Is Any Food NOT Worth It? • Worth It Q&A + Season 5 Announcement - Duration: 5:52.

- Here we are.

We are about to release a Season Five of Worth It.

We've done four seasons.

(growling noise)

That sounds like Chewbacca.

(beep)

You guys ask a lot of questions.

- We never give any answers.

(laughs)

So, we're finally doing a Q & A video.

- Why not take some time to answer some

of your most burning questions about Worth It.

The behind the scenes, behind the curtain, the secrets.

- We thought that we would eat something

while we did it.

We're making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

The jam from Squirrel Cafe.

- Jammin' the squirrel.

- And this is bread from Republique,

from the spaghetti episode.

Mmm.

- I took the first bite.

I was scared I couldn't bite it off,

so I just aborted mission and threw it all in my mouth.

We had a Worth It Instagram account,

it's buzzfeedworthit.

And we're gonna now answer some

of the most popular questions on Instagram.

Question number one: "How did you guys meet?"

- There was an unscripted-ish department

at the time that you worked on,

and somebody on that team was looking

for a new, unscripted food show.

And you were tasked with coming up with this

on-the-road, food, travel-ish show,

like, city-guide show.

I was added to that show to help reduce,

and like be a character on that.

(beep)

This sauce is incredible.

- It's whimsical.

- Whimsical.

- "Is a hot dog a sandwich?

And what are your thoughts on pineapple pizza?"

- Is a hot dog a sandwich?

- Yes.

On three.

One, two, three.

- No. - No.

- Hey.

Is a hot dog a sandwich?

- Adam says no.

- And what are your thoughts on pineapple pizza?

- Pro or negative on three.

One, two, three.

- Pro. - Okay.

(laughs)

- @juliadural, "How do you say Andrew's last name?"

- So my last name looks hard to pronounce,

but is actually very easy to pronounce.

It's Il-nik-ee.

- "What was the most fun Worth It video to film?"

- Ooh. - Ooh.

- Ooh.

- Ooh.

You know what was really fun,

is when we went to Seattle to eat some salmon.

'Cause we were just like on a jolly road adventure.

It was like a fun, new place.

I was blown away by the autumnal glory

of the Pacific Northwest.

- I would have to say sushi.

Not part one, though.

- Hmm.

- Teaser alert.

That's all I'm gonna say about that.

- Not really a great food to talk through.

- "Who else is on your team?

I don't think you guys are mean enough

to stick Adam with all the work."

Great question, I'm glad you asked,

because over the years,

we have had so many people who have

contributed to the show in so many ways,

that's just made Worth It what it is today.

- As you know, we make this show here at Buzzfeed,

where there's a ton of great people

that help and support us make what we make.

Like there's a research team,

that makes sure that we're factual.

There's a legal team,

that makes sure that everything we do is legal,

at least what you see on camera, hey-o.

There's a production team,

that helps with scheduling and getting us places on time.

A whole post-production support team.

This season we have an extra special additional person,

who's name is Annie.

You're gonna see her in a bunch of the videos.

(laughs)

So if you ever hear that trademark laugh in the background,

you know who it's coming from. - You know.

- "What is the craziest thing that happened

off-camera that we haven't seen?"

There's been some moments.

- Yeah, there's one time (beep).

And that is probably the worst thing

that's happened on set.

- "What happened to the 1000 cinnamon rolls

you owed Adam Bianchi on the fried chicken episode?"

- That wasn't our fried chicken episode, that was a--

- Game day foods, yeah.

- Yeah.

- Oh yeah, you owe Adam 1,000 cinnamon rolls.

- I do.

- Or one thousand dollar cinnamon roll.

(beep)

- Adam, if you finish that,

I'll buy you a thousand cinnamon rolls, if you eat that.

I'm going to not give him all 1,000 at once.

I'm gonna kill him slowly.

One at a time.

So it's starting today.

- So how many have you given him?

- Number one.

This is me starting my quest to pay off my debt.

- That's one down.

Put the ticker on the screen.

We've eaten like ten dollars worth of jam already.

- "How does Andrew feel getting killed off

by Ryan and Shane?"

- (sighs) I feel fine about it.

I mean, when they killed me, they dropped me in a pool.

(Titanic flute music)

- Insult. - Oh.

