World News - Rihanna is dressed for success in 80s inspired cream coat - Duration: 2:51.
She's not afraid of making a really bold fashion statement. And Rihanna did not disappoint when she braved chilly New York City on Tuesday, wrapped up in a 80's inspired nude jacket and satiny white dress
Rocking a mixture of trendy and fashion forward styles, Rihanna, 30, looked as if she meant business as she stepped out into the frigid winter evening
The Love On The Brain songstress turned heads as she made her grand entrance that evening, stepping out in a pair of sexy white high heels that accentuated her toned legs
She added to the neutral theme by carrying a chic, white purse and accessorizing with Le Vian necklaces and a simple and classic silver watch
Share this article Share 59 shares And the songstress let her naturally radiant complexion completely shine through with a hot red lipstick, a winged slick of eye liner, and a shimmering coat of eye shadow adding yet another pop of color to her makeup
Rihanna exuded confidence as she made her way outside, protecting her curly jet black locks with an umbrella helpfully carried by an assistant
The star put on a traffic-stopping display while striding across the pavement in her sexy high heels
Not long before stepping out that evening, Rihanna celebrated the three year 'Anti-versary' of her eighth studio album, Anti
The songstress did so by posting a fascinating video of artist Roy Nachum creating the edgy album cover art for Anti
'This is the man behind the most iconic artwork of my album covers to date.' Rihanna captioned the video, tagging Roy
'shout outs to @iamchloemitchell for this beautiful poem in braille. So many layers of art in this album man! #ANTI #ANTIversary' she wrote

[Research Results] What Marketing Is Working For Other Docs? - Duration: 7:19.
(upbeat music)
- Hey, guys. John Nesbit here.
So a lot of you participated in my recent
marketing research survey that I did.
I did a bunch of e-mails and promotion
just to get a sense of what it is
you're doing for marketing out there,
what you're running into,
what's working, what's not working.
And I want to share some of those results with you.
I'm using a lot of it internally here,
but I want to give you some
of the more interesting results
and the biggest thing that stood out
was the channels that people are using
to market their practices is changing.
Used to be that you had postcards
and print were kind of really large,
and online was a small section,
and you know TV, radio was always
sort of a niche thing.
Right?
And I'm seeing that actually switch
almost completely.
The general thing that I saw,
the biggest change in marketing
over the last say, gosh, even four or five years
since I've started doing this,
is that the magazine (mumbles)
promoting in magazines has dropped by 50%.
Like less than half of guys are using magazines
or have used magazines, recently,
and most reported that it was mediocre
to not that great, right?
Now I'm not slamming on magazines.
Clearly magazines still reach people,
but I just don't think that the medium
'cause some of these guys,
it used to be if someone was sitting
around a doctor's office they'd be reading
the magazines on the table.
Well now they're not.
Now they're looking at their phone, right?
So that attention went to a different channel
and so that other channel's sort of dying.
A magazine's not gonna be really creative.
I wouldn't buy magazine stock.
I mean, what did Newsweek just sell for?
A dollar or something?
These magazines, or these print magazines,
are not going very far.
Newspapers are right behind them.
And that was the next category that dropped a lot
is those big print newspapers.
People are not advertising
in the newspapers much.
They're tending to leave the print newspaper
and go over to the digital versions
or to other things, right?
Again, people sitting around the house
used to go out and get the paper
at the end of the driveway
and open it up and read it, right?
And some older people still kinda do that.
They like the feel of paper.
They're kind of that way.
But fewer and fewer and fewer.
Especially in the demographics
that you wanna reach
in terms of healthcare, right?
If they're older and a little more affluent
or it helps anyway.
So newspaper is dying, print is dying.
And that's no real surprise, I guess,
when you really think about it.
It's sometimes nice when you get research results
where you go yeah, duh, this seems true, right?
(mumbles) Post cards
have actually held pretty steady.
Mailing out a postcard,
putting it in somebody's hand,
has actually still got quite a bit of value.
It's kinda up and down year to year,
but generally speaking postcards is something
that seems to work.
And if you've been paying attention
to the advice I give you,
if you're gonna do postcards
run some Facebook ads first
for a couple hundred bucks
and find out which headlines
and picture works best and then use those
as your face goods on your postcards.
That way you don't print 10,000 postcards
that suck, right?
Just a little advice there.
So if you use those two things together
you're probably doing pretty well.
And I know some pretty big players
in the postcard industry
that are doing just that.
They're running postcards and Facebook together
and I think that's a good idea.
Especially if you run the same message,
the same branding.
That can pretty much be a really great campaign
for somebody, right?
So yeah, postcards is someplace if you're wanting
to try new postcards.
Oh postcards are dead.
No, postcards are not dead.
Hey, just think about it.
Do you still get a bunch of junk mail
in your mailbox?
Yeah, okay good.
Those guys are not fools.
They would not be sending the mail out
day after day after day to you
if it didn't work, okay?
Alright, of course the big winner
and my personal favorite is online.
Online is working, working, working.
Facebook, Google are always obviously leading
the trend.
Bing is in there a little bit.
Those are the big places.
Sort of search engine marketing where
you put your name up there
and you paperclip from Google.
And Facebook, obviously, is working well.
That's why we chose it actually for this agency
because it was the easiest thing
to make work for everybody.
So that kinda continued.
Now, here's something you gonna see in the media
that you don't want to get confused by.
They're gonna say oh Snapchat, Instagram
are being huge and people are leaving Facebook
and going to Snapchat and Instagram.
