The thing to try when all else fails is again
The person who really wants to do something
finds a way. The person who does not finds an excuse
The person who prevails is the person who refuses to give up
The person with the mental toughness is the person who will
triumph. The testing of your faith produces
Perseverance
The man who can get up one more time
Than the time he's knocked down is going to be the winner. Being knocked down is not a problem
But staying down is a problem
Get up because success begins by getting up one more time than you've been knocked down
The Bible declares in proverbs 24:16 listen to this
For though a righteous man falls
seven times
He rises again
For though a righteous man falls seven times
He rises again
Again
You are not a failure for falling down
You're a failure for staying down
You know, it's amazing how many people in the world have done
phenomenal things
After having failed numerous times in there life
And so failure doesn't have to be the end making mistakes doesn't have to be
the end. I think most people if they're going to be successful they have to press through some things
One of the things that we tend to do one of the lies that the enemy tells us is well
There's just no way
There's no way there's no way out
But we have to remember that there's always a way out
And those of us who are believers in Jesus Christ know that he said in John 14:6. I am the way
We may not know the way
And He may not be telling us the way
But he wants us to believe that he is the waymaker
God will make a way for you, but he does require you
To never give up
You may be tired today. You've been dealing with a challenge in your health
A relationship in your finances for years
You used to believe that you would overcome but now you're worn down you don't think it's ever going to happen
Let me encourage you what God promised
He's still going to bring to pass you may have given up but God has not given up
He has your healing, your breakthrough, your promotion, the right people. Now do your part get your passion back
Start taking hold of his strength
Don't allow that weariness in the enemy wouldn't be fighting you so hard unless he knew
You were close to your victory. He couldn't take you out
So he's trying to wear you out get you weary discouraged. Don't fall into that trap all through the day Lord
Thank you that you're renewing my strength. Thank you that I will soar like the eagles
Thank you that I am strong in the Lord. That battle may be taking a long time, but I believe right now
Strength is coming into you. Hope is coming into you God is filling you with fresh courage determination
Vision you will run and not be weary. You will walk and not faint
Don't give up on yourself. Because if you do then what you're saying is God is not big enough to change me
There's nobody
That is beyond change
God can change every single one of us. I don't want you to give up
I don't want you just to throw in the towel and quit if all you can do right now is just get out of that bed
and walk across the room
Do something
And if you'll do what you can do, God will do what you cannot do
The difference between
possibility and the impossible lies in your own personal persistence
Persistence is the path to victory for every champion
Run to win be a champion for Jesus Christ fight the good fight
Endure hardness as a soldier of Jesus Christ, press on in the heat of spiritual warfare
Press on in the darkest night of your sorrow
When you've lost the dearest on earth. Press on when all seems lost and hopeless
Press on when your dreams have been shattered and seem hopelessly outdated
Press on when your friends forsake you when your best friend walks out Jesus Christ your best friend walks in
Press on because the God of heaven will never leave you nor forsake you even to the ends of the earth
Press on, press on, press on, press on
Press on, press on, the victory is yours if you will not quit

What Is Bear Market Raid And How Can I Take Advantage Of It? - Duration: 6:43.
- Today I'm gonna teach you all about short selling,
promoters, and what is a bear raid.
(electronic music)
What's up, Tim Sykes, Millionaire Mentor and Trader,
here answering your questions.
A lotta people message me asking, what is a bear raid?
What is short selling?
Like this, the two questions are hand in hand.
Short selling is when you bet against a company.
You bet on failure.
And frankly, I think it's a very good strategy
with penny stocks because most penny stocks fail.
Most are scams, most will go to zero eventually.
But you have to be careful because even if a company
is a scam, it can rise quite a bit
before the scam unravels.
The whole point of a scam is to pump up the stock price
as high as possible so that the insiders or the scammers
can cash out.
So you have to be aware of that.
Beware of promoters, beware of pumpers,
beware of liars.
