I Was Judged and Bullied For Wearing Makeup To School - Duration: 2:51.So basically for a long time I've been really self-conscious about my
appearance. Makeup or no makeup. But one day I decided I wanted to wear makeup to
school because I was feeling a bit more confident than usual and I thought it
would be a good idea. As I arrived to school I got looks and I kinda tried
covering it up from the teachers because it wasn't like I was supposed to, you
know not be wearing makeup. It was just, I was so nervous on what everyone would
think. Of course there were people that looked at me and they gave me and a thumbs up
they said that they loved it. It was cute, you know and that really
boosted my confidence up a bit. And I remember during lunch I mean I don't
think it was the makeup that did it but during lunch there was this cute
boy in the 8th grade and he was walking past our table and I turned around and
he looked at me and I started blushing a lot. My friends called me out on it.
But anyways, earlier on in the day I was getting compliments and I just felt
really comfortable with myself then. And that's when recess came and we started
lining up for to go to our 7th hour. And this kid in my grade said hey you look
like a doll with all that makeup and he's like no offense but you look like a
doll you look like a barbie doll and I tried keeping it in that eye like I tried
being strong but it was really hard my friend will call our Kate I started
screaming at him she couldn't stop screaming at him trying to defend me and
I then ran up to the bathroom and wash all my makeup off some of it smeared and
I started crying I then became late to my seventh hour and my teacher I think
he noticed I was crying because normally he would yell at me for being late but
this time he just excused it and said that it was fine just not to let it
happen again I was just really upset the entire time and the kid that you know
call me doll that's I'm not the only person he's called this before and I
mean I'd like to think that it's not true because it isn't true I'm not a
doll and I know I shouldn't listen to other
people like that and I don't know if I'll ever have the confidence to wear
makeup to school again but for now I think I'm okay

For-Profit Prisons Making MILLIONS From Trump's Immigrant Camps - Duration: 4:04.The private prison industry made $800,000,000 just off of Donald Trump's migrant detention
facilities in the year 2018.
According to a recent investigation by the daily beast, uh, there's roughly 638 different
sites were for profit.
Prisons are operating these migrant detention facilities.
And through the contracts they've gotten from the federal government, they have pulled in
more than $800,000,000.
So at this point we're talking close to $1,000,000,000 just for one year of Donald Trump's war on
immigrants.
And after all, let's not forget the war on immigrants wasn't necessarily beginning in
January of 2018.
We didn't start the family separation policy and the locking of the kids in cages until
roughly may of 2018.
So they made that $800,000,000 basically just for housing people for seven months.
And you would think it wouldn't get any worse than that.
Right?
You know, these people are making a profit off of children dying in their custody, making
a profit off of locking human beings in cages.
But somehow it does still manage to get worse because apparently they're using these migrants
who are being held in these facilities for months at a time.
Some of them, they're using them as cheap sources of labor.
So rather than spending that $800,000,000 that you got from the government on hiring
people to do things like laundry, janitorial, work, preparing food and meals for your inmates,
they're making the actual migrants do those jobs, paying them anywhere between $1 and
$3 per day.
So not only do they not have to actually hire a staffer, had a regular salary, a regular
hourly rate to do these things that have to be done.
They're just using the migrants.
The people who came here seeking asylum, the people who came here legally seeking asylum
are working for one to $3 per day in these $800, million dollar prison camps.
Just because the private for profit prison industry wants to make more money.
Now, this is actually something that we had discussed way back in May when these detention
facilities were first popping up and making the news.
And that is the fact that many of these contracts for the construction and staffing of these
detention facilities, these contracts extend through the year 2022.
So if you're thinking that this process is going to end, you know, maybe when Democrats
take back the house, maybe when Democrats take back the White House, it's not.
These contracts are for the next four years.
Some of them even longer than that.
This is becoming a permanent policy here in the United States and it is going to take
an act from the next president of the United States in order to put it to an end.
And if that person is anything other than a true progressive populist, a person who
actually cares about other people than do not expect any of this to come to an end.
Because that private prison industry that's making close to a billion dollars a year just
on the migrants in their detention facilities.
They're going to make sure that they give enough money to both parties in the upcoming
election cycles to make sure that whoever wins that next presidential election, they're
going to continue this policy.
So these for profit prisons can keep raking in the cash.

Looking Ahead to 2019: What's on the horizon for the A2 movement? - Duration: 1:58.As Asian Access looks to the coming year, there comes with a lot of enthusiasm for me.
We've had a breakthrough year in 2018 and the things on the horizon are so
much fun to see happen. Right now we have five new countries, I think, even six that
might be looking to open with us. And these are countries that are completely
closed to the development of leaders within their midst. And it's so fun to
come alongside and see them light up and say, "Oh we'd really love to have you guys come!"
And so we're excited too as we lean into 2019 to see what God has on the horizon.
I think for sure we can open at least three of these five or six new countries.
So it'll be an exciting horizon for us. Beyond that...
we are looking to grow when it comes to empowering women in ministry.
This past month alone, I met leaders from three new countries that are saying,
"Hey Joe, I've heard about what God is doing through women in these two countries.
Can you bring that to our country?" And so not only are we exploring...
those new ventures, but it looks like we'll be opening them in 2019.
It's a fun year. On top of those two initiatives, we are looking at expanding at a rapid rate
with business professionals. We have leaders from places like Hong Kong,
Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan that are saying, "We are hungry for the development...
of our capacity as Kingdom marketplace leaders." So thank you for supporting us,
but even more so, please pray as we go into 2019. We want to build on the...
momentum that was from 2018 and all these breakthroughs and see what God is
going to do in the future. Thank you for praying for us and supporting us as
we go into 2019.

