Hello, it's Skyler Ostler again, founder of The Build Guild and creator of The Cosplay

Apprentice which through YouTube and live events has empowered Millions to forge their

Today I'm going to build on what we already discussed by giving you the complete blueprint

to know where you are and what you need to focus on next.

By the end of this video, you'll have so much clarity about Cosplay and working with

foam and you'll see how everything fits together.

I'm also going to share a downloadable PDF outline of the entire Blueprint.

Once you use this, you'll never have to worry about what skills to learn next again.

This will help you break free of that frustration and confusion, and is key in helping you cosplay

like a boss so you can experience the confidence that comes from having a roadmap.

We've got a lot to cover today, so make sure you've got your pen and paper ready

so you can take notes as you follow along.

Anytime you're trying to know where you are and what you need to focus on next, it

can be hard.

Because in the beginning, everything's new.

Things like what materials to use, how to use those materials, and how to build up your

tool arsenal.

And you can see that as you grow, you come up against new challenges.

Even if you have experience with Cosplay already, you're always looking for the 80/20.

You don't have time to waste, so you want to find the 20% that's going to produce

80% of the results.

With that said, I need to warn you before we get rolling.

Anyway, let's dive in.

Many cosplayers have struggled with feeling lost in their progression.

They didn't have a way to measure their progress and didn't know what to do next to grow

and do more.

After helping hundreds of cosplayers find clarity in where they are in their cosplay

journey, I've put together a visual progression.

Much like you would see in most martial arts.

When you start out as a white belt you know that there are techniques that must be learned

and skills to be developed along the road to becoming a black belt, the road to mastery

is not a mystery I wanted to create that same clarity for cosplay.

Our foam forging progress which I call The Cosplayer's Quest is set to the tune of

a magical journey from a lowly starry eyed peasant progressing through knighthood, learning

magic and becoming a Crimson Mage!

In The Foam Forging Guide, I have taken each one of these stages and boiled it down to

the 3 key things you should be focusing on and learning in that stage to help you focus

on the 20% that will yield 80% of the results.

The 3 key factors in any given stage are what tools should you acquire and learn to use,

what materials/elements should you be focused on working with, and lastly what techniques

should you be learning and implementing.

The best thing about this blueprint is that now you have a way to see what stage you are

at based on practical skills and tools you have and be able to see exactly what you need

to focus on next!

Because you are in this workshop and you have taken action to start your journey you are

no longer the starry eyed peasant watching from a distance, daydreaming of someday learning

to cosplay with foam.

So you are likely at least in the Page Stage!

No more getting lost and having no clear path to success when it comes to accomplishing

your cosplay goals.

You are no longer just some average Joe off the street that is obsessed with everything

sci-fi or wondering why you never got your letter when you turned 11.

to cast the evil dragon of failure back into the bottomless pit from whence he came and

regardless of where you are in your journey?

Search for Source of Kavanaugh Leak Narrows to Inside Congress - Duration: 4:20.

Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee listen as Sen. Jeff Flake (L) (R-AZ) speaks

with Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) after Flake announced he is in favor of additional time in the Kavanaugh

investigation September 28, 2018 in Washington, DC.

Flake was crucial in getting the committee to agree to an additional week of investigations

into accusations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh before the full Senate votes.

A day earlier the committee heard from Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, a California professor

who has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her during a party in 1982 when they were

high school students in suburban Maryland.

At the end of the Kavanaugh/Ford hearings on Thursday, there was a moment that I am

not entirely sure many people caught.

It involved California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary

Committee, blaming Christine Blasey Ford for her anonymous letter leaking to the press.

"Mr. Chairman, let me be clear, I did not hide Dr. Ford's allegations.

I did not leak her story, she asked me to keep it confidential and I kept if confidential

as she asked," Feinstein said when asked about how the letter got out.

"It's my understanding that her story was leaked before the letter became public,

and she testified that she had spoken to her friends about it and it's most likely that

that's how the story leaked, and she had been asked by press.

"But it did not leak from us," she said.

"I assure you of that."

The truth of that statement depends on who you consider "us."

If it encompasses those around Feinstein — in particular the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary

Committee — that's apparently a lie.

Let's go back to where the story was originally published, in The Intercept.

While Glenn Greenwald's far-left journalistic baby may indeed be problematic in so many

ways, we can pretty safely say they are not typically going to lie about where their sources

came from.

So, let's take a look at the original article on the Ford letter, written by Ryan Grim and

published on September 13: "The letter took a circuitous route to Feinstein, the top-ranking

Democrat on the Judiciary Committee.

It purportedly describes an incident that was relayed to someone affiliated with Stanford

University, who authored the letter and sent it to Rep. Anna Eshoo, a Democrat who represents

the area.