I understand that's a lot to beware of,
but these are penny stocks.
Bear raids are when the opposite happens,
a group of short sellers get together
and they put out bad information or misinformation
about a company and they all try to push
the stock price down.
And maybe the company isn't that bad.
Maybe the company isn't a scam.
Not every penny stock is a scam.
So you have these short sellers who maybe go
all over social media, as short sellers like to do,
especially on Twitter because they have nothing
else to do with their lives
because they're miserable trolls, but they go on Twitter,
they go all over social media and they say
scam scam scam, warrants.
They pick apart a company and they talk
about every negative thing.
And they try to label it in the worst way possible
to get other people wanting to A, short sell it,
bet against the company too, B, if you're long the company,
you want as a unethical short seller trying
to create a bear raid, you want them to sell.
You want the stock price as low as possible.
So this is what the short sellers are trying to do.
Penny stock promoters like The Wolf of Wall Street
want the scams as high as possible.
Short sellers who are conducting a bear raid
want the price as low as possible.
Now, a lot of people say well, aren't,
isn't penny stock promotion illegal?
Isn't a bear raid illegal?
I'm not a lawyer, okay.
It's all very sketchy.
It's all very unethical.
And it's all also very not an exact science.
Who's to say the short seller isn't right?
Who's to say that this group of short sellers,
they're not picking on a company where guess what,
the company does deserve to go to zero?
Maybe the short sellers are ahead of the curve.
You know there was a bunch of short sellers
in a big scam as it turned out called Enron
and Enron was one of the top performing stocks
in the world, so the short sellers were right.
I don't know who's right and who's not.
I don't try to make these guessing games
like is this definitely a scam,
is the CEO gonna go to jail of any company
or is this a bear raid and the short sellers are lying?
For me it's all about pattern recognition.
So if a company keeps dropping every single day gradually,
I'm not interested in it because maybe the short sellers
are picking it apart, maybe it's like from my PennyStocking
or PennyStocking Part Deux DVDs, the crow pattern
where the chart just gets picked about
a little bit every single day.
There's nothing for me to do.
I don't wanna short it because there can always be
one spike that squeezes me out,
and I don't wanna buy it because it's very scary
to try to dip buy a falling knife.
What I prefer to dip buy is morning panics.
I have 650-plus video lessons on Profit.ly
on morning panics.
So if the short sellers are conducting a bear raid
and trying to push it down or if there's a bunch of shorts
who have pushed it down, I don't really care.
What I care about is if there's enough panic
and it fits my pattern.
And frankly, I'm grateful for the unethical short sellers,
I'm grateful for the unethical promoters.
This is penny stocks, okay.
Like whether they're doing something illegal or not,
whether they get shut down or not, I don't care.
The game will continue.
There's always another promoter.
Maybe he's not like The Wolf of Wall Street,
but maybe like 20 little wanna be Wolf of Wall Streets.
Maybe one short seller isn't in charge
of any bear raid, maybe there's a group of short sellers.
I don't know, I don't care.
You shouldn't care either.
You should learn the patterns because you can't predict
what a bear raid is, you can't predict
if the promotion is gonna last a week or two weeks
or like five weeks or six months.
You have no idea, unless you're on the inside
of one of these clandestine groups
and I don't encourage that.
You should probably go to the authorities
with the knowledge that you have about that stuff.
For me, I just wanna study the patterns
because the patterns are predictable.
Short sellers create predictable patterns.
Promoters create predictable patterns.
So no matter what happens legally,
no matter what happens factual-wise
and is the promoter right, is the short seller right,
I don't care.
I abstain from voting.
A lotta people say what do you think about this company,
what do you think about this company.
I have no idea, okay.
I do know statistics most penny stocks will fail.
Most of the companies will go to zero.
But that said, some of the biggest scams that I've seen
go up the most.
The worst fundamentally screwed company
can become the top performing stock
because there's too many short sellers
and they create a short squeeze.
