I tried a DEEP BREATHING exercise for 30 days to strengthen lungs - Duration: 10:47.
hey guys welcome back to my channel I have been on a wellness journey and I've
been good about like working out you know stretching diet all that stuff even
like skincare and I just realized like I don't really take good care of my lungs
like I don't have time to do cardio every single day I know my lungs are not
as strong as everybody else my age I'm very well aware of that you know I've
done what I've done lots of lung spirometry and I do get sick and so I
figured this is something that I think a lot of people can benefit from you know
whether it's like deep breathing exercises for anxiety or deep breathing
exercises for stress I do want to say that I am in no way a doctor I've not
taken any doctor classes wow that sounds really I really don't trust somebody who
calls them doctor classes in order to make my deep breathing exercises I
pulled from the deep breathing exercises offered on websites for lung diseases
because that's pretty important there and then also like deep breathing
techniques used in yoga so I figured I kind of condensed it I want to make it
as short as possible but the whole goal is not to just rush through it because
you're supposed to be doing deep breathing my nice deep breaths are good
for you to expand your lungs so I want you if you're following along take as
much time as you need just remember like you know you can cut it short this is
not a competition just do what you can I think it's about being mindful about
this every single day but for me I don't get to because this is a real challenge
so I don't have any like really advanced equipment for lung spirometry the what I
have is a an asthma peak flow meter so some of you guys might have seen this
usually anybody who's been diagnosed with asthma they give this to you and so
it's this really cute like those advice I'm hoping you guys can see it but you
blow through it and this little red tab moves up and down there are these
markers so I can keep track of what's going on so for today I'm going to be
doing three big puffs in here and gene the best number and making that
like the record for day 1 then I'm gonna be doing these exercises I'm gonna show
you guys exactly what my routine is for 30 days straight and then by the end
I'll do the same thing again will I'll be doing 3 puffs taking my best one and
then comparing the two to see if maybe there's a little bit of a causation I
can't tell you if there's an affiliation and in all honesty you don't need this
but if you're someone who's really curious about tracking your progress
I'll leave a link down below they're pretty cheap on Amazon so you can get
your own if you want to be like a cool kid um I prefer to do the standing so
let me like lift you guys up okay I haven't done like any cardio or anything
today so this is like the low of the low
I'm like a little awkward and uncomfortable doing this on camera just
being honest so just bear with me like I'm gonna be
trying my hardest so I'm gonna be making like the most embarrassing face possible
so yeah okay so it looks like that I got 360 let me
try this again Oh 200 less or no 20 whoo okay okay that
was just like a little bit worse let me try it one more time okay that was back
to being the same so let me try to move this marker up just a little bit okay I
am done with this and so this so the score I'm sticking to is 360 not for
sure like how that competes with other people my age
I know it's lower but who cares because the only competition here is myself so
I'm gonna show you guys it's a routine it's going to be kind of an abridged
version but I'm actually going to do like this breathing routine in its very
own video in case you guys want to follow along with me just have that in
your back pocket let's go
you
it's day 15 this experiment is a little bit harder to track my progress because
I I felt like a lump in my throat when I was filming my very first day doing this
it seemed like the entire exercise existed for me to cough up stuff which
is great like it works like I coughed up stuff gross yes yeah it's very gross I'm
not going to show you guys that okay but like as a report like obviously I had
some congestion in my lungs and so I'm thinking yeah like maybe it did help me
get over it naturally because I didn't have to go on antibiotics but at the
same time how am I supposed to know if this is helping when then I get sick I
got it right here I don't want stand up do some big
breaths okay wait oh my god ahh like that was like such a big breath this
wasn't all the way here okay ready it's at the bottom wait wow that kind of hurt
