15 minutes won't be enough.

But they are still relaxed.

- WONWOO only brought bread. - He began his cooking.

Bread.

WONWOO cut bread very neatly.

We can look forward to DINO.

He puts ham inside croissant.

Additional points with ham.

VERNON added loads of cheese.

- It seems very delicious. - Yeah.

HOSHI is using potato salad.

It looks delicious.

There's a strong vinegar scent.

Here.

[Unique]

Vinegar?

Vinegar.

[Adding vinegar to rice]

It's almost like uncooked rice.

[Putting as much as he can]

JEONGHAN. We can't tell yet.

- Fried tofu rice. - I think so.

[Adding cheese]

Kimchi fried rice is here!

- Let's try it first. - While you eat,

We will give you menu.

- Kimchi fried rice. - You guys are so good at this.

- Can we not eat that? - We don't need them.

It's a must.

- Thank you. - How about kimchi?

It smells so good.

[Big bites]

As you were on the set

you should be hungry.

You don't use this dried seaweed flakes?

- Let's have it later. - Okay.

You don't use it.

- Can I have some? - Which one?

Dried seaweed flakes.

- We should've not told them. - Just a little.

[I can give you all]

[Scanning ingredients]

[Adding quail eggs]

WOOZI, it's an ingredient.

It's not a buffet.

[MINGYU joins]

It's also a topping.

- It's a great idea. - You are selecting from these.

- Guys. - It's not a buffet.

You are taking all the ingredients and having it with your kimchi fried rice.

[Cooking show and eating show]

It's really delicious.

You are not using these flakes?

It makes rice so delicious.

[Coming to the ingredient section]

[Cheese goes up]

Have it as much as you want.

It's a convenience store here.

Microwave is working hard.

Cheese kimchi fried rice.

[DIY kimchi fried rice]

[He loves kimchi fried rice too]

[Focusing on cooking]

[Five chefs are doing their job, ignoring kimchi fried rice]

It looks delicious.

[It seems delicious]

[They look like a charming chef]

[Today's blacklisted one]

[I wonder how that dish will turn out]

[Adding ketchup]

Done.

Okay, good

[What looks good here?]

[I won't have it]

[He goes to searching for more ingredients]

[Marshmallows]

I think we can expect shocking dish from JEONGHAN.

Marshmallow and lettuce?

It's a fusion.

Nothing to say.

Fusion dish.

He's putting vegetables into microwave.

Oh that smell.

[Can't you smell it?]

Oh no.

What is it?

Don't wrap it again.

You should have it too.

You should have it first.

Okay. Dishes are all ready.

Visual

is not bad.

What is Spondylosis? | Neurologist Dr Umesh T | Cervical Spondylosis Symptoms, Causes and Treatments - Duration: 4:57.

