Most couples in a relationship should be having sex at least once per week.

During the infatuation stage, when two people can't stop thinking about each other, couples

often have sex every time they're together.

If sex gets in the way of leading a healthy life, it may be part of a more serious issue.

If your sexual impulses feel out of control, or you are having sex to avoid feeling lonely

or depressed, or you are having sex despite risky consequences like contracting an STD,

this might be the sign of a problem.

Sex obsession which is sometimes called hyper sexuality, compulsive sexual behavior, sex

addiction is a subject still up for debate.

If sex is being used as a substitute for dealing with a real issue it is best to consult a

doctor.

It all boils down to quality over quantity.

Having sex daily does not mean it is too much, so long as both partners enjoy it.

There is no right way to go about sex, and the preferred amount varies from person to

person.

For a fulfilling sex life that is just right, it is helpful to be honest and open with your

partner about how frequently you would like to be intimate.

There should be mutual enjoyment, whether that means giving or getting.

So that is all about how much sex is too much.

APC Is Making Good What PDP Made Bad – Sen. Adamu

A National Assembly member, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu (APC-Nasarawa), says the All Progressives Congress ( APC ) is making good what the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) made bad during its 16-year rule.

Adamu, who made this known in an interview in Abuja on Tuesday, said that the rot accumulated between 1999 and 2015 that PDP held sway in governance was much.

"What it took them 16 years to damage, we cannot take just one year of some magical works to get everything corrected," he said.

According to him, the PDP fails to realize deliberately that the APC cannot just perform magic within this short period, because they have nothing on their agenda but mere propaganda.

"They have not been doing enough work and spending enough time to plan what is called opposition in the real sense of democracy. They feel calling people names, abusing people and propaganda is opposition, this is wrong.

They will not get the desired result out of that.. "For instance, the propaganda that Monkey Pox was induced by vaccines from the military, what can be more absurd than that and they have kept quiet because it is an agenda.

"This negativity is from the PDP stable; this is a smear campaign, I pity their strategy," Adamu said.

On the recent comment by the PDP Senate Caucus that it would dislodge the ruling party, the lawmaker said that they were only giving the impression that they were still relevant in the political arena.

He, however, said that the political space was big enough for associations wanting to be recognized like the PDP, to impact on the Nigerian polity.

"PDP is no longer what it used to be. PDP is a party that had 16 years and then toward the end, they got so strong and got a bit power drunk..

"Unfortunately, through intoxication they lost everything that there was in political fortunes, they had to go back to the table to start all over," he said.

Adamu, who is a former governor of Nasarawa, lauded Gov. Umaru Al-Makura, for his efforts at developing the state, saying "given the circumstances, he has given the best he can.

"I support the government of Nasarawa. I believe no administration is perfect; no administration provides everything that the populace requires; I believe that he is doing well enough," he said.

Even though TM2 is different from just about every reality show on TV, in that the cast spends very little time together, Briana still found an opportunity to hit it off with Kailyns ex-husband.

Rumors that Javi and Briana are dating have been circulating for months now, and Javi even confirmed the news in a recent interview with People magazine.

But things got complicated just one day later, when Briana stated that she is not dating Javi during an interview with E! News. So did the relationship fizzle in record time, or did Javi misread the situation entirely?.

Or is something else going on here?. Was Briana just messing with Kailyns mind by pretending to be romantically involved with Javi?.

Whatever the case, Briana and Kailyn are not exactly besties these days, and theyre no longer hiding their ill will toward another.

Briana fired the first shot on social media, basically reporting from the reunion show that all of the Teen Moms suck except for Jenelle. Now, Kailyn is firing back, and hitting Briana where it really hurts--right in the ratings!.

The shade-throwing began when a fan tweeted his theory about why Briana may have been added to the cast:. "They should be thanking Briana because if they had to get a 5th mom for the show ratings must have been down!".