and it didn't even go up and even move okay let me try again oh my gosh oh my
gosh oh my gosh I'm at 400 Wow I mean it's like you can see where the marker
is for this yellow and red one it's not much higher but that's higher and the
fact that I still have like a little bit of a runny nose I guess I'm more
optimistic for the final report bag
it's day 30 I am so excited and what's really been so great about these deep
breathing exercises is even if in the end it's not really making my lungs more
powerful I swear it is what kicked my sicknesses but anything that was in my
lungs though I was having such a hard time getting out I did cough them up yes
yes yes yeah don't get me wrong because I saw a progress on day 15 that I'm
really hoping that I see even better progress today but it's been a little
bit harder doing the deep breathing exercises it's something where you know
like I've been somewhere where I've been staying with the roommate and it's a
hotel room so it's not me you know like I can't just be going and then you know
even if I were not to tell her and just like maybe go to the bathroom again it's
a hotel I can't be like so like I've been really focusing you mean like when
I'm lying dives like holding my breath and just concentrating so my routine has
been a little bit rough however I've noticed that you know I
haven't I pulled out of my sickness I'd barely coughed so I think we're gonna
see some good results I'm agitating my lungs too much so I think instead of
doing the full deep breathing technique that I've been doing I just need to you
know cut it in half and just do some deep breathing exercises so like take a
deep breath
or at least that I'm a little light-headed just you know really call
myself down but I really you know I want to feel good about this what me no I'm
not procrastinating okay it's time I got to do it here is my asthma peak flow
meter oh my god I am over five hundred oh my gosh where am I at I'm at five
five twenty thats amazing so oh my god I'm just so excited because I think I'm
finding something that really works for me now again I know not all of you guys
are struggling with your lung capacity and needing to pass a lung spirometry
yes that rhymed but I hope you guys really enjoy my routine I plan on doing
a video when I can just solely of the routine so it's a lot easier to play it
and breathe with me and then you can be done for the day
so I'll be doing that I don't know when that's gonna come so don't rush me but
if it is available you'll see it down in the description thank you for watching
don't forget to subscribe if you want to join the fam bam bam bam bam bam bam
bam bam love you mean it bye

Dimitar Berbatov pinpoints which Man Utd forward should come in for Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martia - Duration: 2:20.
Dimitar Berbatov believes Romelu Lukaku should be recalled to Manchester United's starting
line-up for the FA Cup fifth-round tie against Chelsea in the absence of Jesse Lingard and Anthony
Martial.
The pair both picked up injuries in United's 2-0 defeat against Paris Saint-Germain on
Tuesday, with Alexis Sanchez and Juan Mata coming on as their replacements.
Sanchez and Mata failed to make a tangible impact on the tie, with Lukaku cutting a frustrated
figure on the bench before his six-minute cameo in place of Marcus Rashford.
PSG became the first team in history to leave Old Trafford on a European night with a margin
of victory greater than one goal. And Berbatov believes that United's caretaker
boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should turn to Lukaku for United's trip to Stamford Bridge on Monday
night. "I'm sure that Lukaku will get a chance
now and he will use the opportunity to press his case for a regular first team slot," the
former United striker told Betfair. Sanchez's display was of particular concern
among United fans, with the Chilean winger still to convince at Old Trafford since his
move from Arsenal 13 months ago. Berbatov believes the 30-year-old is trying
too hard to impress at United. "Sanchez looks a bit lost on the pitch right
now," he explained. "He's almost trying too hard and over-complicating
things, which is then leading to more mistakes. "He's been at the club for a while now and
people will think he should have adapted to the team more – that's what training sessions
are for. "Sanchez needs game time to find his rhythm
but when Rashford and Martial are fit, they play, so it's difficult for him.
"If he continues to over-complicate things, it's not going to work out."

How To Buy The Best Router or WiFi System For Your Smart Home - Duration: 20:17.
