Mark Lawrenson is tipping Arsenal to claim a 2-0 win over Watford in their Premier League
clash at The Emirates on Saturday.
The Gunners have been in good form in recent weeks and have won their last six games in
all competition under new boss Unai Emery after a difficult start to the new campaign.
Arsenal claimed a 3-1 win over Brentford at The Emirates on Wednesday night as they claimed
their spot in the fourth round of the competition.
The north London side have also won their last four games in the Premier League after
having lost their opening top flight games against Manchester City and Chelsea FC.
And former Liverpool FC star Lawrenson is backing Arsenal to continue their good form

instead ten days past where all this nonsense is coming out you know down in
gangs I'm on boats in Rhode Island I mean it's a Colorado
you know I'm sighted all over the place and these things are printed and run
breathlessly by cable news you know I wanted to hearing the next day my
family's been destroyed by this senator destroyed whoever wants you know
whatever the committee decides
immediately I'm all-in immediately and that terrible and hard part of this is
when we get an allegation we're not in a position to prove it or disprove it
therefore we have to depend on some outside authority for it
and it would just seem to me then when these allegations came forward that you
would want the FBI to investigate those claims and clear it up once and for all

just so you know the FBI doesn't reach a conclusion they would give you a couple

this remarkable day Brett Kavanaugh too stepped away from the microphone in the
Senate hearing room he spent three and a half hours there it was a remarkable
moment stunning in many ways like without precedent in the lifetimes of
many who watched it until this afternoon Kavanagh had struck many who watched him
as bookish and academic the classic temperament of a federal judge he
emerged though this afternoon transformed a man on fire fighting with
everything he had to save his family himself in the presumption of innocence
Cavanaugh began his testimony today with an unequivocal denial of the allegations
against him I did not sexually assault kristinb Leslie Ford or anyone else at
any time he said his voice rising the charges are false but then Cavanaugh did
something entirely unexpected he broadened his response and he aimed it
directly at the Senate Democrats sitting before him this confirmation process has
become a national disgrace the Constitution gives the Senate an
important role in the confirmation process but you have replaced advice and
consent with Search and Destroy since my nomination in July there's been
a frenzy on the left to come up with something anything to block my
confirmation shortly after I was nominated the Democratic Senate leader
said he would quote oppose me with everything he's got a Democratic senator
on this committee publicly publicly referred to me as evil evil think about
that word and said that those who supported me were quote complicit and
evil another Democratic senator on this committee said quote judge Kavanagh is
your worst nightmare a former head of the Democratic National Committee said
quote judge Kavanagh will threaten the lives of millions of Americans for
decades to come I understand the passions of the moment
but I would say to those senators your words have meaning millions of Americans
listened carefully to you given comments like those is it any surprise that
people have been willing to do anything to make any physical threat against my
family to send any violent email to my wife to make any kind of allegation
it's me and against my friends to blow me up and take me down you sowed the
wind for decades to come I fear that the whole country will reap
the whirlwind no Supreme Court nominee has spoken like this in memory not even
Clarence Thomas but then none has been accused more
recklessly or with less evidence than Brett Kavanaugh has and he did nothing
to hide his rage this whole two-week effort has been a
calculated and orchestrated political hit fueled with apparent pent-up anger
about President Trump and the 2016 election fear that has been unfairly
stoked about my judicial record revenge on behalf of the Clintons and millions
of dollars in money from outside left-wing opposition groups this is a
circus the consequences will extend long past my nomination the consequences will
be with us for decades this grotesque and coordinated character assassination
will dissuade competent and good people of all political persuasions from
serving our country and as we all know in the United States political system of
the early 2000s what goes around comes around I am an optimistic guy I always
try to be on the sunrise side of the mountain to be optimistic about the day
that is coming but today I have to say that I fear for the future though
throughout the hearing he categorically denied her claims about him Kavanagh
showed no animus personally toward Christine Ford instead in one of the
most riveting moments of the day he explained how his family had prayed for
her I'm not questioning that dr. Ford may have been sexually assaulted by some
person in some place at some time but I have never done
to her or to anyone that's not who I am it is not who I was
I am innocent of this charge I intend no ill-will to dr. Ford in her family the
other night Ashley and my daughter Liza said their prayers and little Liza all
10 years old said to Ashley we should pray for the woman it's a lot of wisdom
from a 10 year old we mean we mean no ill will behind him as he spoke but cab
knows mother wept with emotion Cavanaugh concluded his remarks today as he'd
begun them defiantly I will not be intimidated into withdrawing from this
process you've tried hard you've given it your all no one can question your
effort but you're coordinated and well-funded effort to destroy my good
name and destroy my family will not drive me out the vile threats of
violence against my family will not drive me out you may defeat me in the
final vote but you'll never get me to quit never Democrats the room seemed
stunned by Cavanaugh's remarks and for a moment they seemed thrown back on their
heels but not for long ranking member Dianne Feinstein began the questioning
for Democrats she seemed to suggest that Cavanaugh was secretly a sexual predator
reading from a script' Feinstein referred to a woman called Julie sweat
Nick was a college student in suburban Washington when Brett Kavanaugh was in
high school yesterday as we told you sweating and claimed that she witnessed
at least 10 public gang rapes in which Brett Kavanaugh was supposedly present
and participating it was a remarkable charge and yet Feinstein never mentioned
that part of sweat and exclaimed why is that well because the story is
ridiculous it clashes with Commons it is lunatic nobody believes it so
Feinstein let that left that part out in order to smear Cavanaugh in front of the
world and omitted highly relevant information about his accuser indeed the
entire accusation it was reprehensibly dishonest behavior especially for u.s.