"Different sources provided different accounts of the contents of the letter, and some of

the sources said they themselves had heard different versions, but the one consistent

theme was that it describes an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman while they were in high

school.

Kept hidden, the letter is beginning to take on a life of its own.

"Eshoo passed the letter to her fellow Californian, Feinstein.

Word began leaking out on the Hill about it, and Feinstein was approached by Democrats

on the committee, but she rebuffed them, Democratic sources said," the article continued.

Feinstein's fellow senators want their own opportunity to gauge whether or not the letter

should be made public, rather than leaving it to Feinstein to make that call unilaterally.

The sources were not authorized to speak on the record, and said that no senators on the

committee, other than Feinstein, have so far been able to view the letter."

Now, we can tell several things.

The first is that, when it came to the chain of possession of the letter, Democrats were

the sources.

In the second case, it's pretty clear that the sources were familiar enough with the

letter and its import that they were likely either Democrat lawmakers or aides to those

lawmakers.

Leaving aside the possibility that the "leak" of the letter was, in fact, a very controlled

one, the article makes it clear just who did it: Democrats inside Congress.

The question of who leaked to The Intercept is not just a parlor game here.

Remember, no less than Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has said that Christine

Blasey Ford was victimized by having her anonymity blown.

If they truly believe this — and I will just say that's a matter of much question

at this moment — then she was victimized by them.

The intruder, so to speak, is inside their own house.

It's curious how they are not making too much effort to find out who it really was,

especially since it definitely was not one of Ford's friends.

we should never get to a point in this country where Canada's veterans who

serve this country with honor have to stand in line behind a convicted

murderer to get the benefits they earn we know that when liberals get questions

they don't like they either try to silence you or insult you and in this

case the Prime Minister showed silence and not answering the question and try

need you to volunteer, and we need you to help Canada's Conservatives make sure

people it really makes a difference hey guys Jesse's feeling a little under

the weather so it's just Harper and me today and we are going out to the market

Harper wants to get some toys and I've got to get some veggies and all kinds of

stuff and they're having the art thing again today look guys

all right guys I'm trying menudo for the first fire let's try the broth

really spicy okay so the broth is really spicy and really flavorful

and there is like pretty much every type of like meat in here that we US folks

don't usually eat

that one's a little slimy

I'm not gonna lie

pretty sure that this might be tripe might be stomach or intestines I think

stomach

it is a little chewy

So the broth is like level 10 amazing...not loving the meat

But I'm glad I tried it all right let's see if I can do the tortilla like like

May taught me

all right, I gotta have more practice with that

Harper and I just got back from the market so let me show you what I got all

right I got a couple of soap dispensers these were 90 pesos apiece and I bought

this game that one of you guys suggested we get think it's la lotteria yeah um I

had no idea how to play it so I'm gonna ask Google and maybe Jesse, Harper and

I can play this later on oh and I got a mirror

I love these mirrors I think they're so cool this was 150 pesos you know I have

not done enough I've not done enough shopping to know whether the market

prices are decent prices or tourist prices so I don't know my guess is

probably tourist prices but alright so everything in this bag was 97 pesos

altogether I got four corns, they had white corn and yellow corn and the lady told

me that the yellow corn was sweeter and I understood her and I was so happy

couple of red onions and she threw in this guy for free so so yay happy times

okay I forgot I had these in the fridge all right these and these all together

came up to 204 pesos I wished YouTube had a weight like sensor these things

are massive and so heavy

I think they are like a roasted sweet potato... yam situation? and I meant to buy

I may have ended up buying I'm not sure if I bought two

Gigantor ones or four I'm not even sure how many I ended up with and I don't

know how to eat them so I'll be googling that, am I supposed to have them hot are

you supposed to have them cold I don't know one of you guys mentioned on one of the

market videos I think you were pointing them out so I was like okay I'm gonna

try that okay and then also a couple mangos Harper's favorites and dragon fruit

her second favorite so okay so I have only one week left of my super crazy

intensive Spanish class and classes and it is really exciting because I feel

like every time I go to the market I can say a little bit more and I understand a

little bit more it's like and I don't understand everything um and I don't

catch everything and I don't say everything right but just the tiny

little extra bit of connection that I can make with people it really makes a

difference so even just the little itty-bitty thing of the lady telling me

asking me if I wanted white corn or yellow corn and then telling me that the

yellow corn was sweeter like even though like mmm tastiest tiniest little bit of

interaction just made me feel so happy and like just more of a part of this

place and so I'm so glad I'm so glad taking those Spanish classes has been

the best thing I have done in a long time so ah I'm making a video about the

Spanish classes I'll release that soon but yeah I think I'm gonna go make some

food now happy market times see you guys later
