Waching daily Feb 1 2019

Hi i'm David and I just want to talk to you about The Thrive Programme which I used throughout

2018 and coming to see Stevie who can really help you out.

If you're feeling a bit stressed and if you're feeling a bit under the weather and maybe

a bit bogged down by negative thinking, The Thrive Programme is incredibly useful to make

you recognise unhelpful thinking habits, make you recognise unhelpful words you're using

throughout your day to day life and some of the more unhelpful behaviours that maybe holding

you back such as limiting beliefs.

The Thrive Programme is great because it provides you with structure so you will get your sessions

with Stevie and then you get the workbook that can really help you make important changes

in your life and that can really make you realise, maybe you're not doing things right,

but also give you the root map as to how you can improve.

So if you are dealing with issues around stress, if you're dealing with issues around anxiety

and unhelpful thinking I would really recommend you come along and see Stevie and take on

the Thrive Programme

Who is to blame? Finding the truth (3/3) - Duration: 1:13.

At approximately 11:10 last Saturday night,

33-year-old Wesley Hard left the Joker's Arms pub,

telling friends he intended to head home.

Wesley never made it home.

A member of the public found his body in an alleyway

behind the pub in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The suspect, 25-year-old Kevin Waters,

was arrested the following day.

The police have gathered a range of evidence against Kevin

and they want to charge him as soon as possible.

A partial fingerprint of Kevin's fingerprint was found

at the scene along with a footprint in Kevin's size.

There's DNA and hair evidence placing him at the scene and

two eyewitnesses have come forward claiming Kevin was acting suspiciously.

On top of all this, Kevin seems to have confessed to the crime.

Is this an open-and-shut case?
