  They might be flying high at the top of the National League, but few would have thought that Leyton Orient would be welcoming Liverpool to their Brisbane Road home any time soon

 But then they might not be aware of the link between the two.   There was general surprise when Liverpool tweeted their thanks to Orient for hosting them on Monday afternoon, ahead of the Reds' huge Premier League clash at West Ham at the London Stadium in the evening

  Referring to Orient's ground by its sponsor's name, the Reds' tweet read: "Final matchday preparations at the Breyer Group Stadium

Thanks L eyton Orient FC for the hospitality."  But the reason why they chose Orient as their base? Well the National League side owed them a favour

 Orient owner Nigel Travis - the former CEO of Dunkin' Donuts and a lifelong fan of the club - is a friend and business associate of Liverpool owner John W Henry, who is of course the figurehead behind Fenway Sports Group in Boston

  Upon taking up ownership of the club in June 2017, Travis told The Guardian : "I'm very close to the Boston Red Sox people

 "I had a message from John and the team last week just to say: 'Well done.' I think we'll stay very close to Liverpool

 If they can do that on Monday night, then Orient can at least feel partly responsible

Toyota bought a 60-second commercial for the Super Bowl at the last minute, with the Japanese automaker airing two ads during the NFL's most important game of the year

While the "Toni" commercial for the RAV4 Hybrid featuring female football player Antoinette "Toni" Harris was released online days in advance, the "Wizard" ad premiered immediately after the Super Bowl's halftime entertainment sponsored by Toyota

The star of the commercial is the 2020 GR Supra, which is seen avoiding the obstacles of a life-sized pinball machine at high speed

"The spot showcases Supra's performance, capability and style as it conquers the obstacles of a life-sized pinball machine, spurred on by The Who's iconic song 'Pinball Wizard,'" Toyota said in a statement

Even Pete Townshend of The Who got excited about the commercial."Super Bowl! I can't be there but I am bouncing around with my song inside a virtual pinball machine driving a beautiful Toyota Supra," the artist said

The Supra made its world commercial debut in front of an audience of over 100 million during the most-watched TV event of the year

Not bad for a first ad, right? The "Wizard" spot was created by Saatchi & Saatchi to mark the Supra's return after a 21-year absence

It was directed by Golden Globe-nominated director and screenwriter Marc Forster, who is best known for directing films such as Monster's Ball and Kite Runner

The 2020 Supra goes on sale in the United States this summer.It will be available in two grades, 3

0and 3.0 Premium, as well as a Launch Edition based on the 3.0 Premium.Prices start at $49,990 for the 3.0 base model and $55,250 for the Launch Edition

That's a great approach to evergreen content, right? I particularly like how

Daniel uses Google Trends to actually find out if a search term is a evergreen.

Interesting, right? I mean Google Trends it's all about trends, right? But quite

frankly Google Trends is not really what we think in the beginning when we first

hear about it and only know the name and once or twice saw the graph that it's

showing, right? So it is really an ingenious way to use this tool to

understand where the evergreen questions, the frequently asked questions, the

topics that are all the time on a high. That is a really great way to figure that

out. And talking about Google Trends: What we originally think. Obviously, it's

about trends, right? Quite frankly I never really found a way to really use it for

trends. It is good to in hindsight find out if a

topic was trending or is already starting to trend. But what we need and

that is the second growth strategy in our cartwheel focusing on trends, what we

need for that is a way to predict the trend even before everyone else sees

even on Google Trends that it is trending right now. We want to be the

first mover. So what I have for your next are two videos: The first one focuses on

trends in your particularly niche. Not only the big trends but the specific

trends in your niche and how you can really get your foot in the door with

these trending topics. Really interesting to see. Quite a unique perspective on

trends because usually and that is the second video that I show you afterwards,

the big trends. We usually think about big trends. Last year we had the

fidget spinner for example and I was wondering. I mean big trends, not the one

in your niche, there you can more easily rank, but for the big trends you

have it much harder because all the big channels are moving

in there. I mean, it's a big trend for a reason. But I wondered: Do small channels

have a chance to get a piece of the search traffic pie from big channels as

well? And it turns out it actually does. So that's the second video. Let's

a video doesn't need to take you hours and hours to create. So I'm going to show

you three tips that are going to cut the time it takes you to create videos in

half. So stay tuned.