Hi Viewers this is dr. Romesh from Haven Hospital a Hyderabad and our special

greetings from hevene hospital so I've been the practice in Neurology last 20

years so today I'm going to talk to you about a spondylosis which is commonly

misdiagnosed and MS named for some of the disease has a spondylosis now what

is that spondylosis means spondylosis is a skeletal abnormality in

what happens in a skeletal abnormality you know we have some alignment in the

vertebrae vertebra is a backbone and in which the spinal cord runs and this

panel cord comes from the brain descends down from a brain

so these vertebrates in fact they protect the spinal cord all around its

structures so each vertebrae are small in sizes and they are arranged one over

the above like a bamboo find in between these small body plays we have a soft

tissue called a disc and on either side of this vertebra we have a small roots

exiting out of the body and they are important in functioning of our limbs

and then as well as you know arms and legs and they control our urine and then

we know our the bubble movements and everything so when the fourth normally

usually they don't have any symptoms in spondylosis how do the people develop a

spondylosis if you're in one profession which is you continue for a very long

time for example I will give you take a software engineer now software engineer

is more of respected moments you know they don't mobile they're always with a

table and then laptop and then they are up one posture for a very long time as a

result the body also gets in adapted to the gravity and a muscle stretch and

then they get they have to know align the

whole body according to the posture and then sustain that posture for a very

long time with the contraction of those muscles as a result those muscle

contractions will be held up for a very long time and they become very very

stiff when they become stiff they start pulling the bones which is very near or

which it gets attached to it so if constant pull of that particular bone in

that muscle direction it gets a dis aligned from its normal posture the same

way when we have a spine and then it gets a dis aligned forward or backward

or sideways when it gets dis aligned because of excessive movements are

because of no movements as a result with the roots which are exiting out of a

bone on either side will get compressed and this compression causes tingling

numbness in fingers sometimes shooting pain dragging pain pulling pain and then

you'll have a nagging pain in the neck so this itself indicates it's an early

stage of a spondylosis that means a reverse skeletal arrangement is dis

aligned so this is the right time we should get adapted to a regular exercise

stretch exercise physical therapy regular walk and then this will can be

controlled at the initial phase when we ignore all this we land up either into a

direct owner compression as a result you'll have uncontrolled pain where

physiotherapy has got at least role and medicine has got minimum role medicine

is given only as a symptomatic treatment where the pain can be reduced for a

certain time when the drug wears off from the body again pain reappears so

what we have understood now if this initial reversible phase it can be

controlled when it becomes irreversible immediately you need to see a

neurologist and you know this will identify what is

a person where a precise problem and then what is the remedy for it if it can

can be manageable with a simple exercise and then as well as correction of the

alignment then he will take help of a physiotherapist and try to help you out

in overcoming this problem when you are beyond this problem then you need to see

a neurosurgeon their neurosurgeon he decompressor said or he will try to

put all those bones which are DS aligned into a lined position there is

limitations in that we cannot get completely controlled with this but all

these specialists physiotherapists neurologists neurosurgeons they all try

to help you in some manner to bring you back into a normal lifestyle so my

request to you ollie is I think earlier identifying the disease then preventing

the disease is much better than taking a treatment and getting surgery done for

this disease will be much more difficult thank you very much for giving this hour

reading from of in hospital

World News - Rihanna is dressed for success in 80s inspired cream coat - Duration: 2:51.

She's not afraid of making a really bold fashion statement. And Rihanna did not disappoint when she braved chilly New York City on Tuesday, wrapped up in a 80's inspired nude jacket and satiny white dress

Rocking a mixture of trendy and fashion forward styles, Rihanna, 30, looked as if she meant business as she stepped out into the frigid winter evening

The Love On The Brain songstress turned heads as she made her grand entrance that evening, stepping out in a pair of sexy white high heels that accentuated her toned legs

She added to the neutral theme by carrying a chic, white purse and accessorizing with Le Vian necklaces and a simple and classic silver watch

Share this article Share 59 shares And the songstress let her naturally radiant complexion completely shine through with a hot red lipstick, a winged slick of eye liner, and a shimmering coat of eye shadow adding yet another pop of color to her makeup

Rihanna exuded confidence as she made her way outside, protecting her curly jet black locks with an umbrella helpfully carried by an assistant

The star put on a traffic-stopping display while striding across the pavement in her sexy high heels

Not long before stepping out that evening, Rihanna celebrated the three year 'Anti-versary' of her eighth studio album, Anti

The songstress did so by posting a fascinating video of artist Roy Nachum creating the edgy album cover art for Anti

'This is the man behind the most iconic artwork of my album covers to date.' Rihanna captioned the video, tagging Roy

'shout outs to @iamchloemitchell for this beautiful poem in braille. So many layers of art in this album man! #ANTI #ANTIversary' she wrote

Why video marketing is so powerful in 2019 - Zelaya Productions - Duration: 7:34.