choosing a Mesh Wi-Fi system or a router in your home these days can be a daunting
task and if you're looking at this right now and you're someone who's starting to
develop your smart home I've produced a buying guide right here that will help
you go ahead and make a smart purchase and be ready for the future of smart
homes so let's get going
the internet of things will change the realm of routers and Wi-Fi dramatically
and we've already seen some of these changes start to occur with the
introduction of devices like the Amazon Echo series of products HomePod and of
course Google Home's whole suite of products those devices are now pulling a
lot of data in a lot of cases and this means that you can have a really
distribution be utilizing a lot of network bandwidth with things like smart
home cameras on top of that as we go for there are other considerations that you
need to have as it relates to a smart home router so let's go through a few
things that I think are absolutely required on your router to be prepared
for the next five to ten years of at home Wi-Fi and router coverage 802.11ac
now that is a wireless standard that was developed some time ago and
you're going to want something with wave 2 at the very least and something called
multi-user multi-input multi-output or mu me mo we can call it MU-MIMO or I
don't care what we call it anyways that is essentially the ability to maintain
multiple connections with multiple devices at the same time now wave 2 is
important because it's just the newer standard for 802 11 AC but that MU-MIMO
that is really really important as far as I'm concerned going forward in
your smart home and the reason I say that is it will maximize the efficiency
of essentially the wireless bandwidth that you have access to now I have a
couple of charts here from Cisco and they've done a great job illustrating
how what was called single user multi-input multi-output that
methodology how that is not as strong as the multi-user version of this and why
I'm recommending that this is on any router you
go and purchase now what they're describing essentially boils down to the
fact that you can be in certain situations governed by the slowest
device on your home network if you don't have multi-user multi-input multi-output
capabilities what it does essentially for you is ensure that every device is
connected at its speed but it doesn't limit your other devices waiting for
that slowest device because it can move on to other things and group items kind
of together in terms of how they're being utilized on your overall wireless
bandwidth so really what I'm saying when I say MU-MIMO what I'm ultimately
saying is that capability allows you to maintain more connections at a faster
pace the second thing you're going to need is at least a dual-band system so
you're going to want to make sure and this comes with almost every router
that's out there today a 2.4 gigahertz and a 5 or 5.8 gigahertz dual band
router now that ensures that you have the ability to connect on different
wireless networks to different devices and why is that so important well it
allows you to manage your traffic differently and put those higher
consumption devices like smart home cameras and Google Home hubs or devices like that
that are pulling lots of bandwidth or utilizing a lot of your bandwidth you
can put those on the 5 gigahertz signal which is capable of faster speeds I
don't believe at this point you're required to have a tri-band or a 3 band
router or mesh system at all what what happens with the Netgear Orbi is they do
have a three band system and we'll get in detail a little more about this in
the future but ultimately what they do with that third radio is they keep all
the internal traffic between the mesh system on that third band and that frees
up the rest of the system or the rest of the radios essentially to deal with your
outside network devices so it really helps them optimize
but it is not a requirement right now as far as I'm concerned what I'd like to
see for the third component of the specifications here is at least AC 1200
or better now that's actually describing the speed of your router and the maximum
throughput that it can attain now that will be split over the 2.4 gigahertz in
the 5 gigahertz and or what's called 802.11 n and 802 11 B/G all those older
standards and the AC standard so you will want to see at least 1200 now there
are routers we're going to talk about today that have upwards of 3,000 and
I've seen a 5300 Asus router and they mean it when they're talking about that
kind of overall throughput there are some additional things that I'd like to
see on your smart home router but these are not necessarily requirements and the
first example of this is something called 802.15.4 now this is another
internet protocol or sorry wireless protocol or wireless standard that
actually ZigBee is based on so if your router or your mesh system has the
capability of speaking 802.15.4 what I'll tell you right now and we're going
to talk about this in future videos is that you will be future-proof with a new
standard or protocol that is coming and I think has the opportunity to really
change the Internet of Things industry and so that capability being on your
router I think is really important but not something critical to you right now
the ability do create a mesh system in your home is something that I wouldn't
say is necessarily a requirement for everyone I mean lots of homes can get
away with just one single router and be good there but if you have a little bit
of a larger home or you're not sure the ability to create a mesh network in the
future is very important for you one of the best things I've seen coming on
routers these days and again not a requirement but some
that I think is a relatively good idea is a security option or a security
management option on board so what you will see on lots of routers now is
direct integration with McAfee or Trend Micro and the ability to essentially
