Waching daily Feb 5 2019

In many Kriya Yoga books I have read that we reap the fruits of our past karmas.

It's also written that I have free will.

How to distinguish which actions are the result of past karmas and where I met the decision

bestow free will?

Any example of these two, from daily life would be very useful.

What we are today is the result of yesterday.

What we are today is the result of yesterday.

What we'll be tomorrow is the result of today.

So, life is nothing but what we think, what we speak, what we do.

You cannot blame anybody.

Who's the cause of your misery, your trouble?

Each individual is the cause of one's own misery, no one else.

This is the bitter truth of life, the bitter reality of life.

Now, when we are the result of one karma then every day willing or not willing we are accumulating

more and more karma.

Where's the freedom from it?

Here God has given us the ability to be free and that ability is called free will.

You're not slave of your karma, you have the ability to get rid of it.

What is free will?

Not to live with your instinct or emotion.

Not to live with your old habits and old lifestyle, having some potentiality to get rid of it.

This is what free will is.

Ordinarily we live with our old habit, old impression, old memory, emotion, instinct,

frustration.

But, at the same time, we have the potentiality to get rid of it.

So, this free will in other words is will power.

The other name for free will is will power.

Using your own will power to make yourself free from your slavery of your own past and

to transform yourself to be a better person.

For example, who doesn't like to idle on the bed or to get up?

Naturally the body… because of the inertia, the body is matter, and there's inertia,

mind is matter, mind is also matter, remember, mind has inertia.

But I will get up.

This will is also there in the person.

"I will not idle, I will get up.

I will do this exercise, I will meditate, I will study this, I will do this".

This inner inspiration is the example of your free will.

Inner inspiration.

I told the other day somewhere "Look, we have two gurus".

How many gurus?

We have two gurus.

One is outer guru, one is inner guru.

If you cannot make your inner guru awakened, outer guru might help you.

But that help will not be enough.

Inner guru awakened.

So, that inner guru, awakened inner guru is using your free will of will power in a very

positive, vibrant way.

Nothing can stop me on my path, on my path of love, on my path of prayer, on my path

of meditation.

Why this is Liverpool's big title wobble - Duration: 5:35.

For a team that has set the pace all season, Liverpool were strangely off it against West Ham

And in this pulsating title race, one slip can open the door and they have let Manchester City back in

Suddenly, City can go back on top with a victory at Everton on Wednesday and now the pressure is really on Jurgen Klopp's men

All the talk of Liverpool's first title in 29 years, them being odds-on favourites, might just be beginning to tell as they are having their first major wobble of the season

Back-to-back draws against Leicester and now here at the London Stadium , just two wins from Liverpool's last five games and suddenly they no longer look nailed-on

Read More Jurgen Klopp slammed for his reaction to officials after Liverpool draw  Liverpool were seven points clear at the turn of the year but City have reeled them back in despite Pep Guardiola's men slipping up themselves at Newcastle last week

It is already squeaky-bum time in the title race and this is two precious points dropped and you could sense Klopp's frustration as he cut a frustrated figure on the touchline

Liverpool were sloppy in defence, careless in midfield and, while they are missing big players like Jordan Henderson, Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold through injury, the signs are worrying

Even Sadio Mane's opening goal should have been ruled out for offside so they got lucky from a performance which lacked conviction and authority

You normally expect Liverpool to nick victory even when they have not played at their best - that is the mark of a top team - and yet they never really looked like doing that even as they piled on the pressure late on

West Ham have had a dreadful run and maybe that is what inspired a performance for their fans along with Manuel Pellegrini doing his former club a major favour

Hammers looked sharp from the start as Javier Hernandez twice went close before Liverpool got lucky thanks to a terrible decision and one which will present a compelling argument for VAR

Liverpool built from the back, Adam Lallana showed lovely touches and his superb pass forward found Milner but he was way offside right in front of linesman Simon Beck

Incredibly, Beck did not raise his flag even though the whole stadium could see Milner was offside before his cross found Mane who turned brilliantly before burying a low shot into the far corner after 22 minutes

West Ham could have easily let the sense of injustice get to them but they fought on and came back to equalise just six minutes later

West Ham should have gone ahead before half time when a repeat of the short free kick routine led to Anderson putting over a lovely cross for Declan Rice who headed wide despite being unmarked

Liverpool built up a head of steam after the break as Mo Salah went as close as anyone but even he could not find a way through as he was denied by keeper Lukasz Fabianski

West Ham could easily have won the game as Anderson made a strong run into the box before Mark Noble slashed a shot over the bar

Liverpool nearly sneaked in when substitute Divock Origi went through in injury time, Pellegrini insisted correctly that he was offside but he fluffed his lines anyway

For once, Liverpool ran out of luck and ideas while now they will have to show their mettle as the title race is well and truly back on
