 "His level of progression is fine. It is those who aren't playing at all that I worry about

 "The landscape is very complicated. Families are quite transient. Nearly every player in our England U15s and U16s are dual nationality," said Southgate

"It would be wrong of us, and arrogant, to think people will play for us just because we are England