Hi I'm Francesca from Get Ahead Media and you're gonna want to hit that

subscribe button there if you're a solopreneur or business owner looking

to create videos to reach your customers and get results for your business. So

let's face it making videos, sure it takes time especially when you're

starting out but my best time-saving tips I'm about to give you get me making

videos in under 45 minutes and you're going to want to stick around for that

last one because I have a feeling it's gonna be a game changer for you. Use your

phone to film and edit. So by filming and editing on one device it saves you a ton

of time there's no transferring, there's no converting, there's no being chained

to a desk while you edit your video on a computer. It literally is the fastest way

to create videos. In fact I put it to the test - a DSLR versus my iPhone to see

which one was faster if you want to watch that video there should be a little

card popping up on the screen now. Plan your video. Now I know this sounds like

more work but honestly it will save you time because if you know at the start

what your video is going to look like at the end it literally cuts your editing

time in half. In fact that's how I'm able to edit videos in as little as 10 to 20

minutes so get planning your video before you even start filming. And pop in

the comments below what's your best time-saving tip when creating videos or

other content for your business. Batch create your video content. Now if you've

been rushing to make a video a week make them in advance.

Seriously! Set aside a day or two days to script film and edit your videos and

then you can sit back for the month and literally watch them go live. Every pro

content creator out there is implementing this and you need to be

starting to implement it as well. Put these tips into action and you'll start

spending less time making videos and more time with your friends or your

family or in other areas of your business that need

US| Chuck Schumer and Bernie Sanders call for restricting corporate share buybacks

Senate liberals are proposing legislation that would prevent companies from buying back their own shares unless they first pay workers at least dollar 15 an hour and offer paid time off and health benefits.

Senate Democratic leader Charles Schumer of New York and Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont in a New York Times op ed published Sunday. The proposal would slap "preconditions" on a companys ability to buy its own shares.

"Our legislation would set minimum requirements for corporate investment in workers and the long term strength of the company as a precondition for a corporation entering into a share buyback plan. The goal is to curtail the overreliance on buybacks while also incentivizing the productive investment of corporate capital," they wrote.

Last year, more than dollar 1 trillion in buybacks were announced by large companies after a corporate tax cut pushed through Washington in late 2017 left companies with a lot of extra cash to spend. But instead of significantly raising worker pay or investing in equipment, companies mostly used the cash to buy their stock. And some large companies are buying back billions of dollars of shares while announcing layoffs and factory and story closings, the senators wrote.

For example, Walmart announced a dollar 20 billion share buyback while it was laying off hundreds and closing Sams Club stores. The column cites a Roosevelt Institute analysis that the retailer could have used the money instead to raise hourly wages to dollar 15.

Harley Davidson is buying back 15 million shares while closing a plant in Kansas City, Mo., Wells Fargo spent billions of dollars on buybacks while "openly plotting" to cut 10 percent of its workforce, the senators said.

"At a time of huge income and wealth inequality, Americans should be outraged that these profitable corporations are laying off workers while spending billions of dollars to boost their stocks value to further enrich the wealthy few," the senators said.

Kevin Hassett, chairman of President Donald Trumps Council of Economic Advisors, lambasted the proposal.

"I wish some economist would go and talk to these guys on how buybacks work," Hassett said Monday on CNBCs "." "Its very disappointing that over and over again I see the Democrats pursue really just because they think they sound good politically."

It isnt the first time a ban on corporate stock buybacks has been floated. Last year, Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D Wis., sought to ban stock buybacks as open market purchases, using the same argument that they have contributed to economic inequality and divert resources away from workers.

Last June, more than a dozen lawmakers, including Schumer and Baldwin, Chairman Jay Clayton urging him to open public comments on the rules for stock buybacks, which they said hadnt been updated in over a decade. They cited a Brookings Institute study that found from 2004 to 2014, the largest U.S. companies spent 51 percent of profit on buybacks.

Sanders, I Vt., is exploring another bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.

How To Apply For A Veteran Business Loan - Duration: 4:02.

