Oh hey! Didn't notice you're here. I wanna
share something that's happening right
now and this is pretty audacious! I
personally think that low ticket is
bullshit. Alright, I'll tell you what's
happening right now. I've been talking to
quite a number of my business associates
and some marketers who's been in
business for a long time, some even as
long as myself - And it's kind of
appalling really because we are in this
space where we reciprocate and we launch
products and we cross-promote each other.
Now, in theory, that will sound pretty
wonderful right? And that's a business
that I've been doing for a long long
time. But in recent times, we at Musemancer,
we've started pivoting our business model
that we don't want to depend on other
people so much anymore, alright - Because
I believe that if your business is at
the mercy of other people's whims or
feelings or whether they want a promote
you or not then your business will be held
hostage so that's what we have been
experiencing for quite some time,
alright.
you see when I promote other people as
an affiliate obviously I want to get
paid pretty well and we have an
established following so it pains me or
rather it would hurt my business if all
these people are having number 1, a
low-priced sales funnel and low, stingy
commission payout. How the hell am I
gonna pay my employees or sustain my
business if all I do is just earn peanuts
from all these affiliate promotions and this
is why I'm telling you
this right now okay because when I got
phone calls, skype messages, Facebook
messages with all the Internet
marketers who ought to know this very
well by now, imagine my surprise when
they told me that the highest price of
the sales funnels along the lines of
like $57, $67, $97, rarely
anything above $200 - rarely, alright. Yep, I
know what you're thinking right now, it's
kind of bad out there and in fact this
year in 2018, quite some things had
changed in the online marketing space - A
launch game it's not like what it used to
be. Now don't get me wrong, a launch model
still works
alright, and the customers are not
getting any less. It's just that their
spending habits have changed and they're
gravitating towards certain types of
vendors or certain types of products that
they would like to buy. So, it's either bark
up, or get out of here and for a lot of
these people, they're not barking up -
They've stoped becoming innovative with
their prices, their products - They don't
even have the guts to raise their prices
as well and I'm telling you this because
just in case you're asking me to promote
your product and the highest price
you'll offer and you're paying out
is just like $97 or anything like that
then you can say goodbye on that one
okay. And I'm telling you this is very
important - I still want to maintain a
low ticket as a business alone, it's just
freaking bullshit alright. You can say I'm a
little bit mad right now, okay! Now, don't
get me wrong - If you look at our sales
pages you see like "Hey Edmund, are you
selling your products at $7 and all that?"
Yeah we have some of that and so
do some other marketers out there like
maybe Russell Brunson he does a fee
plus shipping model where the only thing
you need to pay is just the shipping and
handling fee like $795, or $1495 if you're
international but that's not where the
real money is met, alright because he
would clearly lose out on the cost of
printing the book and of course shipping
so that's not where the money has met
but how is it that people like Russell
Brunson and companies like that, how are
they able to be profitable and how're they
able to scale? Because they have other
offers on a bag and yes they put the
prices high as well, alright. Are people
willing to pay them? Yes, under the right
conditions and if you give them what
they want and they're willing to pay for
it you can be in business alright.
And this is why, clickfunnels for example,
like Russell Brunson they're able to be
in business for
and be profitable if you look at some of
the high ticket coaches and trainers, why're
they able to be in business even though they've
spent a lot of advertising? Because they
have a very strong back-end or a very
strong master offer that not only
pays off their advertising but they're
able to profit as well. So if your
business is built entirely on low
ticket products, that's all you have,
alright. So I was just joking with one
of my team members here at Musemancer, we're
talking about -
Just imagine internet marketing is kind of
like a game here, okay. So if you're gonna
create a game for the players to play, you
have all these little enemies here
and you must have like a sub
boss and you must have like a big boss
or even a secret boss, alright. I want you
to think in terms of like that
for your business where you don't just
have like a low ticket offers you have like
some in the middle-ticket and then
you have some high-ticket and then
you have ultra high-ticket as well like
ten thousand dollars or twenty five thousand
dollars and above and yes we've been able
to recruit such plans who are able to
pay those kind of prices because I
believe for one, that there is a customer at
every price point so when I talk to some
of these Internet marketers, and again
they've been in business for almost as
long as myself, alright - I ask them "Why're
you're not doing it?
Why don't you sell a higher price offer, in
fact, why don't you partner with us - We
could sponsor you some high ticket
offers. We could split over there!" I was
disappointed when they told me that, "Hey
Edmund,
we tried selling high-ticket before and
it didn't work for us so we're not gonna
do it at all -
Or we couldn't think of anything that
justifies the effort." So you can see
there's a freak*** freak*** freak***
defeatist attitude over there, alright. I
don't want you to fall into the mistake that
they're making right now and for a long
time, I was making that mistake as well. I
didn't dare to raise my prices because I,
for a long time, believe that people will
not be willing to pay those prices.
Well guess what? That's usually because
we or you, were catering to the wrong
customers. If all you do is sell low-ticket,
what kind of people will attract? Obviously the
cheapos, right? The cheapskates and the
people who want bargains - Bargain seekers
is all you're gonna get,
alright. But when you start pricing your
offer high, what kind of people will you attract?
Our premium clientele, definitely. But
of course this comes with the territory you
need to be able to justify the value
that they are willing to pay, alright.
So obviously you don't be selling cr*p
and charge like $25,000, okay. That's just
not the way it's gonna work. But if you
really believe in your value, if you
really believe in your product, why are
you not charging higher? Alright, so I
hope you have something for you to take away from this.
This is really really
serious stuff because some people might
not be happy listening to this video and
I can't give a sh*t about them, this
video is not about that. It's about people like
you, alright. This video is for smart
people and if you want to make more than
what you're making right now, you
wanna scale your business but without working
your a*s off, and can you not? Some people
I know actually died from doing this -
Stress. Overdose of stress. Work too
hard for too little. I know people who
have already died from this, seriously
alright. So it's not just about money,
let's talk about your sanity in your
well-being as well and I'm telling you
right now there's a lot of f*cking
insane people in this business right now
selling low ticket prices and I don't
know how they want to reach their income
goal. I'm serious, let's just say you wanna
reaching a hundred thousand a year or maybe
half a million a year or 1 million a year, are
you gonna get that just selling $10
products or like $97 offers? Is
that it? Is that the game plan? I don't
think that should be the ultimate
game plan if you see any marketers doing
that right now, you better not want to
follow them because those guys have no
idea what they're doing. They're probably very
desperate, they do not know any better
and they're so caught up in their own
sh*t that they've developed tunnel
vision, alright. So instead, have multiple
offers - It's ok I have low tickets I mean
you see people like Russell Brunson and
some marketers, they have this low-ticket
front end, usually it's just to qualify their
buyers, things like that, okay. But that's
not where the real money is made. The real
money is made in the backend, alright.
In fact if you look at all this
multi-million dollar business, those
people, the reason why they can scale
seven, eight figures
is because they already know that
the front end is a loss leader,
alright. The real money is all made on the
middl-ticket and the high-ticket and even
ultra high-ticket. On their hand, if you
look at those like low six-figure
marketers who've been there for a long
time, they're so afraid of putting the
money up front
to advertise that's why they're using
all these free traffic methods or doing
affiliate launches. I'll tell you that
because I guarantee you if everything
turns into paid advertising, I promise you
they wouldn't charge a price that's so low anymore.
