My name is Josef Bešta and I have been in 2N for a long time, from year 2003 to be specific.
I work my way up through many managerial and sales positions, I started as Business Development
Manager for Czech Republic and now I work as Strategic Accounts and Sales Support Director
and I am a part of Top Management.
It has been proven in time to cooperate with large companies that often integrate our products
into their solutions the way that it is not even recognizable 2N product is used.
We have several such customers.
Thanks to great features of our products, we see a great potential in this kind of business
and we decided to hire a new colleague that will take care of our present OEM partners
as well as develop a distribution network.
In my opinion the goal is very clear, on the one hand to take care about current customers
well, so they don't want to finish our cooperation and on the other hand we are looking for someone,
who can also gain new customers, this altogether means rising of the revenue of OEM customers,
so it is an obvious goal.
Positive of this position is, that it is a very interesting project that new colleague
can manage from the very beginning, from the first contact with the customer to the
integration of the customer solution and negotiation about the contract to the first delivery
and what is more, this position doesn't have any particular region as it is position with worldwide activity.
The freedom is what I appreciate in 2N, I can do my stuff the way I want to but it is
always connected to the responsibility of the results.
Our ideal candidate will have experiences with large companies and global solutions,
he can continue with such activities in 2N.