Hey Guys, this is Josh and I'm Amber with the Zelaya Productions and today we're talking

about why video is an effective marketing tool for your business

Did you know that 45% of people watch one hour or more of video per day more than

73% of people who watch a video make a purchase after watching it

But more than 80% of businesses who have used video in their social media or their website

have seen a big increase in sales

We've seen the power of video on one of the biggest video platforms out there YouTube

they reported that they have 1.8 billion viewers who login every month to watch videos and

a whopping 150 million hours of video are watched per day

Video is an effective marketing tool because it allows you to convert prospect to client

conversions when the prospect goes to your website or to your social media and they see

video they get to see your product and service and get to learn about your product and service

in their own time in a non-confrontational way which increases qualifying leads and allows

you to go from a warm lead to a client

Videos also increase engagement and build trust essentially this is because it allows

you to be more personal and for people to get to know you before you ever make a call

to that prospect use inquired on your website or before you ever meet them in person also

if you're putting out content consistently that tells a great story or is educational

and you're providing real value to your viewers it not only allows you to build a long-term

clientele but perhaps a long-term following of people who will consistently share your

content with others are we've seen this with our own video we did a review on our YouTube

channel and I'll let Josh talk more about that

So basically this review what we did was we reviewed two lights that were using that I

every production that we do kinda educate anybody on YouTube and other filmmakers out

there that if they want to buy a light they should consider these two lights and I kinda

went through different points interesting thing was that video was one of the most viewed

videos that we have done more than 17,000 views and a lot of engagement a lot of filmmakers

saying hey thank you so much I love the review it was just me give you my opinions about

the both lights at different price points and they loved it and allow them to trust

a company that I was talking about and purchase the item

Also we've seen it with the dawn of influencer marketing age you know back in 2005 when you

Youtube kind of first rolled around or was first getting popular we saw the emergence

of the daily vlog and for those of you who don't know what a vlog is Josh

Basically you know you had different people just carry their camera with them everywhere

they went and they wanted to show you everything they did and how their life was in the lifestyle

and kind of just give you tips give you advice to show you who they were

And now we see that they're even really famous entrepreneurs out there to name one of them

off the top of my head someone that we follow is Gary Vaynerchuk of VaynerMedia he's putting

out of log called The Daily V and it just goes back to our point that you know it builds

trust because he's putting out completely free content that is so valuable people that

it's become viral

Video provides visual explanation so if your product or service is very complex video could

definitely help with that we have clients that come to us and said Hey Josh we definitely

got to educate the market into what the product is or how to use it at same time if your service

you know for you to sell your service from prospect to a client if your sales cycle is

very long video that definitely helped them a determine what do you need what they want

in your service to shorten the cycle

Also you can highlight areas of concern with your clients or even confusion you know concepts

that have confused them as well.

And last but not list and probably most important for the longevity of your business is that

videos increase brand awareness when you're putting out videos that are well-planned well-produced

thoughtful telling great stories you're more likely to evoke an emotion whether you're

entertaining your audience you're educating them or you know you're telling a story that

might be tragic you are when you're evoking emotion you are inspiring people to act

Exactly and I think one of the companies who is a lot is for example Nike one of many they

basically really evoked the emotion of just do it right and allows you to go ahead follow

the action I think they have definitely done that into brand awareness just even go look

at their YouTube channel you will see the surface of what they're doing and it's just

funny stories very compelling stories

Or serious stories

Or serious stories depending on their campaigns and a lot of the times it's not just about

the product is really about the story but they always finishes off with their brand

giving that brand awareness so thats definitely one of them that comes to mind

And to that point video also allows you to be memorable and stand out from your competition

there are you know likely several businesses out there that are probably doing the same

service as you are or maybe they have the same type of product that you're selling but

your story is compelling your story is unique and that can help you stand apart

Lets step back and summarize this thing video is the number one tool you could use this

year to stay relevant and to beat your competition

For the main reasons it allows you to engage your target audience and to tell your story

and most importantly to business owners at the end of the day

Is to increase sales and get more customers

Thank you so much for watching hopefully we give you an insight of why you should be using

video to stay relevant this year if you like his type of content and consider subscribing

Also we'd really appreciate it if you give it a like or share and we look forward seeing

you guys in the next video

See you next time!

Andrew is proud to be Team KGH - Duration: 0:39.

