Green Day Stock Pattern: What Is It and How Do I Take Advantage of It? - Duration: 6:08.

- Check out this video.

I'm gonna explain what is a First Green Day.

(upbeat music)

What's up, Tim Sykes, Millionaire Mentor and Trader

here answering your questions.

A lot of people ask me, "What is a First Green Day?

"Why does it matter?

"How do you profit off of it?

"What is it?

"How do you spot it?"

Everything about First Green Days.

I do have over 5,000 video lessons,

nearly 6,000 video lessons now, actually,

on profit.ly with all different patterns.

The First Green Day is one of my favorites.

But long story short, a First Green Day

is low-priced stock that has some kind of catalyst.

Whether it's a new 52-week high.

They're introducing a new product.

Maybe they had good earnings.

Maybe a billionaire just invested.

There's some kind of piece of news

that is alerting traders to this stock.

Not just alerting to it, but also

influencing those traders to buy it.

I want the stock up 20, 30, 40, 50

maybe 60, maybe even 100 percent on the day

with big volume.

It's our First Green Day.

It's very meaningful.

Why does this work so well?

Well, if it's a big company and has good news,

okay, the good news is priced in.

There's really no inefficiency.

With low-priced stocks,

that is what we're taking advantage of,

the inefficiency, because, when you have this catalyst,

when you have this big move,

it gets on the radar of all these other traders

who don't normally watch low-priced stocks

because there's frankly not a lot of money in it.

But when there's a volatile stock,

a strong stock with big volume

with a big move, with news, that says,

"Oh, wait a minute, this could be

the beginning of something."

And, oftentimes, we see earnings winners,

we see billionaire plays where a billionaire invests

in a low-priced stock.

They run for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,

sometimes 10 days in a row

as more and more people start to see,

"Wait a minute, this low-priced stock is in play.

"There's something going on here.

"The money is heading into it."

And that's the beauty with low-priced stocks.

While there might not be millions and millions of dollars

to be made in a few hours or a few days,

like in some other sectors, there is money

to be made off this inefficiency

over several hours, over several days,

as more and more people start to hear

about these stocks that they normally don't hear about.

My job is trying to find a stock

that is closing high or closing near its highs

after some catalyst, after some big volume,

the strategies and patterns go in and out of favor.

Sometimes earnings winners are all spiking on day two.

Sometimes earnings winners, nothing is spiking on day two.

Right now, as we're feeling this,

there've been a few billionaire plays

where a billionaire has invested in a low-priced stock.

Or a big hedge fund, or a big mutual fund has invested

in a low-priced stock, and these stocks have been spiking

for several days.

VTVT I think tripled in three days.

FRLF tripled in three days.

Now ALT has doubled in basically one day.

We'll see what day two holds.

But you start seeing these different trends.

And they come and go.

You have to be prepared.

This isn't rocket science.

There aren't like 1,000 different catalysts.

There aren't 1,000 different patterns.

There's just a few.

And, if you learn to recognize them,

if you learn to take advantage of them,

you can simply buy the stock at 3pm eastern,

maybe 3:30pm eastern, or even 3:45

or even 3:55pm eastern, before the market close.

As long as it's closing near its day highs.

Because then, theoretically,if the First Green Day plays out,

especially if it's an OTC plays, First Green Days on OTCs

work pretty reliably 'cause OTCs are even sketchier.

If they have big volume that's something.

But if this does well and the pattern plays out,

it should gap up or morning spike the next morning,

3%, 5%, sometimes 7 or even 10,

or if it's a volatile stock market,

it might go up 20%.

Sometimes you don't even have to hold overnight.

ALT, which is the newest big investor-type play.

I mean it closed, it spiked from the 4s...

It spiked from the 4s to the 7s.

It closed at like 725 on this past Friday.

I alerted it in my chat room in the 4s.

Congrats to a lot of people.

After hours it went up to the 9s.

You didn't even have to wait to hold

over the weekend the First Green Day Pattern,

because this has worked so well

on recent plays like FRLF and VTVT.

Frankly, this is the hottest strategy right now.

I alerted FRLF.

It was up from 15 cents to 20 cents.

It was already up by 30, 40% on this big new investment.

But now, three days later, it's at 53 cents.

It has more than doubled since I alerted it,

and it's more than tripled since they got the investment.

I'm looking for signs like this.

I'm recognizing which patterns are in play right now.

This is frankly why a lot of people are like,

"Oh Tim, I don't need you.

"I'll just do this on your own."

Fine, by all means try it on your own.

My chat room has the most traders

looking at these patterns.

My chat room knows which sectors are in play.

And right now it's billionaire plays.

Before this it was CBD stocks, before that it was crypto.

You have to adapt.

This is why I encourage you to get into my chat room.

I'll post the link just below this video.

And please, leave a comment.

