"Spider Man is Fighting the Avengers" Scene - ATM Robbery Scene - Spiderman Homecoming Movie Clip HD - Duration: 5:19.

You have reached the voice-mail box of:

Happy Hogan.

Hey, Happy.

Here's my report for tonight.

I stopped a grand theft bicycle.

Couldn't find the owner, so I just left a note.

I helped this lost, old Dominican lady.

She was really nice and bought me a churro.

I just feel like I could be doing more.

You know?

Just curious when the next real mission's gonna be.

So, yeah, just call me back.

It's Peter.

Parker.

Why would I tell him about the churro?

Hey, hey- Okay.

- Can't wait to see this thing.

- Finally, something good.

Yo, this high-tech stuff makes it too easy.

- Told you it was worth it.

- Okay, go, go, go.

Oh, nice.

We can hit, like, five more places tonight.

What's up, guys?

You forget your PIN number?

You're the Avengers.

What are you guys doing here?

Thor.

Hulk.

Good to finally meet you guys.

I thought you'd be more handsome in person.

Iron Man.

Hey, what are you doing robbing a bank?

You're a billionaire.

Hey" Oh, this feels so weird.

What is that thing?

I'm starting to think you're not the Avengers.

911.

What's your emergency?

Spider-Man is fighting the Avengers in a bank on 21st Street.

Let's wrap this up.

It's a school night.

So how do jerks like you get tech like this?

No.

Wait, wait, wait!

Mr. Delmar.

Hey, Mr. Delmar, you in here?

ls anybody in here?

Hello?

Oh, come on.

I gotta-- - Here, here.

- Good, yeah.

Okay.

Good.

Yes.

Yes-- No.

No, put that down.

That's worth more than you or me.

Yeah?

The craziest thing just happened.

These guys were robbing an ATM... - ...with high-tech weapons--

- Take a breath.

I don't have time... - ...for ATM robberies...

- Yeah, but-- ...or the notes you leave.

I have moving day to worry about.

Everything's gotta be out next week.

- Wait.

You're moving?

Who's moving?

- Yeah, don't you watch the news?

Tony sold Avengers Tower.

We're relocating to a new facility upstate... - ...where hopefully cell service is much worse.

- But what about me?

What about you?

Well, what if Mr. Stark needs me or something big goes down?

- Can I please talk to Mr. Stark?

- Stay away from anything dangerous.

I'm responsible for making sure you're responsible, okay?

I am responsible.

I-- Oh, crap.

- My backpack's gone.

- That doesn't sound responsible.

- I'll call you back.

- Feel free not to.

What was that?

It's nothing.

Nothing.

You're the Spider-Man.

Saeho is a bluffer?! [Happy Together/2019.01.17] - Duration: 16:41.

We got new news.

- What? / - It's about Saeho.

- Youngmi reported to us. / - Right.

- Yes. / - I heard it from her.

Youngmi says

Saeho is a scammer and bossy.

Just swear at him.

- His parents will... / - Last week...

Last week, I was given the Excellence Award.

- My New Year is... / - A bossy scammer?

- That is terrible. / - It's the worst.

That's getting hit twice in the face.

- You hate him that much? / - Did something happen?

- Let's hear it. / - He used to

work for another TV channel.

- He used to work for SBS. / - Right.

I used to work for KBS.

We met on "Comedy Big League".

And I was so happy. I finally met him in real life.

He's only a year older than me.

So we became good friends.

There's a writer who knows us both.

She wanted to watch us perform,

- so she came to the shoot. / - Right.

She didn't want to come empty-handed, so

she bought soondae from a very popular restaurant.

She gave it to Saeho to give it to me.

- What happened? / - And...

- He took it. / - He brought it.

I knew everything, yet he said to me,

"A writer I know bought this for me."

- Just for him? / - "You can have it."

(You can have it.)

No way.

- When I heard that... / - How could you do that?

- He bluffs too much. / - Have a seat. Let him talk.

Such things have happened many times.

We will give you time later. Listen to her now.

- That's so petty. / - So what happened?

- My gosh. / - If I was a little closer

to Saeho at the time,

I would've said, "What are you saying?"

