World War 3: North Korea conducts mass-evacuation drills to prepare for nuclear WAR

The drills have taken place in smaller towns and cities, especially along the east coast, although there have been none in the capital Pyongyang yet.

As tensions heighten between North Korea and the rest of the world, especially the US, the unprecedented drills could betray Kim Jong-un's war fears, despite his bullish rhetoric.

The unprecedented drills saw citizens practice leaving their homes behind or blacking out their light sources in the event of a. Chun In-bum, a recently retired South Korean general, said he had never seen anything like this before.

He said: "They must realise how serious the situation is.". However experts are divided on whether the regime genuinely feels more threatened than before, or is simply seeking to create the perception that it wants to take care of its citizens.

  Researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Institute of Geology and Geophysics warned Pyongyang delegates of the risk during a briefing in Beijing soon after North Koreas last nuclear test on September 3, according to the South China Morning Post.

  The meeting occured two days before North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho told reporters at the United Nations Assembly in New York that Pyongyang was considering conducting a hydrogen bomb test over the Pacific Ocean.

Apple currently estimates a five to six week wait for the iPhone X. However, it is still possible to get the all-screen iPhone on its official launch day – but it'll cost you.

Customers who were luckily enough to be amongst the first batch of pre-orders (and are guaranteed to get the device on November 3rd) have listed their pre-order details for sale on auction site, eBay.

iPhone X pre-orders are currently being listed for as much as £5,000 on the auction site. Keep in mind, the handset costs £1,149 when bought unlocked from the Apple Store.

That's an extraordinary mark-up to avoid a six week wait. Pre-orders only went live four hours ago, and there are already 1,031 results for iPhone X on eBay – with dozens of smartphones listed for £2,500 or more.

Those who don't want to spend thousands for the latest handset could still manage to buy one on launch day. Apple has confirmed that it will have some stock available on launch day in its brick-and-mortar stores.

In a statement, Apple said: "iPhone X will be available in more than 55 countries and territories, and in Apple Stores beginning Friday, November 3 at 8:00 a.m.

"Stores will have iPhone X available for walk-in customers, who are encouraged to arrive early" Apple did not reveal how many units would be available, but the fact that it has advised people to "arrive early" is an indicator that stock will be limited.

  Anime is hands down one of the most impactful mediums of art in the entire world.

Being impactful on a universal scale and being translate into multiple languages for everyone to understand and enjoy, Anime is making bigger moves now that Netflix is more than interested.

With more than millions of Netflix registered users around the world, the company plans to keep anime on their service as well as adding even more series and populating its fan base through anime.

With that said, today I am going to be discussing Netflix producing over 30 exclusive anime for 2018.   Now to begin with, anime of course is very difficult to fund over in Japan and even in the USA.

However, when a company like Netflix comes along who has billions of dollars that is able pos et a budget aside to fund multiple series, instead of licensing anime titles the company can just fund their own exclusive Netflix anime.

  It was revealed officially that Netflix will produce 30 new anime just for 2018 with a budget of $8 billion USD. With this news announced, Netflixs catalog will be 50% of original content by the end of 2018.
