Our staff here we're kind of like a family.

You know, we're not a not a very large firm, and we do things together. You know as a firm

we have picnics and dinners and, you know, at least five times a year we're doing something

all together and, really, we all consider ourselves doing the same work.

no There's really not a differentiation between, you know, the attorneys and and the staff,

it's we're all a collective team pushing towards a collective goal, and I think that's what

makes this firm special is that there's no division.

We're all working one in the same, and every result that we obtain is in part because of

every single person here.

And Kathy makes sure that we all know that.

And I think that that gives every member of this firm we feel a lot of value and we feel

a lot of self-worth just because of our role here.

But you know, I've got friends here and working with these people for years and it's been

something where we we really we stay together and we're consistent and it's it's been really

fun.
