You Can't Plan For Everything / WLOG - Duration: 19:43.

Hey, hey, good morning friend. We're back at you with another WLOG here. I'm about to run into Home Depot

Grab some grab some orange peel textured going to finish up another job today gonna be a great WLOG super excited about it

Wanted to mention that I haven't really talked about it a lot lately

But this is like my 44th we launched so I got a whole bunch more we logs

It takes you kind of through the last, you know, four or five months of my business things I've learned

I've changed a lot of pricing

I've got an employee a lot of things have changed and I've been through some ups and downs some good jobs and bad jobs. So

Neither, let's say just check that out. But we're gonna run into Home Depot here. We're gonna grab some texture

So, let's see how fast we go through Home Depot. Let's do it

All right, we did it we got our Gutter orange peel texture here. Hey guys, I got some new shoes pretty exciting check this out

Redwing shoes, you may not be very excited, but I am

You guys may not be very excited about the Redwing shoes, but I'm super excited

I'm cuz they are the first pair of boots that I've ever bought they're to like

Actually, like work boots like I mean, I'm the only I've always cheaped out. So I've always bought like Walmart, you know boots

There's the first time I've actually spent some good money on some good high-quality boots

And I've been wearing them all week so far and I'm loving them. They're really great

I love these they are waterproof and then it's cool with Red Wings

you can bring them in any time and

They give you new laces and they also clean them and oil them for you at any time. So I'm pretty excited about that

So if they ever get dirty just bring him in drop them off. They clean them for me. So pretty exciting

So anyways, let's get head into our job today

We are finishing up a job that I started

last

Week. So basically this lady she had just uh, it's a really old house. It's a house

I did work at before. I installed some ceiling fans for her before

So she had no exhaust fan in this bathroom

So she wanted me to install an exhaust fan. So I went in to install it. I thought it would be pretty pretty simple

I thought I could just take power from where the switch is

Run that up to an exhaust fan

It turns out that all the power comes to the wall lights, which is above the mirror where the vanity is

that's where all the power comes from and then they actually have a

switched

Let's see a switch

So they got power running over on the white wire and then they switched the black wire coming back over to the light

So all the power is in the light picture

So what I had to do is I had to cut a big old square of drywall right there

rewire all that basically run two new wires run it run a full power over to my switch and then run a new wire from

That switch to my exhaust fan. So I have it all patched up. I did one coat of drywall on it

And then she had she wanted to go from one light fixture to two light fixtures

She didn't have the light fixtures in so I'm coming back just gonna install the new light fixtures

and I also need to do another coat of drywall mud, and then my

Orange peel texture because it was a little bit too cold last time

So the drywall compound just wasn't curing as fast as I wanted it to and I had to come back anyway

so

that is the mission for today button that up and then we have a few other jobs to go with we're gonna be meeting with

And then run into the plumbing store, so it's me a great day. So

Let's get to it. Oh, I'm also curious. What kind of work boots do you guys wear?

I you know, I'm really loving these Red Wings. Do you guys have any other things that you like Frank really likes Wolverines?

So here's the drywall patch that I got here need to do another coat there

Anyway with the two lights. It used to just have one light in the center and then we ran power over here

Installed a double switch and our new exhaust fan

So that's what we was there so let's get to it

Alright, I've got them all up there root with some Mitchum miss miss matching bulbs. That's all we have

Turned out pretty good, though

Just need to level them out

Alright that job went pretty good

We got everything buttoned up in the bathroom there and you saw that I was painting the ceiling in the hallway

Just around that light because the first song I was up in the attic. I accidentally hit that light with my foot

And knocked it out of the ceiling. So that was kind of a learning lesson

While or last time I was there I patched it up and then I told her I'd paint it this time

So she was cool with that. It wasn't that big a deal

But still you don't want to knock stuff out of ceilings that kind of sucks. But anyways, I will post a before and after picture

so you can kind of take a look at what it looked like before it only had that one light in the center and then

After now it has the two lights

More importantly, it has a fully functioning exhaust fan and it's fully vented out through the roof everything like that

That's the most important because there are six people that live in that house and they all use that one bathroom

It's only one bed one bathroom house

And she rents out the garage. So yeah, there's I don't know how many people live there exactly

but anyways, there's a lot of people all using that bathroom and

Right before I got in there. Someone had used the shower and there was no

Condensation anywhere so I know the exhaust fan is working great

So pretty exciting about that because that's what she wanted

You know, so now we are heading across town to go take a look at Frank's job and he's working on

gonna go say hi to him help him out with the with the job help him get out of there and

And we're gonna go over to another job with him take a look at that and he's gonna get started on that fence job

So anyways, so let's go see Frank

And now I'm painting this bathroom for the customer. It's gonna be all white

Cool, cuz they just had the shower put in by someone and then they had a drywall repair over there by someone else. So yeah

So, yeah, so yeah

Cool yeah, the guys have asked me a lot if I paint and I say will Frank paints I

All right, we've done a little bit of work here in the past we installed this guy here