- Did he just die?

- Did he just die?

- They'll get theirs.

- "What is one food you would never do an episode for?"

by Abby Regs.

- I mean, there's lots of answers to this question,

because the food just doesn't make sense

at different price points.

- Mm-hmm.

Adam said spiders, I'd have to agree.

Probably, crickets.

- I'd probably say peanut butter and jelly.

- "How is Adam doing?

And "Does he get enough food?"

- Adam, do you want to answer for yourselr?

Or do you want me to take this one?

- You wanna answer how he's doing?

- Well, I'm not gonna answer that,

but Adam is currently eating a peanut butter and jelly.

(laughs)

- How are you doing?

- He just went like this.

- And now the final question,

"Have you ever disliked the food

or any part of the experience

from places that you've eaten at?"

- We go to three restaurants that are already worth it.

We're really just trying to find the best food,

at three price points, and so

there really hasn't been anything that's just like,

not delivered in it's given price tier.

- I've definitely enjoyed every experience.

It was worth trying the two thousand gold pizza, to me,

because I got to see what that was like.

This is fun.

We could do it again.

- We're gonna have to get some more jam, though.

Pan over there.

- Very special news, we have merch.

- Sick merch, heading your way.

- It's available now.

(magical chimes)

- We'll see you next week,

on Season five, six episodes.

You wanna reveal next week's episode?

- Hinty teaser, it's not gonna be small,

and it's not gonna be a vegetable.

- Medium fish.

- Guess again.

(laughs)

- Hey, Unsolved is on a new channel.

And now you're part.

- Subscribe here. - Subscribe here.

- That was my part.

What is Kwan Daydreaming About? - Duration: 5:08.

Oh noooo.

Sontorn just came up to me and asked me if I can be the jerks secretary!

We've only seen each other for 3 days and there's been like nonstop drama.

If I have to work together with him for 3 whole months, I might have to resort to being

a warrior swording off his attitude!

If I tell them that I don't want to work with him.

It would be so unreasonable and unprofessional!

I mean, I guess I don't really have a choice.

I have to be able to separate personal and work life anyway.

Maybe it won't be so bad because he is pretty focused when it comes to work.

I am a professional!

I have to be able to handle it.

"You must be my new secretary."

When she opened the door, her expressions was just as I imagined, coerced.

"Please have a seat.

Doesn't look like you're too happy about your new position.

But you don't need to make that face, I don't have any hay for you."

"What am I gonna do with hay?"

"Well, since you're making such a long face, I thought you were gonna turn into a horse."

Annnnnd there it is.

I haven't even done anything yet and he's already starting with me, how are we going

to be able to work together?!

"Was that supposed to be a joke?

Ha ha ha there, I laughed for you.

Can we now stop talking about my face and focus on working?"

"Hey, you're not even going to laugh a little bit?

I'm following your suggestion that we shouldn't have such a stressful office

environment so that people can stop worrying."

"I made this suggestion to help everyone.

If you didn't like you don't have to mock me for it.

That'll be the last time I make any suggestions to you."

"Ohhh, don't be mad, please.

I wasn't trying to mock your suggestions.

I thought it was a very insightful one, I wasn't making fun of it, I swear."

"I don't believe you.

You're going to have to show me that you didn't mean to mock me and that you're really sorry.

Remember, trust can only be built with words when they are consistent with your actions.

She's right.

To build trust within teams just using words is not enough.

Words can be trusted only when the actions are there to support them.

Therefore, words and actions must be consistent with one another.

Another important factor is that trust takes time.

Another thing that I also wanted to tell him is about being humble.

It's so important for managers to be humble.

It doesn't mean he has to give in to every demand or back down from what he believes

in and his own opinion, but it actually means to acknowledge that he doesn't know everything

and that he's willing to learn from everyone and be apologetic when he's wrong.

"PiangKwan, I'm very sorry"

He walked over and sat next to me and apologized.

Ok this shows me that he's sorry and doesn't just say it to me.

I can also see it in his eyes.

Ever since I met him, this is the first time we looked into each other eyes for longer

than 30 seconds.

But my cheeks are starting to feel really flushed, oh my god if I have to look at him

longer than this my checks are going to explode!!

"Uhhh ummm ok can you please just go back and sit in your chair please."

