Arsenal ready to use Ramsey money to fund move for £18m replacement | AFC News - Duration: 1:28.
Arsenal could use the money raised from a January sale of one midfielder to try and
land a Sevilla star, a report claims.
Aaron Ramsey is expected leave Arsenal at the end of the season, with reports claiming
that there is no new contract offer on the table for the midfielder.
The Gunners are now preparing to lose the 27-year-old on a free next summer, after a
sudden breakdown in communications between the club and the player, despite Ramsey being
keen to stay.
The Wales star was said to be ready to commit his future to Unai Emery's men but the Daily
Mirror claims that there is now no contract to sign, as AC Milan are linked with a move
for the player.
Now, The Sun are reporting that Arsenal will use the money saved from Aaron Ramsey's
failed contract negotiations in a bid to land his replacement.
They have identified Sevilla and Argentina midfielder Ever Banega as the ideal successor
to Ramsey, with the 30-year-old apparently possessing an £18m release clause.

Why Not to Buy Run Flat Tires for Your Car - Duration: 5:12.
Rev up your engines, today I'm going to talk about run flat tires,
should you get them or not, now the original run flat tires were made by Michellin in 1934,
they made it for military use and believe it or not armored cars so people couldn't
shoot out the tires and rob them, these tires had a special rim inside and it was all foam,
so if the tire went out, the vehicle would then ride on the foam, like I said it was
for military vehicles and armored cars, it costs so much they never really put it
on regular cars, then in 1958 good year made what they called captive air tires, it was
the first one that was sold for the whole market,
I remember when I was a kid in the 50's the had this ad with this woman who got a flat
tire and they were showing how horrible it was that this woman couldn't possibly know
how to change a tire, that she was walking through a dangerous neighborhood and they
weren't all that popular but it was the first real mass produced one,
now recently both bridgestone and pirelli were supplying run flat tires to BMW and mini
because they didn't want to have a spare tire, they wanted less weight, they wanted more
space, so instead of having 4 regular tires and a
spare, you got 4 of these run flat tires, now in my mind using them instead of spare
tires is a dumb thing, take this 2002 Lexus, it's got a full sized spare,
here it is, a full sized spare tire, this one even has a fancy alloy rim,
now in my mind on modern cars, it's bad enough that these newer cars only have this little
spare tires that are the mini spare tires because if you've ever driven one with one
of those mini spare tires on, they don't handle well, if you're in the ice or snow forget
it you're going to kill yourself, but the point of having no spare tire at all is even
dumber, I mean yeah you can drive these run flats theoretically up to 50 miles you might
be able to push it 100 at 50 mph or less, but even then they don't handle all that well
and if you get a big hit on the side of them, the tire is ruined so you're going to have
to buy new expensive tire, and that's not going to be cheap,
for example, on a 2010 BMW 3 series, if you buy a normal good year tire for it, you can
get them as low as $111 dollar a piece for a normal tire, but for that same car if you
get a good year run flat, it's $327, and of course if you go to the BMW dealer it's a
lot more than that for their run flat tires, now my next door neighbor on the other side
of the fence, she's got a mini that came with run flat tires, and she was always getting
flats in them, they cost her a fortune to repair when she could get it repaired, so
she just gave up and got a normal set of tires and a cute little air compressor to fill them
up if they go bad on the road, since she no longer has a spare tire to put on, and that
can work ok because most tires get nails or something and they loose air gradually so
you can just pump them back up again, maybe put a little fix a flat in it and then pump
them up so a good air pump can help, but really nothing beats having a good spare tire in
your trunk when an emergency happens, and here's some information on run flat tires
that you may not know, to begin with, they weigh 20-40% more and when you have more weight
that's spinning on your car your going to get worse gas mileage and since they have
thicker side walls so they can ride on that when the air runs out, they ride poorly, believe
it or not your tires, especially through the side walls absorb more shock than your shock
absorbing system does, so if you have really stiff tires, it's going to make for a poorer
ride, which is also one of the reasons that most people and manufacturers don't use run
flat tires, so buy a fancy BMW for it's great ride, and
then it ride rough, your not going to like it, really they don't use them much at all
anymore, because people spend that kind of money they
want a nice ride they don't want something that rides, rough and that's why we have air
filled tires in the first place, originally they were solid rubber, well solid rubber
rides like a kid in one of those little red wagons,
you go over every bump you feel it because their solid rubber, so all the millions of
dollars spend on researching and developing to make a car run good and then put on those
tires that run rougher, that's not going to cut the mustard,
so it's another reason why these tires aren't all that popular,
for example honda used these run flats on some of their vans and acuras but they stopped
doing it in 2009, there's no sense in designing a thing that rides right and then put on a
tire that doesn't ride all that well and from my experience from run flat tires, they are
often very hard to repair and the guys that repair them I've seen guys charge $90 to repair
one tire, but a lot of times they aren't repairable so you have to buy a new one, and they cost
so much money that economically it's not such a smart choice either, so unless your fighting
a war in a military vehicle, or fighting a war on the street,
driving a armored car, run flat tires, hey not such a great idea if you ask me,
so if you never want to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring
that bell!