Cameron Dallas Breaks Silence After Arrest for Alleged Assault: 'You Have to Protect Yourself' - New - Duration: 1:51.Cameron Dallas is speaking out for the first time after being arrested by police in Colorado over the weekend following an alleged assault at a hotel. In a tweet, Dallas claimed to be protecting himself.
"Unfortunately sometimes in life you find yourself in a situation where you have to protect yourself and the people you care about," he wrote on Twitter. "Have a safe and happy new year, 2019 is going to be an amazing one."
Dallas, 24, also shared a photo of his mugshot, where he appears to be smiling.
According to a statement from the Aspen Police Department obtained by CNN, an ambulance was called to the Hyatt Residence Grand Aspen early Saturday morning where a man was found with injuries to his face.
Dallas was arrested on a second-degree assault charge after the man identified the YouTube star as his attacker, according to CNN. The charge is a felony, reported CNN.
He posted a $5,000 bond and was released.
He is scheduled to appear in court on January 22, according to the news outlet.
The Aspen Police Department was not immediately able to provide comment to PEOPLE.
Dallas first became famous on the now-defunct app Vine before gaining over 21.1 million Instagram followers. In 2016, he also starred in a Netflix docu-series, Chasing Cameron, about the young star's life as a social media influencer.

NFL Playoff Bracket 2018-19: Odds & Matchups For Wild-Card Weekend | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:43.NFL Playoff Bracket 2018-19: Odds & Matchups For Wild-Card Weekend | Heavy.com
The NFL Playoffs start on Saturday, January 5 with an AFC and NFC Wild Card battle.
The Wild Card round finishes on Sunday, January 6.
Here is a look at the brackets:.
Playoff Brackets. .
Odds and Matchups. Colts +2 Texans -2.
Seahawks +2. 5 Cowboys -2.
Chargers +2. 5 Ravens -2.
Eagles +6 Bears -6.
Odds per Oddshark. com.
Why Bears Are The Biggest Favorites.
.
Chicago finished the season on a four-game winning streak.
Along with the Indianapolis Colts, who are also on the same roll, the Bears have the longest streaks in the NFL.
They are playing at home with the league's best defense against a team with a number of injuries at the quarterbacl position.
The Bears are as confident a bunch as there is in the league.
ESPN.com's Jeff Dickerson wrote: "The challenge of taking on the defending Super Bowl champions is always daunting, but the Bears are dripping with confidence.
For a team that hasn't reached the postseason since 2010, the Bears have carried themselves like a perennial playoff team under head coach Matt Nagy, who only strengthened the team's bond by his decision to forgo resting starters in order to end the Vikings' season.".
The Eagles are the defending champions and they have been playing better, but this Bears team is clicking on all cylinders.
It's safe to say, the New Orleans Saints might be the only team in the NFC that would be the favorite against them.
Perhaps that's the game we'll in the NFC Championship Game.
Chargers Are The Best Road Team. .
No road team is a favorite this weekend, but if there is a squad that has proven capable of winning away from home it's the Los Angeles Chargers.
Not only has Philip Rivers and Co.
finished the season with a 12-4 record, the Bolts were 7-1 on the road.
While they dropped a Week 16 clash at home with the same Baltimore Ravens team they'll face on the road, both squads have to know that things can be different the second time around.
Chargers safety Derwin James talked about his team's willingness to battle on the road.
"We love coming into your place — whichever team you may be — and doing our thing," the rookie safety said.
"We come into your place ready to play.
Our motto around here is 'Any squad, any place,' that's what we say around here.
"Playing at Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Seattle at the beginning of the season was big for us.
We've played in all of those hostile environments, and it helped us.".
Confidence is huge, but subduing Lamar Jackson and moving the football against a resurgent Ravens defense is something different.
This game could be one of the most entertaining of the weekend, and don't sleep on the Chargers' chances to pull the upset in B-More.