So don't just try to judge a company based on
is this a short squeeze, is this company worthless,
is this company's value given all its assets
worth like 200 million and the stock is valued
at 50 million so it's undervalued.
Focus on patterns, okay.
Understand this is not an exact science.
The data that you have about short sellers
is so wrong, it doesn't even matter.
Social media is usually wrong, so it doesn't matter.
Patterns are not wrong.
If you see a predictable pattern again and again and again,
obviously nothing works 100% of the time,
but I'm focusing on patterns that work
more times than not.
Study up.
This is why I have over 6,000 video lessons now
all about patterns.
I'm basically a pattern teacher.
I'm a glorified history teacher.
Leave a comment if you're gonna be dedicated.
Lave the guessing games to other people
and CNBC stuff.

Plains All American Is Perfectly Positioned for the Permian Basin - Duration: 10:31.
Nick Sciple: Let's go ahead and talk about our last talk we're going to talk about today,
which is Plains All American Pipeline, ticker PAA. It's exactly what it sounds like.
It's a pipeline company that's all-American. It's all in North America.
They own gathering terminals and storage facilities in California, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas.
In Canada, they're in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Yields about 5.2%.
Has more than 90% of its cash flow tied up in long-term contracts.
What stands out to you about Plains All American?
Matt Dilallo: Plains All American, even though you mentioned how diversified they are, they're
really a Permian Basin story. They have one of the best positions there in the Permian.
They've got a lot of growth projects in the pipeline, so to speak.
They just finished the Sunrise expansion pipeline.
That's taken crude oil up to Wichita, and then it's going to go up to Cushing, which is the nation's oil hub.
Then, they have another one, the Cactus II pipeline.
It's an expansion of another pipeline that'll take oil to Corpus Christi, Texas, which is
a big hub down along the coast.
They've got these projects, and they've got a lot of other little what they call "de-bottlenecking projects."
They look for if there's too much oil flowing in one direction, how can we fix that and
invest capital and get a return and improve the flow of oil?
They're really focused on the Permian, which is a great place to be.
It will grow so fast once they get these pipelines online next year.
Sciple: We've talked about the Permian in the past, about the pipeline constraints there
and how it's held back production in that region. A couple questions here.
First, because there's a shortage in pipelines, what kind of leverage does Plains All American
have in negotiating pricing with the producers there?
Secondarily, as these pipelines come online, how quickly is their capacity going to get
filled up and we reach another bottleneck again?
There's a massive number of drilled but uncompleted wells, this latent demand in the Permian.
What are your thoughts on those two questions there?
Dilallo: One of the things that the pipeline crunch has enabled Plains to do is be able to secure partners.
They have this partnership with Exxon Mobil.
It'll be the next Permian pipeline that will probably be built.
Exxon signed a big, long-term contract to be an anchor shipper on this pipeline.
The pipeline companies have been able to do that, get big producers to anchor these pipelines.
It de-risks the projects so that smaller producers are okay with signing on with them.
That's helped them plan ahead and get the next ones lined up. This pipeline, it'll probably be 2021.
So, now, they're starting to get ahead of the curve.
I think there's three pipelines that are supposed to be finished by the end of next year.
Energy Transfer and Magellan have a pipeline that's coming 2020.
They're basically staging them almost every year.
That should help them get ahead of the curve, as long as there's no permitting issues or
other problems like that.
It's really helped them to be able to get producers to focus on, "Yeah, I need to sign
on now so that I can grow later."
Sciple: Right. It's the problem these producers have been having now.
If they don't have some kind of pipeline deal to get the oil out, it's a useless asset.
You're selling your oil below the spot price, and all those sorts of things.
We're seeing Planes All American building out all these new pipelines.
They've also sold and some of their assets.
They sold against their BridgeTex asset, a 50% stake in that, to Magellan Midstream Partners.
They're going to use that cash to de-lever a little bit.
What's their balance sheet looking like at Planes All American?