senator and Cavanaugh all but said so I'm talking about getting the evidence
and having the evidence looked at and I don't understand well you know we hear
from the witnesses but the FBI isn't interviewing them and isn't giving us
any facts so all we have you're interviewing me you're you're doing it
senator I'm sorry to interrupt but you're doing it that's that there's no

there was the oleaginous senator from New Jersey a man who once admitted
molesting a girl in high school sitting there accusing someone else of molesting
a girl in high school there are dark elements that allow
unconscionable levels of unacceptable levels of sexual assault and harassment
you are opening up to open air hurt and pain that goes on across this country as
you were speaking truth if this country needs to understand it'd be interesting
to hear that the girl Cory Booker says he molested speak her truth in an open
hearing we eagerly await that testimony hopefully soon then there was the
Bloodless senator from Connecticut the guy repeatedly lied about serving in
Vietnam his best to impugn another man's
integrity false in one thing false in everything meaning in jury instructions
that we some of us as prosecutors heard many times is told the jury that they
can disbelieve a witness if they find him to be false in one thing so the core
of why we're here today really is credibility the core of why we're here
is an allegation for which the four witnesses present have all said it
didn't happen false in one thing false in many things if your senator
Blumenthal can you even imagine saying something like that what kind of lack of
self-awareness would it take to say something like that it remarkable
underneath all of this though hung the most obvious question the day was nobody
asked out loud who did this to christine fort Democrats claimed they held these
hearings for her because they care deeply about her well-being it was
Democrats who leaked her name to the press against her wishes and dragged her
into this Maelstrom who did that well likely someone in dianne feinstein's
office feinstein claims she was not involved she'd like the presumption of
innocence on that okay so who was it if you care about Christine Ford about all
victims of sexual assaults you'd be very anxious to know maybe we could have a
new investigation too that Republicans would start with immediately like
tomorrow with Democrats participate in an investigation to find out who leaked
Christine Ford's name to the press probably not they seem strikingly
uninterested in talking about Christine for today they rarely asked about her
when Judge Cavanaugh was on the set instead they peppered Kavanagh with
questions about his Georgetown Prep yearbook and how much beer he drank in
high school in college here's one of his responses to that line of questioning I
never sexually assaulted anyone there is a bright line between drinking beer
which I gladly do in which I fully embrace and sexually assaulting someone
which is a violent crime if every American who drinks beer or every
American who drank beer in high school is suddenly presumed guilty of sexual
Balt will be an ugly new place in this country I never committed sexual assault
when they weren't demanding answers at his high school yearbook Democrats
stalled for time they did that by demanding yet another FBI investigation
into Cavanaugh why aren't you also asking the FBI to
investigate these claims judge Cavanaugh will you support an FBI investigation
right now you could actually just get this open so that we can talk to these
witnesses and the FBI can do it instead of us are you willing to ask the White
House to authorize the FBI to investigate the claims that have been
made against you an FBI investigation sounds reasonable it would be the
seventh FBI investigation that has looked deeply into Brett Cavanaugh's
personal conduct he was once staff secretary the
president and at the highest level of security clearance this country gives
one that gave him access to America's nuclear codes he got that clearance
because the FBI spoke at length to a cross-section of everyone he'd ever met
going back to high school and earlier and there were no hints of sexual
assaults none there's nothing left to investigate here everyone knows that
this is a political tactic and it's disingenuous why are they doing it well
simple Democrats know that if the vote on Brett Kavanagh has held soon he will
be confirmed if it is delayed by pointless FBI investigations being
demanded by demagogues in bad faith he will not be confirmed because the
accusations will never end the incentive to make them is too strong you'll see
more anonymous claims that he led gang rapes on sailboats in Rhode Island or
whatever and this grotesque circus will continue our ancient standards of
justice will further degrade with the help of the Senate Democratic conference
but Democrats will retain power and that is the point is the only point of all of
this but for now and until and if that happens no Republican senator who
watched Brett Kavanaugh testify today is likely to vote against him those who did
would be quickly punished by voters many viewers at home wept as they watched
Cavanaugh speak today maybe you did as you saw those of us who have been
falsely accused of sexual assault by strangers on
understood well the feeling of terror and loneliness that's shown on captain