- "She bought it for me." / - Why didn't you?

I wasn't that close to him.

- You are so funny. Unbelievable. / - Please hold on.

- Hold on. / - He'd be humiliated if I brought this up

- in front of other people. / - Right. Good girl.

So I just told him, "Thank you. I will enjoy it."

"Okay. Eat a lot, Youngmi."

"It's from a very famous restaurant."

It's not even something really extravagant.

- It was just soondae. / - How could he do that?

He sounds like a very petty man.

- Since then... / - Frankly speaking,

there are so many stories like that.

There are more.

- We... / - It seems we are going to take down Saeho.

Saeho is a great man.

- He's warm-hearted. / - Yes.

He always comes whenever I call him.

"I will come and help you, Shinyoung."

He raised his head when she said that.

- He revealed his face. / - It's a good story.

I said, "It's my birthday. Please come."

"Okay, I'll go and pay the bill."

He actually paid. He paid.

I was right behind him.

I could see the balance.

He said, "It cost me 800 dollars."

I clearly saw "400 dollars" on the monitor.

- No way. / - I was right there.

- It was 400 dollars. / - He's the worst.

- Honey. / - You got criticized even after you paid.

- He's the worst. / - He's the worst.

Do you feel bad?

How is he bossy?

Even after what happened,

I still treated him well since he's older.

- You treated me well? You? / - However, he went,

"Wait. Which class are you in?"

(That's what a bossy person would say.)

- He asked me that. / - That's bad.

I said I was in the 19th class of KBS comedians.

"I auditioned with people in the 18th class."

He kept saying those things.

- He pretended to be one. / - He isn't the 18th class.

Youngmi, have you ever greeted me the right way?

- Why would I greet you? / - He's one bossy man.

Why would I greet a man like you?

- You are bossy. / - I said hello.

- When did you do that? / - What else should I do?

Should I bow down and say, "How do you do, Saeho?"

- Don't fight. / - Why, I...

Why would you want to be formally greeted?

- Don't fight. / - I never wanted it.

(Don't obsess over a greeting.)

- Youngmi! / - Don't fight.

(Feeling falsely accused)

Have you ever treated me well?

- He wants her to greet him properly. / - Take a seat.

When I said hello to you in the waiting room,

you said, "Get lost."

- My gosh. / - That's not true.

- My gosh. / - By the way, while this is happening,

Yoonhee was watching us like this.

(Her jaw dropped.)

I couldn't close my mouth.

- It's unscripted. / - I only studied the script.

You were improvising everything.

- I'm so flustered. / - That's variety show for you.

Speaking of being bossy...

Now that I am back,

I try hard to not appear bossy to younger artists.

I did a sketch called "Scene Bong Teacher"

for over six months, but there was no team dinner.

Whenever I suggest it,

they say, "Okay. Let's have dinner."

When I asked when,

they said we should have dinner on February 30th.

So I checked the calendar.

There isn't a February 30th.

February only has 28 days.

They don't want to have dinner with me.

I also thought "February 30th" sounded very awkward.

There's no such date.

"Come on. We've been working"

- "together for a while." / - Right.

"Let's have dinner together."

They said, "All right. Meet us here, then."

When I searched the address,

it was Gonjiam Mental Hospital.

The hospital where the movie was shot?

It was that very place.

(She almost had dinner with ghosts.)

I realized they don't want to drink with me.

- They hate it. / - They hate it so much.

I feel so bad for you.

So that's what you were putting up with.

- So I... / - Excuse me? I enjoy the story,

- but don't I get a chance to explain myself? / - No.

- Stop it. / - I thought of a story.

I didn't get to say anything.

The world has changed.

- Right. / - That's being bossy.

I thought of a fun story.

"When did you ever"

"greet me properly?" was the end of it.

- You are done for. / - You cried a little a while ago.

- But... / - You did.

We got everything we need.

We got a cut of you crying.

I will tell you one nice story about him.

- A nice story is good. / - But I'm not done yet.

You got to talk about Gonjiam Mental Hospital.

- You got Gonjiam. / - You should go there.

I realized that they didn't want to drink with me.

I said we should at least go for a meal.

I told them we should go for lunch

and have a meeting after.