I'm installed that last time we're here

And then last time we were here we also installed this prehung door here

Open it up and it's actually an interesting prehung door because this is actually a 2x6 wall

Just built with two by six rather than two by four so you can see here is the original door frame right here

Which is four four inches wide and then you have an expander kit that actually expands out your jam

What two inches or so inch and a half or so and that goes all the way around you can see here

That came out pretty good. The one thing is when we when I installed this door

There was a little alarm sensor, which is right here. This is a new one

It was down here a brown this area here

It actually comes through this box here and I actually cut through with my sawzall

So we have to put a new one in so that's what I'm gonna get get going on right now

All right, here is our wires right here you see there's

There's the old sensor that I just cut in half. You can still see the red from the sawzall blades. So we're gonna

drill in right around here and

We are going to make our new connections put ours in and then need to put it in the in the door itself

And then put our trim back on

All right got a wired nutted back in

All right, we got our sensor and the way you test it is you open it up and listen for that beep

It's very faint. See if you hear it

Check it out. So we got our

magnet there

And we got our sensor there. So now as you need to put our trim back on

Call oh good all

Right, so now they want to put this screen door on this new door that we installed so we're gonna be putting that together

Okay, here's our screen door latch is pretty good

Let's loosen this and see the operation here. So

Was actually fallen that way and what we did is we put two 16-foot

pressure-treated two by fours one on the top and one on the bottom and

Putting in two new galvanized post to support this broken fence post here

so that is what we're doing didn't want to leave you guys hanging on that but

That is pretty much what we're doing and then we're supposed to be having a business meeting right now

But that's not happening because we're working

Liverpool 'open talks' for Italy starlet Sandro Tonali - Duration: 2:35.

Liverpool have reportedly opened preliminary talks with Serie B side Brescia over the potential signing of highly rated midfielder Sandro Tonali

The 18-year-old has been turning heads in the second tier of Italian football, and attracting the attention of a host of European clubs as a result

 Dubbed the 'new Andrea Pirlo,' the youngster resembles the Italy legend in both playing style and physical appearance

Tonali has two goals and three assists for Brescia so far this season, and has already been previously involved with the senior Italy squad

Italian publication Gazetto Dello Sport carry the latest reports of Liverpool's interest, with one reporter confirming the Reds have had scouts placed at Serie B matches to specifically watch the player

It is reported that Brescia chiefs will demand £30million (€35m) for the unpolished diamond, which would represent a sizable fee for an unproven talent

Serie A giants Juventus, Milan, Inter and Roma are also keen on securing the youngster's services

Brescia owner Massimo Cellino – who had a controversial time in charge of Leeds United previously – also recently personally revealed Liverpool had been in touch

He told newspaper Corriere dello Sport: 'Yes, Roma have asked me about Tonali. I've talked about him to [Roma director Mauro] Baldissoni several times, but I want to keep the lad as long as possible

'Is he ready? I don't know, he's 18. But Liverpool also contacted me a little while ago

'Upon his first international call-up in November, Italy coach Roberto Mancini labelled the playmaker 'incredibly gifted

''I want to stress again that he's incredibly gifted and has clear margins for growth

I'll get to know him better over the next few days,' the former Manchester City boss told reporters at the time, at Italy's training base

 When LeBron James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers last summer, everyone wondered who else would sign or who the Lake Show would trade for to give the star a fellow top dog to play with

 Anthony Davis was one of those names.  They didn't do anything, possibly because next summer would bring some big-name free agents with it

Perhaps management thought it was pointless to compete with the Kevin Durant and Steph Curry Warriors until the 2019 offseason when the Dubs potentially break up

 But that plan may have changed on Monday morning when ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski dropped this bombshell of a report about Anthony Davis on Twitter: Agent Rich Paul has notified the New Orleans Pelicans that All-NBA forward Anthony Davis has no intention of signing a contract extension if and when presented and that he has requested a trade, Paul told ESPN on Monday

It's a bird (pelican?) in the hand situation: Why wait until this summer with the uncertainty about, say, Kawhi Leonard or Kevin Durant coming to the Lakers when they can trade for one of the NBA's most compete seven-footers, one who's set to be a free agent in 2020? The question now becomes what team rolls the dice and trades for AD (and how much do they give up) understanding that Rich Paul ideally wants to pair him with LeBron in LA

OKC rolled the dice with PG and it worked. Toronto did it with Kawhi and jury is still out

Let's also note what a nice thing Davis did for the Pels — he could have left New Orleans without informing them he wanted out, a situation that would have netted them nothing in return

 If the Lakers don't end up with Davis — maybe there's another team willing to take the risk the Thunder did when they dealt for Paul George in 2017 — it's not the biggest blow in the world

James could convince Durant or Klay Thompson this summer to come to Hollywood to win rings

 But the Lakers shouldn't put their future in the hands of what-ifs — what if Davis, like George, is convinced to stay by playing for a season and change for another team? What if Durant decides his best shot at more titles is the Bay Area?  The Lakers have the assets, they have the best player in the game, and they have a prime destination

They should show Davis they want him bad and grab him before someone else does. Don't mess it up