oz face prove you didn't do it or everything you have will be taken from
you by force that's not an easy task for anyone Cavanaugh came as close as a man
can to clearing his own name he didn't get a lot of help from Senate
Republicans other than Lindsey Graham the next time you're falsely accused of
a crime don't ask them for backup but Cavanaugh did it all himself he had no
choice as his life collapsed around him he stood bravely and he spoke clearly
and it's hard to imagine a fiercer test of a man's character than that

so one of the fun things about having a YouTube channel if I'm being honest is
the fact that companies want to send you stuff all the time my response back to
every email I get from any company or any person wants to send me something to
review is simply feel free to send it I will check it out if I like it I will
make a video about it if I don't I will not and that's been always how I want to
do things I want to this channel to be completely honest I don't want to unbox
things and review products that suck just because someone sent them to me for
free but every once in a while I get one I'd say probably maybe 5% 10% of things
people send me I actually think are worth telling you about and this is one
of them the link star Rx 11 TD is an LED light
that is controllable dimmable extremely soft when you want it but extremely
bright when you also need it this light is not gonna be intended for anyone that
does wedding filmmaking or specifically for the use in speeches their first
dance as any of that this is not for that but for people that do YouTube
content or do commercial work or anyone looking for a nice soft light this light
has been extremely impressive to me and just the kind of three to five days that
I've had it and it's a light that I've been really really impressed with for a
very small price point for me when I'm looking at lights for interviews or
YouTube content or anything where I'm looking for just a very natural-looking
light I wanted to be very controllable I want it to be temperature controlled so I
can really match what the room is actually showing the actual light in the
room and I wanted to just be portable and small and lightweight and when
this company sent me this actual light to try I figured well it can't really be
very good for 270 bucks because I know that lights can be really expensive but
I've been blown away by it and I wanted to tell you about it because if you can
find an affordable light that works really really well I think it's
something you should absolutely add to your bag so I wanted to just kind of
briefly tell you about what I like and then per usual there's a link down below
click on it I get a small commission if you buy it from Amazon just from
affiliate links which I always appreciate but overall I just think it's
a great light and I wanted to tell you about it so as I mentioned I'm always
looking for a nice soft light that is controllable and this does exactly that
you can do from zero to 100% intensity and then you
can change the actual color temperature between 3300 and 5600 Kelvin so you can
get a nice warm light or you can get a very daylight balance type of light
right now I'm being lit by just a window on the side of my office here this light
is currently not on so this right here is the main unit that you actually use
to control the lights you control their brightness the color temperature all
that it would've been nice if this was a little bit smaller just because it's
kind of big but maybe there's some technology in here that is requiring it
to be that I don't really know that like tech stuff of how to make things I just
know how to use them and so it's a little big but I do like it I like that
they included this little handle on it or or whatever this is because I like to
be able to hang it like on the light stand itself if I'm using it so I can
kind of quickly control it and have just control of it so that's really nice got
a nice long power cable probably 20 feet or so if I'm estimating I love when
things come with long power cables because I don't have to have as many
extension cords it can also be used with like V mount battery systems so the cool
thing is you could actually use this without having to plug into a wall I
don't have any V mount stuff so that's not really something I need but I may
consider getting one if I use this light more and I want to bring it with me
because it is nice having a small portable light that can fold up and yet
can also run on battery power that could be really good for like remote locations
and things what's cool about this is this is made up of tons and tons of
little LEDs LEDs obviously stay cool they're never hot so you can pack it up
as soon as you're done you could leave running for a long time it barely uses
electric and because their LEDs they are controllable with different color
temperatures and that's a huge perk to me because no situation is always
perfect daylight that you can just always use daylight and I don't like
having to use gels when I'm doing running gun stuff I like to be able to
set it up quickly and adjust it and this does really give that this is actually
like a flexible flexible light so it like rolls up which is really nice for
packing and then it goes on to this little frame here just to actually use
it and then it just has a standard mount that you can use on a c-stand or light