enable services that manage whole home network security instead of just being
antivirus or and firewall protection on a PC or another device a couple more
things really quickly that I think are good things to have on your router the
ability to have direct connection to NAS storage or good connection to NAS
storage and so this is network storage that I think is going to become
more and more important as more camera manufacturers give us that local storage
option WyzeCam has figured this out even though lots of people think that
cloud is the future I think there's a big want on the market today for NAS
storage and the ability to put our smart home camera storage local and connected
directly to our router is very beneficial the other thing would be
integration with services like Google Home and Amazon Alexa those
integration points will become more and more useful over time McAfee is a great
example of a service that could be on your router and Inter integrated
essentially with Google Home and Amazon Alexa as well so now
that we've talked about what should be on your router or your router system
your your Wi-Fi system let's talk about some specific models that I think really
anyone can go purchase implement and be really successful with so there's
nothing on this list of four that I don't think you could buy and be really
unhappy with so number one Google Wi-Fi provides a system where you can go ahead
and purchase one and that will relatively give you about 1,500 square
feet in your home but if you need more you can continue to add mesh Wi-Fi
access points throughout your system and they sell in groups of
three and ultimately it comes in around three hundred dollars for a set of three
now in terms of speed the Google Wi-Fi is a little bit on the slower side they
don't have that multi-user multi-input multi-output that we've talked about
they are AC 1200 so they're lower on the overall throughput spectrum as well so
in terms of managing your smart home in the future while you will have three
access points some of that will be eaten up by that back-channel traffic that
basically heads from one Google Wi-Fi device to the next to the next and then
to the Internet you will eat up lots of bandwidth there but at $300 this is a
good relatively low budget solution for your whole smart home now another thing
about Google Wi-Fi is and I've spoken with Google support about this this
surprises me a little bit they don't have the 802.15.4 support they're on
hub versions of the product which is really a very similar product to Google
Wi-Fi they tend to be a little more expensive but essentially commissioned
out to other makers so Asus makes one of these and they have that 802.15.4
support onboard so some of those onhubs actually interest me just as much the
second set of devices here are from Netgear and they're the Orbi mesh Wi-Fi
system now in general when you go and you buy these they can range a little
bit in terms of price but right now on Amazon they are three hundred and
seventy dollars u.s. so they are a little more pricey but they do have an
increased set of specifications now normally for that three hundred and
seventy dollars you're getting two devices they are quite large and that's
one of the knocks against them but they are AC 3000 so that's quite a jump and
the other thing is they're that tribe and model so what that means is they're
using one of their radios for all of that back-channel communication thereby
leaving the other two radios and a lot of the through
put on these devices available to your other two radios and all of your other
different devices in your home this makes them the tested and this is tested
by many many different you know companies and and different individuals
they are the fastest out there now when you couple that with the multi-user
multi-input multi-output capability of these devices they are incredibly
powerful and I'm sure that no matter what you have in your home it's going to
be handled by the or B if you haven't already heard of ear oh well you're
about to because Amazon actually just purchased this company now what does
that mean well I think we're going to see some very interesting things from
Amazon in terms of how they go and integrate this product it's already
relatively integrated well they already have Amazon voice assistant integration
into the Eero system of devices now Eros big boast here is that essentially they
are multi-user multi-input multi-output they have tri-band on the Eero router or
the euro access point and they have beacons that you can place throughout
your home to get another thousand square feet the big knock on arrow is
ultimately that they are a little bit too expensive you know for twenty five
hundred square feet in your home you would need an arrow in a beacon and that
device that or that would then run you around 300 us overall they look great
they have 802 15.4 which we've talked about so they are capable of something
called thread and that's that new standard that we're going to be talking
about here on the channel as we go forward they're also capable of great
encryption and some VPN options and in general you'll find that with most of
the options here but this is really powerful stuff in a really small form
factor that looks great and is ever extensible or extendable rather in your
home now then let's talk about Asus and Asus is an interesting company
and actually one of our followers here Stephen ear
his is his name I hope I'm pronouncing his last name right but he's been
showing me some statistics from a five-year-old Asus router and he has an
immense amount of equipment on this five year old router that is still heralded
today as one of the fastest routers on the market now the 68 you and he has the
1900 version of this here that device is still on CNET it's still rated as number
one overall and it's a really old router now now what it doesn't have is that
multi-user multi-input multi-output capability but asus updates firmware and
