Waching daily Sep 30 2018

Democrats thought they had the silver bullet.

Christine Ford held the proof to destroy Brett Kavanaugh's nomination.

And this piece of evidence just proved whether Kavanaugh is guilty.

Christine Ford Presents Evidence When Ford came forward, critics pointed out

she had no corroborating evidence.

She never told anyone Kavanaugh attacked her until 2012.

All the witnesses she named as being at the party denied being there.

But Ford did say she passed a lie detector test.

She offered that up as proof she was telling the truth.

However, she did not turn it over to the Senate Committee at first.

Beth Wilkinson noted how strange it was that Ford would not release any of her supposed

evidence.

"They announced that there were notes and there had been a lie detector test but as

I understand it, they did not turn any of those over to the Senate committee even though

they were requested so the information that would have shown what she said at the very

first time when she revealed these allegations have not been turned over to the Senate,"

she said.

More Problems Emerge Critics noted two problems with Ford's lie

detector test.

First, there were only two general questions.

She was only asked, "Is any part of your statement false?" and "Did you make up

any part of your statement?"

The tester did not ask Ford any specific questions or mention Kavanaugh's name.

In addition, her written statement featured multiple edits and corrections.

There is no way to determine when those edits were made.

NEW: Dr. Ford's lawyers have just released her polygraph report.

Everyone noted a second problem with the polygraph.

In Ford's written statement for the polygraph, she claimed there were four boys and a couple

of girls at the party.

But in the letter to Dianne Feinstein, Ford wrote that there were four others at the party.

All four people at the party – three boys and one girl – submitted letters to the

Senate Judiciary Committee denying Ford's account.

Ford's lawyer Debra Katz also told CNN that there were four guys and one other girl at

the party.

Ford's inability to tell a consistent story leads many Americans to believe she is not

telling the truth.

Kavanaugh Provides Evidence Kavanaugh turned over his own evidence.

He submitted calendars from 1982 that showed he was on vacation for most of the summer

in 1982.

The evidence is piling up.

Ford's story is falling apart.

Critics believe she named Kavanaugh as her attacker in a 2012 therapy session after it

was revealed he was on Mitt Romney's short list.

The timing around which she suddenly admitted Kavanaugh attacked her stuck many as suspicious.

It looks politically motivated.

Donald Trump agreed with this idea.

He called the smears a con job being run by the Democrats.

But will it work?

Republicans will hold a hearing where Ford and Kavanaugh will testify.

Senators will be watching how both perform.

And their judgment will determine if the Senate will confirm Kavanaugh.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.

Veterans Affairs is Paying for this Murderers' Therapy | John Brassard - Duration: 1:31.

a few weeks ago we found out that Christopher Garnier who killed Truro

Nova Scotia police officer Campbell was receiving PTSD benefits from VAC. This, in

spite of the fact that Christopher Garnier never served a day of his life

in Canada's military. If a serving member in Canada's military committed murder

they and their family would lose all their benefits. I asked Justin Trudeau

about this in the House of Commons and this is the response I got: Will the

Prime Minister commit today to stop paying the benefits of this cop killer

Mr Speaker I will not answer that question.

we should never get to a point in this country where Canada's veterans who

serve this country with honor have to stand in line behind a convicted

murderer to get the benefits they earn we know that when liberals get questions

they don't like they either try to silence you or insult you and in this

case the Prime Minister showed silence and not answering the question and try

to insult us. We need your help. We need you to donate. We need your support. We

need you to volunteer, and we need you to help Canada's Conservatives make sure

that Justin Trudeau is a one-term prime minister in the 2019 election.

Dwayne Haskins' NFL Draft Stock Is On the Way Up | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:22.

Dwayne Haskins' NFL Draft Stock Is On the Way Up | Heavy.com

Heading into the college football season, Dwayne Haskins was not one of the quarterbacks mentioned as a top NFL draft prospect.

This is changing in Haskins first full season as the Ohio State starting quarterback.

Pro Football Focus has Haskins as one of three quarterbacks selected in the first round of the 2019 draft.

Their mock draft had Haskins sneaking into the first round as the No.

32 pick.

An anonymous NFL scout told Yahoo Sports they also have a first-round grade on Haskins.

"He's got a lot of talent, great size and arm strength," the scout told Yahoo Sports.

"Ideally, we'd see him throw guys open, but I think he's the real deal.

I think he's talented enough that he'd be a first-round pick if he leaves.".

NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks have Haskins ranked as their No.

17 rated prospect on their big board and the fifth-ranked quarterback.