Let me know your experience with First Green Days.

I think this is a very good pattern.

What is Depression? — A Metaphorical Look at Enduring Souls and Crushing Weights - Duration: 4:24.

To depress something is to push down on it.

If you keep it there, the object can be said to exist in a state of depression.

After his involvement in the war with the Olympian gods, Atlas - one of the Titans - was

given the punishment of holding up the sky for eternity.

Only a fool would mistake Atlas' immobility, stagnation, and depressed state for weakness.

Could they not see that he bore the weight of the whole world on his shoulders?

When I see Atlas, the enduring, I see the embodiment of strength.

Doomed to bear that weight for eternity, he refused to let it crush him.

I wouldn't blame him if he did.

Eternity is, after all, a long time.

I wonder, if Heracles really did construct pillars to free Atlas, how great it must have

felt to be liberated from that weight.

Did the world rejoice when they had freed up such a strong titan from his immense load?

Anyone who could bear such a weight was surely capable of accomplishing much more now that

he was free.

To live life is to bear a weight.

Some weights are taken up voluntarily and others are imposed on us.

Some we can bear, while others begin to crush us and, like Atlas, we can become depressed

under these weights.

The cause of the weights we all bear is complex and is unlikely to come down to one factor.

Our weights are built up by both biological and environmental factors.

Your physiology, your psychology, and your society all intertwine to form the unique

load that you carry.

To view depression through a lens of strength or weakness is meaningless.

So many variables contribute to the weight any individual carries and it's mostly invisible

to us.

All that we can see, if an individual allows us, is that the weight has become too heavy

for them.

The question isn't ,"why can't you lift that load" but "how can I help you lift

it".

Even as Atlas bore the weight of the whole world with his godly strength, he still needed

the help of Heracles to be liberated.

And, I wonder, how much better the world was for it.

According to the World Health Organization, depression is the leading cause of disability

worldwide [2].

Imagine how much human potential we could liberate by taking this collective weight

off of the world and helping people bear their loads.

We've come a long way in the fight against depression.

We've gone from a theory of humoural imbalance to one of chemical imbalances which manifested

itself in various medicines that have helped lots of people [1].

Neuroscience is gaining a deeper understanding of our brain and even moving past this simplistic

model [4].

Future medicinal treatments may prevent the impact of early childhood stress on the brain,

or we may treat the cause of anhedonia — which is an inability to feel pleasure — that

depressed individuals often suffer from [3, 4].

We've gone from a mechanistic or mechanical view of people to a more humane one [1].

Individuals have a unique psychology, and that psychology can be fortified and altered

to help them bear the weight of existence.

This has manifested itself in different therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which

has proven to be very effective at treating depression [2, 5].

As we understand the physiological and psychological processes better, we can structure our society

better to help lessen the load we impose on others.

We can free people of this immense weight that blocks their full potential, and we will

all be better off for it.

If you feel the weight of your existence bearing down on you, please seek help.

Depression is not something that you can just get over.

It often requires a detailed look at an individual's physiology, psychology, and environment, and

the solution might require addressing all three.

There are teams of experts trained to help lift these loads.

It matters that you do it for yourself.

You have a unique potential to manifest, and this is just one battle of many that you will

go on to win.

But, it also matters to the world.

Each individual victory is a collective victory, and we will all be better off for it.

Cheryl WON'T let Bear see Santa this Christmas... and this is why - Duration: 3:43.

Cheryl WON'T let Bear see Santa this Christmas... and this is why

While the Love Made Me Do It singer is expected to celebrate the festive season alongside her mum Joan Callaghan and son Bear Payne, it's not yet clear where her ex and baby daddy Liam Payne will be.

Despite keeping tight-lipped about the One Direction hunk's involvement, Cheryl has admitted one man who defiantly won't be making an appearance in person is Santa.

Chatting backstage at Hits Radio Live in Manchester, the 35-year-old said: "People have asked me if I am going to take him [Bear] to see Father Christmas, but I think he will still be in a worried 'who is this guy with a long beard' phase.

"He will be a bit nervous so I don't know if I will do that but I will tell him he has got him all the gifts.".

Chezza previously admitted to Capital FM she is already for the big day.

The proud mum said: "I have done all the baby's Christmas shopping, that's done and in the bag." Cheryl and Liam officially split on July 1 after months of speculation about the state of their relationship.

However, while both Liam and Cheryl have said very little publicly about the break-up, it seems the two families are still close.

Ahead of her performance on Sunday, Liam's sister Ruth took to Twitter to publicly wish her all the best.

Ruth wrote: "Good luck tonight @CherylOfficial ! Smash it.".

In a joint statement released via Twitter, the couple wrote: "We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways.

"It's been a tough decision for us to make.

We still have so much love for each other as a family.

"Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.".