capabilities all the time they put out new capabilities to their routers all
the time if you think about Asus in general as a company they have had the
top routers are been named the top router company every year for the last
six years this is something they boast on their website and truly when I look
back through my routers over the last 10 to 15 years lots of them have been Asus
router x' and this is true when I've moved and then had to go get something
new it's been an Asus router now what I'm going to talk about is called the
Asus AC 86 you and this is a AC 2900 router with multi-user multi-input
multi-output capability the interface on Asus router is excellent and this means
your management of these devices is both configurable and easy if you want it to
be I really enjoy that they've also added an app recently that makes that
gives you another option for management of your devices and you can also monitor
things one other really sneaky thing about Asus is the ability to mesh
network their routers now a lot of their routers that are out there right now
have something on them called a imesh and they essentially again keep a lot of
their routers updated and give them this capability so you could use lots of
routers that come from Asus in the last five to ten years as a mesh
secondary points so if you have an Asus router in your home check with Asus
check their compatibility list for AI mesh and see if you can update or
upgrade your existing router to become a secondary mesh point now obviously you
wouldn't have the really really fast speeds of say an 86 you here but you
would have the capability of having a mesh system in a relatively inexpensive
way because when I talk about the 86 you it's around two hundred and fifty
dollars us for that you can go up to three hundred and get a slightly faster
gaming third AC 3100 router and they have an even more expensive option as
well and those gaming routers give you access to some really interesting gaming
features because I'm kind of a geek in case you haven't noticed but anyways all
of the different features on these Asus routers in the end they lead me to be my
number one choice now again any of the four routers that I've talked about here
are router systems that I've talked about they're going to work in your
smart home and they're going to work for a long time you're not really going to
make a bad choice here so let's just go through a bit of a summary here the
arrows are great but I find them a little bit expensive for the coverage
that you're getting and you're probably going to need a lot of them you're
attached to Amazon so I worry a little bit about the data privacy on that side
of thing on the flip side they're a little bit faster than something like
Google Wi-Fi and Google Wi-Fi a little I feel a little bit better about my data
privacy with Google obviously they're going to use data they can get for
advertisements and things like that but in general they've handled my data in
the past with a lot of respect so I appreciate that the Google Wi-Fi knock
there is really the speed throughput and strangely enough the inability to have
802 dot 15.4 even though there are a large leader in that so I wonder if
someday those devices will just be updated to work with that net gears or
me system is massive fast but ultimately very expensive and I think their app and
their you know their management tools aren't as good as the other makers on
this list the final solution here to me is Asus and that AC 86 you I think is
the perfect level for a lot of people and then go aftermarket or utilize an

"A face for Africa": Edith Kimani, Deutsche Welle | #Medienmenschen - Duration: 6:28.
"Hurra! Wir leben noch."
"I worked in Nairobi as a DW correspondent for about five months
and then I was offered the position to come and be in Berlin.
And the offer came at a time when I was really falling in love with the continent.
I was rediscovering myself as an African.
I was asking a lot of questions about why we do things the way we do
and also realizing that I didn't know much about the continent.
But after a lengthy conversation
with them going back and forth we agreed on a hybrid
where I would still go back and collect stories
and stay in touch with the continent which I was still falling in love with.
And being here in Berlin and become a sort of representative –
not for all Africans – but at least be a face."
I'm Edith Kimani. Welcome to the program."
"You know, diversity is so important
and as a young African hearing everyday
from people who are watching me to say: It's so good to see an African there.
It's so good to see a black face. It's so good to see your hair like this.
Representation matters and it matters more than you can imagine.
It was a steep learning curve, you know,
understanding that while I might know what's happening in Uganda
and why it's important it doesn't necessarily translate for someone
who's watching you from Delhi or from Prague.
So that was the biggest shift for me – understanding how to communicate
what I know for a global audience without dumbing it down too much for the local people."
"Have a good day."
"The station that I used to work for, the Kenya Television Network,
it was the first private TV network in Kenya.
So they were looking for younger fresh talent.
So they decided: Why not have a reality show?
Can it be like 'The Apprentice' where instead of winning a million dollars you win a job.
And you know, at the time I had just finished high school
I was waiting, hoping for a scholarship to go to university in the UK.
And then I was in the top ten and I realized:
Oh wow, I could actually win this. And then I did.
And I was 19 and I thought: I have a job.
What do I do with this? And that's sort of how it started."
"Hey guys. It's an inception Insta Story.
I'm filming myself being filmed.
How cool is that?
And it's really, really cold today."
"Coming to visit one or two times,
you know, you're here for training for a few weeks and then you go back home, that's OK.
