Today we are going to show you how to prepare veg roll at home
Let us see what are the ingredients we require to prepare this recipe
you can purchase this from super markets or online stores

Let us see how do we prepare dough
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup Maida, 1 cup Wheat flour pinch of salt and 1 spoon cooking oil
and mix everything well
by adding oil our Chapathi's will become soft & smooth
Look here everything is mixed well
now add water in small quantities in multiple batches and prepare dough
I am using wheat flour and maida in equal quantities
Usually rolls will be prepared with maida and wheat flour for better taste
but if you wish to avoid Maida, you can do so
and use only wheat flour
Look here, we have to prepare dough in this consistency
now cover it with cloth or lid and keep it aside for 30 minutes
Let us see how to prepare stuffing
In a pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
Once oil is hot, add chopped Carrots
chopped French beans
Finely chopped Capsicum, sweet corn
Finely chopped onions
salt for taste
and finely chopped Green chillies and mix them well.
Now cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes in slow flame.
After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix everything once
Now add chat masala and mix it well and cook for 1 minute
and switch off the flame
we don't need to cook the vegetables fully. just cook 75% and switch off the flame
Now let us see the preparation process
after 30 minutes, mix the dough once
Look here, how soft the dough is
now divide these dough into small balls for preparing chapathis
look here we need to prepare balls like this
Now sprinkle some flour on roller
Now take one dough ball an apply flour both the sides
Now roll the dough like chapati, do not roll chapati thinner
it should be medium thin
our chapati should be this thinner
now roll chapati's with the balance dough and keep them aside
now heat the chapati pan and place a chapati on top of it
we have to prepare chapati's in slow flame
After you see small bubbles on top of chapati, flip chapati to other side
Now add some butter on top of it and spread it
and flip chapati to other side
Fry chapati's by flipping them consistently in 3 to 4 seconds interval
so that our chapati's will become smooth and soft.
Look here our chapati is ready, now prepare the remaining chapati in similar manner
After that take one chapati and apply
Veeba eggless mayonnaise
This is 100% Veg
Generally, mayonnaise is prepared with eggs. But this is prepared with Soya in stead of Egg
We can use this Veeba Eggless Mayonnaise in Rolls, Sandwich, Burgers and salads
Now apply one spoon of Veeba eggless Mayonnaise on chapati
and spread it fully
After that, take spoonful of vegetable stuffing and place it on chapati
Now fold from bottom like I show it here
and roll it like this
after that, take Aluminium foil or Butter paper and place veg roll on it
Now roll it like we did earlier

A crisis can bring out the best in a coach‚ Kaizer Chiefs boss Giovanni Solinas has said‚ summing up his nervy start at Amakhosi and the response of a past week that saw three convincing wins in a row.
In truth‚ Solinas still appears a little overawed by his surroundings at one of Africa's biggest-supported football clubs‚ even after going to his third win in eight days with Saturday's 2-0 Absa Premiership victory against AmaZulu.
A 4-1 thrashing of Cape Town City away last Saturday‚ 2-0 win with a virtual B team against Free State Stars away on Tuesday‚ then a convincing win against Cavin Johnson's tough AmaZulu have transformed Solinas's outlook at Amakhosi.
After just three weeks of preseason and having to backpedal through August without a win‚ where the matches came thick and fast and there was little time for Solinas to train with his new team‚ the coach said he used the Fifa international break to begin to convey his identity on his squad.
Having first established that he will play exciting‚ attacking football at Chiefs‚ but been let down by poor defending in the last three games the goals have kept coming‚ and Amakhosi have conceded just once.
"When you are in a difficult moment‚ this is the moment where you have to come up with the good ideas‚" Solinas said.
"Because victories can make the coach lazy.
"But a crisis motivates you to make good decisions in your analysis.
"I am not happy with the start Chiefs had this season.
It's not the level for Chiefs.
"But we have worked hard in this Fifa break.
We analysed not just this season but also the last three seasons.
"Conceding goals also happened in the last three seasons.
"From this moment [the Fifa break] we started our jobs.
Our job started from the fundamentals‚ the basics.
"I am happy because the cooperation from the players has been unbelievable.

"We started with a handicap because there was no preseason.
We had a lot of games in a short time‚ and no time for training.
"If you play‚ play‚ play‚ without training‚ there is no time to fix the mistakes‚ no time to understand the philosophy.
"But I'm very happy.
I always believed in these guys because I saw their effort and their concentration they put into the training sessions.

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, in a dramatic interview with Fox News in the wake of sexual misconduct accusations he disputes, says that he was a virgin at the time of Christine Blasey Ford's claim that he attempted to sexually assault her when he was in high school.

The Blasey Ford allegation dates to a time frame when Kavanaugh was 17.
In the interview with Fox, Brett Kavanaugh also said that he remained a virgin for many years thereafter.
The Supreme Court nominee has also been accused of sexual misconduct by Deborah Ramirez, a former Yale classmate, in The New Yorker Magazine.
However, according to The New York Times, Ramirez told some former classmates that she wasn't sure that Kavanaugh was the man who exposed himself to her at a party.
Kavanaugh has denied the accusations, and a public hearing in the Ford case is scheduled for Thursday before the U.S.
Senate Judiciary Committee.
Both accusations date to the 1980s.
The nominee took the unusual step of giving an interview – with his wife Ashley Kavanaugh at his side – on Fox News before the confirmation process has concluded.
The Kavanaughs addressed many topics, including discussions Kavanaugh an his wife had about the nomination with their children.
"I'm not going anywhere," Brett Kavanaugh said in the interview.
The interview is set to air at 7 p.m.
EST. on September 24, 2018.

Fox News published a written account of the interview, reporting that Brett Kavanaugh told Fox anchor Martha McCallum "that he was a virgin through high school and for 'many years after.

"I've never sexually assaulted anyone.
I did not have sexual intercourse or anything close to sexual intercourse in high school or for many years thereafter," Kavanaugh told McCallum.
"You're saying through all these years that are in question you were a virgin?" McCallum asked.
"That's correct.
"You never had sexual intercourse with anyone in high school?".
"Correct," Kavanaugh said.
McCallum then brought up college.
"Many years after.
I'll leave it at that," Brett Kavanaugh said.
He also said, according to Fox, that he was "not questioning and have not questioned that perhaps Dr.
Ford at some point in her life was sexually assaulted by someone at some place but what I know is I've never sexually assaulted anyone.".
Kavanaugh also vowed to continue forward with the nomination.