The Eyeglasses Guide, Part II: The Right Pair for Your Face & How to Buy - Duration: 12:09.
Welcome back to the Gentleman's Gazette!
Today's video is our second part of our series on eyeglasses in which we'll discuss how to
determine your face shape and skin tone, how to find the right glasses based on these factors,
and some considerations for buying.
One reminder before we jump in today, you can find the first part of our guide on eyeglasses
here in which we discussed a brief history of how glasses came to be and some different
types of eyeglasses that are considered classics in menswear.
So today let's talk about how to find the right glasses for you.
As we touched on briefly in the last video, there are some different considerations to
take into account when choosing eye glasses over sunglasses which we've talked about previously.
Unlike sunglasses which are typically only worn for short stretches of time, eye glasses
can be worn all day every day.
As you might imagine given this, finding the right pair of eyeglasses that suits your face
shape, your skin tone, and your own personal sense of style can take a little bit of trial
and error but it is possible.
Luckily, most of the same processes that go into choosing a pair of sunglasses also apply
to eyeglasses.
If you haven't done so already, you can check out our previous guides on sunglasses here.
In general, make sure to adjust your expectations to the fact that you'll be wearing eyeglasses
for longer stretches of time.
For example, aviator styles might look good as sunglasses but they might not work as all
day eyeglasses.
So how do we determine what style of eyeglasses is right for you?
Well, the first thing we should do is determine your face shape.
The shape of your frames must play well with the shape of your face and as you might imagine,
a pair of frames that looks good on one man might look completely out of place on another.
There are six basic face shapes that every man fits into, you're either square, round,
oblong, diamond, heart-shaped, or oval.
To find out what shape you are, you will need more than just a mirror.
Ideally, you'll also have handy a pencil and paper and someone to help you.
To begin the measuring process, we'll start at the
forehead measuring across from the widest point.
Remember, don't wrap the tape measure around the curvature of your head.
We're going to be measuring its dimensions as if it were a flat two-dimensional object
since that's essentially how it's going to be seen when people are looking at you.
The tape measure should only be touching one point on your head like a line tangent to
a circle.
Write down the number you measured for your forehead, it goes without saying that we'll
be writing down all of these numbers so you can compare them at the end of the measuring
process to determine your face shape.
Next, move downward to measure your cheekbones and then move downwards still to measure your
jaw line at its widest point.
Finally, measure the length of your face by taking the tape measure and placing it vertically,
first at the top of your forehead by your hairline and then down to the bottom of your
chin.
To determine which face shape you have, look at the numbers you've got and compare them
to the advice we're about to give for how to spot different face shapes.
First, we'll talk about oblong faces which in general are longer than they are wide.
For the most part, the measurements of your jawline, cheeks, and forehead will all be
fairly similar for an oblong face shape.
Smaller frames probably aren't going to do you justice instead you should be going for
a larger frame with some thickness to it.
Sharp angles and concise lines are going to add some definition to your soft facial features
and give you a more masculine look.
So in general, rectangular frames could be a particularly good choice for an oblong face.
Next, we'll talk about heart-shaped faces.
These are basically inverted triangles meaning that you have a smaller more pointed chin
in comparison to your cheek and forehead measurements which are wider and roughly about the same.
The best frames for you are going to be ones that even out your faces proportions so opt
for rimless or semi-rimless frames that are thinner in nature.
If you do want a little bit more thickness in your frame, focus on finding a frame that
points the attention downward toward the narrower part of your face at the chin.
Next, we'll talk about square face.
As you might well imagine, these are pretty much as long as they are wide and the edges
of your face are probably going to be mostly straight up and down or straight across.
In particular, at the jawline, you're probably going to notice concise sharp corners rather
than a more rounded gradual edge.
Since you have a distinctive and chiseled face with bold features, you're going to want
round frames that softened the appearance overall.
You should opt for a circular or generally rounded shape possibly with some frames that
have some variation in thickness at different points around the rim.
Next are oval faces which you can also think of as being roughly similar to the shape of
an egg.
Oval faces are typically longer than they are wide with a wider forehead a shorter jawline
and a chin that's typically more rounded.
In general, be happy!
Having an oval face means that you can wear almost any style of frame with ease.
If you are finding a frame that you don't think looks particularly good, it is possible
that you have a different face shape than an oval and you might want to measure again.
Next up are rounded faces which are also about as wide as they are long.
The difference between a rounded face and a square face is that a rounded face typically
has a narrower forehead and a narrower softer jawline.