And then realizing: Oh, I have to move here and I moved in January."
"The sun feels so good."
"I was so cold, I was so sad, I was so lonely because I didn't know anyone
and I didn't speak German.
Little things ... like I had a headache once and I called my mom
and I was crying I was bawling my eyes out,
because I said: I don't even know what a pharmacy is called.
And even when I get to the pharmacy: How do I explain that I have a headache?
And it was basically a month of non-stop crying.
And then once I got settled in the office it was easier for me to settle in my social life."
"You know what? I feel at home.
I always joke that it's my office
but it really is my office. This is where I feel most comfortable.
I've been working in a lot of different studios for about eight years now.
I think it's even nine, next year will be ten.
So I really like the atmosphere.
I like being able to fill the room with my personality
and also because I know that there's an entire team somewhere making sure that everything
works out okay. I really like it.
I really love it actually. I really do."
"There's no such thing as a normal day – not just at DW,
I think just in general as a journalist.
I don't see it as a disadvantage. Do I wish I could spend holidays,
every single holiday away?
Of course. Do I wish I had all my weekends free?
Absolutely. But it's a job I asked for
and this is what it comes with. So c'est la vie."
"Oh there's always adrenaline. There's always adrenaline.
Especially when that countdown is happening,
you're like 5 seconds to go. Yes.
Imagine being in a boxing ring, just moving up and down waiting for that bell to go.
That's what it feels like internally.
And I just love it. I don't think there's anything else I can say to best describe it,
because it's a very unique feeling.
You're alone in the studio with these robotic cameras just moving towards you.
But it's such a great feeling."
"And of course the glam. Who doesn't want to be sat on a makeup chair
for a good 30 minutes just being made to look pretty? That's fun."
"I always say being on TV is a precarious business.
People are inviting you into their home at the most intimate moments.
In the morning as they're having breakfast and preparing to go to work.
In the evening just after they have dinner,
they're settling down and you're telling them what's happening.
So you're their guest every night.
And so they feel like they know you personally.
So that's one of the reasons why people want to follow you. And also for information.
It's a little community. You just go in,
type #KOT and you see all the stupid things that Kenyans are saying.
Or all the important things that they're talking about.
And yeah it's just the perfect example
of how globalization can be great through social media.
I'm sitting right here. But as soon as I open my phone
and log into Twitter I feel like I'm in the heart of Nairobi."
"Thank you for watching."

Jeffrey Earnhardt ready for 'best ever' chance at NASCAR career - Duration: 5:37.
In many ways, he's right. Jeffrey, the 29-year-old grandson of seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Dale Earnhardt, has amassed more than 150 starts across NASCAR's three national series – Cup, Xfinity and Gander Outdoors Trucks
This season, however, provides Earnhardt perhaps his best chance to showcase what he can do given an opportunity in some of the sport's top equipment
He is going to run nine Xfinity Series races this year with Joe Gibbs Racing, beginning with Saturday's season opener at Daytona International Speedway
He will also drive seven other races (two in Cup, five in Xfinity) for the new Xtreme Concepts Racing team, which will have a technical alliance with JGR
"It's been a lot of hard work and a lot of sleepless nights to get to where we are now but it's all paying off
It's only the beginning," Earnhardt told Motorsport.com. "It's been a long road but it's almost scary to say this is only the beginning
It really is. "I think it's the beginning of a change in my whole career." Xtreme Concepts Inc
, owned by Landon Ash, is already an existing sponsor of JGR and sponsoring Earnhardt's nine Xfinity races as well as several others with drivers at JGR
In the last several years, Earnhardt has tried to land competitive rides without much luck
In 2012, he even briefly flirted with competing in MMA. He insists, however, his entire focus now is on developing a successful NASCAR career
"Everyone keeps asking me what I would do if I wasn't racing, but I'm not sure I'm good at anything else
Racing is all I've ever known," he said. "It's still 100 percent my full focus and all I'm looking to do
"I haven't up on racing yet and I'm sure has hell not going to give up now." Earnhardt only hit the track in a JGR car for the first time on Friday but he already has been able to tell an incredible difference in the short time he's spent around the organization since the official announcement of his hire in November
"The knowledge I'm getting to better myself as a driver is what I am most looking forward to
To me, it's been really hard to get that opportunity. It's hard to compete with these guys that have these big notebooks and all these resources available to them to make themselves better," he said
"Now, I'm getting handed all this stuff and all these notes and all these different data points and statistics, simulator time – it really is such a great opportunity to better myself as a driver and launch my career
I had a great opportunity at (Dale Earnhardt Inc.) and that was the last great opportunity I had
"Don't get me wrong, I'm very thankful for every opportunity I've had but this is by far the best, probably the best ever
" With the chance at top-level equipment comes higher expectations. Earnhardt does not shy away from the challenge
"If you don't feel like if given the right equipment you can't go out there and win a race, then why are you out there?" he said
"People might call it cocky. Say what you want, but if I'm out here not thinking I can win a race, then I shouldn't show up
"Now, I'm driving cars that win about every time Kyle Busch gets in them. You look at all those races Christopher Bell won last year and all the success that they've had in their Xfinity program
"The equipment is there and if I don't perform, then it falls on me. I am not worried about that part
"

✅ Breaking News - David Beckham watches Salford for first time after becoming co-owner - Duration: 3:02.