What are the prospects for that going forward? Dilallo: That's been the driver.
They sold a lot of assets in the past couple years because they, like a lot of companies,
were a little bit too tight when the market crashed. They've been trying to get that leverage ratio down.
They expect to hit their target early next year. That's going to free them up to do some other things.
In the case of BridgeTex, they didn't sell the whole thing, they sold a part of it so that they can still keep that.
But there's kind of disconnect in the market where Permian pipelines are selling for ridiculous prices.
They're cashing in on that, then using that cash to build new Permian pipelines for a really good rate of return.
They're making a really good trade there. Then, as these pipelines come online, the cash flow will go up.
That's already starting to happen this year. They're projecting 12% growth next year.
It's growing its cash flow stream at a time that their balance sheets are getting better.
That's going to free them up to start increasing their distribution, probably next year.
They're talking, with their May pay-out, they'll probably increase it.
They could do any number of things. They're going to be covering their pay-out by 190% this year.
It could go up substantially, or they could hold some back so that they can build some of these projects.
We mentioned the Exxon pipeline. Exxon's going to help fund that.
They've got another joint venture partner there.
As they secure more venture partners, it's less capital that they need to put up,
and that's more potential growth for the distribution. That's what I think is interesting about them.
They're heading into this period of growth. Their balance sheet's getting better.
And, they're pretty cheap. It's a really interesting company.
Sciple: All these things seem to be lining up.
I think anybody can tell there's a massive shortage of pipelines in the Permian and there's
going to have to be investment there over time.
What would have to occur to disrupt this thesis for Plains All American and all the pipeline
players supplying into the Permian?
What would have to occur for that direction -- it looks like we're moving when it comes
to pipeline demand there -- for that to be disrupted?
Dilallo: All this oil is flowing to the Gulf Coast, which is good because there are a lot
of refineries there, but there's only so much that the refiners can handle.
Some of the oil companies are concerned that the WTI brent spread -- WTI is West Texas Intermediate.
That's the domestic oil price. Brent is the global oil price.
There's a $10 a barrel difference. They're worried that's going to widen.
Unless you have access to exports and can sell your oil at brent, it's the same thing
with producing in the Permian now, you're selling at a discount.
Unless companies start building more export capabilities or more refineries get built,
then we're going to be in the same trouble.
At $10 a barrel, and the U.S. produces 10 million barrels a day, that's $100 million
that they're potentially losing out with these pipeline and infrastructure issues.
One of the things Exxon's looking at doing -- and that's why they're partnering with
Planes -- is, they're looking at building a new refinery or expanding a refinery.
Exxon will have this cheap source of oil that they'll be able to refine to make more money.
You'll see these downstream investments, where companies will look at, how can we make money
on this discount? Are they going to build export terminals?
Are they going to build new refineries? That's where the focus needs to be.
How are they going to use this oil now that they're producing it?
Sciple: Sure. Maybe you answered my question then, of what people should watch if you're going to start
a position in Plains, or monitor it going forward.
Is refinery capacity the thing that you should be paying attention to? Like downstream?
What are the things that investors should focus on to make sure that growth story is still playing out?
Dilallo: That's part of it.
The nice thing about a company like Plains is, they already have long-term contracts
with the pipelines that they have.
They pretty much know where that cash flow is coming from for the next couple of years.
In this case, it's more of, where's the growth coming after 2020?
They're pretty confident that they're going to build this pipeline with Exxon.
There's another pipeline that they're looking at up in Oklahoma. That'll move oil down south, as well.
But, where's the growth coming next?
They know the Permian is going to keep growing and growing and growing.
But if we're not going to be able to get that oil to global markets, then the growth is
going to stop, because it won't be as profitable to produce.
I would also pay attention what's going on downstream. Look especially at export capacity.
There are a lot of companies that are trying to do that.
Phillips 66 and its MLP, they're building some export capacity along the Gulf.
