to go for the free walk

instead of hiring a guide and we've done basically the the trail that was for free.

So yeah, we've seen a couple of waterfalls: not too incredible...

We've seen a couple of birds: nothing too major...

Anyway, let's go back to the city!

Today we're going for a free walking tour in an interesting district of Medellín.

Come with us!

We're in Comuna 13 today, we're visiting this neighborhood,

which used to be one of the most violent places in Medellín.

It's recovered incredibly well, it's now full of graffiti art

and break dancing, and lots of activities... and we are loving it!

What do you think?

We lost the group!

Hiiii!

Hiii!

Our friend Vanessa!

From Colombia.

Santander de Quilichao, Cauca, in the house!

Very well, very well!

María, where is our group?

Further!

Say hi!

Hiii!

The tour was very good, we really enjoyed it!

Yeah, David was our guide and he's been great!

Whoah! You can follow on Instagram, like Zippy Tour 13! Whoah!

Cool guys, see you later!

What is a Transaction? - Duration: 3:10.

What do we mean when we talk about a transaction in real estate? Or, simply,

what is a transaction? This seems like really basic terminology, but I'm a firm

believer there are no foolish questions, only fools that never ask. Transactions

coming up next. My name is Jason Allen-Rouman, and I'm a real estate agent in

beautiful Palm Springs, California. In short, a transaction is what we in the

industry called the exchange of real property for money between a buyer and a

seller. Now, you'll sometimes hear us talk about "the deal", as in we've got a deal or

"the sale", as in the sale is going to go through tomorrow. But transaction is

perhaps a more technically accurate word, and one that all of the supporting

businesses tend to use. For example, your escrow officer isn't inclined to use the

term like deal in a conversation with you about your purchase or sale. It just

doesn't make sense for them. For that matter, your title officer won't either.

They're all working on the elements of transferring money for property between

the two parties, not hammering out a deal. That's already been done. You, with your

real estate agent's help and guidance, have already negotiated the bulk of your

agreement long before the escrow officer, title officer, or any lender gets into

the meat of the actual exchange. Once in escrow, we're all just facilitating the

transaction that's been defined by the purchase agreement. And if you want a

great explanation of a California purchase agreement, I have a separate

video on that. In the end, the word transaction speaks to what's happening

during the escrow period and is really just a tidy term that sums up the thing

that formally occurs between a buyer and a seller when real property is exchanged.

I hope this explanation helps. Real estate has lots of confusing terminology.

And if you have a word or a concept you don't understand, please tell us about it

in the comment section below, and we'll do our best to explain it. If

we can't help you ourselves, we'll work to find someone in our network across

the US and Canada who can. And of course, if you're looking for a real estate

agent in the Coachella Valley, we'd be honored to interview for the job. That's

all for now, and don't forget to hit the LIKE button if you found this video

future videos that we publish. Thanks for watching.