David Beckham is watching Salford City for the first time since becoming a co-owner of the National League club
The former England captain is in the stands at Salford's Peninsula Stadium for their match against Dover Athletic on Saturday afternoon
He was naturally the centre of attention as he arrived at the stadium, with fans clamouring for autographs and selfies
Beckham was accompanied by his son Romeo and close friend Dave Gardner and met up with Phil Neville, who was with his son Harvey
Share this article Share Beckham, 43, took a 10 per cent stake in the club last month and was appointed as a director along with his former Manchester United team-mates Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville
These 'Class of 92' graduates now own 60 per cent of the fifth-tier club, with Singapore businessman Peter Lim owning the other 40 per cent
Beckham's appointment as a club director was formally approved by the Football Association on January 31 and it had been planned that he would be introduced to fans at the FA Trophy match against Maidstone United two days later
The visit was then postponed, with the fixture having been rearranged because of the weather
Salford said in a post on their official Twitter feed on Friday: 'We're looking forward to welcoming a new face to The Peninsula Stadium tomorrow
'New co-owner David Beckham will be in attendance at our game against Dover Athletic! #WelcomeBecks'
It was a stark change of scenery from the last game Beckham attended, which was the Champions League match between Man United and Paris Saint-Germain at Old Trafford on Tuesday
The Ammies, who have risen from the eighth-tier Northern Premier League Division One North to the fifth level since the Class of 92 takeover in 2014, are now pushing for promotion to the Football League
The high-profile directors have also overseen extensive redevelopment work to their stadium at Moor Lane, which now has a capacity of 5,106, and have taken the club full-time
They are currently fifth in the National League, on course for the end of season play-offs
Beckham is also the owner of the American club Inter Miami, who are due to join Major League Soccer in 2020 as an expansion franchise

Chelsea fans react to Ashley Cole's goal for Derby County - Duration: 2:28.
He might have won the competition seven times, but remarkably former Arsenal and Chelsea full-back Ashley Cole had never scored in the FA Cup - until today
Cole scored his first goal since returning to English football today (Saturday), netting with a header for Derby County nine minutes from time in the FA Cup fifth round clash at Brighton & Hove Albion, which the Rams lost 2-1
It was Cole's first goal in the FA Cup at the age of 38, on his 49th appearance in the competition, having previously featured for Arsenal and Chelsea in the competition, winning the cup three times with the Gunners and four times with Chelsea
And it was not just his goal that got people talking, with former Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas full of praise for the former England full-back's performance after coming on as a second half substitute at the Amex Stadium
Jenas: "He took more risks and he gets his goal by taking a bit of a risk. "He gave them hope, it was much better from Derby in the second half
" And his goal has got Chelsea fans talking this afternoon (Saturday), with the Blues supporters reminiscing about the 38-year-old's time at Stamford Bridge, while others have even suggested that he could still do a job in west London, with Maurizio Sarri's men currently struggling for form
Chelsea fans were not the only ones to react to his goal, with one Crystal Palace fan pleased to see the former Eagles' loanee net against their arch-rivals, as can be seen below