Hello. My name's Andrew I want to say I'm really proud about the work we're doing

with the Job Center in Kettering. We've been nominated for a regional award for the

work that we're doing promoting healthcare opportunities and jobs across

the organisation. We've worked with housekeeping to actually do employ

people who were unemployed and bring them into work. And we've seen real

good success in the way that we've done that. And we should be shouting about the

work that we're doing with our community partners in promoting health care

opportunities. So keep up the good work

[Research Results] What Marketing Is Working For Other Docs? - Duration: 7:19.

(upbeat music)

- Hey, guys. John Nesbit here.

So a lot of you participated in my recent

marketing research survey that I did.

I did a bunch of e-mails and promotion

just to get a sense of what it is

you're doing for marketing out there,

what you're running into,

what's working, what's not working.

And I want to share some of those results with you.

I'm using a lot of it internally here,

but I want to give you some

of the more interesting results

and the biggest thing that stood out

was the channels that people are using

to market their practices is changing.

Used to be that you had postcards

and print were kind of really large,

and online was a small section,

and you know TV, radio was always

sort of a niche thing.

Right?

And I'm seeing that actually switch

almost completely.

The general thing that I saw,

the biggest change in marketing

over the last say, gosh, even four or five years

since I've started doing this,

is that the magazine (mumbles)

promoting in magazines has dropped by 50%.

Like less than half of guys are using magazines

or have used magazines, recently,

and most reported that it was mediocre

to not that great, right?

Now I'm not slamming on magazines.

Clearly magazines still reach people,

but I just don't think that the medium

'cause some of these guys,

it used to be if someone was sitting

around a doctor's office they'd be reading

the magazines on the table.

Well now they're not.

Now they're looking at their phone, right?

So that attention went to a different channel

and so that other channel's sort of dying.

A magazine's not gonna be really creative.

I wouldn't buy magazine stock.

I mean, what did Newsweek just sell for?

A dollar or something?

These magazines, or these print magazines,

are not going very far.

Newspapers are right behind them.

And that was the next category that dropped a lot

is those big print newspapers.

People are not advertising

in the newspapers much.

They're tending to leave the print newspaper

and go over to the digital versions

or to other things, right?

Again, people sitting around the house

used to go out and get the paper

at the end of the driveway

and open it up and read it, right?

And some older people still kinda do that.

They like the feel of paper.

They're kind of that way.

But fewer and fewer and fewer.

Especially in the demographics

that you wanna reach

in terms of healthcare, right?

If they're older and a little more affluent

or it helps anyway.

So newspaper is dying, print is dying.

And that's no real surprise, I guess,

when you really think about it.

It's sometimes nice when you get research results

where you go yeah, duh, this seems true, right?

(mumbles) Post cards

have actually held pretty steady.

Mailing out a postcard,

putting it in somebody's hand,

has actually still got quite a bit of value.

It's kinda up and down year to year,

but generally speaking postcards is something

that seems to work.

And if you've been paying attention

to the advice I give you,

if you're gonna do postcards

run some Facebook ads first

for a couple hundred bucks

and find out which headlines

and picture works best and then use those

as your face goods on your postcards.

That way you don't print 10,000 postcards

that suck, right?

Just a little advice there.

So if you use those two things together

you're probably doing pretty well.

And I know some pretty big players

in the postcard industry

that are doing just that.

They're running postcards and Facebook together

and I think that's a good idea.

Especially if you run the same message,

the same branding.

That can pretty much be a really great campaign

for somebody, right?

So yeah, postcards is someplace if you're wanting

to try new postcards.

Oh postcards are dead.

No, postcards are not dead.

Hey, just think about it.

Do you still get a bunch of junk mail

in your mailbox?

Yeah, okay good.

Those guys are not fools.

They would not be sending the mail out

day after day after day to you

if it didn't work, okay?

Alright, of course the big winner

and my personal favorite is online.

Online is working, working, working.

Facebook, Google are always obviously leading

the trend.

Bing is in there a little bit.

Those are the big places.

