Hey everyone, my name is Cameron.
And I'm John. Cameron and I come from Parkland
Florida where a terrible tragedy claimed 17 lives prompting us to begin a
national movement advocating for better laws to prevent gun violence.
Unfortunately the United States has been affected by the gun violence epidemic
more than any other developed country. Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans, these
communities and many more have forever been changed by gun violence.
But fortunately there are ways that you can address it when we face tragedy in
Parkland, the community was hurting but we the students rose up to make a difference.
And you can do the same in your community. Forming programs in your
schools and communities promoting non-violence and acts of kindness can
help build a stronger social fabric where people are more kind and
empathetic and less harmful.
One of the biggest ways you can make your voice heard is through voting.
Now I know that many of you are not old enough to vote
right now, I'm certainly not. I turn eighteen five days after the election
this year, but it's not just about casting your ballot. It's about knowing
your rights as a voter, staying informed, and being aware of what kind of change
you can be a part of.
When you turn 18 you have the opportunity to directly
impact the world around you.
This is done by your vote. Now, our nation was founded
on the principles of democracy and we should not waste our opportunity to make
our voices heard when so many before us had to fight and die for their right to do so
And if you can't vote right now, encourage others to go out and cast
their ballot. You can also make a difference in other ways like getting
involved in your student government or contacting your local elected officials
to make sure your voice is heard.
Don't forget, it is never too early to start
getting involved. When young people like all of us look at the world and ask it
how we can be better, we need to remember the change comes from us. Being young
comes with an idealism and an optimistic view of the future that if used
correctly can usher in new ideas and contribute an incredible amount to the world.
It's our time to rise up together, promote peace together, and make a
difference together. Thank you WE Day!

Arsenal under Unai Emery have been a mixed bag so far this season, and though they've enjoyed a solid few weeks, it remains to be seen as to whether they'll be able to challenge at the top come next May
The signs are certainly there for the Gunners to continue improving, but it's also clear that Unai Emery's squad is not quite at the level of many of his rivals
In truth, whilst results have steadied, a number of Arsenal's first-team players are not performing at a particularly high level, and given their lack of depth, that is something to be concerned about
One player that undoubtedly has been below par is Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The Armenian winger has enjoyed moments of brilliance, but much like his time at Man Utd, he's often fallen short more often than not
That's something that isn't going to bode well for the Gunners long-term, as consistency is crucial to maintaining any sort of sustained success
Naturally, then, Arsenal would be foolish not to consider an upgrade in this area of the pitch, and one attacker that has looked good in Europe as of late is Bertrand Traore, who was brought to England by Chelsea prior to his switch to current side Lyon
He's currently rated at £16.2 million by Transfer Markt. Though he failed to break into the first team at Chelsea, that should be no slight on his character, given that many other top names have struggled to make an impression at Stamford Bridge too, before going onto success elsewhere
If anything, Traore has been one of the most successful of Chelsea's loanees, having earned a place in the Lyon first team alongside some of Europe's brightest talents, like Nabil Fekir and Memphis Depay
An attacking midfielder by trade, he's able to play across the attack, though is perhaps best used on the right-hand side
There, he's able to cut in and cause damage when he's close to goal, with a number of Arjen Robben-esque goals bagged by the Burkina Faso man already in his career
Furthermore, with excellent energy, pace and technique, there is far more than just one string to his bow
Just as capable passing the ball as he is receiving it and driving towards goal, he's able to make a real nuisance of himself in the attack
At just 23-years-old, he's only getting better, too, and that bodes well for the long-term dynasty that Unai Emery is attempting to build at the Emirates
He's not the complete player, but Mkhitaryan simply isn't doing the business so far this term, and with Mesut Ozil best used through the middle, bringing in a more naturally right-sided player makes perfect sense

Sabudana Khichdi Recipe | साबूदाना की खिचड़ी । Sago Khichdi | Sabudana Khichadi Recipe for fasting - Duration: 4:15.
For Sabudana khichdi or tapioca khichdi we need...
1 cup tapioca soaked for 2 hours in water
Water removed from tapioca
Soak tapioca for 2 hours before making khichdi
1 medium size potato
Peeled and sliced
2 tomatoes, 1 green chili
Fresh coriander leaves
Ground nuts or peanuts
1/2 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 pinch heeng(Asafoetida)
Turn on burner
Pan is heating
1 tbsp ghee - clarified butter
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida
Roast cumin seeds
Sliced potatoes
Cover and cook for 5 minutes
Cover it
Potatoes are half cooked
Add peanuts
Roast for 2 minutes
Tomatoes and green chili
Mix all
Cook for 5 minutes
Veggies are soften
Turmeric powder
Rock salt
Cook for a minute
Add Sabudana
Mix all
Cover and cook for 5 minutes more
Khichdi is ready
Coriander leaves
Mix it
Turn off the burner
Transfer in a serving plate