"The gunslinger has lit up defenses with his pinpoint passing skills," Brooks explained on NFL.com.

"Haskins is a rare find as a big-armed quarterback who has the patience and discipline to pick apart defenses with an assortment of quick-rhythm throws.

Dwayne Haskins Has a Chance to be a First Round Pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Bleacher Report's Matt Miller does not currently have Haskins as a first rounder, but he believes the Ohio State quarterback has a chance to sneak into the first round before the season ends.

"His rise continues to be the biggest of any player in the college landscape this season," Miller noted on Bleacher Report.

Haskins is a redshirt sophomore which makes him eligible for next year's draft, but he could also wait until 2020.

ESPN's Todd Mcshay believes Haskins' stock is only going to rise.

It's early, but yes, you're allowed to be thinking about the NFL with this guy.

He is the most naturally gifted passer under Urban Meyer since he had Alex Smith at Utah more than a decade ago (Smith went No.

1, of course).

Haskins anticipates well, and he has touch on shorter throws and the high-level arm to drive the ball down the field with accuracy.

We saw it again this weekend, even as Haskins had a number of throws dropped.

This season, he has 12 completions for 20 or more yards.

And against a standard rush of four or fewer rushers, Haskins was 20-for-28 for 302 yards and a pair of touchdowns against TCU.

Now, it's early, and he has just three starts.

There is not enough of a catalog of film on him to have a legitimate conversation about the 6-foot-3, 220-pound quarterback's ability to emerge as a good NFL starter just yet, but based solely on his physical tools and what I've seen to date, the bar is really high.

I also have to point out that Haskins is available for the 2019 draft just based on classification — he's a third-year sophomore.

But we're talking about 2020.

Heading into their matchup with Penn State, Haskins had already put up crazy numbers to start the 2018 season.

Haskins has completed more than 75 percent of his passes for 1,194 yards, 16 touchdowns and just one interception.

Ret. Army Colonel Response to Kavanaugh Lynching Is Pure Gold - Duration: 3:35.

There was plenty of blue-check-marked outrage from both sides of Twitter during the Kavanaugh

hearings Thursday, but some of the most incisive came from Kurt Schlichter, the former Army

colonel turned Townhall.com columnist and political pundit.

Schlichter does not really do anything by halves, as those who have followed him over

the years can attest to.

So, when it came to the Kavanaugh hearing, he was definitely not displaying a lack of

courage in his live-tweeting.

His best tweet of the day may have been in response to Maria Shriver, the niece of John

F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy and Ted Kennedy, among an array of Kennedy siblings.

It's that last one that's important here, however.

"Oh my god.

This is every woman's nightmare.

This is a terrifying image," Shriver tweeted, along with a picture of Sen. Lindsey Graham,

the South Carolina Republican who delivered a fiery rebuke of the behavior of the Democrats

on the Senate Judiciary Committee during Thursday's hearing.

Oh my god.

This is every woman's nightmare.

This is a terrifying image.

Schlichter could think of something a good deal worse than that, actually.

Ever woman's nightmare is slowly drowning while your fellow Kennedy seeks out his fixer

to cover it all up.

Ever woman's nightmare is slowly drowning while your fellow Kennedy seeks out his fixer

to cover it all up," he tweeted.

Schlichter also managed to work some very reasonable criticism of sanctuary cities into

Democrats' sudden outrage over the mere intimation that someone may have committed

a crime (even if there was no corroboration or witnesses or evidence or anything like

that, and it happened 35 years ago)

Question: Can we agree that legal aliens should be deported if they did what Kavanaugh is

alleged by the Democrats to do?

Question: Can we agree that legal aliens should be deported if they did what Kavanaugh is

alleged by the Democrats to do?"

Schlichter asked.

The answer to that one, unfortunately, is no.

And then he had a wake-up call for a Twitter user who actually seemed to compare the hearings

to the beginnings of the Civil War.

Today felt very much like an update of the 1850s: 2 very distinct parts of US that no

longer care to even fake that they respect or value the other.

Like Trump, #Kavanaugh built his strategy on rallying 1 side of that divide vs the other.

Seams are unraveling-not just on Gosh, if true, then it looks like your preferred

side should have used the Second Amendment," Schlichter responded.

Schlichter was not just tweeting about the Kavanaugh lynching, either.

Over at Townhall, he had a list of "45 Tough, Forbidden Questions A Normal Person Would

Ask Christine Blasey Ford."

Among the better ones: •

• "You traveled to Hawaii in your work and back east in August.

So, when did that 'fear of flying' we heard about start and stop?

• "Do you find it odd that each person who you now say was present has stated that

they have no idea what you are talking about?"