Sort of search engine marketing where

you put your name up there

and you paperclip from Google.

And Facebook, obviously, is working well.

That's why we chose it actually for this agency

because it was the easiest thing

to make work for everybody.

So that kinda continued.

Now, here's something you gonna see in the media

that you don't want to get confused by.

They're gonna say oh Snapchat, Instagram

are being huge and people are leaving Facebook

and going to Snapchat and Instagram.

That's actually not what's happened.

What's happening is Snapchat, Instagram,

and these ones for the kids are growing,

true, 'cause kids are not even watching TV.

If you look at lower demographics,

they don't even watch TV hardly anymore.

They watch their phones, and they watch Snapchat,

and they watch Netflix.

Netflix is a huge thing.

And they watch YouTube, right?

They watch Instagram, right?

They're all on their platforms.

So all the attention is going there

so those are growing like crazy.

Here's the thing.

We don't care.

We're in healthcare.

We don't care.

Unless you treat pediatrics,

and even then they don't make the decisions.

So we don't care.

Now in 15 to 20 years when these guys all grow up

and they'll be on Snapchat.

they've got a 25 year old Snapchat account

somewhere and the guy's 40 years old now.

Ah, okay, then we're gonna care about Snapchat.

Instagram, same deal.

We've done a lot of testing in Instagram.

It is not a good place

to spend money on healthcare.

It is just not.

It's great for certain things,

like if you want to do

well weight loss I guess is an exception.

But if you wanna look good or fashion

that kind of stuff, makeup.

It's awesome for that.

Any kind of highly visual thing.

Healthcare is not typically that highly visual.

Actually Facebook has restrictions

for becoming that visual.

They don't want you to show certain things.

We've actually tested out

and we don't waste our money there too much.

We do a little here and there testing

to see if it changes,

but the audience tends to be younger,

they're in a different mode,

they're not really gonna buy or click

there too much.

But anyhow, other people

may have different experiences with that

and I'm willing to let them have that,

but it's not been our experience

and we don't spend our client money there

just because there's lots of people there

they're just not the ones we want

to reach for healthcare, right? Sure.

Alright, that's kinda the general roundup

of what the media world looks like.

Obviously, I'm a huge fan of radio.

I've run radio in the past.

Radio always seems to be a good one.

My tip on radio is if you're gonna run radio

and you have a good Christian

or religious radio station near you,

especially if you're out of a city area,

you're not in the big metro or even if you are

in the big metro, run on Christian radio.

It tends to be less expensive,

it's a lot more accessible,

like you can actually meet and talk

to the actual guys who are gonna do

the spots for you.

The audience is extremely loyal

and they love the fact that you're supporting

their stations.

Almost like doing public radio

where they're like oh, you're supporting

our religion a little bit by buying ads.

And so those people become very loyal.

They're also very loyal in that when they listen

to a commercial,

when a Christian radio listener listens

the music goes off,

they don't switch to the FM station.

When the music goes off they stay

and they listen to the ads,

they listen to the commercials

because they're not gonna go switch off

to that other type of music

they don't wanna listen to, right?

So Christian radio always an easy buy.

It's also usually pretty cheap

and they don't block you into big 'ol contracts

like these big monstrosity networks do

who try to sell you drive time

and all that stuff.

Don't bother with that crap until

you know what you're doing.

TV, obviously.

TV's its own special game.

It's a lot less expensive than it used to be.

A lot of people do it in stunts.

Most of the time I see it

as something the doctors do to make themselves

feel good.

It doesn't necessarily work a lot

the dollars and cents unless

you really get kinda good at it.

But you can.

So if you're looking to spend money

on media marketing,

online is easy, obviously.

Stay away from print, that's dying.

Which means, well, it might get cheaper

but it's not gonna work any better.

Yeah, and postcards are always a good bet.

Alright, so hopefully that helps orient you

on what your spending's gonna be like

in the next, say, six months

or 12 months or 18 months.

If you have any questions drop me an email.

Otherwise I will see you in the next video.

(upbeat music)