They said they wanted to eat naengmyeon.

When I asked them if they know a good place,

they said North Hamgyeong Province.

Hamheung naengmyeon is the best.

- They hated the idea. / - So we still

- haven't had a team meal. / - That's so sad.

- I want to treat them. / - It's very sad.

Even if they can go, they'll have to get trained

at the Ministry of Unification for a month.

- But you'd enjoy it. / - I know.

- We waited long for it. / - They tease you

- because they like you. / - Now,

let's go back

to Youngmi's story.

You greeted him, but he keeps insisting you didn't.

I said, "Hello, Saeho."

- That's a greeting. / - That's a greeting.

- She greets people well. / - Whenever I wave at him,

- he asks which class I am in. / - You are so scary.

- He covered his face. / - I first met Youngmi when

I was doing "Bongsunga School". She'd just debuted.

We've been close since then.

Kang Yumi always said, "How are you, Saeho?"

Youngmi never used honorifics when talking to me.

- She was being friendly. / - I can say hello.

- "Hello." / - Did you not like that?

- For example... / - Do you want her

- to use honorifics? / - That's not it.

All right. Fine.

(Okay. Okay.)

(Laughing)

- I... / - I didn't know.

I never asked her about her class.

- I never asked... / - Whenever she greeted...

- which class she's in. / - Fine.

Let's just say you never did.

He can't say anything.

(We are on TV.)

This is what actually happened.

Whenever I see her and say hello,

she says, "I hate you. Get lost."

- Did you say that? / - Did you or did you not?

Let's just say I did.

(Saeho loses.)

Are you happy now?

Saeho.

(The new year begins with a lot of ordeals.)

- Moths are coming out from your mouth. / - Sorry.

I apologize.

"I am sorry."

I am sorry.

I will never do it again.

In the past,

I wonder if she remembers. Once,

I went to Itaewon with my friends.

I happened to see Youngmi

drinking with a man.

I could see her from outside,

so I tried saying hi to her.

(She gestured at him to go away.)

- She waved me off. / - With a hand signal.

That was an important moment.

- She was all smiles to the man. / - She literally

shooed him away.

(She was sweet to her man, but she suddenly changed.)

We are even now. We are even.

- Shake hands. / - We are even.

- Saeho. / - Say you love him.

You should apologize to him for what you did.

- That was bad. / - That was bad.

- She should apologize. / - I said, "Youngmi!"

- you told me to go away. / - Apologize politely.

I am sorry.

(I am sorry I told you to go away.)

I will never do it again.

(She's very polite.)

Saeho, apologize to her.

- I am sorry for what I did. / - My gosh. All right.

- That's good. / - That's good.

- We will cheer for you. / - Say "I love you."

Saeho's having

a bad start of the year.

It's not a good start.

It's the aftereffect of getting the award.

It's worse than I imagined.

I knew it wasn't going to be good.

There's the "Curse of Grand Award".

There was no "Curse of Excellence Award" before now.

(He's the first to be cursed.)

You are now "Bossy Cho".

- Bossy Cho. / - Bossy Cho.

- Saeho is bossy. / - Yes. Saeho is bossy.

(I pity him.)

Let's talk about the year you debuted.

- Eunyi debuted in 1993. / - In 1993.

- I debuted in 2003. / - 2003.

Youngmi debuted in 2004.

- She debuted the latest in 2005. / - 2005.

Bongsun debuted last.

That's only the debut year.

(She's the second eldest.)

She's the second eldest member,

- but she debuted last. / - She debuted last.

Given the experience and age,

everyone probably thinks

Eunyi is the bossy member of Celeb Five,

but it's actually Shinyoung.

- She's very bossy. / - She is

- very similar to Saeho. / - Is she?

I've never seen a girl as bossy as her.

She's the female version of Saeho.

- They are the same. / - They are like decalcomania.

(They are both very bossy.)

I don't know why they are so similar.

She's like a teenage boy at the peak of puberty.

- Is she? / - Yes.

- No way. / - I joined "Infinite Girls" late.

Shinyoung was my age.

But when I said, "Hello, Shinyoung..."

I'll have you know that she helped me so much.