• "Future Justice Kavanaugh was a big deal in 2012, and you say you mentioned his

name, but it's not in your therapist's notes.

It's not even in there that your attacker is now a well-known judge.

Your therapist sure got a lot wrong, did not she?"

• "As a psychologist, is not it possible that someone might invent a claim of assault

in order to get attention or achieve a political goal?"

• "Did Future Justice Kavanaugh drive hammered and leave you to drown in an Oldsmobile?"

Pretty sensible stuff, I would say — at least, if you are a former Army colonel.

Privacy is important - Duration: 2:33.

hi guys it's Michael redden again and I'm an estate planning attorney here in

Minnesota and today I'm gonna talk to you about privacy one of the major

concerns that a lot of my clients have is privacy they don't want the public to

know what their wishes were or how they disperse their assets out and that's

something you really need to consider because a will has to be probated and

probate isn't private probate is a public process where the judge is going

to put the will into a public court file anyone can come in and read it anyone

can do those kinds of things and so anyone's gonna see all of your business

if you want things to be private then you really have to have some kind of

trust based process because no one has the right to see an entire part of a

trust unless you're challenging the trust generally there's not gonna be a

court file there and in Minnesota at least there are affidavits and things

and certificates that you can give someone to prove a trust exists and to

prove certain portions of a trust without showing the whole thing so that

way you go to keep your things private and if there is anything like living

probate where you have to be declared incompetent and there's going to be a

guardian and conservator then your court file won't contain much but maybe your

social security payments your pension payments that kind of income but your

actual assets and what you spend those on those won't be included in the

conservator file because they're in the trust the trust owns them not the

conservatorship estate those are the ways that you can really keep things

private and still get your goals met the other thing you need to know is that

with these trustees you really should choose a trustee who is going to be

competent because the trustees when they make these mistakes that's when the

trust gets challenged and when the trust gets challenged in court that's where

things get out there and become a little bit messy even where the public can find

things out because there's going to be a court file for that challenge so choose

your trustees well and have a trust if you want to keep things private if you

don't really care about privacy then what will might be for you because the

will is going to be in the public's eye and if you were to be declared

incompetent and you want privacy then you're gonna need a trust to control

that if not then you have to go back that route of having a

public file so if you have any questions about this you know give me a call set

up an appointment or talk to another estate planning attorney but give me a

call and there's going to be a link down here at the bottom of the Youtube

channel where we get the comments where you can actually click if you want to

set up an appointment thank you

Leonard Fournette Fantasy: Is the Jaguars RB a Start or Sit? | Heavy.com - Duration: 3:49.

Leonard Fournette Fantasy: Is the Jaguars RB a Start or Sit? | Heavy.com

There's no denying that Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette has left fantasy football owners frustrated in recent weeks.

After starting off Week 1 by rushing nine times for 41 yards and looking good, the former No.

4 pick was sidelined with a hamstring injury which has made him a spectator for the last two weeks.

Now, he enters Week 4 with a question mark surrounding his status once again.

While nothing has been finalized, there is some reason for optimism that Fournette will return for Sunday's game against the New York Jets.

Update.

Hamstring injuries are no joke, but with the Jaguars sitting at 2-1 on the year, there's little reason they would rush Fournette back onto the field.

If the running back believes he's playing, then something has likely been said, or he's feeling very close to 100 percent.

So, assuming Fournette does get the go-ahead to play, is he a must-start even after just getting over a nagging hamstring injury?.

Fournette's Fantasy Matchup and Situation.

The matchup for the Jets would become a worst-case scenario.

There's a massive difference between trying to stop T.J.

Yeldon and slowing down Fournette.

On the season, the Jets have only allowed 225 rushing yards to opposing backs on 60 carries, but have given up three touchdowns on the ground.

Those numbers are slightly misleading, though, as they had a huge lead in their first game against the Detroit Lions and held an early 14-0 lead over the Cleveland Browns last week.

Plus, they haven't faced a running back even remotely close to as talented as Fournette this season in matchups with the Lions, Miami Dolphins, and Browns.

Is Leonard Fournette a Must-Start if Active?.

You didn't use a first-round pick to put a healthy or almost fully healthy Fournette on your bench, right? The matchup isn't as tough as it seems on paper, Fournette is going to be hungry to dominate after two weeks off and the Jaguars boast a run-heavy offense when he's out there.

Whether it's a 10, 12, 14, or 20-team league, Fournette needs to be in your starting lineup this week if he gets the go ahead.

Jacksonville isn't risking their young star unless he's good to go, so if he's out there – he's ready.