That's actually not what's happened.
What's happening is Snapchat, Instagram,
and these ones for the kids are growing,
true, 'cause kids are not even watching TV.
If you look at lower demographics,
they don't even watch TV hardly anymore.
They watch their phones, and they watch Snapchat,
and they watch Netflix.
Netflix is a huge thing.
And they watch YouTube, right?
They watch Instagram, right?
They're all on their platforms.
So all the attention is going there
so those are growing like crazy.
Here's the thing.
We don't care.
We're in healthcare.
We don't care.
Unless you treat pediatrics,
and even then they don't make the decisions.
So we don't care.
Now in 15 to 20 years when these guys all grow up
and they'll be on Snapchat.
they've got a 25 year old Snapchat account
somewhere and the guy's 40 years old now.
Ah, okay, then we're gonna care about Snapchat.
Instagram, same deal.
We've done a lot of testing in Instagram.
It is not a good place
to spend money on healthcare.
It is just not.
It's great for certain things,
like if you want to do
well weight loss I guess is an exception.
But if you wanna look good or fashion
that kind of stuff, makeup.
It's awesome for that.
Any kind of highly visual thing.
Healthcare is not typically that highly visual.
Actually Facebook has restrictions
for becoming that visual.
They don't want you to show certain things.
We've actually tested out
and we don't waste our money there too much.
We do a little here and there testing
to see if it changes,
but the audience tends to be younger,
they're in a different mode,
they're not really gonna buy or click
there too much.
But anyhow, other people
may have different experiences with that
and I'm willing to let them have that,
but it's not been our experience
and we don't spend our client money there
just because there's lots of people there
they're just not the ones we want
to reach for healthcare, right? Sure.
Alright, that's kinda the general roundup
of what the media world looks like.
Obviously, I'm a huge fan of radio.
I've run radio in the past.
Radio always seems to be a good one.
My tip on radio is if you're gonna run radio
and you have a good Christian
or religious radio station near you,
especially if you're out of a city area,
you're not in the big metro or even if you are
in the big metro, run on Christian radio.
It tends to be less expensive,
it's a lot more accessible,
like you can actually meet and talk
to the actual guys who are gonna do
the spots for you.
The audience is extremely loyal
and they love the fact that you're supporting
their stations.
Almost like doing public radio
where they're like oh, you're supporting
our religion a little bit by buying ads.
And so those people become very loyal.
They're also very loyal in that when they listen
to a commercial,
when a Christian radio listener listens
the music goes off,
they don't switch to the FM station.
When the music goes off they stay
and they listen to the ads,
they listen to the commercials
because they're not gonna go switch off
to that other type of music
they don't wanna listen to, right?
So Christian radio always an easy buy.
It's also usually pretty cheap
and they don't block you into big 'ol contracts
like these big monstrosity networks do
who try to sell you drive time
and all that stuff.
Don't bother with that crap until
you know what you're doing.
TV, obviously.
TV's its own special game.
It's a lot less expensive than it used to be.
A lot of people do it in stunts.
Most of the time I see it
as something the doctors do to make themselves
feel good.
It doesn't necessarily work a lot
the dollars and cents unless
you really get kinda good at it.
But you can.
So if you're looking to spend money
on media marketing,
online is easy, obviously.
Stay away from print, that's dying.
Which means, well, it might get cheaper
but it's not gonna work any better.
Yeah, and postcards are always a good bet.
Alright, so hopefully that helps orient you
on what your spending's gonna be like
in the next, say, six months
or 12 months or 18 months.
If you have any questions drop me an email.
Otherwise I will see you in the next video.

Avengers: Endgame - Super Bowl TV Spot Reaction (English Subs) - Heroes For A Day - Duration: 4:08.
Greetings, Heroes For A Day friends!
I am super excited because we have the second Avengers: Endgame video at last.
It's the brief TV Spot than was on during the Super Bowl, the Big Game final,
and, like every year, we get a brief trailer for the upcoming film.
Let's see what we got this year.
All that dust.
Dust away!
What's happening?
The shield!
I can't even see what's going on.
Okay, we were expecting it would be about 30 seconds; it's the usual duration,
but the shots were changing so fast, so I'm gonna play it one more time.
Every dead hero.
Is Cap in therapy?
What are you building, my man, with Karen Gillan?
Oh yeah!
He gets the shield back.
I can't make out the suits.
Wow!
It was indeed brilliant, buuuut…
it revealed nothing again!
Okay, there were some new shots. There weren't just three or four, as in the first trailer.
Yet again, there wasn't much to understand.
There was Tony Stark along with Nebula, building something. No idea what.
Black Widow was shooting, Hawkeye was just being… Hawkeye, we didn't get much of that either,
there was Rocket. The video was just showing them.
The only eyecatcher scenes were of course War Machine and Ant-Man,
Ummm… what else?
Surely Cap strapping his shield on his arm tightly,
his classic vibranium shield which I guess he took back at some point,
and that final shot with everyone walking in the sunlight and nothing was clearly visible.
I think they were in their classic attires or something like that,
I mean the Quantum suits or any costumes we've seen from various leaks
we saw nothing of that kind.
Once again, we have no clue of what's going on at all.
They were, though, a solid snort of thirty nerdgastic seconds while we're still waiting.
We await any new leaks.
I don't know if there will be any official promos;
it is rumored that the movie won't so heavily promoted –it doesn't neet to, anyway.
So, I'll see you in the next Heroes For A Day videos.
Have fun and…
The Avenging Continues!