In the opening scene,

whenever I was at the end,

she told me to come and stand in the center.

When I thanked her, she asked,

"By the way, which class are you in?"

(That's how bossy people talk.)

It's like a catchphrase.

(They are bossy.)

Decalcomania.

Why do you care so much about the class?

You should wear a name tag.

Why keep asking which class they belong to?

Both of them are very curious about that.

I asked her which class she was in

because I had nothing else to say to her.

- Nothing. / - I wanted to be friends.

- I had nothing to say. / - And we were all close

before we auditioned.

- Saeho. / - You stay out of it.

You have nothing to do with this.

- Nothing? / - Nothing.

- Gosh. / - You brought it up.

(Know when to interfere and when to stay out.)

- Saeho is so cute. / - This is crazy.

Saeho, shouldn't you be hiring a lawyer?

- I am trying to... / - Do you have a close one?

He's already dressed like an inmate.

Yoonhee, aren't you considered a veteran actress?

In terms of experience, yes.

How is she? Is she bossy to younger artists?

- "She's bossy." / - Have you heard of it?

Or do younger artists

give you that impression?

Never.

- It's darkest under the candle. / - Right.

- Really? / - Do you ever talk about the old days?

- "Old days"? / - What?

That's what he says the most.

- What was that? / - He always says that.

- "Back in the days..." / - "In my early days..."

- That's so old. / - Bossy people say

- "back in the days". / - "In our time".

- "In my time". / - "In my time".

They say those phrases a lot.

How do you talk to younger artists, Yoonhee?

I don't talk like that.

I don't think I am bossy.

Rather, I have leadership because I am experienced.

Let's say you ask them to have dinner,

and they want to meet on February 30th.

What will you do?

I will tell on them to my husband.

- She is bossy. / - She's bossy.

She's going to tell on them to her husband.

They want to go to Hamheung for naengmyeon.

You already look very angry.

- You look angry. / - Her lips got small.

What if you go to where they told you to meet

and end up at the Gonjiam Mental Hospital?

I will be really angry if that happens.

(She means it.)

- Okay. You fell for it. / - She fell for it.

- She fell for it. / - She empathized.

There might be a good restaurant there.

- There might be. / - But I'll be there alone.

They might meet you up there. She's angry.

- By the way... / - She's very angry.

It's good that you checked before you left.

If you'd actually went to the address,

- you'd be in trouble. / - When comedians are close,

- we tease each other. / - We joke around a lot.

Don't you have something to say about Saeho?

- Right. Saeho... / - Why are there so many?

Is today about explaining yourself?

This happened at the Entertainment Awards last year.

The awards ceremony.

- I didn't expect it. / - What happened?

He...

- Suddenly... / - This is funny.

When someone wins an award,

I understand wanting to give them flowers.

And Saeho, who's known for being a good friend,

must've wanted to congratulate the person.

- He could've bought them. / - Right.

He saw the flowers on the "Gag Concert" table.

"Bongsun, let me borrow one bouquet."

He wanted to borrow it.

- For whom? / - "Will you return it?"

He said he would.

He took it and gave it to him.

I said, "When will you bring it back?"

"We need to give it to another person later."

(He told her to wait.)

- He did it again. / - My gosh.

We had to

go to the waiting room and get more flowers,

but then, he came back and borrowed one more.

- She's lying. / - You said, "Give me one more."

This Excellence Award curse sure is quite nasty.

It's nasty.

Anyway, he took another bouquet.

"When will you bring back the flowers?"

"Wait."

"Okay. Okay."

- Wait. / - "Bring the flowers."

He would've shown off if he'd bought them.

It would be nice if they only tell the truth.

They exaggerate too much.

- I can't stand it. Let's be precise. / - Did we lie?

- Bae Jungnam... / - What's the fact?

was at our table.

- Right. / - Jungnam...

- This curse is nasty. / - Saeho.

Tell us.

Give us a respirator.

- Give us the respirator. / - Enough about Jungnam.

- Just stop it. / - Saeho.

- Just admit it. / - We will give him oxygen.

- I feel so upset. I didn't... / - Saeho.

- exaggerate it at all. / - Why talk about Jungnam?