To provide contrasting balance here, opt for something that's more geometrically shaped.
In particular, a rectangular frame will lengthen your face a little bit and make it appear
more like an oval shape.
Finally, we'll talk about diamond shaped faces.
If your face is widest at the cheekbones with a narrow forehead and a narrow jawline there's
a good chance that you have a diamond face shape.
With this shape, you want to focus on frames that complement your cheekbones but also provide
some balance overall.
Look for circular or rounded frames to offset the angles of your face and make sure that
they're on the narrower side so they don't elongate your face further at the cheekbones.
Now that you know what frames will complement your face shape, let's talk about finding
your skin tone to give you some ideas about color.
The easiest way to determine your skin tone is to look at the underside of your arm in
natural daylight, don't use artificial light because it might give you a false reading.
You're looking for two important factors here.
First is the overall lightness or darkness of your skin and second and perhaps more important
is the undertone.
There are three skin undertones; the first of these is warm which typically has a green,
yellow, or peachy golden undertone to it, conversely, a cool undertone appears slightly
bluish and the neutral undertone is what you have if you can't really see a particular
color or if you can't determine whether you're one or the other.
If you have light skin with cool undertones, that's another way of saying that your skin
will be light pink with a bluish undertone from your veins.
In this case, you should probably consider lighter colored frames perhaps in shades of
blue.
Darker frames will make a bolder statement but they might have the potential to be more
overpowering on your face.
If you have light skin with warm undertones, your skin will be golden or peachy and your
veins will give a greenish undertone.
In this case, you'll still want to consider lighter frames but they should be in tortoiseshell,
brown, amber, or green, for example, we can use me.
I have light skin with warm undertones and my glasses are amber with slight suggestions
of tortoiseshell patterning here and there.
Again, dark frames are going to make a bold statement in this case, so you can wear them
but exercise caution if you do.
If you have medium colored skin with cool undertones, your skin will generally be pink
and the undertones will be blue from your veins.
In this case, frames in medium to darker shades of red, green, blue, or brown, will probably
look good on you.
If you have darker skin with cool undertones, dark frames are going to work well for you,
black, dark Browns, gunmetal, or deep blues, would be good options.
For a more fashion-forward approach, you can experiment with lighter frames which are going
to give you a more high contrast look.
Finally, if you have darker skin with warm undertones, metal frames, dark Browns, cognacs,
and amber shades, are the ones that are going to work best for you.
Okay so we've established the shapes and colors that will look best for you but the question
still remains, what's the best way to buy a pair of glasses?
These days there's an active conversation going on about whether or not it's best to
buy prescription eyeglasses from an online retailer.
With the rise of game-changing brands like Warby Parker that are selling hip modern frames
with a user-friendly interface, the industry overall has evolved.
So here are a few pros and cons on whether or not you should buy in-store or online.
The biggest advantage to buying a pair of glasses in store is that the professional
staff there has been well trained.
They'll be able to assist you in all of the different elements of finding the right pair
including frames, lenses, coatings, and so on.
If you've bought a pair of glasses in-store, repairing or refitting broken or damaged glasses
is easier too.
You can just take them back to the same place you bought them and you can sometimes even
accomplish this same day which is pretty convenient.
There are a few cons to buying glasses in-store too, however.
The first of these is that the overall selection might be a little bit more limited.
You don't have a whole internet warehouse in front of you.
Optical stores are still businesses after all and therefore, they still have the same
profit motives as any other business.
They might try to sell you an overly expensive pair of glasses.
On a similar note, the pricing can lack transparency.
You might have to make a lot of decisions and choices before being told a price which
can make comparison shopping longer and more tedious.
Conversely, one of the biggest pluses to online shopping is that prices are more readily transparent.
Also, competition between these online retailers has resulted in prices being a lot more economical
for the consumer.
Generally, it's much easier to comparison shop between online retailers as you just
have to click through a couple of web pages rather than going store to store.
One of the biggest drawbacks to shopping online is that you won't have any direct interaction
with an optician or trained eyeglass fitter.
So if your glasses happen to get broken or imaged it may take longer to send them back
and get them refitted.
In conclusion, once you find a pair of glasses that are right for both your face shape and
your skin tone, they're going to suit your own individual personality and they will be
a great fashion statement.
As we said in the last video, glasses are something to experiment with and we hope you'll
have fun with them.
So now that you have all of our information on glasses what type do you plan to buy or
if you wear glasses already what kind are they?

We provide cutting for the danish
german and Scandinavian industries
We have multi-axial machines
and therefore we implemented
high-end software from Esprit a year ago
This complements the things
we want to do with our company
This year we expect to
acquire some of the most advanced lathes in Denmark.