Thanks for tuning in. In this video, we're going to talk about how to apply for a

veteran business loan. What are the options? Are there options out there? I'm

going to help point you in the right direction.

First off, I just want to say I'm assuming that you're a veteran watching

this video. So, I want to thank you for your service and all you have done for

our country. I think it's awesome what all veterans do. So, thank you for that.

You know, when you are a veteran, there are a number of different government

programs that are out there whether it's for business or personally. Some of those

can be difficult to navigate through. Some of them can be not the easiest

processes. So, the SBA does have a specific veteran SBA loan is a decent

amount of paperwork. And it is... It's not a fast process. So, if you're in need of

financing for an opportunity or a challenge that have come up in your

business you need something quickly, an SBA veteran loan loan might not be the

best solution. We can absolutely help you with that. We can help you navigate

through that process quicker than it you'd be able to do it on your own. I

want to tell you my honest opinion. The process to get some of the veteran

government back loans that are out there are a real pain in the butt and they're

really slow-moving and there are tons of paperwork. So, if you want to go that

route, will absolutely point you in the right direction and help you with that.

But it can be somewhat of a painful process and I want to really be clear

and upfront about that. We care about our veterans and there are a number of

business financing products that are out there that are very quick and easy to

get. We've put all those in one place. In fact, we have over 75 lenders on our

platform. You know, it is possible to get approved for an SBA veteran loan but I

can't think of any reasons that you'd want to really put yourself through that

process. We do care about our veterans and we've streamlined that process. We

also have some veterans that work here in our office that can... That you can

speak to. And they can help walk you through and explain the business

financing products that are available today. And some of those products, we can

literally have approvals the same day and have funds in your bank account in

24 to 48 hours. On top of that, we do work with some other lenders out there.

They're not government back. But they do have some special products specifically

for veterans where you may get some discounts or some rebates and things

like that. Which are you know, which are really awesome. So, there are a number of

business financing products that are out there today where the costs are really

not that far off from an SBA loan or a veteran backed SBA loan.

That are really worth looking at. The paperwork is really limited. The process

is very easy and we can literally have you approvals within 24 hours. If not, the

same day. We go above and beyond for all of our customers but we go really above

and beyond for our veteran customers. And you know, whether you have challenge

credit or excellent credit, whether you have just getting started out in

business or have a seasoned business, there's just a lot of different options

Teaming Up for Student Safety - Duration: 2:22.

We have fourteen campuses within the district.

I oversee four of those campuses.

My job is to ensure that deputies are being visible

to students and staff, making rounds throughout the campus,

making sure doors are secure, and also taking care of any

violations of the law that we need to address.

We're there to make sure that they have a safe and secure

school day, that they can go to school and learn and not

have to worry about an outside intruder.

In the event of a major emergency, some of the agencies

that would respond or assist us would be the Galveston County

Sheriff's Office, Texas City Police Department, the

Galveston County Constable Departments, DEA,

Secret Service, the FBI.

If we did have an active shooter scenario with

Texas City ISD, we would have to establish

the unified command system. It's going to be a massive

event that's going to have massive amounts of agencies.

Without communications, everything else we want to

accomplish - the command, the control, the circumventing

of the situation - it will stop. It will come to a complete stop.

The technology we use must be reliable so that information

can flow up and can flow down. When we went to Santa Fe

for the school shooting, I couldn't tell you how many

different agencies showed up that day. I know with all those

agencies we were not able to talk to each other.

Communication is critical from the smallest of things

to the largest of things. Simple communication,

being able to talk to units in the field and understanding

what they're going through and what they're relaying back

through the chain of command is vital.

We've conducted active shooter drills here within the district.

It was a joint effort between the school district,

the police departments, and the other agencies in the

immediate area. We did utilize FirstNet. It worked as

expected. FirstNet did what exactly it says it would do.

With the consistent connection from FirstNet, we're able to

use apps that allow us to see those videos from that user

who's actually in the school at the time, and those apps

with that data fed to us on the outside, we're able to see

what's going on inside. Fortunately, we haven't had to

use it for any real situations or incidents within the school district,

but it's good to know that it's there. I know it works.