"Do you forgive me?"

Kwan: ".. yes.

Now please go back to your seat!"

After he went back to his seat, I started to feel my face cool down a little bit and

it felt like I could finally breath again.

He saw how I was reacting and so asked me...

"Are you okay?

Are you sick?

Do you need some ammonia?

Or water?

I can get it for you."

"I'm fine thank you.

Let's start working."

"You know, even though you say that you accept my apology.

I know that deep down inside, you're probably still mad and I will really have to show to

you how much I want you to forgive me.

I really want to build the trust between us."

He looks so serious.

I want to tell him that actually I forgave him already as I said before.

He's trying so hard to win my forgiveness and with his puppy dog eyes, how can I not?

But I'm not going to tell him that.

"It's like you said, it takes time to build trust."

"Ok.

Then let's start work.

I would like to know every employee's history.

I've already sent a request to HR to send me the paperwork each employee had filled

out about themselves for the company.

But I also would like it if you can write down personal information you know about everyone

and give that to me as well.

"That would be like I'm telling you their secrets.

No way."

"I think you misunderstand what I'm saying.

I just want to know things like their hobbies, favorite foods, sports or whatever they like

to do.

So I can combine your information with the information they gave me when we spoke one

on one.

And when I have my meeting with Sontorn tomorrow, we can discuss how to reach our target which

is fast approaching.

"Oh... well if this is the information you want then of course I can find it for you.

Then it's not like I'm selling out my friends.

Is there anything else you'd like me to do?"

"At the moment, no, you can go back to work now., Thank you."

"So he seems to be getting better.

He's learning how to talk to people better.

I guess my secretary life will not be so bad after all.

I mean he's not a bad person...

So to be able to work with a good manager for a long time would be really great....

Wait.

Why am I smiling?

Kwan, what are you daydreaming about?

Xperia XZ3 v Xperia XZ2 : Which Sony flagship is best and which should you buy | Tech News - Duration: 2:58.

SONY has just revealed its new Xperia XZ3 flagship at the IFA technology show in Berlin

and here's what's new on this latest smartphone.

Sony Xperia fans are being treated to another new smartphone with the launch of the refreshed

and rebooted Xperia XZ3.

This shiny new flagship has just been unveiled at the IFA technology show in Berlin with

it offering a number of upgrades over its XZ2 predecessor.

The XZ3 will go on sale later this month and, if you're thinking of buying one, here's

what's new on this latest smartphone.

1.

THE DISPLAY AND POWER

Sony is making a big deal about its new display and it has every reason to shout very loudly

about this latest screen.

The Japanese technology firm has not only increased the size slightly but also added

OLED and QHD+ technology.

This makes colours burst from the phone with content looking better than most home TVs.

Sony is boasting the XZ3 will deliver deeper blacks, higher contrast, and much sharper

clarity.

There's certainly nothing wrong with the 5.7-inch HD+ display on the older XZ2 but

this new flagship should take things to new level.

If it's power you are after then you'll find the XZ2 and XZ3 are performance packed.

With Qualcomm's blistering Snapdragon 845 tucked inside it's unlikely these phones

will struggle with anything you throw at them.

2.

DESIGN

You won't notice any big style changes between the XZ3 and XZ2 with them both featuring a

stunning all-glass finish and a screen that stretches to the sides of the phone.

The colour options also stay the same with these devices available in Black, White Silver,

Forest Green and Bordeaux Red.

From the front, there's also little that has changed with Sony sticking with its bezels

at the top and bottom of the phone.

This, Sony says, is so they can include their front-facing S-Force Surround Sound speakers.

There's no question that these are both good looking phones but there is still one

odd design decision.

The XZ2 was universally criticised for its fingerprint scanner placement which sits very

low down on the rear of the device.

Sadly, Sony hasn't changed its mind with the XZ3 still getting this rather annoying

security feature.

3.

BATTERY

With a glass rear case, it's possible to refill both the XZ2 and XZ3 wirelessly.

These devices also include Sony's battery care tech and stamina modes which help look

after and extend its life.

However, the XZ3 does ship with a slightly larger power pack inside.

It's unclear if this will extend battery life or simply offer a way of powering that

brighter display.

We'll let you know as soon as we begin reviewing this phone.