I only told the truth.

I think your heart is not beating.

- Let me explain. / - Go ahead, Saeho.

Why don't you just retire?

(Eunyi suggests he retires.)

You've won enough awards.

I'd planned to do so in March,

so this is too ahead of schedule.

- Actually, that day... / - It's too early.

I asked my manager to prepare flowers

- to be used as gifts. / - Yes, I understand.

- All right, we get it. / - Anyway, Jungnam won

and I wanted to give him flowers

since we went through a lot last year together,

but I didn't have any,

whereas you, my good friend,

had about two at your table.

- "Bongsun, can I..." / - Look at his face.

You told me to bring it back.

Actually, you told me to bring two back.

I asked to borrow one but had to return two.

- That wasn't nice. / - She's a businesswoman.

I'm not a charity worker.

- But... / - This is business!

- It have to get paid. / - I said okay,

took her flowers and gave them to Jungnam,

but she kept telling me to bring her two bouquets.

I said I would,

but all through the award show...

She's a loan shark for flowers.

A flower shark.

- She's a flower shark. / - Her reaction...

A flower shark?

Are you not interested in a third album?

- We need to release one. / - We've got it covered.

- A flower shark. / - From what I gather,

you tend to leave out details that harm yourself.

Of course we leave them out.

- So... / - However, in Part 1...

- This is war! / - she kept scolding me

up until it was her turn to accept an award.

I didn't know I'd win one, so I was anxious.

- That's why... / - What a scary loan shark.

- A scary flower shark. / - Anyway,

there were a few bouquets left behind

by award winners who received too many flowers,

so I brought her some from the pile,

but she wanted me to bring her the one from before.

- It was frustrating. / - It was half the size of mine.

He'll only be able to explain this

and not the other occasions.

Yes, just this case.

The more you talk, the more awkward it'll get.

Franchising With Fernandez - Episode 5 - Why is it important to have a Social Media Plan? - Duration: 3:33.

I'm Mark Fernandez and this is Franchising with Fernandez. In this

episode we're talking about social media and what not to do,

why have a social media plan? and also some of the tricks that we've learnt

along the way too save you some time and money. Recently, I caught up in the studio

with Tracey Franco from FinanceCorp. Tracey is a whiz at social media and we

were lucky enough to have her sit down and tell her story on some of the things

that she has done over the years. Today's topic is social media and we

have here with us today an esteemed author of the book smart money, past

franchisor and considered a leader in industry with over 17 years experience.

All the way from Cockburn Central Tracey Franco welcome. Thank you! How are

you today? Very well thank you! Wonderful! Social media, let's talk about

some of the things that you're doing. Can you just elaborate to our viewers. Sure, so pretty

much social media plays a big part of my business. I have 15 mortgage brokers that

work underneath me and I manage all their social media pages, we advertise

pretty much every day on social media and we receive probably hundreds of

leads per month from social media. Right, wow, wonderful! So can you talk to us

about some of the activities that you're doing to stimulate those leads. Sure, so

pretty much all of my staff have obviously their own business page and

from there we also share post within our business pages as well so at least

I guess the more that we're getting those the advertising out to people the

more leads we're all going to get so I guess we work as a team we all like each

other's pages we all interact within it and we also share it on my personal

pages as well and I also do group posting so I'm a member of many many

many groups and I try and advertise in those twice a week and that also

generates a lot of business for all of the company. Wow, wonderful. So part of our

membership part of our readership is also about

franchisees and franchisors if there was something that you could say of what not

to do can you give me some insights of gold nuggets on some of the things that

we should stay away from. Sure, I would stay away from anything about politics or

anything that people could say negative and also make sure that you're posting

regularly because if you're not on Facebook won't push your post out to

more people and the whole idea of Facebook is to get your post out to as

many people as you possibly can so you need to make sure that you're

posting as much as you possibly can. At least three times a week minimum

let's say. So that's what Tracy Franco had to say about social media. The key is

to get out there and have a go you need to get some expert advice and that's

where we come in. I encourage you to get in contact with us if you need any

assistance in developing your social media plan, we are here to help! I'm Mark

Fernandez and this has been Franchising with Fernandez.