That would be something I'd pay attention to. Sciple: Matt, last question going away.
This is general market.
If we come back and record this podcast three years from now, do you think there will still
be pipeline constraints in the Permian?
Dilallo: Probably not. It seems like they might actually overbuild at this point, with the number of pipelines
they're doing now. Private equity companies are also involved in there.
They'll build more on speculation than a lot of the publicly-traded companies.
I wouldn't be so worried about the Permian. We might run into pipeline issues elsewhere.
Or, like I mentioned, so much oil flowing to the Gulf that they just can't handle it.

Who Is The Mysterious Prisoner? Have We Met Him? One Piece Chapter 926+ - Duration: 4:17.
In the last chapter, Oda did show us that there is another important character in that
prison.
But he did not show us his face.
Is Oda trying to intrigue us by not showing his face or maybe this is a character that
we know and that's why he is not showing his face?
This could be a new character that will be important to the arc or he could be one of
the 9 samurais that did work for Oden.
And he was captured and thrown in prison.
But I think we already have met this character.
My theory is that he is Magellan, the former warden of the Impel Down Prison.
There are a couple of reasons why I think so:
First, let's start with the hint that Oda gave us about him.
The guards there gave him a poison fish and they say that usually, they do this when they
want to kill someone.
So, why the poison is not affecting him and why he wants to eat poison fish?
The devil fruit power of Magellan is poison, and he eats poison, he said: "I'm a poison
man, so it's my favorite food."
So, Magellan could be the one who did eat that poison fish and not die.
If we compare the eyes of Magellan with the eyes of the prisoner they look the same.
The eyes are mostly round and at the top a straight line, the pupils are drawn in the
same as well.
We saw the prisoner spit the bone of the fish from his mouth and hit the guard, the prisoner
must be a powerful person.
To generate that much power using only his breath.
When Magellan did fight Luffy he did the same attack, but in that case, instead of the bones
of the fish, he did use the poison of his devil fruit.
And that attack is called "Poison BlowFish".
I don't think all of these things are just coincidences, there are too many hints that
the mysterious prisoner is Magellan.
And now the question is how did Magellan get to Wano?
After the war in MarineFord, one marine was reporting to Sengoku what did happen in Impel
Down.
That Blackbeard went there and told the prisoners to fight and those who survive will join his
crew.
Basically, Blackbeard did what he wanted.
And because of that, the marine told Sengoku that if Magellan was not that badly injured
to the point that he cannot move he would commit suicide.
People from which country have a custom to commit suicide after they did fail in their
mission?
The answer is Wano.
Now, whether Magallen is from Wano or was raised there, it is not important, but what
is important is that he has connections with Wano country.
And it could be that after he was demoted to vice-warden of Impel Down he did go to
Wano for some reason and he was captured by Kaido or his men and thrown in prison.
Probably Kaido wants him to join his crew and he did refuse, Kaido likes those guys
who have zoan type devil fruit power.
Even though Magallen's devil fruit is not zoan type, but when you see his hydra form
if you did not know you would think that his devil fruit power is zoan type.
And maybe Kaido was impressed by his power and also he is strong and that's why Kaido
wants him to join his crew.
And also one other thing that is very interesting is that his horns are not real, they are weapons,
he did use them when he fought Luffy.
The interesting part here is that Jack did the same thing when he fought in Zou.
And Magallen's teeth they don't look like human teeth.
Jack is part Fishman maybe Magallen is the same, and maybe these two they know each other.
And now we have come to my last point.
Now Luffy is in prison and I am sure he will do everything to break out of there as soon
as possible.
But that will not be easy.
But if this theory is correct, then Luffy is very lucky because the guy in the next
cell is the guy who used to be in charge of the most secure prison in the world.
If there is one guy who is an expert of breaking out of prison it is Magellan.
Anyway, what do you guys think about this theory?
Do you agree or disagree or you have something else to add?
Let me know in the comments Thanks for watching