stand whatever you want so I just have it on kind of a cheap little light stand
here it's only twenty bucks this light stands and I keep this just kinda in my
office and then this whole thing just pops right off and it rolls up and is
super portable which is great because you can pack this whole thing into a
backpack and be ready to bring it with you but if I turned it on here
obviously my exposure probably will get a little messed up you can see here on
the remote itself you have the actual color temperature that you want to dial
in and then next to that you have the percentage of how bright the light is
so right now is that 2% and it goes all the way up to a hundred percent and
that's really nice because you get flexibility and brightness and obviously
it will blow me out if I make this insanely bright but it gets really
bright so that looks horrible but you get my point
I found most times that in all the videos that I've been using it and
shooting it for in my studio and for YouTube and all these different videos
most times I have it below 15% because it just is it's a bright light and yet
it's very soft I'm amazed of how I can turn it on six or seven percent put it
really close to me and just get a very natural look it looks like window light
it looks like it's just really well lit but yet it's not like it doesn't look
like a light it's really really nice for that you can obviously adjust the
temperature from 5600 all the way down to 3300 actually 3000 I'm sorry and then
that's just you're much warmer late you can see that some of the lights half the
lights are designed for that color temperature and the other half are
designed for the daylight color temperature and then they just vary
according to what you're looking for so if you're in daylight like I am you kind
of have it on 5600 you can use it kind of as a nice soft light nice fill light
if I put it over here and put it really low intensity it would be kind of just a
nice fill so you can see there's there's no light whatsoever
here's just a nice soft little fill light on my cheek and that's at 1% 1%
intensity now if I shut my windows real quick you can see that if I put this at
5,600 and I go to just 1% look at that like 1% is giving me almost like the
feel of what it was with the window open 1% and you can see how it's very natural
you see if I turn this off entirely and go back to the actual initial shot with
the window showing and that's back to daylight this right here is just another
sampling just how versatile the light is so my setup now
is this is actually just directly above me on a c-stand about eight feet off the
ground or so there's the camera in front of me there's my little monitor but look
at how even this is actually lighting the entire room and even in this
situation most times you have issues with getting shadows under the eyes and
because this light is so soft it's amazing how I can put it above me only
at ten percent battery and it's even enough that it will light a whole
interview maybe for a podcast setup or just an additional soft light to use to
light up background stuff but it's just really really even if I turn the light
off to show you the difference so you can get a feel for it
that's no light at all and that's light but here's where I think it's most
impressive if I turn off all the lights in the office the only light is a tiny
bit of light you can see coming in from the side here this is obviously not how
it ever shoot a video but if I turn this light on at just 2% and just have it
right next to the camera here it's really soft like it's very
natural-looking and I just and I think you'll probably agree that that's a
really nice little look it's not that I would necessarily make this like my
interview setup but the fact that the light can produce this kind of nice soft
light at just two percent intensity it's just something I think is really really
cool so so when you buy the whole light kit on Amazon you get the light itself
you get the bracket on the back you get this little L bracket that allows you to
have some flexibility in the angle that it's at the power cable obviously comes
with it and you also get a little bag that you can actually carry it in so the
only thing it doesn't come with is a light stand itself but if you pair it
with something like this cheap little impact stand I have not super sturdy I
wouldn't like put this insanely high because this light stands really junky
but it's good for just a light like this because I don't know how much just light
weighs but it's it's it's like nothing it's like a waterproof material so I
don't know if you should use it outside but it's not gonna be a big deal if it I
don't know I'm not gonna recommend using anything electric outside but you get my
point and you literally can just take this off it just comes right off this
little thing here rolls up and it's ready to be used and that's it so yeah
I'm always excited to bring you things that I think might be useful for your
video production especially if they're affordable so I recommend that if you
are youtuber or if you have a video production company and you're looking
for a nice light to either add to your rig or maybe even use it go ahead and
pick one of these up it just it's a great little light for the price under
300 bucks for a really good working light is an incredible steel to me so
