The hotel - Glen Affric Lodge - near Loch Ness, is owned by David Matthews, who is the father of his sister Pippa's husband, James
The new job has seen Mr Middleton pose in publicity photos. One shows him in tweed, while another shows him smiling with hotel guests
Mr Middleton recently commented on his love for the countryside, saying: "The countryside is where I'm happiest and I'll be taking my four dogs to Glen Affric with me
" Previously, Mr Middleton was a successful entrepreneur and businessman, and owned a baking company named Nice Group London
This compromised of Cake Kit Company, Nice Cakes and Nice Wine, and supplied sweet treats for fashion brands such as Jigsaw and Ralph Lauren
The youngest brother of Catherine is also rumoured to have an ongoing feud with the Queen
In an interview, Mr Middletown said it was often "frustrating" being the Duchess of Cambridge's brother, as his work is often overshadowed by the Royal

" According to reports, the interview did not go down well with the Queen. James Middleton has previously dated Donna Air, an English actress and media personality
In 2016 they took a "relationship sabbatical" but re-energised their romance in 2017