How To Apply For A Small Business Loan With Bad Credit - Duration: 7:29.Welcome back. In this video, we're going to talk about how to apply for a small
business loan with bad credit. Believe it or not this is a common question and a
lot of other business owners just like you have sacrificed their credit
building their business. Or I've had unexpected things happen either in their
business or in life that have hurt their credit score. In the video today, we're
going to show you exactly what to do and how you can apply for a small business
loan with bad credit.
A lot of business owners just sacrifice their credit in order to build their
business. So it's completely understandable. I've been there myself
and I've spoken a lot of business owners who have done the same. So don't feel bad
about it. But trying to get financing when you have some challenge credit or
your credits not the best can be extremely frustrating.
There are options out there that are available. There not many and knowing the
right place to go is extremely important. Otherwise, you'll get frustrated and
exhausting from shopping around and around and then you'll have your credit
ran multiple times which again is not going to do anything to help improve
your credit score. So it's really important that you get with someone that
has experience in helping business owners with financing with bad credit. So,
if you've already gone to your bank or realize that your credit score is not a
650 or 680 or higher then there are some options are available. And the options
that are available aren't really all that bad. There's some really great
options available with some lenders that focus on business owners and specific
industries that are really more focused on the business and the cash flow of the
business and what you're looking to get accomplished in your
business more so than your personal credit. There are a number of options out
there for business owners with bad credit. And again, depending on your
industry, depending on what you're looking to get accomplished will make
up the right lender that will be able to help you. There are some lenders out
there that will actually go down to a 500 credit score. Even below 500 credit
score. Which is an extreme situation and a bank would never look at financing
someone with a credit score in the 500 range. So again, depending on your
industry and depending on what you're looking to get accomplished. We'll make
up that program and product. If you're unsure of your credit score, there's a
number of places online that you can go and run your credit for free or very
small charges and get your credit score. Which would be important for you to know.
But it's really important that you don't shop around from lender to lender to
lender and continue to have your credit and ran because the multiple inquiries...
It doesn't really help you and can hurt you and actually make your score even
worse. You don't want to do that. So there are lenders out there that will
actually get you funded and not focus on your personal
credit score. And there's someone there that'll go all the way down to a 500
credit score even below a 500 credit score. We recently had a dentist that ran
into some life challenges and some things happen that dropped his credit
score to just above 500 which was extremely low. He's never been that low
but he had some opportunities to expand this business and needed some financing.
You know, we... You know, a lot of the lenders that we work with are just are
focused on small business... On small businesses. And they understand that life
happens and that there's challenges. So what we were able to do is we were able
to really dive deep into the business, get a better understanding of what
happened and saw that it was something outside of the business. And he had a
great time in business, a great history we were able to present a pretty strong
case to our lender and we actually get him approved for over $100,000 with that
with that credit score being just above 500. Which was amazing.
He was able to purchase a piece of equipment add an additional staff member.
And focus on growing and expanding his business. It was a really great story and
we were really happy to help. And there's a lot of stories out there like that. On
top of that, a lot of business owners sacrifice their credit and the beginning
to get it going and we understand that. But it's really important that when
you're... If you're dealing with the situation where your credit is going
through a tough time, it's really important that you're working with a
company that understands how to present that in the right way to underwriting in
order to really ensure that you're actually going to get an approval. And
it's really important that whoever you're working with works with the
number of lenders if that offers multiple financing programs so they can
place you or get you to the right place that's actually going to prove you.
Otherwise, it can be extremely frustrating challenging. You'll get a lot
of feedback that you know it's... Where it's in underwriting, where we're waiting
for an answer and, you know, you don't want to deal with. You don't want to burn
up weeks or months of time hoping that you're going to get approved then to
find out that you weren't. We're really great with eliminating that frustration
and time and getting you to a very fast no and telling you
what maybe you need to do to improve. With the dentist and the reason why that
worked out so well is we were... (1) We really able to have a an in-depth
conversation with the dentist or business owner and really find out what
exactly happened. We also were able to take a look at a number of different
great things that were happening in the business. And we were able to bring the
dentist to a lender that specifically focuses in the medical space that is
extremely comfortable with dentists and primary care doctor offices. Which was
really important. But was really important is we were able to go through
and explain a number of different things. 1, the reasons what what happened. And
then the areas of opportunity and all the great things that the dental
practice has going on even though there was some recent things that happen that
dropped his credit score. After going through that and putting together and
really presenting it in the right way to to underwriting and to the lender, the
lender, you know, felt comfortable and approved them for for a great deal.
So, the reason why you may want be watching this video is perhaps you might
have bad credit or gone through some different challenges. Whatever it might
be. And we completely understand that and we've all gone through them in business.
It's super important that you get with someone that can understand and hear
your story and really present it and paint the picture with the lender and
underwriting to ensure that you're going to get approved. There are some lenders
out there that even after hearing your story may not approve you. But there are
also some lenders out there that maybe really understand your specific industry
and will absolutely hear your story and give you an approval that you never
thought you might get. We've been really great with helping business owners all
across the country in all industries with bad credit. Get approved and
actually get funded. If you can use our help, please check out the link below and
we'd love to hear your story and help you get funded
and get growing. Another bonus thing that we offer is we're not just about helping
you get funded. We offer a number of different business services. And one of
them actually is personal credit repair. So, you can also not only help you get
funded but we work with you after the funding in order to get your credit
score back to, you know, where it should be.