The implementation of Esprit
was carried out in the most pleasant and easy way
CADSYS is a very good experience in our company
where we often work longer
and sometimes at awkward hours
and the software is perfect to adapt to our needs
My name is Robert
I am 18 years and have been an industrial technician apprentice for three years
The Esprit software is super for exactly the work we do here
If we have a job to be executed on a 5-axial machine
Esprit is perfect because it ensures that everything run simultaneously
and the movements function so no collisions will happen
And if there are no collisions in the programme
there are no collisions on the machine
This is good to know when you are programming
Work which cannot be done in other soft- or hardware
or which is difficult to do, is easily done in Esprit if you have useful instructions
We get drawings from the customers which are just drawings without intrinsic 3-D information
and the software enables us to draw the design fast and easy
and insert the result in our split
After this we can see how long the cycle is and send the result to our customer.

3 reads for your next #BooksandChill - Duration: 5:16.
Well, this cuffing season is off to an impressive start, isn't it? Especially for those of us who are still unfortunately
attracted to men.
Over the past couple of weeks
I've noticed that I'm becoming more cold and distant and cynical about so many things, take your pick
but I am determined to set an anchor that will tether me to our ability to overcome the nonsense. And that
anchor my friend is love.
So with this edition of 'Books and Chill' I'd like to recommend three books that will stoke the flames of your
Relationships and inspire some connections that will hopefully keep us all believing in the power of love
First up is the debut novel from Tommy Orange. And that is 'There There'. It's a great buddy read for the folks out there
who are just testing the waters with a potential bae. If there's an attraction or an attempt to keep the
Conversation going with a certain someone, why not suggest There There as a buddy read?
It's the story about a large cast of multi-generational Natives who are getting ready for a big powwow in Oakland, California.
There's a dangerous plan that's in play for the gathering, as well as some family reunions and some characters are just simply trying to
reconnect to their heritage.
But this intricate web of stories and experiences makes for one of the most sensational reads of the year.
The reason I'm recommending this for anyone in the beginning stages of a relationship is because it's a great way to keep the conversations going.
It's so fast-paced and there are so many
Characters that it's the perfect excuse to keep your text messages going and even schedule a date to meet up and talk it over
Strategy.
And if things don't go well with potential bae, you still would have read one of the best books of the year
So it's a win regardless
Next up is 'Meet Behind Mars' by Renee Simms
These wonderful vignettes are some of my favorite stories of the year and when I really think about it
They're great for building intimacy. 'Meet Behind Mars' is a collection of short stories that covers a lot of ground.
From a young family's collision with a cow, to the incident of the mustard penis
There's a great mix of the absurd and the ordinary in this book
It explores the roller coaster ride of life through place, through time, and through these richly crafted characters.
The stories are so quick, but their impact will linger long after you've closed the book. Now
The reason I would recommend this book to couples who are getting serious with each other is because it presents a great opportunity
To really get to know each other
Reading this book together could open up the conversation a lot more to find out about each other's own idiosyncrasies
What led bae to the profession that they're in; what places have they traveled to or lived in that had an impact on their life;
What are their relationships like with their family members with their friends? What are their most lasting memories?
Have they attended their school reunions and are their friends the same, have they changed significantly?
The conversations are endless, but one thing's for sure. You will really give yourself a great start by reading these stories together
Next up I'm going to recommend 'The Master Butchers Singing Club' by Louise Erdrich
Now, I love this novel for so many different reasons
But most of all it's because it's at the top of my list of most recommendable books to any and everyone
It's the story of Fidelis Waldvogel who after World War 1 returns to his German village to marry the wife of his fallen
comrade. These two set sail for America with a briefcase full of sausages and knives and they land in Argus
North Dakota where they open up a butcher shop and get settled in raising their family and running their business
this town is full of the most interesting characters from an eccentric hoarder to
the town drunk and his wonderful daughter, Delphine whom I love
And she is a travelling performer, but she ends up going back to her hometown
To get involved in a life that she couldn't have planned herself
It explores loyalty and family and the persistent purpose of love. Now
the reason I'd recommend this book to all the
Established and seasoned lovers out there is because it's such a warm invitation to simply savor a damn good novel together
This novel is all about spending time with each other. It's about the quiet
passionate moment and the
Silences we can share with our loved ones and the silences you can fill with the voice of your beloved reading you this
novel. Just imagine it, late at night, the sound of your beloved
saying to you, "As
Cyprian turned toward her with the gentle sideways glance, his profile caught her breath" and then you just fall in love with your
Beloved all over again
So these reads are all great no matter what relationships are brewing in your life
And if you do happen to get a Books and Chill situation going, please come back and let me know.
Also
Share your thoughts on any of these reads and if there are any other books that you'd recommend
for Books and Chill because they've worked for you and yours. Let us know all the information down below
I hope that it makes for healthy and loving relationships, the most important one of them all is the one you have with yourself
So happy cuffing season
Happy reading and as always thank you so much for watching and until next time, remember to read or be read and I'll talk to
