I want you

To look right in my eyes

To tell me you love me

Be by my side

I want you

At the end of my life

I wanna see your face,

I wanna fall with grace

At the moment I die

Is that alright?

Life is so simple

A little boy, a little girl

Laughing and loving

Trying to figure out the world

Kona is Coming and Golo is ready to race it. - Duration: 2:56.

After IRONMAN

Maastricht [Limburg, The Netherlands].

I was highly motivated to

go back to training.

And to really

push my body to the limit for Kona.

IRONMAN Maastricht

wasn't a perfect race.

But there were some valuable lessons

I learned from the race.

First,

I didn't do enough intensity

in the training leading

to IRONMAN Maastricht.

I had a good power which

I could maintain for the whole race.

But I think my FTP dropped

in the weeks leading to

IRONMAN Maastricht.

And so my last training blog was

a lot about FTP work,

VO2 Max work,

and to really go back

to some higher numbers.

It was perfect that we have the

Specialized Zwift Academy Tri

Takeover Week, last week.

Because we did a lot of

good intensity sessions.

And it was great to lead

some of these workouts.

I think it's always

good to share some pain.

And to do some intervals together.

We had a race with our triathlon club

in the last week of the

intensity training vlog.

Which we won!

Which was also quite nice.

The second thing I learned

from IRONMAN Maastricht

was that I didn't

do enough athletic sessions.

I wasn't really strong on my core

and I wasn't really strong on my stroke

on the swimming.

So this training vlog

I'm currently doing a lot of

gym sessions and a lot of

swim strength.

I'm really looking forward to

next week in Rugen.

It's quite a good race.

And after Rugen,

it's all about getting ready for Kona.

I would just pump up the volume and

do some quality sessions in the heat.

Which equals

indoor sessions in Germany.

I have a little heater in my pain cave.

I would just heat the room to

26 to 28 [Celsius] degrees.

Then do some sessions there

and I think it is really important

that you incorporate a lot of

good training sessions

and good heat sessions.

And after Rugen it's only five weeks.

Yeah I'm really looking foward

to go to Kona.

I've done Kona twice,

2015 and last year.

2015 was a very humbling experience.

I was able to finish the race.

But it was quite a hard lesson to learn

I failed with my nutrition plan and

especially with my electrolytes

and hydration plan.

And last year I had a good swim

I felt quite good

leading to the race for Kona.

But I had a flat,

10K in the bike leg.

This destroyed my hopes for

a good race there.

I'm more than highly motivated

to go back to Kona.

And I will give everything that I've got

on race day.

I will just push my body to the limit.

That's for sure!

Nicole Dao, ESSEC Chair of Therapeutic Innovation: "The teaching approach is practical" - Duration: 2:35.

I was seeking for something new, something totally exotic to me and the

chair itself is very far from what I've learned and what I've experienced

and plus I would like to explore further opportunities in the healthcare industry

firstly because I like the meaning and secondly I believe that is advanced

technology as I'm very interested in technology itself

The teaching approach is quite diverse, because we have so many professors and

guest speakers coming to teach us so of course they have different

ways to deliver the lecture and what should be noted here is that

the courses are actually not very theoretical like other courses you take at school

and plus the class is very interactive.

For me it ignited my interest in the industry, not only through my study in

class, but also I have the chance to see things with myself to meet the

executives in the company or to go to the site trips of the companies to see

the things, so it's more practical and I think it's not something that all the

students even the medical students have a chance to do themselves

Yes, definitely because firstly for a person with non-medical background like

me it's something exotic and you will learn a lot and in the chair you will

not learn the theoretical knowledge you will not learn the technical things

that use only read in books but also you get the business sense,

you know how the pharmaceutical companies they do businesses, so I think

it's a great combination for the people like me.

Mandy Moore's Tears Melt Her This Is Us Prosthetics Off Her Face - Duration: 2:49.

-"This Is Us." We're all ready. I'm so excited.

Are people like...? -So am I.

-You're like, "Let's get the first show out."

-I'm ready, too. Absolutely.

Like, it's a really good season.

We're like eight episodes --

seven episodes into the season already,

and it's my favorite yet.

-I don't want spoilers, but I kind of do.

But also I don't because I just love being in the moment.

I think it's so well done. -Watching it unfold organically.

-I've said this before, but I'll say it again.

You are fantastic on that show. -Thank you, Jimmy.

[ Cheers and applause ] -You are so great.

-Thanks.

Thank you.

-And it's not -- you know, we joke around,

"Oh, it makes you cry" and stuff like that.

But, no, it's not that.

I just feel all the feels.

-You feel all the feels.

-Yeah. -That's our goal.

-I'm happy and I love everybody, and I root for --

But it's so well-written and tricky.

And you're so good at acting different ages of yourself.

Like, you're phenomenal.

I can't even tell you how hard it is.

-Thank you.

-If it was me, I would be like, "I remember back in..."

They'd be like, "Hey, Jimmy, tone it down a little bit."

Yeah. [ Laughter ]

You do it so perfectly.

-Thank you.

I feel lucky, because I'm the only cast member

that sort of gets to play with everybody.

I'm in sort of both, like, all the eras of the show.

-Yeah, you said in some interview

that it feels like you're doing two shows.

-It does.

Because all the stuff I do with Milo, like, we have a shorthand.

It's so easy with one another.

Like, it's fun. We're with the kids.

Most of it's sort of light-hearted.

But then when I'm with the present day adult big three,

it's normally something that's entirely emotional

and heartbreaking and I have prosthetics on

and everyone's trying to lighten the mood by laughing.

-They're great prosthetics, by the way.

-They're great prosthetics.

-They're not like --

I've seen prosthetics where like, "Oh, this is insane.

This is silly.

How are we pretending that this person's old?"

It's clear that it's a mask.

Whoever does your prosthetics are --

-Zoe Hay.

-Zoe, you, -- Hey, Zoe. -Zoe Hay.

[ Laughter ]

-Zoe, hey, you are unbelievable.

-Yes. -Well done, Zoe.

-Like, we have an incredible team.

It takes four hours, but, you know, it's worth it.

-Oh, my God.

-But when I'm with that side of the family, it is -- it's tough,

because Sterling and Justin and Chris Sullivan

are all such jokesters.

They're all laughing.

And I can't -- I'm not supposed to move

in my prosthetics too much.

Like, the more you move and talk and laugh and --

it loosens them up.

And we realized very early on in the show

tears are sort of like the perfect solvent

for removing the prosthetics.

[ Laughter ]

-You've got to be kidding me. -I know.

I'm like, "You guys, we got to come up with, like,

a different glue or something, 'cause my face --"

-You're like, "Because the show 'This Is Us.'

Hello! There's gonna be tears."

-My face would start melting like halfway through the day,

and they're, like, trying to spackle me together

and keep me going.

-But that's going to make for a great blooper reel one day.

-Oh, we've seen the blooper reel.

-Oh, really?

-Maybe you'll get to see them one day.

-They're good? Okay, good. -It's pretty good, yeah.
